So Please resolve this again problems

Many time i had raised the complaint regarding the street light on my area road.(complaint screen attached with this mail complaint no. & other detailed mentioned). but none of your officer taken any action for it.           I am resident of i. P. Colony, sector-33 faridabad, there are very extreme voltage fluctuation & power cut. Fluctuation from 80, 90v lower to 300 v to upper and frequency of fluctuation is per min, and power cut approximate 20 to 30 times in a day, in this colony 3 street are most affected where first one is from h. No. 34 to 45 and its opposite side. No one listing the complain neither je nor sdo even their customer complaint no. Always in hung state.
          Due to voltage fluctuation many of home appliance gets damages and children’s are suffered much.

          Kindly look into this matter and take the corrective action soon.

          Almost 10 to 12 hours power cut in I.P. colony Sec-33 Faridabad and when Power is available in the night almost 70 V which are not able to run cooler and other appliance. No one feel to hear the complaint.
          why they doing so because they know that maximum resident of I.P. colony working in private sector and they do not have time to approach some one and other reason most of the Electricity department staff have the relation with the Sellers and merchant who are selling the power product like INVERTER , Stepelizer and so on , Electricity department staff taking the commission from Sellers that why they are doing like that with us and for evidence prospective the Electricity availably ok in others sectors where the Electricity department staff are leaving, so how we people leave at their home at list 10 hours comfortably even we are paying the bill on time and also TAX on time but nothing getting for that.

          Should we get any help from this side.

          12 Hrs power Cut at I.P. Colony Sec-33 Faridabad, when we are calling to customer care , JE, SDE, DGM & GM , all are saying only one Power cut, where they are selling this power cut , why power is not cut at thier home, only those people are facing problem who are paying the bill on time and paying tax to Govt. and they don't have time to fight against this such type of the problem, because they have many problem in thier life whome they do fight.O desh ke rakhwalo, at least care to those people who actualy running all yours department.

          From Last 15 day huge power cut apprx 6hrs in a day , while this time very less load utilization , inspite of this DHBVN staff cutting long time power everyday, can you please put some pressure why ther are doing like this, it is also a part of curruption.

          From last 1.5 month, 10 hrs power cut and now 18 hrs power cut only 6hrs power availability, at I.P. colony Sector-33 Faridabad, their customer care no. not responding, JE & SDO only say one word this is because of Haryana Govt order, but I think this not directly directed by the Govt of Haryana, but this not matter who is governing this, after all public are facing problem while public are paying the money to run the Govt and DHBVN, then public is first latter other one, so please Corruptions Mitao.

          If civilians do any fraud in electricity then they are punished but DHBVN Staff are doing the fraud no one giving him punishment why?
          DHBVN staff are selling Electricity to commercial and residential people are having no electric at their home and only they are saying this is India , nothing will happen , Now days we are fighting India against corruption but DHBVN staff are making corruption.

          Hi,

          Daily at night start from 8:00PM to 5:00AM power fluctuation and it varry from 80 V to 320 V and cause very critical problem we are facing nither able to run any appliance or do anything, and no one listing the problem and it is suspected that some market seller of electrical equipment have relation with DHBVN staff at local office to do this thing so that thier appliance like INVERTOR, BATTARY, CVT, STEPLISER and others item sells gets increased.

          There is frequent power cut in street of H.No. 34, 35, 36, and at I.P. colony sector-33, and no one listing about this complain, nighters customer care nor any staff , JE, SDO, electrician picking the phone, by the way if someone pick the then only say we will attend the complaint but no one attending the complaint and next time not picking the phone.

          Hello,
          I am suffering from huge power Fluctuation in street of Ho. No. 34, 36, 37 in upper phase of supply, two time my AC burnt and one time RO & TV burnt, if complain to some one, no one listing, I measure the Voltage fluctuation from digital multimeter, it varry from 160 to 320V and very frequent it happen in every 3 to 4 min of interval.

          on date 30/7/13 there is huge power cut in I.P. colony sector-33, Faridabad- Haryana, many complaint maid to customer care but outcome is zero,
          SDO/JE of this area behave like a king and specially JE never listen any complaint word, 100% of resident pay bill on time so no scope to earn black money to SDO/JE and this is reason no one listing the complaint, they are alwayse entertaining those area like Rajeen Nagar, Palla and others where people are defaulter and they can earn black money easy

            This is to bring to your kind attention that Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam appointed contractor Mr. Yadav having Tel. No.[protected] visited my house no. 4522, sector 23A, Gurgaon and insisted that now 3 phase meters also need to be installed outside the house premises on the poles and told that charges for wiring, box and new meter will be charged to the consumer. I agreed for the same but told him why the meter to be replaced as this is not a faulty meter and then he insisted that now only digital meter are approved and charges for the same will also need to be paid by the consumer. On 18 Jun2014, Mr. Yadav took INR7000.00 in account of new meter and wiring promising thatet he will get the new meter installed on 21Jun14 after getting the same approved from DHBVN. when he did not came back till 26Jun14 and stopped picking up my phone then I threatened him that I will complain to SDO, DHBVN and also lodge FIR against him. On 27Jun14, when my mother was alone at home, he then sent his men to install the new meter which they installed inside the house same plane where the old meter was installed and did not even give the receipts / approval for the new meter. When my mother told them that meter needs to be installed outside the house and money needs to be returned. His men then ran away with the old meter which was perfectly fine in working condition saying that they will return with the wire and box in one hours time.               so many houses are not paying bijli bill from d-5, shiv duga vihar, lakkerpur(faridabad) & bijli office is palla .they are paying fixed amount 200 /2 month from each house to private ectrician mr.mistra who is living in how of master ji.who is informing them before checking.these house no is d-5/99(ajay kumar), d-5/100(bandi shankar), d-5/101(santosh mahto) etc.they doesn't have even meter from past 4 year.they are not even use fan they use heatter, Ac.they mostly using from 6 PM to 9 AM.rest day taken care by mr. mistra. gudu. d-5

                My self sunil kumar s/o Shree Mahavir sharma, H-N -555, Sec-9, Jind, I am Complaining against Meter reader of My area and SDO City sub division jind. I took electric connection in Nov-2012, from that time meter reader of my area never visited and read my meter but fixed bill of minimum units submitted by me because every time they sent fixed bill of minimum units with out reading meter. i have been charged a lot of money but my units were not deducted. Now unit have been accumulated. Now they are charging again while i have already paid for that as a fixed bill sent by DHBVN.
                For Example:- In Nov 2012 they charged 440 Rs But units were not shown in the bill, in the same way in next month. In jan 2013 they did not show any new or old units but bill was sent. In march 2013 they sent the bill of only 14 units and they kept going on this procedure till sep 2013.In these months Units were not shown properly but bill was charged by us. In this particular procedure we paid a large sum of money but units are standing in my meter, for which they are charging now as well.
                Pls do worthy for me.

Dear Sir Please refer to our above said meter installed at B-104, Golf Enclave, Sec 21-C Faridabad. Over a period of time we have realised that our bill is practically double than that of similar households and similar sized families. Even if we are using excess electricity compared to others, the bill should not exceed by more than 10 to 20% compared to other flats of similar size. Further, , this is regarding the power failure for more than 22 hrs with respect to Account NumberMM11-0113, K. N. [protected], Address 864FF, LiG Flats, Housing Board Colony, Sector 21D Faridabad Distt. I Sanjeev Kumar Mahajan do hereby stated that on contacting for more than 20 times with Mr. Mahinder, Suresh, Amit Pandey etc.at customer's care cell toll free no.[protected] for the above stated complaint number I got only answers as " Sir aap chinta na kare, Nishchint rahe aap ki complaint urgent basis par jalad hi address kar di jayegi, Apki complaint JE. ko escalate kar di he, Apki complaint SDO ko forward kar di he, Line man abhi thodi der me approach karega etc.etc." Sir, On contacting JE. I got answer my bill till january month not paid yet. I am for your convenience hereby enclosing you current bill No. 25159016 bill dated 14/03/2014 downloaded from your website dhbvn.com whose last due date of payment is 31/03/2014. is CLEARLY STATING MY ALL THE PREVIOUS DUES OF RS. 5431/- HAS ALREADY been CLEARED VIDE RECEIPT NUMBER 1/65, RECEIPT DATED 10/03/2014, CHEQUE NO. 778046, Dated 08/03/2014 (COPY of bill No. 25159016 ENCLOSED). It is important to note current bill no 25159016 has not been received by anyone in our neighbourhood or sector as bill for current period has not been circulated by the department. Please do let me know if customer fails to deposit bill dues in time then he/she has to pay interest etc. Why DHBVN personnel responsible for mending my power failure should not be penalised for all my troubles including financial losses, loss of time, loss of my work focus, loss of milk, vegetables, fruits etc in my fridge at home, emotional loss due to unable to charge my cell phone henceforth unable to interact my family at home town in Punjab, etc.. Further requesting you please look into the matter and do the needful with immediate effect. (Note that me and my wife both staying at this home and nobody else. Both we are working. My phone number registered with your website do most of time remain not reachable due to my working condition/atmoshphere. My wife's and office's/shop numbers are 0129=2414027( Mr. Wadhwa, Mrs Ashu Mahajan, Mrs Usha ARora) Mrs Ashu Mahajan(wife)-[protected], [protected].Her numbers are also registered with your website to contact as an alternative .) Further, do request that I am not getting my bills for the last so many months. Hence either I have to collect bill in duplicate from website or DHBVN's local office at NIT Faridabad. Please look into the matter Atlast, request to please do properly organise electricity main wires running across in front and upront of my Main door. Note these wires of others are running on Iron grill also. My baby is a toddler who often tries to catch these wire can cause harmful dangerous accident on any day. I have already informed JE/Sdo and Line man in person, over the phone and in written on dated 08/03/2014. Please do the need ful for the same also.                           meter account no rt21-1068 meter no 5961224 Name Shri S M JAIN, MANAGER, PUNJAB NATIIONAL BANK, TALWANDI RANA DISTT HISAR(HR). Our bill for last several months was issued on average basis on the pretext that it is not working. when we take up the matter with dhbvnl authorites, we have advised for a new meter for which all formalities were got done. Receipt no. 80951 dated 7.2.14 was also issued. Since then, we are regularly visiting the offices, , but our meter was not replaced/installed till date. we do not know, for what reasons, dhbvnl JE is waiting. Our sources has revealed that they are waiting for some money. PLEASE HELP US TO INSTALL OUR METER.

                            Dear sir, Wrong electricity bill generated by the employee, Because Bill circle date is 8/11/2013 to 25/12/2013, in which bill shows 783 units consumed.But I have shifted to this house on 15th dec 2013 and at that time metre reflect zero units, it is not possible with in 10 days, 783 units consumed.                               My self Birender Giri, my meter a/c no. is pp13-1009 and k. no. is [protected] in tilpat circle, my current meter units are 380 at time of 18 december 2013, at this time i got the bills amount of rs. 5436, don't know how this could be possible, i got the change of meter in the february, and i have the submitted the all previous bills and clear all previous due, after having meter in june i got the bills of 4820, i visited at the palla power house, they reduced it the rs. 1000 . i paid the bills. on october i got the bills of 7590, again i visited to the palla power house, they sent a person to home to take meter reading and checked meter properly, and reduced it to rs. 3000, but again this december i got the bills of 5436, a visited to palla power house, but they are not making correction of bill. since i got the new meter we have spent the only 380 units, if i assume the rate of 1 unit is 10 rupees, even then i should pay 3800 rupees of 380 units. i have paid already rs 4000, but still i getting the over bills, please sir help me to correct the bills.That would be very greatful. The above bill has been calculated on the past average basis. We request to calculate the bill on the actual meter reading. The house has been practically locked for the last 3 months and still we are getting electricity Bills of Rs. 28749. We checked up the Electricity office on Kanhai. They informed us that the bill has been calculated on past average basis. Please make the bill as per the actual meter reading and change the bill accordingly.                                       I have received last 2 months bill with 1007 unit and also its very clearly said that the New reading was not taken, conceptual bill billed to me, i have investigate and checked my meter and noted the readinge as per the reading i have just crossed till now 400 units which is more over valid. When i did the complete investigation so i found how they assumed, they have given me the same reading which was last years same month, and also that bill was wrong. i am very frustrated with these people. when u go to SDO you will not find him when u go to JE he will ignore u ...not sure if we are wrong...pls help us to sort this out...
