once i got gprs setting but by my mistake i did not properly installed in my mobile. thereafter i several times tried the customer care by sms and over phone. they replied u given wrong password. so no gprs??? what is this!!! this type answer i never expect from these people what a rediculous answer i accept my mistake then i request them to please send again. Even today i talk with vhelp person, but he way of telling ur mobile is not match for internet. But i am using still on date some other service. NOT ONLY VIDEOCON SERVICE MOSTLY ALL SERVICE PEOPLE ARE thinking how to cheat THE POOR INDIANS.

i will wait for some more days if no response they will lose one customer.

    Hi,
    My Name is Mohd Vaish Khan, I was using videocon d2h connection service, what happened when i recharge my d2h connection second time through HDFC net banking service, the same day my 200 Rs was deducted by videocon d2h, moreover 10 south Indian channel added on my account, Even i did not request of it, when i got message from d2h that 4 movie has been activated on your account, then i made them call and told then is there any logic behind it, same day same time how can it possible i can watch four movies or south Indian channel which i don't have idea. I have been mentally harassed by videocon. i have called them several times and get locked my request but, i did not get any response, kindly get resolved the issue or advice me to take further action as soon as possible.

    Vediocon D2H service:

    The service is frequently getting interrupted;
    Even in slight wind or less rain the signal is getting interrupted; In good whether also, the service stops and resumes automatically and this happens in a cyclic manner not even withstanding for a one second. If called to customer service, the customer care executive notes down the complaint and give a complaint number and tells that it will be attended by their engineer, but has to be paid the amount that the engineer demands.
    I strongly disagree that the engineer for attending this has to be paid. It is the duty of the D2H service to provide the uninterrupted service for the subscription paid as a cable does in a particular locality. Secondly the amount will not be disclosed to us by the customer care executive, but will be informed by the engineer on attending. If so, we are in atmost confusion and dilemma to continue the service or not.

      Respected sir,
      we had purchased your set of D2H on 7th Dec. 2011 it was installed at our place on the same day. After a month on 5th Jan when my husband tried to recharge the account online he had to create his login there it came to his notice that our address was wrongly upgraded by ur repesentative to avoid the correspondence problems by ur side he corrected the address. On 7th Jan.2012 we had recharged our account with 300 INR. at the same time we received the message that the next due is 7th feb. 2012.
      Now on 30th Jan 2012 i m receving the message from ur side stating that my due falls on 2 feb. 2012. n m also recieving the phone calls for the same reminding me of the recharge. But when i contacted the customer care services than only i came to know that Rs 50/- were deducted from our Account due to the address correction.

      Now that was not our fault it was the fault o[censored]r representative who had wrongly upgraded our address to ur system. I had launch complain for the refund of the same complain no. is 95550439, n was told that the query will be solved by sunday 5th Feb 2012. But in ur system it shows that the due is on 2nd Feb. 2012 .

      It is my humble request to u to look into the matter n try to solve it as soon as possible if my service gets diconnected on 2nd feb. 2012 than surely im going to the consumer forum.
      we were the customer of Z Dishtv for last 6 years but had never faced the problem though we had actually changed once the physical address.

      Hi,

      I have a videocon D2H connection, recently we have changed our residence address, from last 3 days we are facing issues in D2H connection(Showing message for technical error) Now the videocon customer care is asking Rs 125 for address change + the charges for Engineer who would come to correct the problem.

      Thats such a injustice, all cable providers of area never ask for any charges, for any issues from there side and adress change for any local shift in area.They are wrongly charging customers and making them fool.They are cheaters.

        Subject : Complain regarding Videocon LCD TV
        Sir / Maa’m
        I purchased Videocon LCD Hurricane 32’’ on 15th March 2011 from Visakhapatnam which was delivered to me on 17th March 2011 with invoice no [protected]. I started using it from September. To my surprise on 23rd Dec 2011 it started giving problem and suddenly no picture was coming. The power button started blinking on and off alternatively and TV was not responding to the remote control also.
        The first complaint I lodged with the customer care was on 26th dec 2011 at 19:38hrs & complaint no CUD[protected]. I got a message that it will be serviced by engineer Mr Manikanda Prabhu. The engineer came after a number of calls, opened the TV, told a panel has to be changed which will take a week time.
        Suddenly I got a message on 30dec 2011 at 18:12hrs that my complaint has been closed. But nothing was done till then. After this, I kept on calling the customer care , they kept on giving me the complaint nos. – CUD[protected] (30 dec 2011 , 18:45hrs) (cancelled on 6jan 2012 at 18:15hrs) ; CUD[protected] (6th jan 2012 ; 18:36hrs) (cancelled on 10jan 2012 at18:24hrs) ; CUD[protected] (19jan 2012 at 09:08hrs).
        The engineer came on 25th Jan 2012. He serviced the TV and when he switched it on their developed a crack on the screen ; the picture was hazy with no sound. Immediately we told the engineer to inform his superior and when I talked personally talked to that person he was rude & told this problem occurred at my end and I didn’t knew what else he said as voice was not clear and he was abusing may be drunked or something? . The engineer told us to take the TV to service centre at Puducherry . Again we lodged a complaint explaining everything to the customer care (CUD[protected]).
        Then I tried getting the contact no of the executives and talked to customer care representatives no. of times who assured me that some of the executive will contact me soon. I gave a call to the Aurangabad office and Gurgaon but was not able to get any of the numbers. Then I called to Chennai customer care on 27th Jan 2012 at 11:14hrs . Again the representative assured me that I will get a call from the executive staff that very day but again all in vain.
        I just cant understand whats wrong with Videocon company how come it has become so insensitive to a customers problem . This is not acceptable. Now my new TV which i bought with a lot of hard earned money has been tempered with some Puducherry Videocon service centre people , and inspite of being polite and accepting their mistake neither these people nor their senior officer are acting on any of my request of amending the defect and i am left with no other option but to approach the consumer forum.
        Kindly look into the issue and give me a reply taking into consideration the problems suffered from the non cooperation of the staff of your esteemed Videocon company.

            that recharge rs. 25 for std and local call 25 paise per minute so i have done recharge of rs 25 but my call rate charges 50 paise per minute deduct from my balance. i called many time your helpline no. 121 and 198 but their answers are
            unsatisfied for me so i requested to u please help me about this metter

                my handset is vediocon-V1655, its display is being darken day by day, some black spots are blakening the screen of my handset... there is no physical damage as per my knowledge.. but the compnay tels it as physical damage.. and they are not taking my hand set for repairing in warranty period... as my warranty period is remaining... plz let me know the solution how i can proove it to be not a physical damage.. and a genuine problem....

                  my friend purchased videocon mobile on 08/09/2011.this mobile repaired on 23/12/2011.the mobile give to the servce centre on 26/12/2011 in chennai(vadapalani) under the the warranty o , rupa said to me who staff of the videocon service centre,when we serviced call to you then you will collect. service centre jop no ;3612 .day before day call to my friend your phone had serviced it come and collect . videocon yesterday my friend came service centre asked them we are searching the mobile we will call back when we found the mobile .all of the staff in this service centre not respond to all the customer .kinly help me to get the mobile as soon as possible

                  Videocon — delay in service

                  I brought a new washing machine which was delivered on 26-10-11.After that no one came for its opening and demo servicing.complain no:THA[protected] which was registered on 29-10-11.Waiting for someone to open the box since 12 days.I am very frustrated by this type of service.

                    I am raising complaint from the past 1 month my amount is not credited to my account from old setup box to new setup box. You can able to see the complaint numbers raised for account numbers.

                    Last complaint number 88932812 is not yet resolved this number is maintaining from the last 25 days and my issue is maintain for the last 3 months.

                    How many times i need to call D2H executive for credit the account? All are cool and saying, task is assigned to billing team as high priority they are not get back to us for job closure.

                    I don't know whether you guys know the feelings of end customer. I have invested for watching TV and your sales team promised me your amount from old setup box will credit to new setup box. Moreover, three supervisor has been contacted for amount. Three supervisors are doing only post master job. There is no difference between executive and supervisor. Supervisor is also not in the mood to react with end customer query then how can i able to expect from executive. After sometime supervisor is also not ready to attend my call (they initiate the executives to say "Not Available"). I don't want to specify the names of executives and supervisors. If it is not happen till start to end conversation between the executives list will be published with recordings. They will say another thing called i will ask my senior manager to call in one hour. But, no calls from the executive/manager/sr. manager. What a lethargic fellows?

                    You guys always need to have one cool statement wait for another 24Hrs. I have waited till yesterday but my problem is not resolved. Kindly check from your database, from ([protected]) how many times executive has attended the call and given query has been initiated. I don't know, from the start of step it is not a query its a trap for my money.

                    Each and every time it is raised as High Priority, but billing team is not get back to us. What the billing team is doing for my query for past 3 months? 3 Months billing team is not able to resolve the query from old balance to new balance

                            This is with reference to installation request made by me on videocond2h toll free number[protected]. I have got free Go Live Kit (GLK 6201) with my LCD TV.

                            First time, I called up on Dec 10th, 2011 and spoken with your executive. He told me to buy Rs 1000/- recharge voucher and call back.
                            I purchased the voucher and call back on Monday Dec 12, 2011. I have shared PIN and contact details. He has not asked me for the recharge voucher and said that they will need it later. He is forwarding the request to Back end department and they will call me back.

                            I called up again on Dec 14, 2011 on same number. I have asked the executive about the status of my request and reference number to my request.
                            He said that there is no reference number they are maintaining. They just receive the request and transfer information to back end department. I asked if there is no system how is he surely saying that my request is in progress. He simply answer that it is his assumption.

                            I wanted to talk to the sr guy and he agreed and disconnected the phone. This happened 7 times. I spoken with 7 different executive. Initially I have not noted the names but later I did. Name of executives are – Monika, dhruv, shyam, Shohib, Anand. All said the same thing that they are transferring the call. Finally, I said Anand to request Sr. to come on phone and not transferring as it is resulting to disconnect. Anand agreed and I was able to speak to Mr. Milind.
                            Mr. Milind accepted the point and after a long discussion, he has given me complain Number[protected].

                            I have following serious concerns and complain:
                            1. My free go like kit is valid till Dec 15, 2011. If not installation than I not only lose the benefit I got with my LCD but also 1000/- recharge voucher.
                            2. Why has executive asked me to call after purchasing the recharge voucher? Why has he not logged the request for installation on Sat and forwarded to the Back End department?
                            3. When any customer is making request for installation why is no reference number giving back to the customer?
                            4. Why is no request status available to customer care?

                            This entire process cause lot of tension to me even before I become Videcon D2H customer.

                            No one should buy VideoConD2H.
                            I am facing the exact same issue with videocon. Inspite of calling several times i am not getting any response from the said back team. I have been given a cross reference number :5958508

                            but still waiting for the call from back end team since 13th December 2011. even my GLK was valid till 15 dec 2011.

                              My purchase of the product of Videocon D2h was from HS18 as a discount offer of Rs 900/- as installation fees. Before I install this product I had spoken to the customer service team who told me that I can later recharge for Rs 50/- or Rs 60/- monthly based on whatever channels I would prefer. The customer care person told me that the engineer will come within 48 hours and install the D2H connection. After 48 hours when the installation was still not done, I called up customer care they informed me that the installation is already completed. I was suprised! After 15 mins they called me and apologies me and told the engineer will come in next 24 hours.

                              When the service engineer came to my home, I told him that i am currenly paying only Rs 100/- per month for my cable operator, I reconfirmed with him whether i can recharge for Rs 50/- per month, he confirmed that and said that I can enjoy the benefit of south Indian channels. After the installation when I spoke to customer care person, I get a response that minimum recharge is Rs 150/- per month, which is a false commitment. Prior to the installation I was using local cable connection which cost me only Rs 100/- per month where I get the benefit of all channels. Now I am being told to spend Rs 150/- to get these channels? No one would accept this false commitment. I have not used the services and want the videocon engineer to come and take away your product and refund Rs 900/-.

                              Just to add on, the customer service guys are not at all cooperative. I was talking to a guy named Raj (claimed to be Manager) who disconnected my call. I called back within next 2 mins and told the agent i want to speak to Raj, he went to call Raj and came back and telling me that Raj has left for the day.. (how funny!)

                                Dear Concern,

                                We had taken one new connection of Sun Direct DTH on 11.Dec.2011, which our Smart Card ID is [protected] & Address is G-131, Ground Floor, Alfha II, Gr. Noida. After installation till date (13.Dec.2011 - 17:30) we are not able to see any program thru this. Bcz each and every when we start the TV we will get an error message (E 48-32 - E37-32 - E52-32).
                                Also we had informed the customer care at Delhi[protected] on 12.Dec.2011 - 13:40 whose request no is 1-[protected], from which we had got a response that with in 48 hr the complaint will be resolved and DTH concern technician will make a phone call. But till we haven't received any call from any body regarding my complaint. Also we had made the same call to the customer care today by 15:00. We are getting the same message which we had got yesterday(Now there is 22 hr left, wait till tomorrow (14.Dec.2011) noon.
                                Can we get any right service from your end.The connection was very new and from installing date we are not able to watch any of the channels.

                                    Hi All,
                                    I have ordered Videocon D2Hthrough online and one they have promised me that they will give the connection max 48 hrs
                                    even after if we call the call center no proper response and not getting the connection finally i got a response saying my customerid is already used by some other person and got connection in Cochin.They have promised by 10 th evening 5 'O' clock they will give connection and i have wasted my entire day finally i called the person and again i received the same response my id is not activated.
                                    So please be aware they are looting our money like anything and don't trust .I guess only Abishek Bachhan i getting connection with in time and not others.
