I have complained on December 26 about wrong recharge. You guys replied and enquired over call and then you guys said will transfer the amount of rs 580 in 10 minutes but haven't transferred till now.I again updated my complaint and there is no reply.We have also again recharged and it is going to expire on April 2022.So please transfer my money to my current d2h account or else refund it back ....

On daily basis, getting call around 10 times....

Description: Sir, As per the d2h infinite app I have recharged rs.2984/-
on 4-2-22 for 12 months plus bonus days. d2h app displayed that validity
till[protected]. But actually it is showing on TV screen valid till
[protected] only. So there is a loss of 90 days nearly. please look...

I have recharge Rs 272 in previous wrong customer ID which has same mobile number of new customer id.I recharge on phone pe with mobile number it credit into the previous customer id which not in use.so refund my ammount to the new customer id or vc:[protected]...

Sir, im defence employee and after duty i want to see tv channel properly but d2h has not working properly, i made recharge but after recharge my HD channels not working properly

Good afternoon sir madam we r using d2h from 2014 itself, 2018 they added lots of local channels like, MK TV, MK TUNES, MK TV, SUPER TV, NRS ROYAL, PEPPER, IMAYAM, TRAVEL XP Many channels they removed within in 6 month and we r asking keep on Vijay music na above mentioned channels evry we want again do the needful we r waiting d2h to do again in good form... humble request ......

I have recharged platinum combo pack of my d2h on 22/01/22 for three months according to your website it's of Rs 838 but when I am tracking my account details it's showing that end of subscription is on 27 March instead of 22 April then I call at customer care from there he told me that there website is not updated so these are the wrong costs of my plan according to him it's of Rs 519 per month then I asked to refund then...

On 9th January I had paid ₹71 for utilising the services for 1 week. This payment was made to [protected]@yesbank via Google pay with UPI transaction ID[protected]. Hi customer 35381779 for Videocon d2h. Recieved 6 calls starting from 9AM . Have informed them that do not want any free service to try but still they keep on calling. Fed up to hear that I am valuable customer and the same script . Have told them politely but still they keep on calling and when told them will report them they they said we will keep on calling as valuable customer and I can go ahead and report. Really pathetic ....

This is my last complaint I won't complain after that, in my problem shown in the video Technicians say that this problem occurs in every d2h set-top box. Now tell me whatever there is a solution for this or not. If this is not resolved now then, i will look for some other company except D2h Company.
