My new customer id is linked to mobile no. +91-[protected].

    Yesterday (2/3/2022) I did a recharge for my d2h account instead of the new a/c I mistakenly did the recharge on the old account kindly help me with this problem and revert the amount to the new d2h account

      Videocon D2H have changed one of my (a-la-carte) Channels without my consent. They activated SAB HD instead of my choice SAB SD.

      Further, Videocon D2H have activated VAS (Value Added Services) Cine Active LCN: 331 without my consent and charged me Rs 2.00/Month.

        I have already activated DND service but still Videocon D2H is calling me twice in a day, highly unprofessional.
        I requested them that I dont need any call from them, if I need any service then i will call on their helpline number or I will login to their website but still i am getting. It has been observed and experienced too, when you request dont call then they will call you from more number of times and from different numbers even from mobile.
        I request @TRAI to please help Indian citizens from this unprofessional company. Even I have requested to disconnect my D2H connection but they are not doing that one too

          Hi Videocon D2h team,

          After all that sufferings, i have to use the forum of consumer complaints for the issues I am having for the last one year. Looks like you guys keep on providing poor services so that customer calls you up and you ask for money as visiting charges everytime. This is not a good customer satisfaction you are providing. Customer is a customer even if he or she is one is number.

          This is the mail i have sent to you but no resolution on this. However, tried to call all the numbers I can get but no one helped as usual.

          As discussed, We are having continuous signal issues in our Society for the last one year now. Everytime we have to call the engineer and they ask for Visiting charges even through we don't have individual dish in our society. It's a common switch and dish. There is no point that company asks for money from single individual everytime even though we have issues from common connection of the area. Apart from news channels no other channels are clearly visible. Few of them are not at all available like Star Plus, Sony, Zee etc... I would request you to think of permanent solution instead of temporary ones everytime and asking for Visiting charges everytime. It really creates a frustration level to call for poor signalling and pay for it as well which should be proactive from Videocon side bit it's not.

          Looking forward to hearing from you and permanent solution on this issue.

          First of all I am very much available and reachable even I spoke to your team today as well. However, since my area's D2h representatives have also surrendered and suggested that they won't be able to help. I have finally surrendered D2h connection and applied for Tata Play. Because, D2h was asking me to pay for 70 mtrs cable to be replaced in Society even we have a common switch but they are asking me only to pay for it which is not possible. Even other service providers are not asking for Visiting charges everytime but D2h does even if it's their signal problem or common connection issues. Finally, being frustrated, i have given up.

            My customer id is 75648370. d2h has been shamelessly adding channels to my subscription without my consent and charging money for it. This has happened twice and everytime I have to remove those channels. This is fraud. Their team members call on the registered number to harass about adding channels when I make it clear everytime I don't want extra subscription. And on the guise of talking to me, they add the channels even though I've made it clear that I DON'T NEED EXTRA CHANNELS TO BE ADDED TO MY BASE PACKAGE. This is fraud and if this doesn't stop happening I'm moving to consumer Court.

This credit is given to me without asking and in return I deduct Rs. 30 to 35 from the next recharge. I often call customer care and get notified but no one responds.                       [protected] my recharge ID. 08april2022 recharge d2h one year plan but not receive 42 days. 07april22 my recharge account ended for package so I can call d2h customer care that she can pick call I can ask madam tomorrow my pack was end so that tell me which type of recharge that I can take benefit. She can tell me you can recharge one year plan and you take 30 days extra but you can recharge my website ya app infinity app you can 12 days more extra days today 42 days but 08april2022 I can recharge d2h infinity app so d2h company provides only 30 days . Why you can cheat me I am not a one month recharge why my recharge end so I can recharge one year so that give some benefits but you can cheat. When I can ask your d2h customer care she can not told me you can recharge d2h infinity app but payment mode credit card ya debit card. In that way that is not my fault it your fault.so give me my 12 days extra you can provide only 30 days.you can not give I have 4 d2h connection I can remove all and take another company. That you can cheat that is my last recharge I can change my connection next recharge.

My Customer ID is[protected] and I have raised a complain for error message smart card not inserted properly (E04) with the customer care department multiple times. Every time they said we have raise the comand wait for 15 minutes but nothing happend and after that they told me to visit engineer will resolve this amd for that you have to pay Rs.200. The same issue occur previously 4 months back and customer care resolved this.

                        This is totally harrasment by the company they want money for nothing.

                          I accidentally recharged my old d2h account for Rs 700 and requested the customer care team to transfer the recharged amount. Firstly, they advised to send an email but for days I haven't heard back from them. Then, yesterday I tried to contact their customer service centre again and the person said that the transfer would be complete in 1-2 hours (no update)
                          Today, I called the call centre again and they said it is not possible to transfer the funds and I have to go online and submit DIY request.

                          The problem is that the phone number linked to my current account is no longer active and as a result I am unable to login. I have explained this situation many times to the customer service but they advised it is not possible to transfer.

                            From last 8 days their is No Signal issue is their. This problem is for 95% channels only 5% channels are seen we call Videocon d2h customer care number from theirs no solution. We already pay them in advance our money has gone wastage their service is very poor Videocon d2h cheat with customers. Give us compensation for loss and resolve issue

                              I recieved a message from d2h of getting cashback of rs 102 after recharging of amount rs 302. I did the rechrge but didn't get the cashback. It's almost 4 days from then now. Customer service is saying they are working with limited services. What can I do now.

                                  D2h services have founded several ways of extracting money from its consumers in the form of additional charges applied on each day if you have not recharged/renewed pack. When I told on customer care why you charged this then their customer care said I have taken 3 days credit recharge loan but I haven't. She said it's showing on their system that I have taken 3 days loan but I haven't. They charges you extra for the days if you haven't recharged you television.Their customer care also forces consumers to take their own additional d2h active channels and they activates the channel causing you spending more on your recharge pack.

                                    Refund my payment

                                    The last recharge was on 17/12/2020, on 19/March/2022 after 1 year I recharged 310Rs in my account RefrenceId was: ARMN[protected] & Transaction Id: NX22031920532383610674051, but it was showing Signal not available. Then I got to know that my dish was broken and cable was cut down my some-one, I decided to get a refund of my recharge. I visited on d2h official website, I log in, and visit the SelfHelp section in DIY Tool, selected all categories...

                                    I am Dr farah khan, my Videocon d2h I'd[protected] is and is registered on my number only.
                                    I have been receiving almost 50 calls a day on daily basis with different number even early in morning and late night despite blocking several number I am still getting these calls, this is an harrasment and I am loosing my peace of mind because of this despite telling on d2h customer care no response has been received so far.
                                    Please stop these harrasment as early as possible
