service issue

Daikin is taking more than 2 months to resolve a noise issue and they are citing issues due to unavailability of the spare part for more than two months now. Mumbai being a biggest city of india if they don't have the part about as availability here then wat about smaller cities and rural areas.
I have spoken to daikin customer care floor supervisor sunil, bhavsnesh and their manager jatin but issue doesn't seems to resolve soon. Mumbai...

pathetic service and no commitment

split ac lasts only for 13 months

Daikin is the worst company in terms of service and product quality. We bought a split ac which lasts only 13 months and after that, it never works. Daikin team has come & asked for rs 8000 to fix the problem (Gas leakage). We have spent[protected] rs of money in gas filling already. I'm complaining about the delay in repairing

We registered the complaint on 23rd august, 2018 and we could avail the service on the same day. They promised to get it repaired within 5 days (While other companies only take 2 days max). We got it repaired today (14th september, 2018) which took 21 days.

not repairing my air conditioner

My daikin ac stopped working in the month of june 18, i asked dealer who sent two technicians who said its sensors are damaged, after 15 days two another technician came and said sensors are not available in company and you have to wait, after another 15 days some one advised us to ask the company and lodged our complaint to daikin company. Never did I ever come across a company handled so casually and ignorant towards maintaining customer relationships.
I am a business man dealing in ethnic wear in Varanasi, currently operating with 6 showrooms in the city and expanding in the nearby cities.

Got pcb replaced for two Ac's in july 2017 and now third ac has also stopped functioning because of the same problem that the previous two acs faced (error code U4).
