Dear sir i hav booked daikin 3 *ac unit @ur reliance digital shop anantapur on 22/3/18 sales order no:[protected] but two different od (3*) &id (5*) uints delivered to me &directly coplaint @ur show room but no response from ur staff this is not the correct way of dealing with the customers so please look in to the matter resolve my issue as early as possible.

I have purchased diakin ac ftkl50tv 1.5 ton yesterday, today they send two person for installing ac, instead of installing they tried to fool us. Pointed out unnecessary issue regarding wire asking for rs.2600 when the installation was free from company and further we already done pipe fittings & wire fittings at time of construction house. I bought dainkin 1.5 ton ac on 30.05.2012 from ac zone, chennai. Now i got problem with ac compressor. I changed two statbilisers (Trouble booster / 4kv) in a month. I checked with my electrical line and stabilisers everything is working in good finally i found problem with ac compressor. And my ac compressor is under warranty period. Hence i request you to kindly solve my problem asap....

Do not buy daikin acs they have repeated issues with pcb and fan motor and these parts even if replaced have no warranty, not even for a month.

I have bought more than 20 daikin split inverter airconditioners from a local dealer in jalgaon, maharashtra and have suffered my brains out. Buying over 20 acs in a single deal would make you readers think that i must have gotten the best of services from daikin or the dealer but you...

I had purchased an inverter ac on 12th April 2017 . It was not functioning from 25th September 2017. After somany Enquiries ( calls as well as mails) they had visited and tried to repair the machine. I have purchased 1.5 ton ac from jeevanjee plaza, lajpat nagar, new delhi in march 2017. After installation in a week i complaint at store to mr rahul anand of thunder storm noise is coming from the ac. He sent man to service the new ac. I was surprised but agreed to service. We had purchased 1.5 ton split ac 5 star from vijay sales faridabad vide their invoice dt 25/6/2017.

From the time this unit was installed, it is giving lot of whistling noise.
Yr engr from air command visited and he recommended replacement of fan motor which was done by him. But the noise remained as it is. Subsequently yr engr visited and the problem remains unresolved.

Request kindly resolve the problem...

My daikin invertor ac model outdoor unit was not working from 2 nd oct'17. I tried to call customer care and then i tried r. R airconditioning engineers, chennai.
They came on 3rd and said fan motor jam. They took fan motor, outdoor and indoor unit pcbs. They are travelling by two wheeler, attending other service calls and handing over parts at your service center next day. Service center analysed on 4th and telling that fan motor...

I had done a major blunder by buying a daikin invertor ac 2 years back.
Most problematic ac i have ever seen in my life. I am sharing the mail communication for my problem with daikin, it will clear that what kind of service you will get after buying this ac.

There's so much noise at least 10 times we have visited and complained and attended also but the sound effect in the house is horrible

I have never heard the unit giving so much voice that to also daikin 1.5 ton bought from vijay sales little world kharghar mall not even 4-5month and earlier when bought withing a month there was cooling issue... Cooling got sorted then noise started different engineers or service people come...

I purchased my daikin ac 1.5 ton on 30/03/2017 frpm kay dee electronics, sector-18, noida. Till date of installation i was having problem of cooling and indoor unit water leakage., almost 3-4 times the engineer visited 2 times from registered complaint and 2 times through dealer side, but no solution given by any one the dealer is also not providing any visit sheet, because of service issues... Even the dealer engineer does not report about...
