My registered customer id is 66650143.
I have recently changed my set top box for which I was supposed to be charged Rs. 450/- ( 200 engineer visit & 250 for box) but they have charged me 200 /- extra for no reason . and it has simply got deducted from my next recharge .
After calling up customer care they have assured me to credit it within 24 hours but that did not happen again after calling next day I talked to some senior person over there may be his name was Mr. Rana Pratap who assured me that by sunday 9/6/2019 10.40 am amount will reverted which has not happened .
My original complaint no was[protected] on 6/9/2019 and next complaint no. was[protected] on 7/6/2019 .

I need to know what is the reason why my amount is not getting credited to my account inspite of complaining twice . I dont think videocon has any customer value as they simply charging extra to customer and its such frustrating thing for customer that they have to waste so much time in calling and following up with customer care who simply gives false promises .

I want immediate credit of Rs. 200/- to my account and if that doesnt happen then I will put complaint in consumer forum regarding this.

This was my first email and then there is another one because of their poor reply from person name gaurav kapoor of d2h ..

Second email is as follows :
bcz i have been charged twice for engineer charge.. cant you people read my mail properly and check in your systems that engineer has visited only once to my place and replaced my set top box .. as cash was not available i recharged my ac with 450 rs. which got debited on 15.5.19 but there is another charge as customer care has informed me on 11.5.19 of 200 rs. which is incorrect as no engineer has visited before for my earlier complaint.. so how come this 200 rs. is charged??
you people are simply giving false replies without looking into matter seriously..
dont loot customer s money..

Infact i have contacted again to customer care again during this time ..and at this time some senior person called parvinder talked to me and said again your money will be credited i am forwarding your complaint without giving me any proof of whether or what he has done exactly with this matter..

I am fed up with this poor and irresponsible customer care of d2h as i had to again recharge my account twice because of low balance .

I want strict action against videocon d2h for deducting money wrongly and not taking customers complaint also seriously and i want immediate credit of rs. 200/- in my account .

Kindly do the needful.

    Dear Customercare

    I was recharged with 900 rs, as of now when i was checked my amount is showing 600 rs why?
    i was registered a complaint for service issue and i paid cash of Rs.200 to service technician at the time of visited . now why my bal is cut for service again ?
    i was given compliant for service issue, remote replacement, now i am not able to get signal again and no technician visited yet from last 3 days i did not get any call from any technician i was called more than 50 times for customer care but most of them are holding my call for hrs pls find the attachment i.t was a very bad experience with videocon d2h service .
    see how may complaint was reg for one compliant . this is worst service, even after i registered multiple compliant i did not get a single solution for d2h .
    pls show who had called me for remote request for your end and service issue ? i did not get a single call from any technician ? pls show me the call history of your technician if he call me really are else you ppl are lie and fraud service

      I recharge d2h through freecharge website
      Before recharge there is an option type customer id or reg no number.
      Unfortunately i type my mobile number that number does not have any reg d2h account .I have 2 sim card so confesion.
      But my amount debited 210rs
      So please refund my money.

        Hi Trai,

        I am customer of Videocon d2h, customer id "70772460", My d2h box is not working last 20 days, I have raised more than 10 complain so far, but no body is listening, They are closing my complain everyday with false reason.
        I got irritated following them. even engineer came to visit and he did not bring the box but taken 200 rs as service charge and he said that he will bring the box in evening and fix it. but he did not come and my complaint was closed with False reason that I am not going to pay the amount.
        please help me ASAP. When I call to the customer care they raise new complain every day saying that last complaint was closed. and I have to wait for another 24 hour. I got frustrated all of this.
        please help me and try to raise this to Videocon d2h top level officers.

          Hi am a Videocon D2H customer and am using Videocon D2h past 4 years,
          The last December I requested for relocation and they send engineer to install the devices and it work fine and we paid RS.400 as a relocation charges.
          But they have deducted RS.400 my d2h account without any information.I made a call to customer care and they told the deducted amount for December relocation and informed them that we already paid to the Engineer and no one told us the amount will be deducted from the D2h account, finally they agreed for the refund with in 8 working hours and restore the service, but they never refunded.

            I recharge through freecharge account
            There is option type d2h customer id or d2h reg mobile number
            I type mobile number (not d2h reg mobile number)wrongly.
            But this mobile no also my number.that number not belongs to any d2h id
            But amount debited
            I contact d2h customer care they tell within day complaint resolved but today I contact customer care .they ask debit card last 4 number .and suddenly cut my call.
            Please refund my amount

            I am not able to view many channels which I have opted for in my pack.

              First of all I am a stupid that taken videocon d2h. Previously I had an issue with d2h as without my notice addons added to my account and after a long discussion they removed from account without any componsation. I am not using d2h from more than 6 months and today unexpectedly recharged the account and got to know that my account is still in active state and my amount 333 will not be refunded. I asked to close my account and what they are saying is videocon d2h is a hell once we enter we cannot go back. I wanted to close my bloody d2h account can I know the process for that.

                I am user of independent D2h. I bought set top box with freedom 1999 offer. Company provide all channels free for 1 year in this offer. But after 3 months company change this package without informing me and most of channels closed in this package.
                Then all of star channels closed for long time. When it starts zee channels had been closed.
                And now today on 13 June all of channels are closed. They should give me bater service or refund 2500 ruppes.all service have closed on today.

                  I have lodged a complain as most channels are not coming from last month.

                  I was called and registered my complain on 25th May 2019, after so many escalations and call still the services are not restored.

                  29th May after 96 hours also no Engineers visted
                  Called on 30th May
                  Called more than 20 times but no result

                  After paying advance also I could not watch my channels.

                  Can anyone help

                    Unfortunately I am Videocon D2H customer and my I'd is 84990621. I relocated my d2h from Bangalore to Madurai. While relocating I paid RS.400/- to engineer. But it's not informed to Videocon customer service team and he cheated my money. Worst service and frustrating me very much, now I thought of selecting Videocon d2h service is worst idea. Videocon d2b people cheated money and no service to customer. Till now my issue not resolved.

                    Even after recharging my d2h I'm facing E16 error on screen since 45 days. I gave so many complaints about this to customer care executives, but they never took it seriously. Even videocon technician didn't slove it. I wasted a lot of time and money. Please tske necessary action against Videocon d2h.

I raised a complain around 10 days back saying that i am not able to watch any channel and service is not working.I got a message that complaint number is registered with number[protected] and it will be resolved by June 1st. But No one responded back and I again raised a complain on 7th June.Still they did not respond back and no one came to check the problem. Pathetic service for D2h videocon. Please help.

                          The connectivity was off since odisha was affected by feni. I made several complaints through their call centre. Each time they advised that the complaint would be taken care of within 48 hours. To my horror, i found that the complaint gets closed after 48 hours without redressal. After calling again, a fresh complaint would be lodged and again the same fate. Each time, i had to spend around 45 minutes in a call which is quite atrocious.

                          After 8 times of such repetition, i told them to surrender my connection and refund security deposit and the recharge amount for 1 month. They flatly refused to register the complaint.

                          I demand immediate refund. The company must be directed to effect immediate refund in all such cases as they have not attended to many complaints. Their behaviour is quite dismissive.

                          The possibility of blacklisting them at least in odisha must immediately be explored. We missed the oath-taking ceremony of central cabinet as well as matches of world cup

                              Since almost last 20 days the videocon d2h service has not been working at all. After repeated complaint regarding the issues the Videocon d2h neither taking any action nor their customer care executives are bothered to give the feedback regarding status of my complain.

                              Up on contacting, customer help desk people are informing that they are taking action against the service technician who has failed to attend my complaint on the scheduled date.

                              Dear Videocon, please tell me whether taking action against your service technician will any way help me out to get the services for which i already paid you.

                                I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 2247654 ]. Since from last 5 days, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes unfair balance deductions and non activation of services

                                Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 158 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted Rs 200 for engineer visit charges where as engineer did nothing in set top box only requested to customer care officer to make the connection activate and assured us that connecting will be activated before 4pm but still after so many complaints it is not working no reason. Again i have complained to their email id's-'NodalOfficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com', 'Circlecoordinator.[protected]@d2hdesk.com' but to which they are not replying.

                                i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                                Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                                I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                  ID/[protected] mane 1/6/19 se signal not available ki complaint ki aur koi nahi aaya repair karne r 8/6/19 tak continue complain 8 hr me engineer visit ka msg b time k sath roj aata par abhi tak koi nahi aaya sirf dilasa diya ja rha hai ... Isse ghatiya service ho hi nahi sakti... Service centre yaha se 18 km distance par hai par pata nahi engineer paidal aa rha ya kase abhi tak nahi pahucha... Preshan ho k mane private me ek se signal thik karane ja raha.. customer care ko mane bola ki mujhe 8 din k refund chahiye.. to bole engineer visit hogi uske baad hogi... Par sir mai to preshan ho k aaj repair karane wala hu r engineer kal aayega agar aaya to uske bad banane k liye kuch hoga nahi.. fir visit k 200 rs charge bhi lega.. r uske baad agar mujhe refund milta hai to loss to mera hi hua na...Main inko bola bhi ki engineer bhej k setup box r reciever le jaye mai fir bhi200 rs paid kar dunga.. par humble request hai sir ki inke against kuch kijiye... 8 din tak sabra karke complaint kar raha wo bhi pahli barre...

                                    I am using Vediocon d2h service.my customer id is 775753. I replaced my set-top box in Dec 18 I was not provided any bill or any other documents by company my set top box was not working properly, I raised complaint, I was told by company not to pay any amount as my box was under warranty but service engineer refused to replaced the box without charges. I called meny times to company every time it told me not to pay. Today they are telling to pay as your warranty has expired. Like that they are giving wrong informations, making us fool, harassing, cheating and earning money.

                                      I have raised a complaint saying Videocon D2H is not working... Even after 15 complaints no one responded for the issue.. when we call back customer service they raise a new complaint saying technician will resolve issue in 8 working hours.
                                      From 21st May to 6th June am calling them daily and they say the same thing again and again
                                      If my feedback really values I request now to opt for such idiotic and worst service.. i[censored]r looking for new connection please don't opt for Videocon D2H service.. u can look for other options..

                                        More than 96 hours. Complaint given on 11th may 2019 still no service engineer visit from d2h. Such poor service is not expected. Being a service company, customer service has to be o[censored]tmost importance. iam calling again and again to custmer care he tells it will takes 8 hours 24 hours like that
