I would like to lodge the complaint against videocon d2h tv service provider.
I have relocated my videocon dish antenna as well tv from raipur khurd, chandigarh to naya gaon, punjab, for which i had called videocon d2h call centre to provide the mechanic's services. Videcon d2h had arranged a mechanic on 19 july 2019. He had charged me total 750 rs. Where 450 rs were charged for relocation establishment and 300 for other hardware tools.
He had asked me no need to pay the videocon d2h for relocation charges because i will pay the money on behalf of you.
On 21 july videocon d2h has too posted the charges of relocation, from which i had paid to recharge for channels' subscription.
Now i am frequently calling the videocon d2h to make aware them the situation and asking for reimbursement my channels subscription amount but they have been ignoring, they are not serious to contact the mechanic, which they had sent to me.
When i call the videocon d2h call center, they prepare a fresh to complain, i have lodged the complaint there 6 to 7 times, but they are not resolving the issue.
My television has been out of working despite paying relocation and channel subscription charges.
So i request to concerning authority to take on the issue and sort out my problem.
Besides, i would like to remedy to fine and direct the videocon d2h so that harassments and inconveniences could be avoided for other users.
