I am raising complaint from the past 1 month my amount is not credited to my account from old setup box to new setup box. You can able to see the complaint numbers raised for account numbers.

Last complaint number 88932812 is not yet resolved this number is maintaining from the last 25 days and my issue is maintain for the last 3 months.

I am really disappointed to say that Videocon DTH service providers do not show "PEACE T.V", in any of the channel pack. I've purchase the DTH connection impressed by their advertisement that it is the largest no. of channel provider but was spellbound to know "PEACE T.V" is not included in it. It provides other religious channels for Hindus, Christians, Jains and Shiks but not Peace tv and Qtv for Muslim community....

I paid the total amount of Rs. 2190/- on 28-Oct-2011 and the executive promised that the installation will be done and get activated by 31-Oct-2011.
