Videocon D2H error message E04-4 Smart card not inserted properly

I am a consumer of Videocon d2h. My Customer ID is[protected] and I have raised a complain for error message smart card not inserted properly (E04) with the customer care department multiple times. Every time they said we have raise the comand wait for 15 minutes but nothing happend and after that they told me to visit engineer will resolve this amd for that you have to pay Rs.200. Wrong ID recharged and no response from customer service

I accidentally recharged my old d2h account for Rs 700 and requested the customer care team to transfer the recharged amount. Firstly, they advised to send an email but for days I haven't heard back from them. Then, yesterday I tried to contact their customer service centre again and the person said that the transfer would be complete in 1-2 hours (no update)
Today, I called the call centre again and they said it is not possible to...

Im complaining about poor service of Videocon d2h

From last 8 days their is No Signal issue is their. This problem is for 95% channels only 5% channels are seen we call Videocon d2h customer care number from theirs no solution. We already pay them in advance our money has gone wastage their service is very poor Videocon d2h cheat with customers. Give us compensation for loss and resolve issue...

Didn't get cashback

I recieved a message from d2h of getting cashback of rs 102 after recharging of amount rs 302. I did the rechrge but didn't get the cashback. It's almost 4 days from then now. Customer service is saying they are working with limited services. What can I do now....

Regarding additional charges

D2h services have founded several ways of extracting money from its consumers in the form of additional charges applied on each day if you have not recharged/renewed pack. When I told on customer care why you charged this then their customer care said I have taken 3 days credit recharge loan but I haven't. She said it's showing on their system that I have taken 3 days loan but I haven't. They charges you extra for the days if you haven't...

Getting almost 50 calls a day on daily basis

I have been receiving almost 50 calls a day on daily basis with different number even early in morning and late night despite blocking several number I am still getting these calls, this is an harrasment and I am loosing my peace of mind because of this despite telling on d2h customer care no response has been received so far.

Wrong switch off date

I have done 6 months recharge of Rs.1024 on 27th September 2021 and due date reflected as 25th March 2022 and took a photo of it. All of a sudden my switch off date has been changed to 9th March 2022 and pack expired. When I have contacted customer care they seems to argue like I activated box service warranty on 22nd October and 142.rs has been charged for the same but I have not opted for any box warranty service and also it's not required...
