I purchased above tablet about a year back. Gradually it started loosing its battery and later i found that in 20 mins the total battery drained. I have already lodged complaint at their website but no action is visible so far. I am constantly trying to contact at[protected]. However no one even picks the call. I have tried calling number of times to this number.
I purchased above tablet with lot of enthusiasm for my browsing needs. The company has not paid attention for service.

    Your tablet is not proper working it is not searching the networking so i will change this tablet. The keyboard is missing and this not a dual sim. Change to immedatelly ok. It was very slow working so please need to change it now. This tablet number is is 13252. This delivery cash on this number[protected].

      i had booked datawind 7sc star with free internet keyboard scratch card on 7.4.2017.
      my order number (ccpp7kvy-1). i received on 15.4.2015 sdpl vide awb no[protected]. To my utter surpise it was broken display with no keypad no scratch card. i tried to reach on so call customer number, but it was worthless, no body response.i request to solve these problem with replacement as soon as possible.waiting for quick solve otherwise i would follow legal action to make full of people .

          My order is (CCOLM33F-1) registered with this no.[protected] named as Adv.kush chawda on 22 march 2017, I had received tab but keyboard and scratch card is not received on 24 mar17 I had contacted customer care and drop the sms along with my total address to this no.[protected], I had called and make complaint on 5april17 again about non receipt of keyboard and scratch card with complaint no. GQ0401MH65305688 but still it has been not received so kindly understand this mail as notice to you and if I will not received my keyboard and scratch card I will make complaint at consumer forums or make a legal complaint, so kindly solve this early as possible.

            I had placed an order bearing order no ubislate (3g7+) 7sc star with free internet, keyboard, scratchcard priced at rs3199 + shipping charge (300) after coming across your

            Advertisement in tv channel on 26.03.2017 as per message it will be delivered in 07-10 working days with order id cc052mee-1and gave a mobile no; [protected].
            And i have received the parcel on08.04.2017 after opening the parcel i was shocked to see the touchscreen glass in broken condition. And it was not in working
            And i called the your customer care no.[protected] / 6668500 and[protected] sevaral times but there was no reply from your side.
            They had announced that each order will get keyboard, scratch card with gift vouchers of 5000 rupees.
            When i opened the parcel, i did not find the it same ie neither scratch card nor keyboard was given.
            Further, i find that the tab supplied is defective and in broken condition. Hence i intend to send you back and request you to send me a new piece in good condition otherwise refund me to my amount.
            I now again request you to arrange to take back the defective item and send me new piece or refund the amount or else i ll drag your company to court

            I have complained my times and I have sent 28 emails but not provided fresh tablate, keyboard and scratch card till now, after that I have called costomare of datawind they gave me many adress and numbers of service centres in Delhi but when I visited those adress I did not find any person that provides me fresh set and write me roa letter but they told me I have left datawind, I want to ask datawind when will provide their customers good facilities and why datawind is cheating with costomares?                 A datawnd calling tablet was purchased from datawind innovations private limited new delhi-110038 vide invoice no. 847818/dl/0168929/[protected] dated 2nd nov 2016 in the name of rajeev anand mobile no. [protected]at agra. An item :11408 against rs 2999-00.
                I made a phone call to naaptol and iwas sugessted to rv solutions pvt ltd at agra. Isubmitted my tablet vide their workorder no. Rvsrn1703map00008 dated 03 mar 2017, they promised to deliver within fortnight time. But sorry to say that i couldnot get my tablet (Repaired) till date.
                In view of the above you are requested to look into the matter to resolve the problem at priority, so that i may get tablet back.

                          I have recieved a product yesterday with keyboard, ordered earlier with free 1 year reliance gsm data service. But after opening packets i found a keyboard which is not connecting at all with the tablet. When i connect the connector with the tablet, it engaged but no electricity flow available in the key board. So keyboard is not working at all.
                          Please replace the product with an ok product or return the product with refund.

                            I received the tab through ecom-express but no scratch card found worth five thousand. According to datawind advertisement i suppose to get number of offer worth rs-5000 but at the of delivery didn't get any scratch card also when try to contact on given number +[protected] stating that check your number it is incorrect.
                            Such type of act is fraud.
                            Hence requesting to take necessary action.
                            Kindly send the scratch card against my order number to my given address

                              My datawind tablet battery is not working table

                              Hello! I was charging my tablet overnight because it was dead and when i woke up in the morning i took it off the charger because it was up to 80%. I was using it until it just blacked out and i couldn't get it to turn on. I tried everything! Please help! If my mum knows, she will get mad!

                              We often get questions such as " My tablet has stopped charging & I have ruled out the problem being either the charger or the cable. What do I do?". If this happens to you, then...

                              Possibly your battery has been allowed to become flattened to the point where it cannot accept a charge from the wall charger. the best thing to do is to try and trickle charge your tablet from a low voltage/amperage connection. Either a powered on PC USB port to the charging connector on your tablet, or from a low power phone charger (5v/500ma). It has been pretty well documented that lithium batteries do not like to be drained fully & it may be that the battery in your tablet has drained so low that it cannot accept a charge from the Asus a/c charger.

                              Try a trickle charge for 8-10 hours (or longer) on your tablet & see if that gets enough charge into your battery to enable it to recognise & accept a charge from the a/c charger.

                              The only other suggestion, other than contacting Asus to arrange for a hardware repair, is to face opening up your device (if it is out of warranty) & checking the cables are connected correctly & possibly replacing the battery.

                              I brought ubislate tablet on Feb 2017, on last week of Feb I noticed some issues with the battery and charging . I mean not only a single month passed it started showing its deformities. The Horrible tablet brand in the world "DATAWIND", just purely wasted my money by investing in these brand's Product .

                                      Sir I have bought a 7SC tablet on 4/1/2017 and with that I haven't received scratch voucher and for that I have already call them and customer service more than 40times bit everytime it's different commitment from different people this is a rubbish service this company should be banned and should not give wrong advert on TV, it should be stop and also waiting for my scratch voucher of Rs5000/- and I m serious about this if not get it I will go to court
