I'm from royal park3 society which is located at olpad-sayan road surat. Our SoC under the ishanpore village when we call them regarding this powercut issue they always told us that your feeder provided in olpad, whenever we call them they always busy not even without ring it's showing busy, and they have only one phone number regarding to the complain register? Why when time of bills they not tolrate the late response, they have to two or three compain number regarding to this matters, they have to inform us about shutdown they don't inform us about the Shutdown of power cut .we paid all bills that's why we have a right to know all of this .

ઉપરોક્ત બાબતે જણાવવાનું કે મોજે ગામ ડુંગરી, (વેગી ફળિયું) જિલ્લે સુરત, તાલુકો મહુવા ખાતે આવેલ વેગી ફળીયામાં જે ટ્રાન્સ્ફર્મર મુકવામાં આવેલ છે. તે એક્દમ રસ્તાની નજીક હોય તેમજ ચોમાસા દરમિયાન ત્યા પાણી ભારાઈ રહે છે ફળીયા મા આવવા-જવા માટે નો મુખ્ય રસ્તો હોય, જેના લીધે વિજ કરંટ લાગવાનો ભય રહે છે. તેમજ અહીં પશુઓ ને કરંટ લાગવાથી મૃત્યુ પણ થયેલ છે, જેની જાણ અગાઉ નજીક ની ઓફિસ ના હેલ્પર ને કરવામાં આવી હતી પણ કોઇ પણ પ્રકારના પગલાં લેવામાં આવેલ નથી.
આપશ્રીને નમ્ર અરજ છે કે ઉપરોક્ત બાબતે તત્કાલિક અસરથી કર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી.

Dear sir,
This letter is written to dispute a billing error of consumer no-[protected]. Last bill was paid rs-4175.65 on date 27/05/2021 which was for 2months. But this time I am shocked to see current electricity bill of rs-7986.30/- which is twice the amount of my regular bill. In last bill month use was 632 and in this current bill suddenly use rise to 1090. We have not installed and extra electric instruments or devices in this period and we are family of 3 person so that it is impossible to rise in bill this much in a month. Kindly request you to look into the matter and guide me to conduct electric audit or meter check. I am ready to pay charge for checking. Please consider this mail as urgent and can be kept for further legal proceedings.

With reference to above subject, I have applied for Solar rooftop thru SIDDHIVINAYAK SOLAR and same is installed at my place on 03rd Jul'2021. However till date I have not received meter for the same. You will appreciate that delay in getting meter is resulting into financial loss to me as well as GEB and also losing summer time where generation o[censored]nit is generally on higher side.

Request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

Line wires heights to Little killshot some people are passing the wire under the wire and short people and other animals are passing the under the wire please check check this point and resolve this problem motor will not start there was the crop a loss the farmers have water flow in in your farm how can you to solve this problem farmer complain your office too much time but your office officer not complaint regarding not work and line are not cleaning in monsoon time there was a big issue under the line passing tree and some sometimes people are passing under the lie in short people and he was loss your life check the line please harryI have request you my humble request please solve the problem.
