I was ordered combo with keyboard,

But i received Tab only .that Tab not New piece, its Old used piece & Huge scratches both front & Bach side.

Kindly take back the tab, Provide new piece with key board

Let me know the send back details, pls clear the issue ASAP.

    We booked the tablet combo mobile set on 3rd nov 2017 with cash on delivery. Of which acceptance number was pm17110327gn2l. Then later on call came from your side to pay online payment and not cash on delivery. On 18 nov 2017 we paid online for it. But till now we haven't received any mobile set. Then when we try to call you, our number [protected] was blocked. We couldn't contact you and you haven't given the mobile set yet and neither we got any information regarding it. Should a respected firm respond like this? We didn't expect this from you. We are requesting you, please send our mobile set immediately.       An order was placed on 31st july for datawind tab. Received the same on 7th aug at an amount of rs 3300/-wid ccjvesdv_1
      However it was found that keyboard is not there which has now been resolved as datawind customer care promised for the free keyboard. The best part of this deal was that the tab datawind is non functional. After getting switched on the screen turns blue for 30 secs and then it gets off. Its not starting. A faulty non functional device sold to a customer. Reset button was pressed twice but result was same. I have even send the videos. Its really hurting that such a big company is selling faulty devices to customers. Written mails but no response. It is requested that they should change my device or refund me my money.

          The datawind ubislate tablet was released as an initiative by indian government to provide economical tablets however within a week of ordering this tablet, found it to be faulty. Tried reaching customer care however no one would answer and after shooting emails was asked to send faulty product by courier.
          A month after sending the product and even getting an acknowledgement for the delivery they denied having received the product and said they received an empty box. I did not know the process to file case in consumer court otherwise would have got this fraudster company to stop manufacturing low quality products and cheating people.

            I have ordered the datawind tablet 7sc with internet key board, but I have received only the tablet, not keyboard, that also I have received local China made tablet. Charger also not working. And as per the invoice copy they have clearly mentioned the keyboard item.

                      Sir, i booked datawind tablet 3g10z on 01/04/2017 and paid online rs. 7999/- on the same date. On 05/04/2017 datawind mailed me that the product has been despatched vide awb no.[protected]. Again on 12/04/2017 another mail informed me that the despatch is further delayed for 7 working days. After that datawind is not responding my mails. I wrote one letter to its amritsar office (Post office receipt enclosed) but they have not done anything. Datawind had not supplied the article and also it is not refunding my amount rs. 7999/- even after 7 months.
                      Earlier i have complained to this platform but nothing was achieved.
                      I am again complaining, please help me in getting my refund amount from datawind.

                                Advertisement in k tv about u b slate for. 2999. I ordered on 2 oct i received the piece on 6 the oct. Courier man gave package only when money3400 given. When i open the pack the usbi slate was fully damaged and broken no switch on and volume buttons. No keyboard. Ubislate 3g7x imei no [protected] and [protected]. E com courier man ran away saying he is not responsible for anything. I filled 100 complaints from the dayi received the pack but no solving response. I'm cheated. Simply they tell me to wait hours together over the customer care. Refund money or replace ubi slate.

                                    My tablet is not functioning well due to battery issue since 1st may 2017. Whenever i charge battery and open any app it soon discharges and switches off and battery goes to 0% the few days later the battery not charge.                                       I'm totally disappointed of the service, would like to cancel the order by sending the product back and to have the amount of 7499/- paid for the tablet in 'online payment mode' to be returned.

                                        I have recently placed an order of datawind tablet on 18 sep 2017 worth inr 3398/- looking at the airtel digital tv commercials and got it delivered today at my address. It's highly unfortunate that the tablet is not even in working condition and the screen is in broken condition : (: (: (Even before ensuring the working condition of the tablet, the courier guy has collected the cash and left the place immediately, he's not even picking the call now. I am very disheartened that the toll free number :[protected] is also not working to inform the issue. It was mentioned that keyboard was also part of the product during purchase and it's not available. Phone battery indicating 100% as soon as plugged in and goes to zero immediately after plugging out.
