        There is no electricity since last 1 hour.
        Nobody at service center receiving call.
        As u know it is summers and mosquitoes in bharuch is really worst, we can't even keep doors and windows open.

            I have made payment of Rs. 2674.08 against bill of Consumer No. [protected] on 19.03.2022.
            Payment failed in DGVCL portal but amount deducted from my account and till now the amount is not credited back to my account.

              In bilimora town dgvcl cashier always told to people that, paid extra money as mention in light bill. She told us she has no change of money. For example, she told us that if in bill mention 693 she told us paid 700. And everytime cashier and junior engg
              Told this thing.

              Do needful for this matter.

                Date[protected] कल मेरे यहाँ आपके २ स्टाफ के Member आते है, और मुझे पूछते है आपने बिल Pay किया या नहीं.तो मैंने उनको Slip भी दिखाई. जो की मैं उनसे 1 दिन पहले आये Person को Already सेंड क्या हुआ था.

                नाम पता नहीं क्यूंकि उसने बताया नहीं. बस इतना पता है उसने Spec पहने थे, आशा करता हूँ आप उसे ढूंढ लोगे.

                Date[protected] को जो Staff आया था उसे Already मैंने Slip Send कर दी थी. ये उसका नंबर है, नाम पता नहीं (Mo-[protected])

                तो मैं उनसे पूछा की मुझे कितनी बार आपको Payment Slip दिखानी होगी ?

                तो वो मुझे बोलता है, कोई भी DGVCL में से आये 31 March तक आपको उसे ये आप Slip दिखा देना, क्योकि हमारे यहाँ Update होने में Time लगता है, उसमे आपको कोनसा Time लगेगा.

                और वो खुद अपने ही Staff को पूछ नहीं सकता की कल उस Customer के यहाँ का Status क्या है.पर नहीं हम तो डायरेक्ट कस्टमर से ही पूछेंगे की उसने Bill Pay किया या नहीं.

                मतलब आपके Staff के पास Customer की Value ही नहीं है.

                और जिस Employee को आपने भेजा था पहले उसे Customer से बात कैसे करते है, यह सिखाइये. अगर Customer के घर जाते हे, तो पहले उनको Manners की Training दीजिये.

                आशा करता हूँ आप उस स्टाफ के ऊपर Strict से Strict Action लीजिये.

                Because मैंने सुना हे बस कस्टमर कम्प्लेन करते रहेंगे और ये लोग अपनी मनमानी करते रहेंगे. खुद कभी Cross Verify नहीं करेंगे की उसने बिल Pay किया है या नहीं.

                Update : I have already send a email regarding this matter on 13 March but no reply received from their customer service

                    Jan2022. Therefore I request you to please kindly send anyone to

                            With reference to our attached file., Geb official is not responding our complaint.We have been shift to baroda since last 5 months.Our house is locked since 5 months however we have been received heavy amount of bill.we have already send application to valsad geb office twice kindly solve the issue to avoid any further issues.Even they disconnect our electric connection without informing us. This kind of negligence is not acceptable for senior citizens like me.

                                        Wrongly charged

                                        My consumer number : [protected], I am been charged Rs. 70/- extra from last six months under the head "Ujala EMI Scheme". I had been charges Rs. 420/- till date. I had given written application to local Bharuch office every month but not getting any positive reply. I had purchased buld under "Ujala Scheme" in year 2016 with cash payment. (I had paid Rs. 700/- for 10 Bulbs). Do the needful and arrange for refund....
