I am not getting any tv channels since Sunday 21st July 2019. On same day after discussion with call center, I re-charged with 300 yesterday it's not reflecting in my account,

Please resolve this on urgent basis, its already 48 hrs completed( yesterday i called to call center).

    My self firoz mulani and i am your 9 years (Approx) old customer. From last 2 week facing some service not available issue in my set up box. Same has been called customer care and log complaint and after many follow up engineer comes at home and told me camera need to be change and the cost is rs. 500/- for single camera and dual camera rs. 1000/- along with service charges.. I have confirm with customer care and they told me actual cost is rs. 175+200 (Including service charge). Then again i many discussion happened with customer care and service center chembur branch engineer come and change the camera as per actual cost. After 1 days same problem happened again i am called to customer care and ask to agent for log complaint but they don't log just because of my call wad disconnected. After 2 days again i called cc they log complaint and engineer come and change the set up box and charge rs. 250 /- given to ramesh.. (That time i got very interesting thing about the your service engineer change the two type of parts one is original and duplicate if customer give some extra amount as per engineer request they replaced original parts or they replaced duplicate parts i have video clip also.

    After that customer care again deduct rs. 250/- from my account. I am just asking why i am give you again 250 just for same complaint...

    Today i am called customer care and senior supervisor dipak or dinesh he also not given proper feedback and call was disconnected without info...

    I hope you take 5 min from your busy schedule and resolve this issue...

    Yesterday i got call from service center mr. Raju and he told me we have make recharge of rs. 250- but again unfortunately my last date of service showing 25th july i called to raju for this rs. 250/- for 3 days he said please raise new complaint in call center, again i log complaint for the same and he told me you will get resolution by 23rd july 1pm. Now i am calling to customer care for status he telling new story.

    I am frustrated with d2h team and mentally harasses with this guy.

      D2h deducted rs. 450 on 15 july we not seen single channel on tv customer care not respond good very bad service no reason deduction amount when why we facing this problem our one week balance was west because we can't see single channel because of this deduction. We talk customer care manager three to four time about this issue but no response. Our problem steel continue.

        I mr. Rakesh kene complaints several times for signal not available issues in customer care of videcon d2h their engineer comes but problem not sovled properly but they took their charges i again complaint for the same he comes and open dish and not fit again and gave reason that he miss drill machine and will come tommorrow but he didnt came. From that day im complaining for the reason but no responce from customer service and no engineer visited to solve my issue. Videocon policy is that if same problem occurs there will be no charge for a month but they are not sending their enginner and skipping days for completing month so they can charge again for the same problem which is not solved. They wasted so many hours by putting my call on the hold in the name of transfer call to seniours for issue then to no seniour pick up call and they also tell once seniour will call back they didnt. Im complaining for the same issue and they just telling engineer will come in 8 hours daily. Im tired of hearing that please help me to solve my issue and my money

          From few days my tv volume decreased 500 % from previous volume levels when i checked its due to updates done by videocon d2h without customer permission. They are decreased volume levels in new updates when i have complained they said u have to pay for engineers visit to increase volume. I request to uninstall auto update they said they can't do that it's compulsory update. Customer don't have right to stop updates. So they intentionally decrease the volume from settelite by name o[censored]pdates and then forced to pay for engineers visit to increase volume by settelite signals.
          Please look into this matter and do the needful.

          If possible make some regulations regarding volume level regulations by all d2h providers so that they have to compulsory provide fixed volume levels set by trai.

            Dear sir or madam myself monu kumar my costumer id[protected] i am using videocon d2h from last four years and from last six or seven months they are detecting my account balance unnecessary the current case is month of july l creates my pack 289 for 28 days but they have activated hd pack rs. 733 theirselve now my pack had been ended on 14days before then i complained (Complaine no.[protected] but they have not solved my problem and they have not respond to me they holds my call several (30-60 sec.) and some time they have disconnected the call so please help me. I am mentally and financialy suffering. Thank you.

              Dear sir,

              We are facing issue with set top box with my customer id[protected].

              We had made request 2 times to upgrade my box in hd. Customer care asked to make recharge of 749 both the time. We made the recharge. And made a request to upgrade the box. Both time engineer closed the request wrongly. Again we made request that if company cant provide hd box then replace my stv box with new one box. We are ready to pay for that. But again and again request being closed by local engineers and customer care disconnecting the call again and again when we are asking about the service delivery.

              I had made the 1st recharge of inr 850.00 on 9th july 2019 and raised the ticket with ticket #[protected] and 2nd recharge of amount inr 749.00 on 18th of july 2019 and raised the ticket with ticket # 66373586.

              Same thing going from last 11 days. But request has not been entertained.

              Please have a look on it and ask the local team to delivery the service asap, else ask them to refund the recharge amount, so that we can go with other service provider.

                My customers id of videocon d2h is[protected] reg. Name madhu mistry... D2h has activated 8 channels with my intimation and they have charged rs.100 for the same in month of may 2019. Since june 2, 2019 i am continiesusly calling to customers care, they have registered the complain but till date not refunding my amount. I am fade up of calling and discussing with senior supervisor. They sentence every day i have hear is within 8 hours your complain will be sovle but till date nothing is happened.. Plz do something as early as possible.

                  I am using videocon d2h since 9 years and no such issue occurs. No signal problem occurs. Now signal problem occurs only for entertainment channels not for news channels.

                  I have recharge my package yesterday and some entertainments channels is not working. All the news channel i have selected are working fine except entertainments channels. Talk to customer care but they are asking for service engineer which is chargeable. Why i pay for service charge if i have paid my package timely.

                      I had recharged my d2h connection (Customer id[protected].. Last month. As per them they have active the services but it was not working at all so my complaint was logged by them but i have to pay 200 rs to this engineer, he visited home and activate the services from his phone. He did nothing. Neither the problem was with setup box nor signal. Problem was only from vidocon as they were unable to activate service from their end. Now there is same problem whoever i have recharged the same from my end and they are unable to activate service. Now saying that again engineer will visit home and you will have to pay him 200 rs. Unable to understand why should i pay him while problem is from videocon. Now i am unable to watch tv. My request that engineer should visit without charge while problem is form vidocon. Yes i am ready if any problem find with setup box or signal problem then i am ready to pay everything but for service i will not pay anything at all. This is not my fault and i have paid and recharged already.
                      And also i have called vidocon customer care they do not help at all and very rude attitude. This month again i have having same problem and same condition they are not resolving the problem and forcing me to pay 200 again to engineer visit. I have select the channels to save money but with this charge of 200 they will get same problem.

                      If they are unable to get visited the engineer please get my amount refunded from vidocon d2h.

                      Message coming on tv screen - you have insufficient balance on your account to pay your subscription. Please increase your balance to avoid being switched off completely.

                        I have Sansui TV which is part of Videocon Industries so it does not require a set top box since the box is fixed inside the TV but every time we switch on the TV we always get an error message "Smart card problem, please remove the smart card and reinsert it after 10 seconds. If the problem persists kindly get in touch with us through our helpline numbers".

                        Every time the Customer Help desk members confirms that this has been rectified but error message appears day in day out not when ever the television is being switched on and sometimes this never goes off and keeps on coming. This has been going on for the last 2 months before which we never used to get this message as I have this connection for more than 2.5 years.

                          Sir last month d2h customer care assign me an engineer for my d2h service & too me that 200 RS fee for the same, engineer came to my home do their job & collect fee as said 200 RS, but the same fee 200rs again cut from account recharge by d2h. When I complaint about this they do not resolve my issue, kindly do the needful as they looted normal public many times without any information.

They were saying that the issue will be resolved within 8 working hours.                               Videocon D2H industries are not responding to my concern even after sharing the information what they asked. Thier customer support team is disconnecting the calls in between the discussion. I have called them more than 62 times till today regarding my issue.

                              I hope you are taking care of the public issues but till now my issue not solved by them and even they blocked my number when iam trying to contact them the call is disconnecting immediately. As they mentioned I have maild the required details more than 40 times but till now not yet received any response from them. I wanted to know that how much duration they required to resolve the issue.

                                I am sanjeev with customer id 83515303 and pissed off with videocon d2h services. They add channels at their will without my consent and charging shamelessly. I tried reaching supervisor and nodal officers they are not answering. This happened 2nd time in last 1 month. Supervisors don't have call back numbers and even if i escalate to nodal officers through emails, they don't care to respond. Pathetic service i would say. They added bengali combo package on my account which i don't have any clue last month and now they added Marathi combo package this time without my consent. I am pissed off with these guys. I need a strict action against them. Their supervisors are not available any time in the day. And channels are not displayed on their app which adds even more confusion when I want to see what all are active. Please take a stringent action as it is happening for the second time in 2 months.

                                Why is your backend team adding combos every month? What action is taken to stop this happening again? I don't want to see this nonsense again. Your customer service is incapable to address this issue unless I report to consumer forum. Why can't you address these issues internally?

                                  I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[65963823]. Since from last 10 days, i am facing Of issues regarding connectivity of videocon d2h, first time i am complaint in helpdesk complaint id[protected]th july. Than next day
                                  Service engineer come and ask 550rs. Charges but not convince give his name. I am again asking his name he is miss behaving with me on phone and only give his name "RAJU" he did not give full name and walkout my home with out proper resolution.

                                  Than after i am complaint many time but that service engineer not come home and write every time to his company "resolved problem automatically"

                                    Videocon proved yet again the pathetic customer service team that they have to service the customer in all aspect. I raised a request to install the Dish at my new address and after multiple follow ups and complaint, the same was fixed in the month of May 2019. Have also raised a complaint regarding the same in this forum too.

                                    Post the reinstallation, i have been going around different people for the last 45 odd days with the customer service team to get the packages set and complete the recharge to start viewing the channels. Every time i call, the customer service representative states that they have raised a complaint and the issue will be fixed within 24 hours but nothing happened till date.

                                    On monday 8 JUL 2019, after getting so pissed of with the service i spoke to the floor Supervisor (Naveen), who said that normally are complaints are closed within 24 hours if not the same is escalated by the customer service team to get a fix in next 48 hrs. However for the last complaint which was raised on 13 Jun 2019 he says that there is no update and not sure why there was no action. He assured me that he will get it fixed within 24 hours and call me back to give the updated.

                                    Yet again no call or response received even by the Supervisor, which shows the level the service which is being provided the Videocon Customer service team including the Supervisors who are least bothered about the customers.

                                    I spent enough time and feel its better to move to any other provider who values the customer. Will make sure i spread this message to all mediums and all people so that every one knows the level of service which videocon is providing to their customers.

                                      I have activated few channels on Sunday 07/07/2019 through D2H website. I got the message that request submitted successfully. On 08/07/2019 morning channels were not activated so i again activated those channels through D2H App. Channels were still not activated so I called customer care and given request to activate those channels. The executive said he has activated the same and it will get started in 5 mins. after 30 mins also channels were not started so i again called customer care and as fer the same then they said it will start on 09/07/2019 morning by 6am.

                                      09/07/2019 whole day channels was not started. I again called customer care on 09/07/2019 at 9pm and they said channels activated and it will start in 5 mins. It has not started and again Called at 10pm, the same story i got to hear that it will start in 5 mins. between 10 to 11 I called customer care twice but still it has not started. Every time executives says the same thing that they have activated channels and it will start in 5 mins. When I asked that if again it will not start then they say you call again.

                                      In totality I contacted 5-6 times but my issue is still not resolved. All executives are non responsive and they do not listen to the issue carefully and disconnect the call on their own.

                                      Every time I asked for complaint number but no one has given it except last guy. it is[protected]. I even dont know it is correct or not. They even do not keep record of my channel list. Every time i need to request for all the channels.

                                      I have not seen services worst then this

                                        I uses videocon d2h from last 5 years my id is 48048650 i have multiple tv my monthly charge is 1800
                                        On 29/06/19 i reached my d2h by rs 1000 but after waiting 1hrs my tv not start than i give complain in videocon d2h costomer care they said engineer will visit 29th full day tv not start
                                        On 30/6/19 there engineer come and check as per him this is not fault of box this company software problem after refreshing at 6pm one tv started but one tv not start
                                        Then again i complain so meny times but costomer care only take complain but not given any resolution
                                        I so meny times talking to his senior supervisor they only give time but no any engineer come to check their engineer and service centre are very bad i call them so meny times but they didn't respond me
                                        As such 11days past but no response found yet my tv not start till now 9/7/19.
                                        My tv not working but company daily deducted amount no company member call me to know about problem they always write in his system that problem solved
                                        I am frastated now they cheat me with bad service
                                        Please look into the matter and kindly help me to solve my problem
