I have recharged my d2h connection with an amount of 298/- as per the assistance given by the customer care executives. But my connection was not reactivated. When i am contacting them they are saying that it takes 36 hours to activate the account. I have already been facing the problem of amount deduction with out my intimation and i have called the customer care for around 5 to 10 times a per day since[protected]. They promised me to solve my query but it was not solved, so i finally thought of recharging and did the recharge but it still didn't reflect in my account reactivation. And when i call the customer care they disconnect my call with out solving my query or else they keep on hold and for around 15 to 30 mins the call automatically gets disconnected. This is like cheating the customer and playing with them. I would like to take strict action against the company who are trying to fool the customers.

    Despite having money in dth, none of my dth channels are playing, but i have given money to an engineer 4 days ago. I have been calling the customer care number for the last 4 days, but every time i tell the technical problem, has the technical problem not become a solw since 4 days?
    I want both my dth setup box active.

      Videocon d2h has debited a service fee of 200 by mistake and i am being given assurances for last 1 month that if will be done in next couple of days, how ever there is not action taken on it despite of multiple email email reminders. To which j am yet to get a response even from their nodal officer.

      Below is the response i have received earlier but no action being take till now.

        Hi,
        D2h provided a offer under which offered channel charge should be 1 rs. For 30 days. I activated that channel but they are charging full amount. For this from 27-jul-2019 i'm calling customer support daily but every time a complain id is provided. Also they activate channels without my consent. Last complain id[protected].           I was a consumer of d2h with customer id : 8828121. Though i have selected the channels i wanted, the company was forcing upon me channels that are not mandatory and that i did not want, in the name of malayalam basic package. They were not in the habit of disclosing the channels provided in the basic package. Hence i have requested several times to provide me a list of channels that are included in the basic package through email. They will respond never. Now believing their offer of 6 months full hd subscription, i have changed over to their hd set-top box, paying rs.2, 390/-. My new id is[protected]. Now they say that 6 months subscription is only for basic malayalam package. I wanted to know the channels available in the basic package, i am subscribed to. But they will not provide it. Hence, as in the past, i am addressing the d2h authorities through an e-mail. An extract of the same is attached hereunder.
          "i have purchased and installed a new hd rf set-top box in place of the ordinary rf set-top box. My new customer id provided by you is[protected]. Your representative has informed that on the installation of the hd box i am subscribed to basic malayalam hd pack offered by you for 6 months. But he could not reveal the names of all channels available in the package. It is not available on your web site too. I want to add some channels available on your platform to the channels mandatorily provided by you and do away with the channels on your package that are not mandatorily provided and that i am not interested in. To make it possible, i am in need of the list of channels provided in the package now offered to me by you on the above customer id. Please make it convenient to provide me with a list of the same.

          Previously too i have made a request to you (As a customer with id[protected]. Then you did not care to respond. Please make sure that this time it is not so."

            Since last cyclone - fani on 3rd may 2019, the d2h service disrupted. But due to my long absence in headquarters, i lodged complaint to customer care on 30th july 2019 after returning for early recertification and also paid the package amount. But in everyday (Since last 3 days) they assured to send their engineer within 24 hours. But in vain. By this way, they are harrashed and cheating me. Please accept my complaint for taking early steps to solve my problem.

              We have taken a d2h connection in Pune as we lived in a place where there was common dish hence we paid for the dish to D2h but they have not provided dish due to common connection (mdo connection), now we have shifted to Bangalore and raised the request of re connection but no action has been taken and the dish is also not provided. Their Engineer says we are not serviceable at our location but customer care keep on taking requests but no action or connection is provided yet.

                Till my complaint is unsolved. Again am getting a msg to recharge before August 2nd, even after recharging for Rs.800 from July 1st to till date. Videocon dish customercare exe again hup on me saying your query will be resolved by[protected] by 4.00pm. But still its not. After doing several follow up still am left with mental harrassment by customercare people. Plz do help me in getting wrongly debited money refunded from them.

                  Hi my name is shorabh sharma i have a connection with d2h videocon my customer id is 6998635. The company has added unwanted channel to my kitty to make me pay more without my consent which is rangmanch channel which is never requested and if you check my viewing history i have never even watched that channel. I want that channel removed and also my money refunded, earlier this month my set top box was not working for so many day i made so many complaints but no one cam to repair after waiting for weeks finally someone came i want the refund for that as well i was not able to view the world cup final for which i was paying extra as an addon for the sports package.

                    Very irresponse.its 3 months ago complaint. Every time lift the today coming he told.but after we calling, ph was not answering.as same as service centers continuous complaint registers.
                    Call center guys told with 24hr problem will solve. And after that 8 hrs.after one month register new complaint. Very very very or response about customers.please talk this complaint serious. not only with me.so many customers face this problem.
                    Almost 1000rs loss.and dish was 2200.please consider it.

                      Videocon d2h is not providing good service.most of time ""signal not available" appear on the screen and when we call to customer care, they says"it is a technical problem and you have to pay for this." When we want to talk to their senior, they talk to us very rudely and cut the call.
                      Their behaviour is very rude.

                          Dear sir/madam
                          I would like to lodge the complaint against videocon d2h tv service provider.
                          I have relocated my videocon dish antenna as well tv from raipur khurd, chandigarh to naya gaon, punjab, for which i had called videocon d2h call centre to provide the mechanic's services. Videcon d2h had arranged a mechanic on 19 july 2019. He had charged me total 750 rs. Where 450 rs were charged for relocation establishment and 300 for other hardware tools.
                          He had asked me no need to pay the videocon d2h for relocation charges because i will pay the money on behalf of you.
                          On 21 july videocon d2h has too posted the charges of relocation, from which i had paid to recharge for channels' subscription.
                          Now i am frequently calling the videocon d2h to make aware them the situation and asking for reimbursement my channels subscription amount but they have been ignoring, they are not serious to contact the mechanic, which they had sent to me.
                          When i call the videocon d2h call center, they prepare a fresh to complain, i have lodged the complaint there 6 to 7 times, but they are not resolving the issue.
                          My television has been out of working despite paying relocation and channel subscription charges.
                          So i request to concerning authority to take on the issue and sort out my problem.
                          Besides, i would like to remedy to fine and direct the videocon d2h so that harassments and inconveniences could be avoided for other users.

                              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. I am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes service break, frequent unfair balance deductions.
                              Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of 200 rs on july 07, 2019 for which i should get service for 30 days but error e18-4 was coming on my led screen. Even after complaining many times my channels were not activated from videocon d2h then an engineer visited my home on 10 july 2019, but before his arrival channels were activated. So he did nothing because an error has been rectified already. But videocon d2h deducted 200 rs from my account. Again after many complaints, a senior person from d2h assured me to refund 200 rs up to july 13, 2019. I am also having a recording of that communication. When i did not get any amount back i mailed to [protected]@d2h.com with attached recording so they registered my complaint (Complaint no[protected] and assured me to resolve this problem up to 21 july 2019, 7:22 p. M. But nothing happened and now they are not replying. Despite all these i did not receive any amount till now.
                              Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write an email, they simply avoid replying to it.

                              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set-top box & umbrella.
                              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                I relocated my place. I raised a complaint to refit it which charges 450 inr. They said they have raised the complaint and will be done in 24hrs. I called after 1.5 days and asked them, they said the issue is not raised now we will raise it and will be done in 24 hrs. The same thing happened to me 8 times from a month and they are still coming. I somehow went to nearby shop and got it fitted but setup box is not working. When i call customer care, they are receiving the call and not replying anything. Instead keeping it aside they start talking some nonsense with their colleagues and disconnect the call after 15 mins... I have 1000 rs balance in the account, if they can refund it, i will go for some new connection of some other brand..

                                  This is prasanna here a d2h customer having customer id[protected]. I had raised a complain no[protected] on july 18. They repaied it and took 200 rs from me and did not give me any receipt. Based on d2h customer care rules within 15 days of their service if customer raised one more compaint, customer dont have to pay the 200 rs again, i raised one more complaint again complaint no:[protected] for the same issue, they are saying now previous technician is not belong to d2h customer care, so i ahve to pay it again, it is really frustrating to see how they are behaving.

                                    Last 3 months i have no seen my dish more than 20 times i will complaint customer care but they are no proper responds about this. Please take further action immediately.otherwise please refund money .did not cheat any other person, service boy not come in my house...

                                      Requested for cancellation and refund. Rep said it's prepaid services so there is no cancellation and refund policy. Due connectivity issues they said will arrange tech visit for which i will have to pay 200rs. Already paid 590 for services which i m not getting. Just looting customers. Seriously need to make some law to punish these service providers.

                                        As tria lunched i m very disappointed with the VIDEOCON D2H services. I called up many time on d2h complain number for getting my problem solve but no one can take the responsibilities and proper answering to me. they put my continue phone calls between talks. and didnt give answer and resolution.i have all the recording, so now i m very tired with it and very disappointing with the behavior of d2h representative. i request you to all for dont ever use this rubbish service. now i m going to remove this service.
