    Wrong switch off date

    I have done 6 months recharge of Rs.1024 on 27th September 2021 and due date reflected as 25th March 2022 and took a photo of it. All of a sudden my switch off date has been changed to 9th March 2022 and pack expired. When I have contacted customer care they seems to argue like I activated box service warranty on 22nd October and 142.rs has been charged for the same but I have not opted for any box warranty service and also it's not required...

                I have complained on December 26 about wrong recharge. You guys replied and enquired over call and then you guys said will transfer the amount of rs 580 in 10 minutes but haven't transferred till now.I again updated my complaint and there is no reply.We have also again recharged and it is going to expire on April 2022.So please transfer my money to my current d2h account or else refund it back .

                      Description: Sir, As per the d2h infinite app I have recharged rs.2984/-
                      on 4-2-22 for 12 months plus bonus days. d2h app displayed that validity
                      till[protected]. But actually it is showing on TV screen valid till
                      [protected] only. So there is a loss of 90 days nearly. please look into
                      the matter and do needful. We believe in your d2h infinite app. if it is
                      not properly working, dont misguide the customer. Now i request you to
                      please add the days which I lost.
                      Awaiting for your early action.
                      I have requested so many times toadd no. of days free as per yearly subscription but not added till date.
                      This happend as d2h have not disabled the old id no./vc no. as it is not in use. so by default my money transfered to old id no. When requested they said they will not disable the old ID/VC NO., so the amount credited to old no. instead of ID/VCNO.
                      Now i request you to inform the d2h authorities to avail the facility of free days for yearly subscription
                      dt.27th of March 2023 instead of 25th Dec. 2022.

                              Good afternoon sir madam we r using d2h from 2014 itself, 2018 they added lots of local channels like, MK TV, MK TUNES, MK TV, SUPER TV, NRS ROYAL, PEPPER, IMAYAM, TRAVEL XP Many channels they removed within in 6 month and we r asking keep on Vijay music na above mentioned channels evry we want again do the needful we r waiting d2h to do again in good form... humble request ...

                                      I have recharged platinum combo pack of my d2h on 22/01/22 for three months according to your website it's of Rs 838 but when I am tracking my account details it's showing that end of subscription is on 27 March instead of 22 April then I call at customer care from there he told me that there website is not updated so these are the wrong costs of my plan according to him it's of Rs 519 per month then I asked to refund then denied by saying sorry sir we can't help you in this unfortunately it was a wrong recharge
                                      So please refund my amount so that I can recharge any other plan
