Signal issues and channels mismatched

We are customer of videocon d2h since 9-10 years

But we are facing signal problems since last 2 months. We raised complaint on 27th November 2021 Req.No[protected] for signal not available as we are not able to see any channels and if available the language issue is there.
Then the service engineer asked us to change set top box. We bought new set top box as per their recommendation but still same problem...

Automated & marketing calls.

I had complained more than 10 times to stop these promotional, automated calls and messages but nothing seems to have happened. I am registered for do no disturb service but still receive these calls. I mostly work in night shift and sleep during day. I have to put my phone on dnd mode to not get disturbed during my sleep. Worst Service and Rude behaviour

I have been using videocon D2H since more than 5 years. Few weeks back raised a request to upgrade SD to HD connection. More than a week past till no service or confirmation recieved yet.
Each time i call customer service, they used to say within 24hrs engineer will visit.
After a lot of follow-up I called customer service care to close the connections. They replied rudely that your connection can't be closed until your recharge...
