Sir, i have taken single phase temporary meter connection service for the construction purpose of my industrial plot at plot no.736, laxmi textlie park, sachin g. I. D. C, surat & this temporary meter connection was disconnected by the geb, against my application dated 20/04/2019.

In this regard, i have deposited rs.15000/- as security deposit at the time of temporary meter connection service and i have applied for the refund of the same as per my application dated 20/04/2019. But after two months time period over, my deposit amount is till not refunded by the geb it has taken more long time period. My temporary meter consumer no. Is 12306/12487/6.

Therefore kindly do needful for my refund amt at the earliest in this matter.

I have applied for new three phase connection wide application no.13860 and for the same quotation amount is already paid in geb sachin office on 08/03/2019 but after completion of two months time period, a install of the new three phase meter connection at my industrial plot is still pending from the geb office,

I have many times inquired in the sachin geb office regarding my above said connection, but no any solution provided till by geb office.

સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે પ્લોટ નંબર L-1/5 હોજિવાળા ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રી વિભાગ - 2 સચિન માં મારું ટેક્સટાઇલ યૂનિટ આવેલ છે જેમા અમારા ખાતા નું કનેક્શન માટે ટી સી મારા ખાતા ની આગળ મુકેલ છે પરંતું સામે વાળા ખાતા નું ટી સી મારા ખાતા ના ગેટ આગળ મુકેલ છે જે અમોને યાન ઉતારવામાં મુશ્કેલી પડે છે તો આપ સાહેબ ને વિનંતી છે કે દરેક નાં ખાતાં ના ટી સી પોતાના પ્લોટ આગળ મુકાવાંવા વિનંતી

We wish to inform you that I am branch manager of Canara Bank Fansa branch. We have no power since 07/02/2019 and we have repeatedly contected DGVCL sarigam office they have provided the complain number( 21) on 08/02/2019 also till date 11/02/2019 at 10:30 am no person has attended the complain. Being a bank organisation we cannot afford continuous four day power cut. Due to power cut we are not in order to do daily banking and all our security equipment s are also not working.
I am very disappointed with service from dgvcl team where person who attends the call is telling what can I do I can just forward your complain to our team.
With the very saddened experience I m bound to tell you when we get delayed to pay bill your company charge penalty but at this situation where this much of insensitive approach has been taken for the securities of bank, Nobody is responding.when I requested to talk to incharge authority they declined by saying that you have to come in office only.
I wish my words will reach upto appropriate authorities so that we can run our bank.

I have factory at plot no. J-23, gidc antalia, bilimora. There are 4 transformers and one distribution panel in our premises which are causing blockage to our material movement. All these transformers are of neighboring companies which should have been installed in front of their respective premises, instead of our premises.
I have attached our earlier complaint letter dated[protected] but no action is taken yet.

As your your kind information i alredy done an email regarding the theft of electricity by some wenders

On wenersday DGVCL TEAM CAME ON THE SPOT TO CHECK AT 12:30 PM IN A WHITE ECO MARUTI CAR .. IN FROUNT OF MY EYES THEY TOOK A BRIBE ( MONEY ) FROM BABA PAN WALA PRATAP KESHWANI AND TOOK A SIMPLE READING OF LOAD FROM THE METER AND WENT AWAY ...

They didnt even took a legal action against the thing which was nacked eye crime ..

Didnt wrote a crime report in charge ###
Not even charged him against electricity theft which was selling to 3 wenders and did not took any actions or fine him for meter shield which was not on meter which is mendetory

I NEED AN ANSWER THAT

The meter is given in open plot and electricity supply is given from open meter to another open plots to three wenders .. why they did not took the meter off from its place they should have to shield and cutt off the connection which was illegally provided to such illegal persons ???

THE TEAM WHICH CAME AT THE SIGHT TOOK BRIBE (MONEY) IN FROUNT OF MY EYES THE TEAM WHICH CAME THERE WERE UNAWARE THAT I WAS STANDING IN FROUNT OF THEM AND I AM THE PERSON WHO EMAILED ABOUT THIS ILLEGAL THINGS AND I SAW YOUR DGVCL TEAM TAKING BRIBE FROM THAT ILLEGAL WENDER SELLING ELECTRICITY TO 3 OTHER WENDERS ILLEGALLY ..

IF YOU THINK I AM NOT TELLING THE TRUTH KINDLY CHECK YOUR CHECKING ### THEY WENT AWAY ONLY WRITING THE LOAD ..

From this illegal actions running on you should come to know that PIPLOD SUB DIVISION is fully corrupted .. they are even not afraid of doing or supporting such illegal activities ..

WHY THEY DON'T TAKE METER

My entire society is having light but only my house is not having connection towards which complaint made on 16 the april 2018 at 10 pm vide complain number 77 but it's 2.30 pm on 17th and no one has turned up. We are not having connection due to which even water motor can't be started. We are in grim situation and have called geb thrice since morning and their status is that the people concerned are on their way for fixing the problem but still no one has reached...

I am leaving on rent house.

I received electricity bill for 503 unit for month apr - may '2018..

In fact i check meter reading & its shown 243 unit only.

Now customer care person guide to go at dgvcl office vapi and correct it.

Is it my fault?? Why i take leave and go to dgvcl office??

If dgvcl person made mistake then why can't it should be corrected from dgvcl side.

Pls understand why people angry on government office because your service is really pathetic.

Today on 29th may, at 12-30 am, power is low from last 1 hour or more.in this summer days, we can't sleep in this situations. Even your all customer care numbers are not working properly. Can i know why this happens only in varachha area and not in other areas? I want to know are we npt paying electricity bills on time? If you have some important work, then why you do in nights for our inconvenience? Can't you wait for the morning? If you want to charge higher then go ahead but give the service properly. We are ready to pay but we want proper service. No light cuts in the night or middle of the night.

I am sumantrai shantilal patel want to complain about electricity supply issue. I pay every month bill almost 2500 inr regularly. At my home there are two ac which can not start at the same time due to not proper power supply.

With regular bill payment basic service like electricity is not getting at home is the issue.

A new application form duly filled and signed for a new residential electricity meter/connection at my property in muslimwad, pal-surat was submitted at 'daksin gujarat vij company limited's office at amrapali row house, l p savani road, opp saurabh police station, pal adajan, surat - 395009 in the last week of november 2017 with all the requested/required documents.

Those forms and all required documents were completely/thoroughly checked and verified by dy. Engineer, after which i paid the registration fees at the cash counter.

However, despite several requests and reminders, no new meter/connection has been installed yet. I sent several email reminders requests, however not received any singly reply from them.

I have made online payment on 07/11/2017 from my saving a/c no. [protected] of rs, 6075.86, this amount debited from account and transaction was unsuccessful but till today amount not received back in my a/c.

I have paid my light bill online and its shows successful, but yr representative came here often and disconnect my power supply. I have tried to contact on [protected]. They told me that they will note down my complaint. But still today dgvcl member came and cut my power supply. I want to tell you that this is commercial and i have already paid. And i am strictly warn you that if you people not solve my issue then i will go official complaint against you government authority. Because you are government authority and you have to serve us. And pls replay me as early as possible. Because if i not get any replay within three days then i will go further for rti and etc.

Myself chirag joshi, bharuch. I got my house bill of 25, 000, which is not possible at all. There is no that much load in my house, only two to three ujala bulbs, two fans, one ro system, and these all can't load 25, 000 bill for two months. I have given written complain to bharuch firm but no any genuine answer. As well educated and knowing rules and regulations i will not pay this cheated bill. Do needful otherwise i can go higher as firm is cheated to middle class family because we have no any backbones in politics and other government servant.

This is to inform you that we had submitted application for Shifting of meter on 16june, 2017 and also paid the asked fees.They informed us that within a couple of days(I.e. 48 hours)or if possible within couple of hours our in charge person would come and will shift. But till date no one has come.

So please complete the work as soon as possible without creating any further trouble. Almost 20 days have passed.

Hope you reply us with a positive feedback at the earliest.

I live at sarigam here last 10-15 days the power get cuts 10-15 times in day
At nay time. But most of time it cuts at nigh 22-30 pm when the time of sleeping.
We complaint about the same but there is no action against the complaint.
Even no one is responding towards it.
During the rainy season when the clod comes the power cut.
When little rain comes power cut. What nonsence it is. Please do the solution against the same.
