This complain is regarding videocon d2h (Customer id[protected]. I have recharged my d2h for 100/- rs on 06.05.2019. Due to relocation i have requested for reinstallation of dish on 09.05.2019. After reinstallation on 13.05.2019 to new premises i have paid 450/- rs to concerned engineer (Deepak ughade, mob no. [protected]). He showed me successful transaction and remaining balance around 49/- rs and validity till 18.05.2019. However, next day the d2h showed error e16 mentioning insufficient balance due to which the d2h was not working. I have registered telephonic complain on repeated occasion[protected] dated 14.05.19,[protected] dated 15.05.2019, even on 16.05.2019), all in vein. I have thought that the issue might have resolved in these period (Was out of station from 17.05.2019 to 28.05.2019), so again recharged d2h for 154/- rs on 29.05.2019, but it again showed e18 error mentioning insufficient balance. After calling to customer care, again complain[protected] dated 29.05.2019) was registered, but all in vein. However, i have sent an email to [protected]@d2h.com, himanshu. [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com and nodal officer nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com. Received call from them that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. However, the problem was not resolved. Hence, i had again made a telephonic complain on 30.05.[protected] and told that if the services will not resume i shall register a complain to consumer court, they promised that the issue will be solved very soon, but all in vein. Is these d2h people are not afraid of consumer court too?
Due to constant pressure from home, i have recharged d2h for 250/- rs on 01.06.2019. However, the balance shown was only 53/- rs. Means they have again deducted my hard earned money. D2h has deducted two times 400/-rs for the single reinstallation service from my account, which is totally insane. Due to their bad service even after initial recharge my family was not able to see the broadcasting after 13.05.2019 to 17.05.2019. Hence, i would like d2h to reimburse me the deducted amount of 49/- rs and 154/-rs and 196.96/-rs (Total 400/-rs).in addition, i would to have an apology letter as my family had suffered mentally and i have suffered financially due to their bad service.
