Dear Sir,
on 17th sept 2011 requested for De-instal the system for re-location. on 19th sept the person came to de-instal it. The de-instalation charges according to their call center is Rs.100/-. but i found that on that day they diducted Rs. 200/- from my account.Rs 100/- for de-instalation and Rs.100/- for spare part. No spare parts used at the time of de-instalation.again it re-installed on 22nd sept.veen on this day no spare part is used and i conform it from the person came to install it. hence I registered complain and the complain no is 56511266 on 24th sept. and they promise me to refund the same amount after verificatin from there person. now they are not ready to refund the money which they cut it.whenever i called up there customer care.they give lot of excuses and not addressing the complain no.
which is still un resolved till date. such a horrible experience i never gone through in my life for any kind of service. neither i will recomend any one to go for VIDEOCON D2H service

    I have booked one airtel D2h HD connection online through connectindia dated 03/10/11 at approx 10:45 am. My registered mobile number is [protected], I had paid Rs 2590/- from my Axis Bank Debit Card (ref: PUR/VRITIINFOCOM BILL/MUMBAI/031011/054.)
    Till now I have not got my customer id even not any confirmation mail. Even I have mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com & [protected]@airtel.in regarding cancellation of booking. But no responce from airtel.
    Please do not buy any product from airtel they have very very pathetic service.

      REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE,THEY ARE WRITING MAIL SAYING THAT THEY WILL DO IT IN PRIORITY,BUT THEY CANCELLED MY COMPLAINT WITH OUT NOTICE,
      PLEASE SEE THE COMPLIANT NOS MENTIONED ABOVE FOR ONE ISSUE FROM PAST ONE MONTH

      MY REFRIGERATOR IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 6YEARS NOW THIS IS AROUND 3YRS OLD,
      I have purchased Videocon make S201WD refrigerator from Devi international on 24/08/2008 which was delivered on 25/08/2008,

      Bill no 93416 Dated: 24/08/08,
      Arround one month back there was a problem in cooling, and then I raised a complaint to Videocon customer care complaint no: (BAN[protected]) they said with 24hrs problem will be solved,

      Nobody came till weeks time, after giving repeated remainders to the customer care one person by name Mr.Vinayak came and checked and told we have set the cooling temperature to Max level so this caused the problem, then refrigerator started working and he collected service charges of RS- 250/- and told this service is valid for one month from the date of service,

      Till one hour after he serviced refrigerator was working, suddenly after that stopped working,
      Then we tried to call that person to inform, he said to give complaint again,
      We gave complaint again for this even we have already paid for it, Complaint no :( BAN[protected])
      Again he visited and told that compressor is not working,

      Ok if compressor is not ok, what is the next step, till today daily iam calling the customer care they are telling that problem will be solved and we don’t have the stock of compressor,
      Is this the way to answer a customer,

      By Repeated E-mail to customer care, one Mr. Deendayal CSE replied saying the our engineer will visit,
      Bearing warranty for compressor 6years as per manufacturers specification,
      One Mr. Khan from videocon calling me today 22/09/11 and telling me to pay arround RS=2000/- for repair,
      What is the meaning of warranty here?
      I never expected this to happen,
      they are telling me that compressor only comes under warranty and gas filling we need to pay around RS2000/-
      I wrote a mail to customer care, if compressor is under warranty then you replace only the compressor and the gas filling i will get it done,
      CSE Mr.deendayal Replied saying they will do it,

      NOW WITHOUT NOTICE THEY CANCELLED THE COMPLAINT.

          My D2H has channel mismatch problem, I made a complaint with the operator, they gave me few steps to follow and I did the same but the mismatch problem still exist, other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, I think this migth be the problem of channel mismatch, my operator is about to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount (I have completed 1 Year of warranty), I think this is wrong to ask charges, if this problem exists due to software updates, please give me a solution.
          Mismatch problem is with few channels only, other thing is that, the channels works in the morning but after 8:00 am even if I do not restart the device channels get changed automatically in running conditions, I think some mischievous thing into it.

              I have purchased Kenstar Mixer Grinder on 01/03/2011 from total mall, sarjapur road, bangalore.
              Model : MG0411 (Super Six Stallion Dx) , Serial Number:[protected].

              It's been more than 2 months i am chasing service center and i have been informed that production of motor is halted in on plant. hence there is shortage. Can somebody explain for 2 months production is halted?

              Secondly, I have been given Area in charge number : Shreedhar(+91-[protected]). He is amazing in giving false promises but absolute failure in taking action against customer complaints. since last 20 days i have been given false promises that within 2 days it will be done / within 2 hrs it will be done....but nothing happens.

              I would request, kindly take necessary action on my request and extend my warranty for the period i was not given service.

                  I am Mohsin Khan I purchased Vediocon Compressor No.[protected] from M/s Electro Max, Modi House Opp. Stadium Jhansi Road Gwalior by Mr. Iqwal Khan Comp.Engineer Gwalior Rs. 2350/- against voucher no. 2947 dated 3.7.2012 under warranty 12 months.
                  I want original company bill n price list n warranty card. The dealer n comp.engr are not given the original bill n price list n waranty card.
                  Some vediocon dealer given aforesaid compressor Rs. 1300/- to 1500/- + 16 month warranty period.
                  So, I request that please send original price list n warranty card aforesaid compressor no. I awaiting 7 days either I am going to Consumer Court Gwalior n claim your company, dealer n comp. engineer.

                    I have got a call to recharge my D2h videocon,as it was getting expire.I have done the same recharged from videocon D2 H site for one year on 08/09/2001 @11:00AM, I have shared details of payment to their team at same time .they said it will take maximum 24hrs.I got SMS from my bank the amount is paid.I called thier team again then they said it will take more time not very much sure even asked for senior person .I have written mail to customer care of videocon with detail of payment .but till today it is not activated no update.
                    Now i am seriously putting them in consumer court for putting for claim for not working days & penalty for harassment .

                        sir once again i am back in this site for the same reason tat complained on 23 & 29 last month the fridge not working . They visited the place on 29 last month they told there is leakage in the coil section inside , they told right now they dont have the stock they have to get the coil from the company godown its almost 7 days now no news from them ? Videocon company has given the after service to distrubutors so their is no proper cordination between them ,they even dont upgrade the mobile numbers of their workers . The message they send as your complaint is assained to such and such distrubutor and a person by name BABU wil see the matter with mobile number mentioned in the sms. If i try to dial the number mentioned in the sms i get the message back as the number ur trying to contact is temproverly disconnected woo is responsible for this. Sir the forum people should go through the matter and see tat its solved earlier. Sir its almost 20 days now with out it i am finding difficult without it? Sir i am loosing faith in complaining here for the same reasons i dont know what next to do?

                            my name is sunil kumar .
                            last moth i have recharge of rupes 249 for get benifit os free std on videocon num ....but on 4th ouct. i have recharge of rupes 65 for get all std and local 30 paisa per mint ..when i was recharge 65 rupes they had cencal my 249 benifit .then i thought my recharge validity of 249 is over then i have recharge again of 249 on 6th of ouct for geting std benifit but they didn't give me benifit becoz. the customer care excuter says me tht u have over recharge thts why we cant we give u benifit.i just want to know if they cant give me any benifit of 249 then why they have done recharge successful on my number .i just want any kind of benifit of my recharge eiher balance or std call rate benifit ..

                            Sir u nka ye kehna hai ke ek STD pack ke uper dusra STD pack nye chal skta agr aisa hai to unhone mere 249 ke uper 65 ka kaise done kiya and fir baad main 249 ka recharge success to ker diya but na to balance diya and na he koi benifit aisa pta nye kitno ke sath hua hoga maine complate is liye ki becoz main sye hu and main apne sath galt nye hone de skta 250 choti rakm nye hoti sir plz help me

                                I bought this Videocon D2H TV on March 2011 & from the very first day the tv screen & resolution was not good so i asked the enginner & concern person to REPLACE the TV but they keep promiing that we will never charge you for any service visit but please dont ask to replace this..this commitment was given to me,,now since 1 year when the TV was is Warranty Period they didnt charged any amount but now after Warranty period iam facing lots of issue with the TV & they are charging me for thye same,,it means if i will face the same issue in every month i will have to pay service charges all the time which is not fair because earlier also i asked them to replace the TV but they didnt bothered about it.
                                Its my Humble request kindly look into the matter & do the needful

We had purchased Videocon d2h while we were in Talcher, Orissa in the month of January 2011 in the name of my Late Husband Mr. C. N. Vidyasagar. I have relocated to the above-mentioned address in the month of April 2011.                                   I had purchased your connection 2 years ago and my customer ID is 79866799.
                                  On Friday around 12:02 PM I had raised a relocation request from Aundh (Pin 411007) to Hinjewadi (Pin 411057). The de-installation happened promptly on the same day in the evening and I was given some apparatus and cables to carry with me to the new location.
                                  As per you promises, the installation was supposed to happen on Sunday but did not despite my repeated calls to customer care and their assurances.
                                  On Monday afternoon, when I was in office, your engineer called and asked me to come down for installation which had to refuse and asked him to come down the next day and told him explicitly that I would be taking leave on Tuesday for this. Tuesday went away and again despite numerous calls to customer care and engineer (who also was on weekly off and ignored to inform me of this on Monday), nobody visited and nobody called.
                                  Wednesday I had to rush back from office at 4:30 to reach home by 5:30 PM for the installation when I was informed that the de-installation engineer did not do his job properly and did not provide with all things (foot mount was missing, some cable was cut and connector taken away).
                                  I agreed to pay for the missing stuff and made an appointment with engineer for Thursday 6:30 PM. You Engineer turned up at 7:15 and promptly informed me that keys to the terrace in my society are not available after 7:00PM.
                                  I am waiting for your next prank today.
                                  Need a few answers here:
                                  1. Why have I paid the engineer for de-installation when he did not do his job properly? Please refund the amount and deduct it from his salary if required.
                                  2. Where is compensation for breaching the SLA and wasting my leaves let alone the 1 week of recharge value of my current pack and the mental torture and humiliation at the hands of your engineers? I wish not to pay for the installation and ask for the same to be deducted from the Service Center-in-charge/Engineer’s salary for not joing their job properly.
                                  3. When I was sold the connection I was informed that the set top box was a property of VideoconD2H and I had to return it post usage and get refunded a part of the deposit. Seems like your policies have changed now and without informing me you have forced the new terms on me in a breach of contract that I signed with your organisation. Please continue relationships with me on the terms we had mutually agreed upon and if you wish to differ, please provide me an option to move out as per agreed to terms.
                                  Awaiting reply at an earliest.

                                    i have vediocon flat tv buying from kaithal affter some days colors are gone and tv become black and white i complaint at service center then a agent come from dirba name gurpiyar and he took my plate of tv and not return so many days he give me phone number .once again i complaint to your service center but not any solution come from your side . he give me plate affter 4 month and affter 4-5 days my tv once again not show any color now i reapair my tv from shop.

                                    tell me what is the benifit of service center or call center or service agents

                                      they don't know how to behave with the coustmers & they are very irresponsible to give information.
                                      i.e, AKIRA COMMUNICATIONS in warangal, they are very careless to give information & please remove them.

                                        Videocon’s Mano Ya Na Mano complaint

                                        I have purchased videocon Jumbo 34 inch color TV on 10.09.2008 B.No.218 from Om
                                        Electronics, Ram Mandir Road, Jaihind Chowk,Yavatmal.
                                        Ph.No.[protected]. under Mano ya na Mano offer/scheme.
                                        According to this offer/scheme, I have paid
                                        additional INR 7000 apart from the 12900 INR paid for 34 inch Jumbo color TV.

                                        The company (videocon) had issued a bond of INR 7000 No.151190
                                        (Entitlement Certificate) that I paid duly. According to this bond, I
                                        am entitled to get a 32-inch plasma TV for
                                        free after 35 months from date of purchase.

                                        When 35 months were over, I went to Om Electronics & Videocon local
                                        branch; they said that, I have to pay additional INR 4980 for taxes. I
                                        drew their attention towards the condition 12 of the bond its stat
                                        “The transportation cost from the said point (respective branch office
                                        of videocon Industries Ltd) and all local taxes shall be borne by the
                                        customer”. I said them that I am ready to pay local taxes payable in
                                        our city and transportation charges from branch office of my nearest
                                        city to my house.

                                        The plasma TV videocon is providing also lacks basic features like A/V
                                        in and Remote (according to the company website). This is clear
                                        looting of the people of India and breach of trust.

                                        Why should I pay INR 7000 and wait for 3 full years and now pay
                                        additional 4980 INR to get a product which lacks basic TV features ??

                                        The company did not give the information 3 years ago that the plasma
                                        TV would have not basic features like a/v and remote control in his
                                        advertisement. This is totally unexpected and a shocker from company
                                        likes videocon.

                                        Please help me and people of India who had purchased the TV under this
                                        scheme get right and a good product for their money without further
                                        exploitation.

                                        Videocon should respect the trust of all who believed in Videocon and
                                        entered the scheme.
