My tab's battery is not functioning well since 28 august 2017 as soon as i charge my battery and open any app it soon discharges and switches off and battery goes to 0%now it is not charging also since 5 september 2017. Firstly i thought that it is hanging due to much storage so i cleared and uninstalled some of my apps as well as factory reset my tab but than too the problem persists. Back cover is also opening automatically it seems as if tab's battery is swelled up i think so. It also don't have much apps to install. I'm facing this problem since last 22 days hope you'll look into this matter soon. I had complaint last time but than too you gave no reaction. Plz contact me my contact no. Is [protected].

    Hi i have purchased moreg max 4g tablet on october and the tablet is having some issue and the tablet is in warranty, then datawind suggested to send tablet to head office amritsar for repairing. I have sent the tablet on 13-may-2017. After that i have taken many time follow up to call customer care or sent mail to them but they replied only the tablet is still repairing center. Now 4 month completed and the product is still repairing center.

    Just two days before my tablet broken and l bought this tablet before 3months and I want replacement or customer care number to tell my problem so, any one respond please.And I had no amount to buy a new one tablet so, I should want customer care number .First I tried to [protected] but it is not working please any one help from this problem.

      Based on tv advertisements i order the datawind tablet high with shipping charges delivered in next 10 days. When received it was without keyboard.
      Tablet is also starting and inspite of 100 % charging it is stopping in 10 minutes when i tried to complain on the given number it looks to be false as call is not at all completing.
      I am pissed off to know where to complain.
      How to get the new tab or my money back. It's absolutely worst product and i will appeal all do not attracted towards very catchy advertisements. I am feeling cheated. Please support.

      An order was placed on 31st July for datawind tab. Received the same on 7th AUG at an amount of Rs 3300/-wid CCJVESDV_1
      However it was found that keyboard is not there which has now been resolved as datawind customer care promised for the free keyboard. The best part of this deal was that the tab datawind is non functional.After getting switched on the screen turns blue for 30 secs and then it gets off. Its not starting. A faulty non functional device sold to a customer. Reset button was pressed twice but result was same. I have even send the videos. Its really hurting that such a big company is selling faulty devices to customers.Written mails but no response. It is requested that they should change my device or refund me my money.

        Dealar invice (Hydecomo[protected] ghar per recieved hua. 5.15 minute pm per on karne per services (1year net pak and sath mai keeboard) nahi prapt hui. Lekin dusare din se lablet thik se kaam nahi kar raha tha. Tablet ke middle main blue line, touch kaam nahi kar raha tha. Kafhi bar phone karne per mera paisa kaat-kaat ker kewal ye bata diya jata raha ki ye call prachikchan ke liye istemal ho rahi hai 10 minut se 45 minue tak kabhi kabi 1hours tak yahi tape lagakar sunaya jata raha, per koi sunwai nahi hui. Kai number per try karne per aakhir kaar 19/7/2017 ko service center ka address mujhe prapt hua. 19/6/2017 ko maine apna tablet allahabad datawind service center (Bright communication) le jakar dekhane per job no mup[protected]r58. Tab service center me dene ke 20dino ke baad mujhe keeboard prapt hua, kintu tab let ka koi ata pata nahi hua. Pahle bar mail ye mail bheja

        Now showing advertisement in TV channels in maa movies, you people don't purchase it.Not supported any applications like YouTube, gmail, playstores, necessary apps are not working in this device, Internet also not working so you people be careful before purchasing.
        Sir datawind tab booked by and when i recd package the screen was broken. I complaint with custmer care. Tab was recd by datawind Amritsar on 29 july 17. But same has not recd till date. Whenever I call custermer care neither they return my tab not given any response.

            Hi sir, i got tablet on 18, aug, 2017. I ordered 3g tablet, you people sent 2g tablet and also not send keyboard and otg cable, not working any app's in this device, before ordered i asked raju, and danish they r your customer care executives, they r said 4000+ applications r worked and keyboard and otg cable r free but still i didn't receive, i think its called fraud. I hate this tablet, i all never seen this type of device.

            Still i trust your company

            Kindly i request to you the refund money and take your tablet.

            I purchased a datawind tablet in 3600 rupees nd they claimed that there is one keboard inside it but when i opened it the seal of box is open nd i have a proof of it nd no keyboard is found inside it

              I purchased following datawind tab
              Customer, your order id (Ccjvesdv-1) is shipped through (Ecom-express) and awb number is[protected]. For tracking your shipment, you can call on [protected]. Regards: team datawind.
              Follkwing are my issues.
              1. Not received the keypad as promised when called made false promise that they have already dispatched. Which never comes.
              2. Data wind is frequently stopping without any reason. Its a pathetic product.
              3. I want my 100% money back with problem compensation.

                  I booked ubislate 3g10z in datawind.com on 01/04/2017 and paid the cost rs.7999/- in advance. Datawind mailed on 05/04/2017 that the product is despatched to you vide awb no.[protected]. Again on 12/04/2017 i received one more mail that the despatch is delayed for 7 days. After that company did not communicated with me. I sent several mails and talked to its tallfree no. [protected] but datawind never answered my mails.                     I fail to understand the logic behind 350 minimum words for lodging a complaint.. Ridiculous, absurd & unethical.
                    Do you expect a subscriber to write an essay on the problem.
                    I will never in life purchase a datawind product nor recommend anyone.
                    When i dial your customer care on[protected], getting a tape "for technical support dial[protected]" what it means???
                    Saw many reviews on your customer care and shocked to read so many negative feedback but still your r &d team is sleeping.
                    Stop advertising on various tv channels like naaptol etc.
                    There is no count of how many words i typed.
                    Really it is the height of nuisance, waste of precious time.
                    I think it is better to throw your tablet in dustbin than to follow up with sleeping customer care.
                    Pl change the name as customer torture...

                          An order was placed on 31st July for datawind tab. Received the same on 7th AUG at an amount of Rs 3300/-
                          However it was found that keyboard is not there which has now been resolved as datawind customer care promised for the free keyboard. The best part of this deal was that the tab datawind is non functional.After getting switched on the screen turns blue for 30 secs and then it gets off. Its not starting. A faulty non functional device sold to a customer. Reset button was pressed twice but result was same. I have even send the videos. Its really hurting that such a big company is selling faulty devices to customers.Written mails but no response. It is requested that they should change my device or refund me my money.

                              On watching the advertisement of datawind on its combo offer of tab and smartwatch, i placed my order. Accordingly i received a packet and paid cash on delivery for rs.4300. I was shocked on opening the package that it contained only tab, charger warranty slip and a slip for requesting for keyboard through sms in case of non-receipt of the same. I contacted the concerned person over phone for the smartwatch and keyboard. I tried to tell him that prior to placing the order i got confirmed by the company representative over phone that keyboard was also available in the combo offer. But all my requests fell in their deaf ears. Then a formal reply from the other end came stating that the smartwatch will be sent to me. The mobile number shown in tv was also tried by for seeking help, to which i was treated very rudely. I have also sent series of emails to their sales. But they only informed me that they would send me a smartwatch over phone. Now please advise me next course of action. Regards, debasheesh maitra

Please look into the matter urgently, as I don't stay at Sambalpur permanently. I am here on job tour. None of the Datawind Innovation numbers available with me is attended to. Till date I couldn't use the tablet, as I didn't receive any Quick Start Guide. I wonder whether Free Internet facility is available or not. If yes, how to use it. If this be the customer service of Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd., I feel that I have been cheated. I have sent several emails to [protected]@datawind.com. But my mails returned back to me, as the addressee mail is full. Please take pain to send the remaining items namely, smartwatch & keyboard as per terms of the combo offer.                                         I am shocked to recieve a broken glass ubislate tablet just at its arrival today. I'm attaching the photos here. Such a bad service i have never recieved in my life. Thankgod i just opened to check & it was already broken. The packaging was as if it were v old. The glass is completely shattered with tapes trying to fix it... As if the seller purposely did this!!! Too bad... Not only that the whole tab is broken from inside with cracks. Extremely disheartened. Wanted to gift it someone. And for this i don't know why i should pay extra 500!!! I would complain to higher authority, such a inconvenience. I would like a replacement of the same within 4 days or refund of my money. I have spent so much not for this definitely. Extremely upset. I have ordered ubislate 7dx+ fr ₹4499 order no. - pm17051729r7lmzy i mailed them they said get a replacement done. So i had to fill a form, sent the receipt, the tablet in box and got it delivered to the given address. (Company office) they said it will take a 1month for repairy. I waited. After the time was over, i called, mailed them about the status. They said 5 days, then again called they said 10 days then 15 then again 15. Its been 2months since and i have not received my tablet. Extremely disappointed. I contacted the customer care, sent them mails called them but got a bleek response. They did not guarantee me the replacement. Everytime i asked them. They refused for replacement. I still don't know the status of the tabletbeen 3months. Please help
