1. Installation of aircon unit was very shabby leading to significant damage to apartment with over 1 feet dia hole leaing to:
-possible security problem (As per attached pic)
-possible water seepage during monsoon
- shabby look from facade of society
- damage of wooden flooring due to no care taken during installation
2. Behavior of installation team was unacceptable
3. Indoor unit molding of plastic faulty but not agreed but not agreed by installation and somehow fixed by jugaad

      I have purchased an inverter ac from vijay sales exactly a year back. The problem of fan blower continues despite having made several complaints. There is very little to no air flow. We have complained with daikin several times and the person who installed the ac also came once or twice to address the complaint but the issue remains unsolved. I feel it is a problem with the drain and daikin is not taking enough interest in solving the problem. It's been a year now and the ac continues to perform as described.

        Installation charges too high and much more than market price. Arbitrary charges included. For installing the ac rs 5745 was charged which is way over the market price. The price included only material cost such as pipes and wires as installation coupon and outdoor unit holding stand was provided by the dealer.
        15 feet copper pipes charged at 200 rupees per feet. 47 feet wires charged at 35 rupees per feet, even wrapping paper was charged at 250 per piece. The total bill amount was 6145, after much negotiation a discount of rs 400 was given and rupees 5745 was charged.

          My dailin split inverter ac 1.5 ton. Model no.- ftkv50nrv16
          Purchased from coolline agency surat gujarat
          Service engineers found out the mistake to be non functioning circuit and motor. I requested them to change the same but the issue they said is that the circuit will take atleast a months time to be supplied from the company.
          I have faced the same problem in two more same units at my office.
          Why does the company sell a product whos spare part they cant supply for a month?

            Dear sir/madame,

            Please help me to resolve the issue, i have purchased daikin's 3 start inverter ac from koolwell yesterday, i told the manager praful i will only buy the ac if you can deliver it tomorrow that is on saturday, mr. Praful (Contact number: [protected]) said i will get the delivery for sure by saturday, i took an off from office today so that i get the delivery today and get it installed next day. Today i called mr praful, he said the shipment is on the way and will come between 3-6, it did not come, at 6;30 i called mr praful he said the delivery is delayed, you will get by 8:30, i waited till 8;30 and called at 9;15. Mr praful at 9:15 picked up and said i thought its been delivered give me 10 mins ill call back, mr praful never called back, when i called him at 10, he said the delivery will happen tomorrow and disconnected the phone, when i called him back, mr prafull already switched off his phone. I have already made full payment of my ac and i think this kind of people are thugs and waste other people time and money. I believe daikin is known for its commitment and that is the only reason i choose you guys.
            1) who will compensate my time and money for today?
            2) if the ac gets delivered tomorrow and the installation is on monday, how am i suppose to take off on monday?

              Defective or manufacturing fault found with split ac.
              This is i regards with an defective ac unit (Ftkh50srv 3* 1.5ton) i brought on 7th aug, 2017 from vijay sales, pfa.

              Where as just after 2nd wet service (27th april, 2018) i started facing the problem, pfa.
              (Issue-its a inverter a/c and it's outdoor unit auto cuts for 15-20 minutes very frequently after anonymous time running)

              Hence i made multiple requests on 1st may-2018, 17th may-2018 for repair but daikin technician's didn't checked anything and also mentioned that it'll auto cut after coming on a certain temperature. However i mentioned that it's an inverter ac unit and its auto cuts very frequently. As because they found it working they forced and closed the requests. Later on 25th june-2018 i placed it's 3rd and final free service request also mention the issue but technician mentioned since everything seems fine we are closing the requests.

              Later after 3rd service issue started persisting very frequently, as the outdoor unit gets stops just after running 2-3 minutes and remain shuts for 15-20 minutes sometimes longer.

              No one from daikin helped and tried to understand the issue. It seems it's and manufacturing fault.

              Since daikin is unable to resolve the issue, kindly suggest what action can be taken from your side?

              The issue still persist. This is an manufacturing defect since I found it that 3 star Inverter Split AC isn't successful. It runs on a variable speed on its own wish, otherwise maximum times outdoor unit cutoffs every 5 minutes.

              When your Technician called, he was blank and not aware by the issue. On the other hand, when the AC was in warranty period and I placed multiple requests at that point of time no one took any action on it, do you have any explanation on that.

              Anyways, I'm ready to pay the visit charges but only upon the resolution. Prior arranging the visit kindly first let me know and confirm "HOW DAIKIN INVERTER WORKS"?

              1) Does the outdoor unit always remain in running/active state,

              Till now Wireing, External Fan Motor, Display PCP changed and issue still there.

              You may have not received proper information.
              Resolution isn't provided, due to cold (Winter) weather technician suggested to check in summers.
              Although when technician came and started A/C it started as it's designed but after achieving the set temperature 22° it cuts off at 21.9 and starts up again by 25°/26° and same repeats. It doesn't run on a variable speed.
              It cuts of and starts up just like a non inverter A/C and in room can feel Hot and Cold.
              Technician ran the A/C for 45 minutes and almost 7 times it cuts off durin testing. And the technician just said to test in summer.
              Let me know if this kind of resolution is provided to customer by such brands then where is the point of trust on your products. People just lost the warranty and you guys starts charging. And in that stage Daikin starts finding the root cause when people have to loose their pockets.

              Daikin Inverter split AC doesn't run on a variable speed. It cut offs and room temperature feels like hot and cold just like non-inverter unit.
              Fake product or making fool of customers.
              When your Technician called, he was blank and not aware by the issue. On the other hand, when the AC was in warranty period and I placed multiple requests at that point of time no one took any action on it, do you have any explanation on that.

              Anyways, I'm ready to pay the visit charges but only upon the resolution. Prior arranging the visit kindly first let me know and confirm "HOW DAIKIN INVERTER WORKS"?

              1) Does the outdoor unit always remain in running/active state,
              2) How it becomes energy efficient in that scenario.

                We purchased four daikin split indore acs of 2.0 and 1.5 ton each — daikin sac ftq60tv16u2b (Id)/rq60tv16u2b (Od) anddaikin sac ftq50tv16u1b 1.5t 28fs ftq50 rq 50tv16u1b from ra electricals pvt. Ltd. On 19th september, 2018, but to much surprize no person from daikin service centre contacted me to install these four units.

                One mr. Waseem, mo [protected] came and sent mr. Maaz to install ac. He was unqualified to do the job as he was only a labor and not even technician. He cheated me by taking rs. 500/- more than due to install only one ac and that too in disfactory manner.

                I have no complaint against ra electricals pvt. Ltd. At vadodara as they sell your product. Installation responsibility is of m/s. Daikin and hence this mail.

                My complaint shall be taken seriously bym/s. Daikin as i am sufferer due to indifferent attitude ofm/s. Daikin. Till date my acs numbering four units have not been installed although i complained in service center at vadadara, gujrat. Iit sound very funny and does not go well with the name m/s. Daikin.

                  Daikin is taking more than 2 months to resolve a noise issue and they are citing issues due to unavailability of the spare part for more than two months now. Mumbai being a biggest city of india if they don't have the part about as availability here then wat about smaller cities and rural areas.
                  I have spoken to daikin customer care floor supervisor sunil, bhavsnesh and their manager jatin but issue doesn't seems to resolve soon. Mumbai are service manager shivam yadav doesn't picks the call nor does any call back. If we call mumbai service centre siddhi cool service they have only one answer "there is no part availability"

                    Now i do call in help desk and head office daily or after 2-3 days now this is my daily routine work because my family don’t sleep in night because of a/c problem.

                        Daikin is the worst company in terms of service and product quality. We bought a split ac which lasts only 13 months and after that, it never works. Daikin team has come & asked for rs 8000 to fix the problem (Gas leakage). We have spent[protected] rs of money in gas filling already. As per them the inlet and outlet pipe has been broken and needs a replacement which cost 8 k and later they negotiated to around 5k. How can someone spend that much of money after 1 month of completing the warranty?

                          We registered the complaint on 23rd august, 2018 and we could avail the service on the same day. They promised to get it repaired within 5 days (While other companies only take 2 days max). We got it repaired today (14th september, 2018) which took 21 days.
                          When enquired the details of delay it was the unavailability of materials needed for repairing. If you don't have enough material at the right i think you should probably stop your operation in india. Its really annoying to wait for so long to get your damn a/c repaired.
                          We've placed this in our shop so that staffs are able to work properly. These 21 days they got really frustrated and demanded to leave early due to unbearable hot weather. This created a considerable loss to our business and we demand to get compensation for the same.

                            Our a. C ran into a problem and we lodged a service request over phone.
                            Some one from rohan enterprises m-[protected]-palinder singh attended the call on 1.8.18, told us that the a. C need servicing. He collected rs 531/- as visit charges. Next day he again visited us and did the needful and asked us to pay rs 3500/-. Which we did but he did not give us a receipt. The a. C was working fine. He gave us his above said number and told us that since rohan enterprises is authorized for the job, we can call him directly.
                            The a. C again developed a snag, so we called him. After dilly dallying for a day or so, he turned up and told us that gas has leaked. My wife is an asthmatic patient, and needs a. C all around. We requested him to attend to us, but he was not at all responsive and avoided our calls.
                            We have already lodged a complaint with number del [protected] and again have been referred to rohan enterprises, i. E again with the same devils.
                            A. C is not under warranty and we do not mind paying for the repairs, but this sort of treatment, putting us off for days saying, we do not have enough people to attend etc shows your service team in bad light.

                              Purchased 1.5 ton split AC on 28 Jun 2018. After 2/3 weeks cooling was reduced. Contacted the dealer Solar Aircon. He sent his technician and filled gas because of reduced gas pressure. After another 2 weeks cooling was reduced. Contacted dealer and was told to approach Daiken.
                              Lodged complaint on 7 Sep 2018 (no.[protected]. Dealer's technician came in the morning (7 Sep) and informed that gas pressure is less and that is why AC is not cooling and shutting down. Mentioned this in my complaint. Technician came in the evening from Daiken and checked the machine. He informed that gas pressure is ok but there is a problem with the sensor. He disconnected the sensor and told me to run the machine at night. He filled his report mentioning that the machine has been washed and cleaned. There was no mention of why the AC stopped or whether the gas pressure was ok.
                              Next day it was observed that cooling was less. I lodged another complaint on 8 Sep 2018 giving the first complaint no. The technician came in the evening and found that the gas pressure was less. He also found that there was no problem with the sensor and connected it again. Later another person came and filled the gas.
                              I am disappointed with the attitude and wrong diagnosis of the machine. Despite telling him that the gas pressure was less, which was filled the next day, he failed to take correct measures. He also filled a wrong report stating that the machine has been cleaned. There was no mention of sensor being faulty or having it disconnected. I would request that the company investigates and punishes the first technician for misleading the customer.
                              Despite the gas being filled in the machine within two months of purchase there is no diagnosis as to why it is happening. If there is leak somewhere, the pressure will again be reduced with reduced cooling. This being a technical problem, I do not think that the technicians are qualified to assess critically the problem and find a solution. I will run the machine for a few days to check if the problem has been resolved.

                                Dear Daikin team,

                                I have been registered the complaint on 28th August 2018 but through online via [protected] ph number but still it’s not resolved. I ddnt face thus type of worst service in my previous with all brand except Daikin. So i[censored] r maintain a good service then resolve my problem immediately as a prime basis. I have been bought the Daikin ac on April 09th 2018 but it’s worked only one month. Hwz that installation done only Daikin people wil said. In this particular region Daikin service persons were frauding the people and giving the worst service in our area. Because of this type of situations, the Daikin is loosing their upcoming customers in their businesses. So that kindly avoid this type of fraud service centres as a prime priority basis otherwise Daikin wil losses theirs selling rate.

                                  This is rahul kumar from patna. I bought an a. C. From you in april 2018. Model no – dtc50srv162, serial no – 9038383. It was not working properly from the beginning. After several reminders, anyhow it was repaired, after few days again it stopped working. No action has been taken after several reminders. I think substandard quality of a. C. Have supplied to me.
                                  So, i request to you that either replace the above said a. C. Or give me a refund.

                                      I would like to inform you that i’m very disappointed with service of daikin india from last one month we take many follow-ups with helpline number, head office for my a/c repair and still it’s not done or we don’t get any response also now i’m thinking that why we purchase daikin a/c we have many option in market but sorry to say i’m not prefer daikin a/c to my friends and others.

                                      Now i do call in help desk and head office daily or after 2-3 days now this is my daily routine work because my family don’t sleep in night because of a/c problem.

                                      I’m talk with mr. Hiren (Mahakali eterprise., ahmedabad., gujarat.), but no solution done

                                      Toady again i log a call in help desk and talk with he says please give me a 2 hours’ time i just call to you but after 2 and ½ hours no call come then again i call customer executive says mr. Hiren call to you within 5 min but again no call below is detail of my call log.

                                        My daikin ac stopped working in the month of june 18, i asked dealer who sent two technicians who said its sensors are damaged, after 15 days two another technician came and said sensors are not available in company and you have to wait, after another 15 days some one advised us to ask the company and lodged our complaint to daikin company. Then two so called engineers came and they see the ac and said its pcb is damaged, and it will be replaced and will cost rs 12500/- plus other charges etc. We agreed and asked them to repair it immediately.
                                        After 20 days or so we got a sms on phone on 'august 4, 18, that reference your complaint gha [protected]/ customer id 10194610. Your ac will be attended by the team from ashu electronic [protected]'
                                        0n 7th when no one turned out from ashu electronic
                                        On contact to the given number refused to attend the ac complaint because the pcb not available with them, further advised us to contact [protected]
                                        Who said to send some one in 4 hours but no body came.
                                        Now see the state of poor service of daikin is a japanese company.in fact this company is looting poor indian people by giving lots of assurances of good service.

                                        We received two phone calls that they are coming to repair the AC on the evening of 14th August 2018, at about 7 24 P.M. we waited till 10 P.M. but no one turned out. This is the state of Daikin's Service.
                                        This is the time when AC is required most and Daikin people are asking for some more time for the last one month, but not saying the exact time.
                                        Perhaps Managing director of this company is not aware about the law that they will have to provide the part with in 36 hours and for ten years from the date of production o[censored]nit.
