I have lodged a complain as most channels are not coming from last month.

I was called and registered my complain on 25th May 2019, after so many escalations and call still the services are not restored.

25th May
29th May after 96 hours also no Engineers visted
Called on 30th May
Called more than 20 times but no result

After paying advance also I could not watch my channels.br...

Unfortunately I am Videocon D2H customer and my I'd is 84990621. I relocated my d2h from Bangalore to Madurai. While relocating I paid RS.400/- to engineer. But it's not informed to Videocon customer service team and he cheated my money. Worst service and frustrating me very much, now I thought of selecting Videocon d2h service is worst idea. Videocon d2b people cheated money and no service to customer. Till now my issue not resolved....

I have complaint my provider before one month the Engineer came and said that my set of box is over and we have to change i said ok do it he said that i will bring set of box on next day i said ok but he never came i regularly call coustmer care they file my complain but no action taken by them please help me. I have talked to seniors supervisor of cable operator they also said problem will resolve in next but nothing happen...

My d2h cust id is[protected].. I raised a complain around 10 days back saying that i am not able to watch any channel and service is not working.I got a message that complaint number is registered with number[protected] and it will be resolved by June 1st. But No one responded back and I again raised a complain on 7th June.Still they did not respond back and no one came to check the problem. Pathetic service for D2h videocon. Please help....

The connectivity was off since odisha was affected by feni. I made several complaints through their call centre. Each time they advised that the complaint would be taken care of within 48 hours. To my horror, i found that the complaint gets closed after 48 hours without redressal. After calling again, a fresh complaint would be lodged and again the same fate. Each time, i had to spend around 45 minutes in...

Since last two days no services are available. It is showing no signal available. When complaint about the isue, they are asking for 200 rupees for the engineer to come.i have paid for 2 years and for their issue why should I pay. Requesting to kindly look into it. My customer id 84176356...

Since almost last 20 days the videocon d2h service has not been working at all. After repeated complaint regarding the issues the Videocon d2h neither taking any action nor their customer care executives are bothered to give the feedback regarding status of my complain.

I am using Vediocon d2h service.my customer id is 775753. I replaced my set-top box in Dec 18 I was not provided any bill or any other documents by company my set top box was not working properly, I raised complaint, I was told by company not to pay any amount as my box was under warranty but service engineer refused to replaced the box without charges. I have raised a complaint saying Videocon D2H is not working... Even after 15 complaints no one responded for the issue.. when we call back customer service they raise a new complaint saying technician will resolve issue in 8 working hours.
From 21st May to 6th June am calling them daily and they say the same thing again and again
If my feedback really values I request now to opt for such idiotic and worst service.. i[censored]r looking...

More than 96 hours. Complaint given on 11th may 2019 still no service engineer visit from d2h. Such poor service is not expected. Being a service company, customer service has to be o[censored]tmost importance. iam calling again and again to custmer care he tells it will takes 8 hours 24 hours like that...

I have been using videocon d2h(customer id[protected] for last 6 years almost every year set top box gets some issue and need replacement that also exactly after warranty is over.

On 30th May again signal issue happened and raised complaint on same day(by e-mail). untill 31st it was not resolved and closed without intimating then raised another complain on 1st June[protected] and on 3rd June[protected] which was again closed...

Hi i had registered a request on31st of may to re locate my dish of videocon so they told me in 24hrs ll get it done but still no response from videocon and if we call the CUSTOMER CARE no proper responce they are jest dissconnceting the call I dnt know what is wrong with that agents company is paying them to resolve customers issue but the agents are not ata ll helpful it's been 6 days now no service for us the CUSTOMER CARE are jest...

my id is 14050730 and I have recharged on 1st june. My channels were not working so I called service engineer, he make channels proper working and I paid him ₹200.
Today 3rd june, my channels are stopped. As per customer care I have not paid the service charge to the service engineer thats why my service have been blocked.

This complain is regarding videocon d2h (Customer id[protected]. I have recharged my d2h for 100/- rs on 06.05.2019. Due to relocation i have requested for reinstallation of dish on 09.05.2019. After reinstallation on 13.05.2019 to new premises i have paid 450/- rs to concerned engineer (Deepak ughade, mob no. [protected]). He showed me successful transaction and remaining balance around 49/- rs and validity till 18.05.2019....

I recently recharged my videocon d2h account[protected] with platinum hd d2h package. As per videocons package details in platinum hd pack all channels should be visible on both of my set top boxes (Primary and secondary). But this was not the case and only few channels are available on my d2h.
