One month before am sent the tab to datawind innovations for servicing in hyderabad through courer still i didn't received the product. They didn't received my call n for mails. I don't know the product were received r not i don't know the status also pls u should be action with the datawind innovations. Pls kindly action for that marketing company.

I did not received my keyboard my shipment number is ccl0b41m-1; and the screen is very bad. Its blur. And no internet service as you promised and no inbuilt apps through which i can download any other apps.. No google nothing...
Though i have tab.. But of no use... Please clear my problem as soon as possible... I needed it for reading.. Help me plz. My dad had invested money in it... Now i have no choice... Please help me...

On dt 6/15/2017 after purchase i open the cover i saw the touchscreen of the tablet will be broken and keyboard will not given by the company my invoice no. Is hydpkt[protected]. And buyer order no. I complained once
Accordingly they gave ma a phone call asking all data of debit card
This i feel risky

The tab display shows permanant lines on it which doesnt disappear throughout

Sir i bought a tab in november 2016 after few months there was a problem i call technical care they told me that send device through courier in our amritsar head office and they also told device will return after 20 days to u sir i send my tab on 1june 2017 tab received on 3 june sir they not send device still sir mail him but they are said please wait 10 days again again please help me to return my tab please mo - [protected]

I ordered a mobile by teleshoping on enter10 channel. But there are many defects in mobile, i want to return and want refund my money but company costumer care number is not working neither responding. When i received it by courier service he did not paid me receiving proofs, his courier address, bill voucher and free things as wallet, glass and watch. Also these things were printed on the courier but inside were not found when i opened packet. Also there was not printed the courier address and mobile or phone number also not sign of sender, please help and submit my complaint against the company

Dear sir,
I had ordered for a tablet (Model no. :- tablet-3g 7x) on "9th may'2017" from "datawind innovation pvt ltd", but had been handed a wrong device (Model:- tablet wifi device - 7w) instead of original one. After this cheating i had complaint at their customer care & registered my complaint (Id:- “0519up[protected]”) saying him to replace the original one upon which a promise of providing the original device has been made to me & said to send the wrong device at their company's address through courier. I followed so & started to wait for the replacement. Now its been more than two months that no replacement has been provided to me yet. This caused me a loss of time & unusal exhaust of money (Total rs 4000.00 alongwith courier charges) & thus making me insecure for the loss of money.

In our datawind 3G7× tablet Google play store, google play games, Google, Google play services and some more apps are not supporting.If it is supported it is recommending some more apps to install when we install that apps then also it is not supporting in our datawind tablet.please take this complaint and solve our problem that in our data wind 3G7× tabet.

1. datawind 7cz was purchased from flipkart (order id - od[protected] on 15/12/2015 with one year product warranty.
2. the product showed battery problems in july 2017 and on consultation with customer care, anshinka technology, plot no. c21, 1st floor, market building, near bhabani mall, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar was recommended for service.
3. upon my first visit to anshinka technology on 01/08/2016 concerned person denied to receive the product.
4. after consultation with the area manager ranjan sahoo (m-[protected]) the service station agreed to give me a worksheet on non repair of the product.
5. immediately the concerned service station denied to give any such work sheet and suggested to come tomorrow, i. e., 02/08/2016.
6. upon visit on 02/08/2016 the service station first avoided to listen anything and after repeated request one concerned person (name not known) said the service station does not come under datawind service station.
7. On suggestion of the area manager, the tablet was deposited at KAIZEN, SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA, INDIA, job sheet no. KZASCOR009DWJ150.
8. On december 2016 the service station returned the product claiming they do not provide service.
9. The same was deposited again in another service station cellular universe, bhubaneswar, odisha, job sheet - CELAS-COR001BWJ013, DT. 23/1/17.
10. The area manager was contacted in May 2017 and he assured to inform me on the status of the product. Unfortunately no intimation by this date from service station or area manager.
PRAYER
1. THIS IS A SEVERE CASE OF CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.
2. Prayer for heavy penalty on datawind including the purchase cost of this product.
3. Declare datawind as a consumer harrashing company
4. prayer for prompt action on this, a petition against datawind is under consideration in High Court unless strict actions are not initiated against datawind.

Sir I bought a data wind tab in November 2016 after few month there was a problem I call custmer care they told to send device in Amritsar centre sir on 1june 2017 I send device via dtdc courier tab received on 3 June they also told device will return after 10-15 days but sir they not send my tab still I mail him but they told again again please wait 10 days please help to return my tab please please help mo- [protected]

Does not accept google services. Can't play games it just gets shut down. Does not support google account. Internet is not connecting. And tab just switches off in a sudden. Bought yesterday itself. Hanging issue and is not not supporting any of the games.

Play store is not downloading. Any many other apps are not running sufficiently. If we use any of the browsers the tab just restarts suddenly.

I rakesh mehrotra, purchased one datawind ubislyte 3g7x tab with key board for rs. 3500/-, by phone, after seeing the add on tv that the said article would be send along with key board & a gift scratch card (Assured gift).
After receipt of parcel (After paying rs. 3500/-) on opening it was found that the parcel was containing a tab and a charger no key board & gift scratch card were in-side parcel. However there were two stickers on the parcel stating ‘please send a sms with your full name and address along with your order number to mobile no.+91 [protected] & the sms were sent as per direction with the receipt of contents. On the cover of the parcel, information/details on the pasted invoice were printed as below;

My order was placed through my phone no.[protected] alternatively one more mob. No.[protected] was given to the concerned person who was collecting the order by that time. On non receipt of key board & & gift scratch card the matter was taken on phone nos but it was flatly denied stating that these numbers are not registered with them.

Thereafter a series of conversations took place through e-mail & pdf’s of parcel packet as well as dispatchers tracking were sent as attachments (The same are also attached for your perusal) but sorry to say that no reply has been received till date, what else proof may be given to convince that said parcel was send by datawind.

Now the problem is that the tab is not working in the circumstances if i lodge a complaint treating it to be unregistered consignment no response will be given from your end.
I suspect the credibility of your company in the circumstances i wish to return back the tab treating it to a lesson not only for me but to aware my nears & dears as well as to other persons with the available media not to deal with datawind.

I placed my order through my mobile no. [protected]. But you are denying this number and told that, this is not registered with you.


I contacted the number[protected] and they told me the above order number is not registered.
But, i found no other order number on the cover of the parcel.

Now the problem is, i am unable to open the tab even after charging 4 hrs. It is not working. No key board inside.

I tried to contact so many times with the phone number [protected] [as mentioned in the slip found in side the box].
But i could not get the contact.

Now, i want to return back the tab to you [if you do not send any of your representative to correct the product ].

Please inform me the procedure to be follwed or the mode of sending back the item.

I suspect the creadibility of your company.

Please send your response.

If you will not send any proper information/reply with in few days, then i have no other way except, fileing a complaint with the consumer court/police.

Consider this mail as a proper notice to the company.

I was purchased 1 no. Datawind order no. Cc51plor-1 awb no.[protected]. 1st it was not on after so many tries when it work its battery will down with in 2 to 3 minutes. I will not get scratch card also. Its camera & sound system is not working properly. When i complain on customer care they will not gave any response about it. I paid 3300 for it. Pls replace my handset or give me full refund other wise i will go to consumer court. Pls reply me immediately...

I have purchased data wind mobile from online shopping after a week i got the problem so flipcard returns and send the fresh pics but after a month still i am facing the problem in mobile it's in 6 month warrant but if you check there have no number of data wind to complaint or service whatever number are provided with mobile all are not working i have send email as well for contact but still there have no rebate of call which kind of service the are providing don't know.no use of warranty if no one is the to take care about after sales service
