I inform to that i have purchase datawind tablet (Model 7sc with free internet & keyboard). My
Order no ccd5bpdl-1 & awb number[protected] deliver on date[protected].
When i opened the packing box found tablet in used condition & scratches on touch screen & mobile body. We have called your customer care. They are not responding to our call.
This is very disappointing to me. Please change my mobile or give me refund.

    It is reminder notice to regard payment to datawind 3199 dated[protected] via paytm (Wallet txn. Id - [protected]) mobile no.[protected] (Ibadat singh).
    We have communicate many time with datawind executives but no response to solve this issue yet. They give assurance to ressolve this issue and take time as per disscussion. We are mently and economically hrasss by u. Refund my money. I m not intrested ur product and company. So refund my amount as soon as possible

    Plz take initiatly.

    Note : call received from mobile no.[protected] (Mr. Rahul) dated[protected] and assured to resolve my problem. He gave me a address - dlf city, part-ii, 304, 9th floor, gurugram. I contact many times this no. For ask the correct address but message come "yeh number vaidh nahi hai" overall i didn't get any amount from datawind yet. I try to found this office address but no body know this address even datawind company officials also. I visit plot no.-740, dlf, udyog vihar, phase-v, gurugram. Company staff failed to satisfied me.

    So refund my amount immidiatly.

      Sir,
      I had ordered a datawind 3G7X tablet from the company directly vide the order id is "CCTNXCWN-1". I received it with AWB no [protected]. To my surprise with no keypad no scratch card. After sending a text SMS to both keypad and scratch card vendors I received only keyboard.
      Firstly I have received Tablet in very bad condition.
      Secondly its battery will down with in 2 to 3 minutes. Not charging properly.
      After third day I made a call to customercare and got our local service centre number, went to them and submitted the tab to them.The service centre people had sent the Tab to company with work order no. RVSRN1704AWC00033. I have communicated many times with datawind executives but no response to solve this issue yet. They give assurance to ressolve this issue and take time as per disscussion. I am mentally and financially disturbed by u. they put my my call on hold or else they give a bad response to me. .im really having problem by making calls to them. Instead of solving the problem of the customer they speak arrogantly.
      I request to solve these problem with replacement of the product and scratch card as soon as possible. Waiting for quick solve.

            I had booked datawind 7sc star with free internet keyboard scratch card on 27.4.2017.
            My order number (Cck99f0-1). I received on 03.05.2017 vide awb no[protected]. To my utter surprise it was broken display with no keypad no scratch card. It was also labeled with "Glass broke" I tried to reach on so call customer number, but it was worthless, no body response. I request to solve these problem with replacement as soon as possible.               Respected team,

              Recently i've booked a 7"tablet from datawind through a telephone booking from number [protected] with name 'bhagavan'. I've received the package on 22nd may'17. But when opened the package i've observed that the tablet screen is in"broken" state. Also as per the order i'm supposed to receive an external keyboard which is not present in the package. I tried to register a complaint on the same day by calling customer care @[protected] but no one responded me well. Made multiple attempts but failed to receive a proper support from the team.

              I'm totally disappointed of the service, would like to cancel the order by sending the product back and to have the amount of 3300/- paid for the tablet in 'cash on delivery mode' to be returned.

              Hence i'm sending this mail and would request you to take immediate action on the issue. More details are provided about the product like images and order info details as below and also in attachments.

                I purchased the datwind tablet from your company and i had some problems and raised complaints. The customer service called and got my card details and said they are going to refund the amount but immediately they have taken huge amount from my account instead refunding. This is the biggest forgery by datawind company. Iwill make people aware of forgery done by datawind to all. Iwilll take tis to te police and file acomplant against ur company if i dont get any/ call to address this problem immediaately. I have all solid proofs.

                  I received datawind in very bad condition. 1st it was not on after so many tries when it work its battery will down with in 2 to 3 minutes. I will not get scratch card also. Its camera & sound system isnot working properly. When I complain on customer care they will not gave any response about it. I paid 3300 for it. Pls replace my handset or give me full refund other wise I will go to consumer court. Pls reply me immediately.

                  I had purchased the product on 6th March 2017. The tab stopped taking recharge from mid of April 2017. Tried reaching the company to replace the product but no one is responding. I found that a poly bag inside the tablet inflated and looking like it may burst. It's very dangerous specially when I purchased the same for my kid.

                    I am shocked to recieve a broken glasses ubislate just at its arrival todayi'm attaching the photos here. Such a bad service i have never recieved in my life. Thankgod i just opened to check & it was already broken. The packaging was as if it were v old. The glass is completely shattered with tapes trying to fix it... As if the seller purposely did this!!! Too bad... Not only that the whole tab is broken from inside with cracks. Extremely disheartened. Wanted to gift it someone. And for this i don't know why i should pay extra 500!!! I would complain to higher authority, such a inconvenience. I would like a replacement of the same within 4 days or refund of my money. I have spent so much not for this definitely. Extremely upset.

                      Have purchase a tablet from datawind on 7th March 2017 through order number CC2BMAQK-1, first of all it was delivered to me without any bill and when i ask the courier guy he said that pls talk to company. then i lodged a complain online after that i got a call from [protected] simran singh and i explained him the situation that my tablet is damaged and it was deliverd to me without any bill and the gift coupan which was promised to me at the time when called on their toll free number to buy this tablet, then he provide a number [protected] and said that send a massage on that number with order detail but after 20/25 days there is no response from this company hadn't recieved my bill and still waiting fro a call from there to resolve the issue.
                      it looks like that this firm is not interested in after sales services there only motto is to sell their device and leave their customer in mid.

                        I bought a Ubislate (TAB) 3 months ago in the offer period of scratch card. We did not receive our scratch card from DATAWIND yet. Now we received a message saying that scratch dispatched through BOOKMYPACKETS courier services. Tracking number is AWB 90121429. We did receive any courier from BOOKMYPACKETS. But when check the status with the tracking number which was provided by DATAWIND, the status is showing as delivered. Please take complaint on DATAWIND as well as BOOKMYPACKETS and also we did not find contact number of BOOKMYPACKETS web site. Please help me in this regard. Thank u

                            I had purchased data wind ubislate 7sc with keyboard by invoice no. Afdevt[protected] dated 1/14/2017 and paid 3300 rs.. Ever since i received this tablet i found many defects in it.in the sim card slots 2nd sim card was not working. The functions not working properly the slate was getting hot. Camera pictures were not clear. I tried calling their customer care no. Provided by them immediately but nobody responding. I wrote emails but no replies. I sent the slate to their hyderabad office explaining the details of defects. I got it back after few days but the screen was out, lines were coming on the screen. I felt my money is wasted. They are giving advertisements on television so that many people are fooled. Worst thing is that they do not give addresses of their official service center around pune maharashtra who can repair it in guarantee period.

                            I was purchasing datawind 7 sc tablate and I paid 3300 rupees, my order no CCQYQ838-1, mobile no [protected]. My adress is a FA 9 GROUND FLOOR SHAHEENBAGH ABULFAZAL ENCLAVE PART 2 JAMIA NAGAR OKHLA NEW DELHI 110025, WHEN I opened tablate was out o[censored]se and that's screen was corrupt I called, datawind officer told me please send your tablate AMRITSAR datawind office I dispatched 18 April 2017 and it is received by datawind at 20, April 2017, I called costomare care of datawind he told your tablate will be dispatched after 10 days but my tablate will not dispatch by datawind, I ask why datawind is cheating with costomare? Why not dispatching till now my tablate? When will dispatch my tablate otherwise what do I do can I go court against datawind? I am waiting some days otherwise I will file case and FIR against datawind thanks ABDULBARI

                                NOTE : call received from mobile no.[protected] (mr. rahul) dated[protected] and assured to resolve my problem.he gave me a address - dlf city, part-II, 304, 9TH FLOOR, GURUGRAM.i contact many times this no. for ask the correct address but message come "yeh number vaidh nahi hai " overall i didn't get any amount from datawind yet.i try to found this office address but no body know this address even datawind company officials also.i visit plot no.-740, dlf, udyog vihar, phase-v, gurugram.company staff failed to satisfied me.

                                so refund my amount immidiatly.

                                  I had booked an datawind 7sc star calling tablet on seeing the ad. in zee telugu tv on 25th April.2017. The order was booked on Toll Free No.[protected]. They confirmed to give keyboard and gift scratch card. I received the pack on 27th April 2017, thru velex logistics service, vide their shipment no. awb No.[protected], but it did not contain the keyboard and scratch card. My Order No.CCGVP7ZG_1. Two small notes were pasted on the cover to SMS My details, if keyboard and scratch card not received. On the same day a sent an SMS to [protected] for keyboard and [protected] for scratch card. But no response till now. If i call the no.s, they are always switched off. I need my keyboard and scratch card gift. I have paid the money of Rs.3300/- to the courier boy.

                                    I had booked datawind 7sc star with free internet keyboard scratch card on 27.4.2017.
                                    My order number (Cck99f0-1). I received on 03.05.2017 vide awb no[protected]. To my utter surprise it was broken display with no keypad no scratch card. I tried to reach on so call customer number, but it was worthless, no body response. I request to solve these problem with replacement as soon as possible. Waiting for quick solve otherwise i would follow legal action to make full of people.

                                      Ubislate datawind tablet -7sc star with free internet keyboard case & scratch card - is what promised in advertisements by the datawind company but actually they are not shipping what they show on advertisement

                                      I ordered datawind calling tablet on 4/18/2017 and the support person who took the order informed me that i will be getting the product along with free keyboard case and scratch card. So i confirmed the order and i received the product on 4/24/2017. I paid full amount of rs 3300

                                      When i opened the box i see only the tablet without the free keyboard case and the scratch card which they promised that we will get along with the product. I sent emails multiple times to tech support but no response. I submit complaint through your official contact us section but again no response.in the parcel they given two seperete phone nos to sms if the keyboard case and scratch card is missing i did on the same day but nothing happened. I called to techsupport number times but unable to reach. I lost lot of money calling you people number of times. I am really frustrated with your service and product.

                                      I am going to take this issue very serious and take legal actions I have proofs, bills your confirmations everything. I have proofs, bills your confirmations everything., the issue may be simple and i can just leave it but what I can't tolerate is company cheating people advertising something but shipping something .The tech support person Rahul Tripadi from Mumbai called me but disconnected the call without informing while I am talking. He is saying I have to pay additional money to get the Keyboard Case but Datawind advertised that Keyboard case is free with the product. This complaint shoudnt be resolved without addressing my issue.

I am still waiting and I didnt get any call or missing products yet. When will I get the Keyboard case and gift scratch card????? Datawind please don't cheat people with false advertise ment on TV.whatever you say u don't deliver in package. You make people fool showing fake offers and features. When you going to send the missed keyboard case for the tablet. Or should I take the problem to next level.. Because of you people I decided not to purchase any product through online shopping or believe or buy ur any products through your fake advertisements on TV. And I will defenitely make people aware of your false promises by all means. I felt happy when customer supporr responded to my complaint that they will take care but nothing happened and now no proper responses also from customer care even after following up...i am really frustrated with your service. WHEN WILL I GET THE KEYBOARD CASE FROM DATAWIND ??????

                                        I bought datawind ubislate tablet. I did not receive the keyboard as mentioned, the charger is not working and the tablet switched off automatically and is not starting. The customer services numbers are not working. I had also filed a online complaint to the techsupport of data wind following which i have yet not received any acknowledgment of the complaint.
