refund balance amount and disconnect services

cheating customer with fake offer

My connection number is[protected] and it was in deactivation status for a month or so. When i logged in to videocon d2h website on 30 th may 2019 to recharge, i found an offer for 3 months recharge where 30 additional days will be free. Hence i recharged rightaway.

Post that i have noticed that additional 30 days is not provided to me. I have spoke with the customer care several times, but no proper response and they are claiming...

failure to activate the channel on my secondary/mirror connection

Almost 100 times called to customer care regarding channel activation on my secondary connection but no one is there to activate this. Even i sent mail to customer care but no response from their end. When i mentioned i don't want this connection please refund my amount they are saying that there is no policy for this. They are not doing activation as well as not going to refund my amount...

I recharged my d2h account on paytm, amount has been deducted but not reflecting on my d2h account and my services are stopped. When i complained over the call on their customer care number they have opened a service request with number[protected]. I have received a sms saying that the issue has been resolved but still the issue persists. My paytm account hasn't been refunded nor my cable is working. Please look into this.

signal not available for weeks

I lodged a complaint against the unavailability of signals for few channels (Star sports 2, star sports 1 hindi, star sports 3, sony ten 1, ten 2, ten 3, sony six, sony espn, sony mix) in my bouquet on 17/06/2019. I watched these channels seamlessly till 16th of june 2019 on the ind vs pak match. But on 17th the channels were not being shown, although other entertainment and movies channles are being shown. complaint not respond by videocon d2h

I had complain regarding no signal from 12 june 2019 still it was not attended by company. They only give false commitment to customer. Very poor service need to actions on it. On 12 th june first complain they told me it will resolve 96 hours. The complaint not respond by authority. Second complaint register on 16 june. Same things they not responding. Its very pathetic on third complain the discontinued my call wih no resolution....

thief & pathetic customer services

One of the most pathetic service provider in the industry is VIDEOCON D2H. I have been using this id since long, but have never felt good anything about this services provider.
Today I have wasted my 2hours calling at customer care number and neither of them are able to provide me solutions, moreover every time they disconnect my calls.

video d2h - 6 months recharge amount not added to my recharge account

I have recharged my d2h account for 6 months ( rupees 2289) by logging in to my d2h account. I recharged this amount from my paytm wallet. Paytm confirmed that, the amount is successfully transferred d2h and amount is also deducted from my paytm wallet. But, the amount is not credited to my recharge account. Paytm asked me to share written confirmation form d2h that they have not received the payment so that, they can action from their end....

customer care can use abusive language (really scary)

We have parent child connection and out of 4 connection 3 was inactive.
Now we have recharge for 2 months bearing Transaction id:[protected] & order id:[protected][protected].
But our TV is not working still..

If you try to reach Customer care ([protected]), they are not picking up the call many time and execuses by saying server down.

For few time let me just forget about...

unauthorised charges deduction

My registered customer id is 66650143.
I have recently changed my set top box for which I was supposed to be charged Rs. 450/- ( 200 engineer visit & 250 for box) but they have charged me 200 /- extra for no reason . and it has simply got deducted from my next recharge .
After calling up customer care they have assured me to credit it within 24 hours but that did not happen again after calling next day I talked to some senior...

The last December I requested for relocation and they send engineer to install the devices and it work fine and we paid RS.400 as a relocation charges.
But they have deducted RS.400 my d2h account without any information.I made a call to customer care and they told the deducted amount for December relocation and informed them that we already paid to the Engineer...

complaint about closing my d2h service

I am user of independent D2h. I bought set top box with freedom 1999 offer. Company provide all channels free for 1 year in this offer. But after 3 months company change this package without informing me and most of channels closed in this package.
Then all of star channels closed for long time. When it starts zee channels had been closed.
And now today on 13 June all of channels are closed. They should give me bater service...
