Worst service ever I have seen by any DTH service provider. I too agree that Videocon d2h is intentionally not provided their toll free customer care no. And if provided than the call mostly not connected, if connected then they put on hold for long hours and automatically disconnect the call. Overall doesn't care for their customers.

service not available in spite of subscription given in advance

Videiocon company not giving relay service and saying pay for relay why then why taking subscription. I am the very old customer and paying regularly in advance and nothing is payable but inspite of our no complaint record now the call centre at complaint cell informs to deposit for doing the needful under the circumstances i am liable to claim the benefit for non relaying and mental harassement. if the matter did not resoslve then the matter...

huge delay in installation

regarding stopping broadcasting all channels

I have installed independent d2h tv in October 2018.after few Months service thay fully stopped to broadcast all channels since 13 June 2019.i have made complaints many times to independent tv customer care.everytime they they said wait 7-8 days the service shall me restart, there is a technical issue.plz take proper against it.we can't access any news, entertainment etc.its harassing....

I selected pay channels as per trai guidelines (Cust id is[protected]. But it is found that ndtv india (Ch. No 305) is in my package list where as it has not been selected by me. D2h is forcing us to view ndtv india and not following trai order.

trai complaint against videocon d2h-your urgent resolution required

additional package added to my d2h account without customer knowledge

improper service, poor customer care, false claim of "add on" request

non activation of channels

From last 48 hours i have called customer care no of videocon D2H more than 25 time to add and activate 5 channels as i was not able to do the same from Videocon D2H official web sight.
But whenever i called the customer care no they are telling me they have added my requested channels and to keep my set top box in on condition for 15 mins so that the requested channels could get activated. but the channels are not getting activated....

My pre-selected mera wala plan was rs. 261/-, on 16/06/2019 i recharged my videocon d2h account by 100 rs. But it not work, therefore i recharged my account by rs. 261/- i. E.
