My name is Deepak Raj T , iam an videcone customer from last one year my videocon number is [protected] , with out any reason they had deactivated my number at that time i was in chennai and when i came back to kerala i found this problem , and i gone to their service center at YMCA calicut branch at 12.april 2012, they had given me a new sim and told me that it will be activated with in 2 days again i gone there for more than 5 times and no response fro their side , i know they are going to stop their service in kerala , but i need that number its very urgent too . So will you please help to get that number i need port that number . I hope my request will be full filled with your kind help

    i want result any how you change my remote like universal remote and his told me company is not available universal remote so why his give me wrong remote
    customer is not full ok you not have product so why you in market close your company and change your business and stop chit with customer so give me answer properly and refund my money

        Sir my self ankur verma purchase VIDEOCON LED TV at 13/03/2012 from NEXT SHOP, KOTA, RAJASTHAN. but after 10 days it not started i launched so many complaint to VIDEOCON customer care from 31/03/2012 to 06/04/2012 and every time customer care suggest me that their Engineer Mr. Rajendra Mahawar, his contact no. is [protected] and he will contact to me.but after 10 days he contacted me and he said that TV kit is faulty and it will take 04 days to replace.yesterday i called him also and he gave excuse , didn't take any necessary action.till date i am waiting for to be repair my TV

        Videocon Flat 31 TV — Service not given within a 10 days

        Hi,

        VIDEOCON television company has not satisfied service staff.

        We given complain for difficulty of running a tv set properly. After a week a service man come to home and repaired TV with service charge Rs. 400/- . This is paid service by company. and give 45 warranty for any complain for TV.

        After 15 days TV set has problem and we complain for faulty TV. They given complain No. Ahm-[protected] on date 6-Aug.-2010. And we follow regularly for Service .

        Even today date 13-aug-2010 they are not given any satisfied service to us. We inform to all videocon user that this company has not infrastructure for given good services. And request that read our complain before purchase any new tv set of VIDEOCON.

          Hello,
          My name is Joheb Sayyed, I had bought a D2H connection, in June 2010, which had a subscription for 2 years.
          Now i get a message on my TV screen, stating that the expiration date would be 10th April 2012.
          When I call the D2H call center, they state one of your packages for TEN cricket is still installed and hence your balance was deducted.
          I had recharged for TEN cricket giving hard cash and buying a coupon for 3 months, after 3 months i do not get any information stating that TEN cricket is active and balance getting deducted from your account.
          1) I had to buy a recharge card to get it activated, if i knew i would have got it recharged directly from my account.
          2) No information on the balance being deducted from my account for TEN cricket ??
          3) When i do a recharge I should get only the validity I pay for, for continuation the customer must be informed, which in this case was not done and by default, the money was looted from my account.

          I spoke with two TL of D2H call center, 1)Sandeep Pare 2) Nishant Qureshi on 1st april 2012 at 2 pm without any respect for the consumer and arrogance in telling you should call the service desk and get it deactivated after 3 months. They did not open a ticket or lodge a complaint with them, against this, i told them this was not informed, they say we cannot do anything.

          I need your help, in getting this right and if i can get my 2 months subscription back.

          The ten cricket package was deactivated by me today after this : request iD :[protected]

            I have purchased a led of Videocon company model no FG 32531 from Vardhman Electronics sector 3 Rohini New Delhi on 17/6/2011.An engineer from the company came to our home for installation and had taken Rs.552 in cash from us for the extended warranty for another two years but no card had been given to us. I had called so many times to the company for the extended warranty card but no card has been provided to me so far.I am a physically challenged person so it is not possible for me go to company.

              Herewith reference to the above subject I am forwarding you mail when I purchased Videocon connection and activated for Internet setting I received from their executive.

              Main problem I am facing is that I have your Videocon number[protected], my outgoing and incoming services are blocked since 15th day of March 2012, I have visited your distributer “JAY ENTERPRISE” – Pramukh Swami Arcade -Rajkot (Distributer) where they gave me form name “PREPAID CUSTOMER APPLICATION FORM” which was submitted by my form on 16th of March 2012. I was given assure that my number will be activated in 72 hours and also given my alternate number because if there is any query so they can contact me @ [protected], I waited till Monday but there was no response. Again I went on Monday they told me that on Wednesday 21st March it will be activated. But nothing happened. So today I again visited now they are saying that there is negative verification.


              I am shocked to hear this answer as I didn’t received any calls or SMS from Videocon company. I found that my all the KYC documents were all lying that, I asked regarding my document they said it is returned by Videocon Company itself as negative verification, there is neither “RETURN” stamp nor your remarks of negative verification. My number is active since more than one year.



              I am doubt whether they I have sent documents to you or not?

              So, I visited their Videocon Store above Yash Bank @ Rajkot they told me that they deactivated my number and now nothing could be happen, inspite this customer care exe. also have called me also.. I told them, I havn't received any call, I told him to gave data what date and time did customer care exe. called me, they denied replying that they don't get such records after de-activation of card.



              PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO......?????

                I am subscriber of Videocon D2H dish TV since last one year. Since last 1 month I have not used this dish connection because I was out of town and hence have not recharged my account. I daily receive calls from Videocon call center many times in a day and they always kind of furstrate by asking why I have not recharged my account, even when I made it clear to them I will get it recharged when ever I need to use it, but after this request even to date their calls have not stopped and frequency of calls is increasing day by day.

                I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action in this regard, so that from next they should not pester and harass people unnecessarily.

                  I have purchased 21incs ctv (usb support) from Sree Pirgal Electronics - [protected], Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 9th Oct 2010. At that time Dealer told me that if I purchase the set today as its Dushera, they will offer me 2 yrs additional company's warranty.
                  When I asked to write this thing on bill he said very politely that it's not needed as they register the products being sold daily and there (company's website) they will update it.
                  Recently few days back a problem ocurred and when I reported the same to dealer he promptly denied for any assitance on warranty terms, responded very rudely and dropped the call. He now says that he never commited such things. :(
                  I have tried to contact the company on this matter but didn't got any satisfactory response. They say that the product only contains one year warranty not three. I was planning to buy LG-CTV that day but this warranty deal only changed my mind, I trusted Videocon that time but I think I made a big mistake.
                  Company is cheating customers through there dealers. I have came to know from internal sources that Company uses inappropriate marketing strategies to push sales for their poor quality products through there dealers and there dealers make false promises/commitments to sell it.

                  Please be aware of these kind of tricks used by dealers. Don't buy any thing unless they write it.

                    The response is pathetic for VideoCon D2H. I purchase box and still waiting for the installation after more than 2 months. Any time u call Customer care they will be telling they are escalating the issue to back end team. Don't know what means by that but not at all helpful.Neither they are providing contact details for back end team escalation point nos..... Tried calling & sending mail sales person..... same thing ...no response.

                      I K.Srinivas Naidua purchased Videocon Refrigerator from Satyam electronics Gandhidham Kutch Gujarat.Sr no.[protected]@ INR 15500.00. Along with the refrigerator I got a silver card. With that silver card I purchased a greaser (Code: Hot Spring KGS15W5M (VO).Which price is INR 5190.00
                      I had paid INR 2690.00 through my debit card & remaining INR 2500.00 I paid through my silver card. Order details EMT1208873.
                      It was showing unverified, payment failure in my (emartindia.in) account. But the amount INR 2690.00 was debited from my account.
                      I am trying to contact to Emart through phone but there was no response from them. Sir please let me know why it was showing

                        i have registered one complaint for that i got more than 10 complinent number ...each time we cave to call then and have to remain them " to say complaint status ". but they will say with 24 -48 hours your complaint will close ,actually what is happening it take more than a month you need ex ...(i am )

                        i registered one audio issue on my d2h TV but still he didnt visit my place and have checked now .they simply wanted to bar the warrenty period ..i feel that vediocon products and vediocon support is very work compare to others ..

                        small suggest pls dont buy this product and dont suffer like me ...u did not belive mw you can call to my number :[protected]

                            Dear sir,
                            My name is Ashok Verma and I have a DTH connection from Tata Sky at my place. On 18th of January 2012 I carried on a recharge on my Tata Sky account the Account ID of which i obtained from the System settings of my Tata Sky - Set Top Box from the "Organizer" menu. A week back I realized that my account was under suspension due to insufficient balance. I consulted the Tata Sky customer care and came to know that the ID that was mentioned on my system settings screen was registered with the name of "Mr. Bhushan Shinde" whom I don't know. This was their technical fault owing to which the recharge was carried out on the wrong account and even today the same old ID is being displayed over my screen which is not mine. I did my recharge from www.freecharge.com (Transaction ID: 10276885, invoice attached) for Rs. 1400.00. I've been calling the customer care people since a week and I see no progress in the matter. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary actions.

                                I am using videocon sim in my mobile. ON 17 TH FEB 2012 , my balance became law as 0.25 paise in night 9 oclock around in night. A message had come immidiately stated as -

                                "Dear Customer , your Videocon number main account balance is low.Kindly recharge immediately to enjoy uninterrupted services."

                                This same message has repeated around 90 ( ninety ) times in night till 2:30 AM in night. I become disturb so badly and irritated that unable to express in words. Also, I could not sleep and causes my slipness damages which is uncountable . So, I claim on Videocon company worth Rs 5 ( five ) crores only for fulfilling my liquidated damages and mental satisfaction.

                                Even I have deleted many messages unwillingly in night and become angry ,causes some damages due to this messages of videocon in odd hours . But till there are 45 ( fourty Five ) messages are in my inbox for ready refrence and for evidence / proof.

                                Kindly treat it as most serious issue and take necessary step for my demand of 5 ( five) crores with videocon company.

                                  I had purchased one videocon DVD player -VADIOSNN-SL[protected] from Genesis House of Electronics 174/33 A & C, N.S.C.Bose Road, Netaji Nagar kolkata-700040 on dated 26.3.2010. But I am surprised that after one year nine months past my DVD Player is out of order.The CD is inside of my DVD PLayer and not open the CD tray (DVD Door) and also no power in left side . When I open the DVD then only show Display “Hello”. I think this is totally manufacturing defect. I used this CD only four days in a month and very carefully I handle it and cover it. But I am totally shock that only twenty months running .

                                  We send the DVD on Service centre now they are informed us parts cost of Rs 881.

                                  I had purchased it Rs 1400.00 and now they claim Rs 881. Very very Bad company and kolkata service centre also.
                                  Videocon company is not a local company. So why it ran only for 22 months. What is the meaning of Brand products?Really videocon Brand is very very poor. Please Donot buy any videocon Product.

                                    I have got an email from videocon recruitment department ..... I have searched for this i am even closely reach to make payment to this fake offer but i have searched for the site and fond that it is fake.

                                    So kindly take legal Action against such persons as they ar mean for the cyber-crime they have taken different modus operandi which make undue influence of the joblss person so it is a crime and take action against such parties.

Department. for Rs. 10,200/- ( Ten thousand two hundred rupees ) through any [STATE BANK OF INDIA] Branch from your Home City to Company Senior HRD. Account NO, which will be send to you upon your response. This is a refundable interview security. Your offer letter with Air tickets will be sent to your Home Address by courier after receiving the confirmation of interview security deposited in STATE BANK OF INDIA. This Company will pay all the expenditure to you at the time of face-to-face meeting with you in Company. The Job profile, salary offer, and date -time of interview will be mention in your offer letter. Your offer letter will dispatch very shortly after receiving your confirmation of cash deposited in STATE BANK OF INDIA.

                                    We wish you the best of luck for the subsequent and remaining stage. The last date of security deposited in bank 25Th of August 2010 You have to give the information after deposited the security amount in bank to The Company HRD - direct recruitment via email. Your Letter with supporting document will be dispatch same time by courier to your postal address after receipt of security deposited confirmation in bank. The interview process and arrangement expenditure will be paid by VIDEOCON. Lodging, traveling and local conveyance actual will be paid by VIDEOCON as per bills.                                       once i got gprs setting but by my mistake i did not properly installed in my mobile. thereafter i several times tried the customer care by sms and over phone. they replied u given wrong password. so no gprs??? what is this!!! this type answer i never expect from these people what a rediculous answer i accept my mistake then i request them to please send again. Even today i talk with vhelp person, but he way of telling ur mobile is not match for internet. But i am using still on date some other service. NOT ONLY VIDEOCON SERVICE MOSTLY ALL SERVICE PEOPLE ARE thinking how to cheat THE POOR INDIANS.

                                      i will wait for some more days if no response they will lose one customer.

                                        My Name is Mohd Vaish Khan, I was using videocon d2h connection service, what happened when i recharge my d2h connection second time through HDFC net banking service, the same day my 200 Rs was deducted by videocon d2h, moreover 10 south Indian channel added on my account, Even i did not request of it, when i got message from d2h that 4 movie has been activated on your account, then i made them call and told then is there any logic behind it, same day same time how can it possible i can watch four movies or south Indian channel which i don't have idea. I have been mentally harassed by videocon. i have called them several times and get locked my request but, i did not get any response, kindly get resolved the issue or advice me to take further action as soon as possible.

                                        Vediocon D2H service:

                                        The service is frequently getting interrupted;
                                        Even in slight wind or less rain the signal is getting interrupted; In good whether also, the service stops and resumes automatically and this happens in a cyclic manner not even withstanding for a one second. If called to customer service, the customer care executive notes down the complaint and give a complaint number and tells that it will be attended by their engineer, but has to be paid the amount that the engineer demands.
                                        I strongly disagree that the engineer for attending this has to be paid. It is the duty of the D2H service to provide the uninterrupted service for the subscription paid as a cable does in a particular locality. Secondly the amount will not be disclosed to us by the customer care executive, but will be informed by the engineer on attending. If so, we are in atmost confusion and dilemma to continue the service or not.
