Hi my Priya Negi purchased data wind tab on 13th June through Naptol on line shopping show but the tab is shutting off in every 15 seconds . I had called several times in Naptol becasue Data Wind number is not reachable but still issue not resolved .

In Naptol they are showing that if you dont like product we will be take return back but now they saying that contact in Datawind .

Than why these kind of on line show is showing on TV

    The datawind tablet i have received does not support google play nor does it aloow me to install authorized apps from the given appstore. the kingsoft office preinstalled here does not work properly and cannot be updated even. the other appstores linked with the datawind app store do not provide viable links to important apps and i need for my official work. i needed a tablet that i could use for my official work, and your product does not have enough functionality in that matter.
    moreover, the tablet software has many bloatwares and features that does not have hardware support like torchlight.
    in the tv advertisement i bought it from, it was never mentioned that it does not have google play services.
    The device does not support dongal e303f as informed by you by mail.
    Internet connection cannot be done by dongal.
    In mail attachment cannot be opened.pdf file cannot be opened.
    How will I operate the device.
    Pl exchange my device or refund my money

      After 1 year still I am not getting back and contact num of that person is switched off,

      Can you please look in this matter seriously or I will go to consumer court.

        I bought a tablet .it full of hang and power draining, always strucks, didnt support soo many apps, its all fake sales .it will attract the people and earning the money .just i opened the seal and swtch on the tab later 5 min it has strucked and not working until it has been switched off.in my opinion didnt buy the datawind products its all are waste and fraud products that will make u sad

          My name is Ankan Mukherjee. I have purchased a datawind calling tablet worth rupees 2999 through naapto l(ORDER ID[protected]. The product was delivered to me 1st April 2016 around 7 p.m. I unpacked it 2nd April. Initially I did not notice but after that I found a white spot is present in the down left side of the screen and it is more visible when the background is white. Beside that, the screen light is vibrating and the light is not fixed. From that time I have been trying to contact datawind. First, I went to the website and give missed call in [protected] according to instruction. but there is no response from the company’s side. After that I am trying to call [protected] and +[protected] but both the number unavailable. I also called naaptol. But instead of feeling sorry they are charging me, telling that why did not u contact when you received the product. How horrible and pathetic is that! FIX MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

            I had purchased the datawind ubislate i3g7 tablet thru 360 degree gadgets, all the details mentioned below . I must say it's seems to be like my biggest mistake.

            Since the time i have purchased the product i am only facing problems . Its a total waste of time & money. I had so much trust in you guys that i did not even went for a cod option, but all i get is this ...

            Problems ; -

            1. The system cannot save the default information & language.
            2. Durning whats app it always shows to check with time, god knows which time it wants !!
            3. Just after uploading a few apps the systems started to hang,
            4. Now there is no display showing up .
            5. It takes 48 hrs 7 still on just to get the service center no .
            6. The contact center should know that all the 0183 & 1800 no's are not working or reachable !!

            I would like to return this product & never ever buy the product thru both platforms.

            If i dont get a update, ill be posting the same on social media, consumer forum & make sure it get aired during the ndtv gadgets show .


            You have not only lost my trust but you have loose a customer as well .

            Thanks for making it a lifetime lesson .

              I have buy datawind tablet to calling [protected] and the same was delivered on[protected] but due to defected of product i had complain and they same replacement product have delivered on 18-feb-2016 but this product was used product and on call sound problem. I have called several time to datawind customer center to replace the product with new device. I have paid rs. 4599/-, nor they are giving me new device nor they are refunding my money. When i am calling to customer care they are saying your complain have been forwarded to senior and senior and senior.. Please help me i am not getting solutions.

                  I purchased datawind tablet 7C- Plus on dated 20/12/15 from Naptol but suddenly it stopped getting charged on 26/02/15. I contacted customer care and after long discussion got a Ticket ID is 0229GT65802 and details of its franchisee service center. Now I could manage the time and render that tab to service center which confirm that I will get the problem resolved in 20 - 22 days. I have no other option except keep on waiting. Hence I request all would be customers of this company that please rethink twice before purchase as it may kill your time and money when you will have to run around service centers or consumer forums.

Why don't your esteemed company return money of defected goods at least when it is under warranty as you get the customer's money after purchase and then your goods also in the name of maintenance and left customer bare handed.The customer like me will surely feel cheated this way, therefore request you to please expedite to return my rectified tab or return my hard earn money.

                    I have purchased data wind pocket surfer 2g4 mobile combo of 2, mobile phones from naaptol but the product they sent is not of the specification which they have mentioned on website. I placed my order no 19826911 dated 01 February 2016 and received on 08 feb 2016. The complaint regarding same has been lodged on the same date. ( Complaint no: 13585996.The battery of the mobile shown on website was 1800 mah but they provided 1000 mah battery in both the mobiles. I tried to contact them frequently but they did not respond satisfactory. They intentionally harassing me by directing me to contact one person then another person for the Redressal of grievance. Now I wish to return the product and wish my amount to be refunded.
