I spoke to mr prabhat area sales manager of daikin.. Foolish person i have ever spoken to doesnt have the sense to talk to the customer.. If daikin has such people with them no wonder why this brand is facing such issues..

Now he is telling me why did u buy 1.5 ton ac so for how many tons should i buy as i had no idea about plit its like we have done biggest mistake buying this daikin. We didnt know we had to face harassment after buying this product.. I thought mr prabhat would help us in solving this issue but he is so rude and what all logics he was giving that he only knows..
Now as per him if i want cooling in my dinning area i need to switch on the other ac as well. So sir who will pay my electricity bill.

As per him we were suppose to inform his team that we dont use the other ac thats why we are putting this ac..
Should not the executive who came for the installation
Should ask about the things he had doubt and then why did he installed the ac when as per them area is big.. Pls get this sorted & return my money back else get this replaced

      Iam in contious touch with mr. Harminder of diakin but still my issue are not resolved from long time

      I had purchased 4 machine out of which too seems old as its outer cover are old and making noise too

      As well another machine circuit get fuse in 15days

      And fourth machine is making noise as well its blade is broken

        We have purchased 20 H.P and 18 H.P VRV units from M/S Classic Enterprises regd.office - 972 first floor, chotta chippiwara, chawri bazar new delhi 110006. tel[protected].

        But AC not working a good condision. we have released payment 95% against bill.

        we have complained many times but service engineer not visit a site.

        Few days before i complained daikan customer care, my unique customer id is 11669590, almost one month but no any responce given by customer care / daikan dealer.

        we are regular customer of your company. we have used daikan ac almost one years. but your service is very bad.

        i request to you solve my problem on immediatly bases.

          I recently purchased a Daikin Split AC from Vijay Sales. The AC was installed and on the day of installation I told the service engineer that it is not cooling properly. He said that let the gas rotate property and it will start cooling. This was a first but i believed him.

          After a few days the cooling stopped. We called the service center and on 16.06.18 they sent a service engineer to check the AC. The gas had leaked. The next day i.e on 17.06.18 another boy came and filled the gas but the AC still wasn't cooling. After trying for 5 hours he told has the the AC has an issue with the compressor. He is now fill a report and send it to Daikin office who will then send someone to check the compressor.

          Till today i.e 19 Jun I received no call from Daikin or any of their service centres. When I called up the service center they took the complaint but then again I got a call from someone telling me that he is coming to fill up the gas. I explained to him that gas is not the problem. Since then I have received two more called telling me that they are sending someone to fill the gas and I am having a tough time explaining that gas is not an issue. Please send someone to check the compressor or replace the unit.

          Santosh (Mobile : [protected]) from Star airconditioning had checked the AC on 17 Jun and god know what report he had sent to Daikin.

          I had purchased this AC on 02.06.18 from Vijay Sales which was installed by Star airconditioning services.

          After 5-6 days the AC was not working properly and we made a complaint. The AC was inspected and we were told that there was gas leakage. On 17 Jun your service staff came again and after 5 hours they told us that their is a problem with the compressor. They also said that they have noted the issue and will send the details to the company and we will receive a call on Monday.

          Till today, we haven’t received any call. Would appreciate if you could sort this matter on urgent basis. Since the compressor is not working isn’t it better to replace this as this is a new machine.

            I have a complaint against one of the dealers of daikin air conditioners based in chala vapi. The dealer's shop name is "daikin solutions plaza". First of all he's very arrogant and rude to his customers and doesn't cooperate with the customers. Moreover does provide services on time. I was fed of asking him for the free service when my daikin 1.5 tonne split air conditioners were in the warranty period. Secondly his service team is unethical and radical. He fit our outdoor units in such a way that it can't be opened for any type of inspection. Please see to it that you shut down this dealer or make sure he cooperates with his customers.

              Sir,
              I purchased a/c split machine on 2014 in chennai, prize is rs.32000, after 3 years., 2017 machine is not working i made a complaint, company service engineers attend the machine, problem is identified gas leaking they charge rs.5000. Again 2018 may i am facing same problem gas leaking same outdoor unit, now they advice me to replace out coil it cost about rs.16500.
              Within four years, i have to pay rs. 20000 for servicing the machine,
              It reasonable to spending a rs.25000, orginal cost of the machine is 32000.
              I believe that company sold a inferior quality machine to me.
              So i request a concern authorities please change the machine with new one,
              For the depreciated amount. I will pay the balance.

              FINALLY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED, I SOLD OUT FOR SCRAP. DAIKIN WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEY OFFER U CAN'T OFFER. THEY TELL AMOUNT WHICH IS MORE THAN THE EQUIPMENT CAST (AFTER DEPRECIATION).

                Dear customer support manager - daikin ac

                I had purchased daikin 1.5 tonn ac on 9th june, 2018 from your authorize dealer in sonipat. For installation of same we had requested your dealer for early installation, whereas they assured the installation by monday morning without fail as sunday they have holiday.

                However on repeated telephonic reminder on monday, no action has been taken from your representative. Moreover request for same has been taken on tuesday by 4:00pm. Inspite of our urgency and priority no serious action has been taken from your side.

                Moreover the complaint is supposed to be attended by royal aircon and electricals, but their representing is making fool o[censored]s with his excuses and when we insisting him to attend at the earliest as we have to attend guest at our home, and its urgent, rather than admitting his mistake he started misbehaving our phone and denied to attend the call and switched off his phone.

                Such a poor, pathetic and annoying, unprofessional behavior is never expected from a professional company. Inspite of having a big company, behavior of your representative is really shameless. They are least bothered of customer support and service. Unprofessional behavior of your representatives cause inconvenience to customer.in my view point such poor support must be highlighted by complaining in consumer court.

                I had paid for for product in advance but it suffered me a lot by your pathetic and unprofessional after sales support. It made me realised that choosing daikin is my biggest mistake and i will neither repeat this mistake nor advice relatives and friends for daikin.

                Being a customer, i need your explanation for misbehavior of your representative and what about installation of my ac.

                  Dear team,

                  I belong to Jodhpur, Rajasthan, using a Daikin AC from last many years. Recently, had a problem with its motor, hence searched few service centres in Jodhpur. I have contacted around 3-4 service centres but did not get any positive response.

                  I have talked at Riddhi Siddhi, they showed their disability in this and asked me to contact any other service centre.

                  I have also talked to Mr. Imdaad Ali (missed the name of centre), he said he will provide us with a new motor in few days as he has to get it from outside but it’s been 2 months, his motor has not reached to Jodhpur yet. In result a customer is suffering and NO ONE WANTS TO GET BOTHERED ABOUT IT.

                  Around 15 days back, I have also lodged an online complaint. A service engineer named, Mr. Deepender singh visited my place. He ended his visit with a statement that ‘I will come after few days with the motor’. HE HAS NEVER TURNED UP AGAIN.

                  Many people have apologised but no one has actually done something. On the customer service number, A lady said many times that Ma’am a Senior engineer can help you in this please note down a contact number of Jaipur[protected]. You guys are wasting money on that telephone because NO ONE PICKS UP THAT PHONE. Instead put some money on recruiting professional staff, who can really help customers.

                  I am not asking this motor for free!! Atleast I can hope for a help from people who are attached to the company. If you guys can’t do this also then please revert me in writing so that I can switch to another AC company.

                    I have a *daikin ac* and i am asking the service centre for solved my
                    Problem for the last one month, they somehow delaying the service giving
                    Some fake reasons, when i went to talk with them, they clearly told me to
                    Complain or call the daikin toll free number and ask for help, their
                    Attitude was very poor and it seems nobody can do anything about it so they
                    Are doing anything they want, i don't know anything will happen or not but
                    I would expect at least daikin take this matter seriously otherwise their
                    Sales is going to dip very soon, i will never ever recommend daikin to
                    Anyone, not because of the ac but just because of the customer service...

                      Dear sir,
                      I appreciate great eastern retail pvt ltd daikin ac distributor sales manager effort on delivery of 2.2 ton inverter ac in time.
                      But daikin installation technician team has given highly disappointed service.
                      They visited my house for installation and just left the place by saying they cannot install on the place where i want just above the window and below roof.
                      Please be informed there are another two another lg ac has been installed at same location in two bed room. Lg installation team did the job without any harassment.
                      After complain to service manager, i got assurance of revisit of installation technician. Service manager behave very professional and understood the situation well.
                      But i believe daikin installation field technician teams are very arrogant and non customer supportive.
                      We wait for installation team continuous 2 days and still we are waiting.
                      I hope we will be able to use ac this summer for which we had paid.

                        I have purchased daikin inverter split ac of rs50, 000. From the very first day, i am facing the problem. The ac is not working properly. It is not cooling properly. Everytime i run it on 18 temperature. Still i face a lot of heat in my small room

                        I have made complaint on the very first day. Your customer care engineer regularly visit my house. Everytime they come up with new problem. Sometime they say the problem is of gas leakage. Sometimes they say the problem is due to faulty pccb. Sometimes they say some other things regarding my room size etc.
                        Sir i have purchased a new ac and if daikin has delivered me the faulty unit, it should be replaced. I am complaining from the very first day. It's been around 50 days. I am very much frustated by your service. Just replace the unit or give my money back. I don't want to associate with your company anymore

                        Please look into this matter soon as summer is on peak.

                          I had purchased a diakin split inverter 5 stat ac from air care electronics khurramnagar lucknow. I told the owner that i want an ac which consumes 200 w after attaining constant temperature. The dealer initially told me that the ac costs 50970 and is ftkf. Then the dealer told me that the model i need is costly and took extra rs 2725 from me and told this consumes 200 w power. And the model no is ftxf on monday 4/6/2018. Next day to my utter disgrace very same ftkf was delivered to my home and it was told that this is the model which consumes 200 watt. Then i went to the dealer again and asked for the rs 2725 which were charged extra. The dealer is denying. The ac is lying in my home and i am not going to get it installed unless my money is refunded. I spoke to mr shakti singh diakin sales lucknow but he didn't show the courtesy to revert back. Is this your company and your representatives behave. And who is responsible for this misinformation and wrong escalation of price by citing wrong model no by diakin authorised dealer which is not even launched in the market. Act immediately otherwise i will take legal action against diakin india and your dealer. Your dealer is not giving the bill also. But i have the proof of transaction.

                            I had one of the worst experience with the authorised service centre. The ac was functioning inefficiently in terms of cooling and hence i booked a service request with the above mentioned enterprise. A person was sent to my home for the job and upon inspecting only for a few minutes, he gave us the solution that the ac required cleaning. He merely dusted the ac and it’s outdoor unit. We asked him whether there was some mode settings in the remote which might’ve caused the cooling problem and to that he replied that he has no knowledge of operating the remote. He charged us ₹500 as his ‘service’ charge and left. The problem still persisted, and we contacted the service centre several times the following day but mr thakuria of akas enterprise did not send anyone even after promising that he would and later ignored all of our calls.

                            This is highly unexpected from a company like daikin and i am deeply disappointed with such unprofessional service. Please take urgent steps against the service centre so that the same may not be suffered by other customers.

From last 60 days, people have been visiting, but Daiken failed miserably to diagnose the flaws for lack of competency. Bottomline is that customer is taken for a ride, endlessly.

                              Its a new ac at cleo county flat no 1904 c 3 tower. I just shifted here day before yesterday and since then the ac is not working. The compressor is not working, there is no cooling at all. The compressor is making little noise also. It may be defective piece i suppose. We are facing a lot of problem as we are on 19th floor so please look into the matter urgently.

                                Facing the same issue as many of the Daikin customers are.

                                I run an Online Reputation Management company and I'll make sure I can make as many potential customers and AC review websites/influencers aware of the issues and hassles of owning a Daikin AC.

                                I purchased 1.5 Ton Split inverter AC(FTKP50PRV16) 3 years back and AC has stopped cooling.

                                I raised a diagnostic request on their centralized customer care no. Two days later, their service engineer gave me a visit and told me that AC needs a jet service worth Rs. 1350.

                                After servicing (which I don't believe was required), the cooling issue remained the same apart from the fact that the hot airflow became more intense due to cleaning.

                                Then, the engineer told me it is an ejector issue with the outdoor unit and he has made it direct.

                                The issue was still not resolved completely and then the guys came to a conclusion that it might be a PCB issue which costs Rs. 5100 along with ejector replacement that would cost an additional Rs. 1800.

                                They also said the parts are in waiting as many customers are facing this issue.

                                I don't understand why a reputed company like Daikin is looting their customers in the name of faulty parts and frequent replacement requirements.

                                If there is an issue with Ejector/PCB controlling my compressor speed, it should come under warranty as my compressor has a 5-year warranty.

                                Same thing is happening with many daikin customers... first we buy the AC worth 40-50 k then they ask us to pay hefty amount for replacing the faulty parts.
                                We should seriously take some action against them... it’s the second consecutive year I have been following up with them, yet no solution

                                  I have a *daikin ac* and i am asking the service centre for solved my
                                  Problem for the last one month, they somehow delaying the service giving
                                  Some fake reasons, when i went to talk with them, they clearly told me to
                                  Complain or call the daikin toll free number and ask for help, their
                                  Attitude was very poor and it seems nobody can do anything about it so they
                                  Are doing anything they want, i don't know anything will happen or not but
                                  I would expect at least daikin take this matter seriously otherwise their
                                  Sales is going to dip very soon, i will never ever recommend daikin to
                                  Anyone, not because of the ac but just because of the customer service...

                                    Hi,

                                    After a lot of research we took a decision of going ahead with daikin acs keeping in mind it’s reputation. We purchased two inverter ac costing 50, 000 each and also took extended warranty of 1 year.

                                    Out of the two, one air conditioner is working just fine and on the downside the other one is giving us a nightmare since the start.

                                    We made a complaints to daikin service centres every alternate day to deal with the issues. They used to come, they changed almost every part of the new ac (They should have replaced the unit) but still no relief.

                                    I have made great efforts on my part to have the problems solved but have failed miserably which brings me to believe that i was given a faulty piece. My extended warranty just finished and i don’t have any other option but to put it on social media and consumer court.

                                    I have had to face immense harassment and discomfort due to the non working of the air conditioning unit in this heat. As you know these are the peak summer months and i despite having invested a great amount to facilitate my comfort in this heat am having to endure it and be embarrassed everytime i have guests over.

                                      So, please solve this problem, else refund my money. How many days taking to fill the gas??
                                      May be local servicing engineers are better than your service.

                                      Finally simply frustrated with daikin servicing.

                                      AC is not proper cooling. Due to heat, our customers are going back .. We are having a lot of trouble.
                                      AC is to be withdrawn .. Complant is repeated and there is no response. Service is also not good.

                                        I am a loyal daikin customer with over 6 daikin split air conditioning units installed in my house. However, i got a 1.8 ton daikin split air conditioning unit installed in one of our rooms on 27.06.2017 and the said unit has caused me utter inconvenience, to the extent that off late i have called the daikin service centres every alternate day to deal with the issues.

                                        I have made great efforts on my part to have the problems solved but have failed miserably which brings me to believe that i was given a faulty piece.

                                        I am short of a month away from the expiry of the warranty which is probably the cause for the customer services slacking on their behalf and waiting to make money at my cost as thereafter i will be left with no other way out.

                                        I have had to face immense harassment and discomfort due to the non working of the air conditioning unit in this heat. As you know these are the peak summer months and i despite having invested a great amount to facilitate my comfort in this heat am having to endure it and be embarrassed everytime i have guests over.
