I have procured on 3G4 + 7W tablet vide order No.CCK599IB-1 for an amount o f Rs.3800/- (Including shipment charges). the same has been delivered to me. when i opened the box and checked the product it is found that the tablet is working properly but the display of 3G4 datawind phone is not working. i have tried to contact your sales executive several time via tool free No.[protected]. but no buddy is responding properly except one of Mr. Farooque has lessened my problem. and asked me to call tool free no.[protected] for inquiry about product. i also tried on this number but no response from the other side has been received. i am also tried to contact some other numbers given by your sales representative but it is regraded to say that no response received from the other side except a per-recorded voice.
Sir I am really facing mentally harassment due to non receiving a proper response from your staff regarding the action for replacement damaged product. I Hope you are a responsible and one of the reputed company in the world. So it is my humble request that the damaged phone 3G4 may kindly be replaced immediately to avoid any unwanted action from my side please.
a favorable action in this regard is appreciated.

    My father has ordered this tablet, thinking that it is a normal Android Tablet, but after purchasing we came to know that this company do not have tie-up with google, hence we cannot use this tablet for google play store.

    We called the customer support team, they are not ready to take the product return.

    Its a fake commitment they are showing it on Televisions, due to there might be so many people like my father might be purchasing and wasting their money.

    Please ban this product as they are giving false information to public and help us in getting our money back. Thanks.

      Sent my UBISLATE 7C+ having 4Gb space and 512 RAM
      In April 2016
      They sent back another piece of Chinese make with zero space, nothing downloading, nothing installing.
      After complaint they asked for sending it back to them.
      After months and repeated calls and mails they sent the piece again having same problems.
      And this cycle is being repeated since then to harass me and thereby compelled me to accept the defected piece.
      Now this is almost a year passed and I once again received in Feb2017 the same defective piece.
      I am helpless, what to do? I need my tablet with 4 GB space which used to work well, downloaded and installed as per my needs and desires.

        Sir,
        I have purchased the tablet on 29/06/2016 and its touch screen is not working partially. It is a great problem. This problem was started after 2 months of purchase. After that I am trying on your customer support number (91 [protected]/6668500) and [protected] regularly but my call was not received there. you should have given service center numbers in the pumplets so that I could go for tablet repairs. Now let me know what you will do for the remedy of this problem. I will have to go for legal action against the company for supplying a defected tablet if you will not do any needful to repair or exchange the tablet.

            We have got the damaged piece from Datawind and same as comunicated to the company. Company has taken has accepted to replace the product as per the conversation with company we have submitted damaged datawind product through courier and got an acknowledgment that is received on 9th Jan 2017
            complaint no: 0102TG72340078. it has been a month we got acknowledgment from Datawind. There is no communication even though we approach them. No response to the phone calls placed.

            Update the status of the complaint ans Resolve this complaint asap.

              RESPECTED SIR,

              On feb 2nd i had ordered a datawind 7sc tablet by watching a tele shopping chanel . I am very upset by seeing the reviews of various people about it ... And as i needed the tablet as a gift for a wedding, the tablet is being delivered very late ... As a consequence i have brought a tablet of another company from the money by which i was about to pay for this tablet ... Please cancel this order any how ..                 Dear Sir/Madam

                I had placed an order for Datawind Tablet on 9th January, 2017, through Naaptol. The order details are given as below:
                Order no. CCO612BB-1
                AWB NO (Delhivery):[protected]
                Total cost = (1999+ Shipping 299) Rs. 2298/-
                I received the same on 18th January, 2017, but after unpacking the parcel, I found too many scratches on the screen of the tablet. It seems to be a used device.
                I have been trying to call on the customer care numbers[protected],[protected] for the last two days, but they don’t pick up the phone. However, the number given for placing an order is always picked, instantly (It can be verified).
                Moreover, they charged a very high shipment cost of Rs 299/-. The shipment cost does not matter if the item is delivered well in time. But, it was delivered after 9 days (from Amritsar to Shimla), using Delhivery courier service. The parcel had reached Shimla Delhivery courier service on 13th January, 2016. But, the concerned branch uploaded fake information on the web site that the parcel could not be delivered due to non availability of the receiver. The shipment details can be tracked on the web site of Delhivery (AWB NO:[protected].
                Therefore I request you to return the item and get my refund of Rs 2298/-. Also send me the address for return purpose.

                  I have puurchased a datawind sometime back and would like to share experiences with me . I have purchased a tab + mobile @ Rs 4400/-(approx). Delivery was taken by My friend as i was not available and paid the money. When I was back after few days and opened the packet there was scratches on Tab and touch of mobile whe as not working. Due to tight schedule and very poor sevices of customer care i was able to connect as this is not the only job and leisure availble . Reply was your tab cannot be changed and you need to deposit ur tab at or service store.Malviya Nagar.

                  As I need to purchase the sets for my employees i ask them what is the tentative time of delivery Store person said datawind services is very poor it would be ur luck i[censored] get the set back in 20 days also. I acalled customer care to repair or change as soon as possible. so they also replied in 20-25 days maximum is the servce timei i was really shocked if still i waited.

                  After 1 month the service centre girl reply dont call us call customer care as ur customer care is good i have to spare lot of time and they ensure it will be by 3-4 days u will get, they misgided again and after long marathan exercise i finally roeach there the guy over there and girl misbehave with me. Still i control my anger. My father told take set from them and give to our servant, they again not given back the set by giving a excuse i dont know their authenticity. and called him once again. He again collected the set other day.

                  When we check that the touch was okay but there is a big problem with battery back up. and calling was not clear. Thing of another 2 months exercise i have not even complained.

                  But sometime ven i see datawind tab and mobile.

                  I realize this is BEST company and staff i have seen in my whole.life
                  but i feel i m the biggest fool in this world i m leaving ur company and not taking actions.

                  I only want one thing from Datawind team This is word by mouth publicity, technology have a very great impact and you will see very soon its difficcult to add but its very easy subtract. I will have an impact from today itself.

                    . I have purchased datawind Tab which has been delivered to me on Wednesday 28. 12.2016... Which I can't able to charge. Only once able to communicate with customer care number [protected]... What a great solution given charge with different charger and insert pin in hole... N call after 1 hour... Did d same but your damit customer care number only knows to play the record. On calling on first number saying also available on second number n calling on second number saying also available on first number... Is there anyone who is responsible to resolve the matter... Only saling Dept taking phones. N repeated ly saying sorry. N we have mailed your complaint n u will receive call in 24 hours.. but there is not a single call. R u playing with d customer service?

                            I had sent my ubislate 7c+ edge through;Indian Speed Post; for repair at Amritsar service center on 25.07.2016 the device delivered to Amritsar address on 28.07.2016 but after more than 48 days I don't receive my tablet.there was some software problems it struck at the datawind Logo; jack loosen. when i call them they always said wait for 1 week, i had called them at least 2 to 3 times .I have mailed them also but no response given .while I checked datawind ticket status on their web site for the ticket ID it shows processed status. My Complaint No0722 HP 15264.

                            you have arrange fedex courier for reverse pickup for 23.09.2016 from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM but fedex courier customer services told that they have not any branch office at kullu and they are unable to pickup the same.They were approaching to local courier companies from last 36 hrs but failed. I have mailed you the same problem and connected for the same problem on your customer care, but you have again sent the copy of booking slip. what next, why I, be the sufferer?

                                I, firoz naik, from kolhapur, maharashtra, ordered datawind tablet, ubislate 7sc* with keyboard, for cod rs.3498/- (Including shipping) on 29/07/2016.
                                I received the same with invoice no-[protected] on 06/08/2016.
                                Now here the prblem begins. Worst of the delivery service. Requires 9 days to deliver the product.
                                Opened the packet, took out the tab & plugged the charger as instructed.
                                After charging for 5 hours, tab dosent get charged, booted.
                                Then tried to contact customer care on 08/08/2016
                                Came to know that my mob no is beeing blocked by datawind.
                                I am afraid that this must be a preplanned working strategy/policy/ ethics of datawind.
                                I cant order a new product also. Changed the mob no & tried to contact. What a mirale, got connected.
                                After having a long discussion with customr care they gave me a tecnical way out. Which dosent worked.
                                Still the tab is not getting charged / booted.

                                On 09/08/2016 again i tried to contact cust care.
                                Now this time they gave me a complaint no-0808mh147135 & just disconnected the call without any proper solution.
                                Still i am trying to contact by calling roundabout 70 times but i am not getting connected.
                                Now i am afraid that my second no is also beeing blocked by datawind.

                                #advice me if anyone having a better solution to get refund or replce from datawind...#

                                *please dont dare to buy any datawind product*

                                  1. datawind 7cz was purchased from flipkart (order id - od[protected] on 15/12/2015 with one year product warranty.
                                  2. the product shows hardware problems in july and after consulting customer care anshinka technology, plot no. c21, 1st floor, market building, near bhabani mall, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar was recommended for service as it was under warranty.
                                  3. upon my first visit to anshinka technology on 01/08/2016 concerned person denied to receive the product.
                                  4. after consultation with the area manager ranjan sahoo (m-[protected]) the service station agreed to give me a worksheet on non repair of the product.
                                  5. immediately the concerned service station denied to give any such work sheet and suggested to come tomorrow, i. e., 02/08/2016.
                                  6. upon visit on 02/08/2016 the service station first avoided to listen anything and after repeated request one concerned person (name not known) said the service station does not come under datawind service station.
                                  7. prayer for strict action against anshinka technology for harassing consumer for invalid reasons.
