    On 9th January I had paid ₹71 for utilising the services for 1 week. This payment was made to [protected]@yesbank via Google pay with UPI transaction ID[protected]. The call center is not educated enough to handle any requests by customer. They are repeating the same sentence. They informed us that minimum charge is 100 which is not true but even if it is why is the 71 rupees that I recharged not reflected. I will give the remaining 30. Inspite of calling them since last 4 days, my refund is not initiated. Even if the amount is not big, why should I keep quite as it is my hard earned money.

          Hi customer 35381779 for Videocon d2h. Recieved 6 calls starting from 9AM . Have informed them that do not want any free service to try but still they keep on calling. Fed up to hear that I am valuable customer and the same script . Have told them politely but still they keep on calling and when told them will report them they they said we will keep on calling as valuable customer and I can go ahead and report. Really pathetic .

              This is my last complaint I won't complain after that, in my problem shown in the video Technicians say that this problem occurs in every d2h set-top box. Now tell me whatever there is a solution for this or not. If this is not resolved now then, i will look for some other company except D2h Company.

                Dear sir,

                I had called to your customer care dated on 21 dec 2021. he advised need to be
                visit technician and pay him Rs 200 and it will provide us 1 month service . So I
                did as told but at the time I able to see some channels . I also called costumer
                care a several times but no positive response and they are advising to again pay
                Rs 200. we are using your services from past approx 9 year. to i am very
                disappointed your services.

                  I am calling the customer care since 15 day but why ? He is not doing anything by complaint to me every time. I complaint about something else and they tell the technician something else, It's only been 45+ days since I bought the D2h sat-top box And a lot of trouble started coming in d2h and even though my set-top box is under warranty, the customer care is not taking any action

                        Madam/Dear Sir,

                        With reference to the above I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 04/11/2021 I have recharged my Videocon Cust Id[protected] VC No [protected]) for Rs.1116/-through Mobiwik wallet, the transaction was successful and I got the confirmation message and validity extension message also. Unfortunately my connection got disconnected on 11/12/2021, upon enquiry with your customer care on 13/12/2021, the reply was due to some technical reason the amount bounced back and the same will be refunded to your source account within seven working days. Where as I have not got any refund till date.

                                    We are customer of videocon d2h since 9-10 years
                                    Cust id 99385173
                                    But we are facing signal problems since last 2 months. We raised complaint on 27th November 2021 Req.No[protected] for signal not available as we are not able to see any channels and if available the language issue is there.
                                    Then the service engineer asked us to change set top box. We bought new set top box as per their recommendation but still same problem next day. I again called and some new guy came this time and said they need to change lnb and he even asked us not to raise complaint again. As our issue will be resolved once they change the lnb.
                                    But we got no response since then. My last months recharge is wasted and even we paid the charges for set top box for no reason. And now we are getting call for next recharge...how shameful service from Videocon d2h.
                                    I request please look into this matter and do the needful.

                                      Hello To Everyone. I Explained About Videocon D2H and Customer Care Service. No One Correct Response to Customer. Very Disappointed Of Their services. My D2h Has view A No Signal word Only, So I Call To Inform my Problem to customer care, but their services are very Worst.
