Mene apne meetar ka box and wire change ka liye apply kiya tha 16/03/2022 ko but abhi tak koi aaya nahi box change karne ke liye me daily ja ke office ke chakkar laga raha hu meri koi sun nahi raha daily bolte hai aaj lag jayega kal lag but abhi tak nahi lag paya

I have made payment of Rs. 2674.08 against bill of Consumer No. [protected] on 19.03.2022.
Payment failed in DGVCL portal but amount deducted from my account and till now the amount is not credited back to my account....

Respected sir,

In bilimora town dgvcl cashier always told to people that, paid extra money as mention in light bill. She told us she has no change of money. For example, she told us that if in bill mention 693 she told us paid 700. And everytime cashier and junior engg
Told this thing.

With reference to our attached file., Geb official is not responding our complaint.We have been shift to baroda since last 5 months.Our house is locked since 5 months however we have been received heavy amount of bill.we have already send application to valsad geb office twice kindly solve the issue to avoid any further issues.Even they disconnect our electric connection without informing us.
