    I don't have a registered mobile number for d2h. My recharge done thought Paytm application. I tried to cancel through Paytm but the Paytm customer support team told me to reach out to D2h customer support. So I messaged here for your support.

        I am a user of videocon d2h and have been completely harassed buy the call centre people and their automated calls. I had complained more than 10 times to stop these promotional, automated calls and messages but nothing seems to have happened. I am registered for do no disturb service but still receive these calls. I mostly work in night shift and sleep during day. I have to put my phone on dnd mode to not get disturbed during my sleep. But because of this I miss all the emergency calls from my work and family. Please save me from these unwanted calls from videocon d2h.

          I have been using videocon D2H since more than 5 years. Few weeks back raised a request to upgrade SD to HD connection. More than a week past till no service or confirmation recieved yet.
          Each time i call customer service, they used to say within 24hrs engineer will visit.
          After a lot of follow-up I called customer service care to close the connections. They replied rudely that your connection can't be closed until your recharge ends. And disconnect the call from there side.

          Purpose of this complain is for review/feedback and to aware other users.
          As a user i do not recommend Videocon D2H.

                    27.12.2021 I Raise complaint via customer care regarding i will change home from Adampakkam Chennai 98 to Velachery Chennai 42. The details all collected. One full waiting after 29hours came and removed dish suddenly left without intimate. I was waiting upto 7pm. He didn't come and not lift my call. Connection name : Vigneshwaran Register Mobile. [protected]. I approach customer care after listen my name cut my call few time. I am very upset. Finally attend one lady. She say simply will come but when ahe don't know.

                        Sir/Ma'am,
                        I am a user of videocon D2h service and have a connection in Puducherry. I have been noticing for the last 4 years that every after 6 months a technical problem is created for my connection and on contacting the service provider through their toll free number technician attend the issue and collect Rs. 200-500/-. Recently, I recharged my account on 24.10.2021 but still services have not resumed. Technician collected the service amount of Rs.200 without rectifying the issue. Attendants of toll free numbers are not giving any assurance and disconnecting my calls. Nodal officer number is also switched off.
                        I request you to please look into the matter and initiate appropriate action against Videocon D2h.Complaint Req. No.[protected]

                            I had lodged online complaint on 12 Oct 2021 regarding regular signal issues with my videocon d2h connection. My customer ID is 94487918. Today even after eight days issue could not be resolves. Two Technician visited site and could Detect problem with set top box and suggested replacement. But thereafter they could not replace the set top box despite repeated requests. They are always making false promises making me to travel from here and their to Ensure my availability at home. I have gone through mental agony and they harrassed the family by making false promises to visit shortly. Now I have decided to avail services of any other service provider. However I need compensation and my existing recharged amount back immediately so as to switch myself to any other good option.

                              Hi Sir,
                              This is regarding the complaint I had registered on October 8 for the technical error with my d2h connection. On the same day, the technician had repaired the cabling part and charged Rs.200 for the service. The issue started again after few hours of service. I had called the same technician, replaced the LNB, and charged RS.220 for the same. But the issue still persists and till now no one came for the service....

                              We had paid money for one month service of videocon d2h but after every 15 day of recharge they start sending notifications for new recharge. The costumer service is awful. The costumer care person was really rude. And almost after every month there is a issue with the service. When we ask the costumer care they always tell us to contact their engineer. We had payed more money to the engineer then for the recharge of our d2h. Half of the channels we are paying money for are not available .

                                  I have complained the d2h on 12 th regarding my set top box replacement but till now nobody called me or fix my problem. D2h people are so irresponsible at job given, iam trying to call them every 2 hr but is of no use. They only tell that we need to wait the technician will come soon but no even a single technician came or called me till date
