[Resolved] Datawind Innovations — tablet battery issue | |
My tablet is not functioning well due to battery issue since 1st may 2017. Whenever i charge battery and open any app it soon discharges and switches off and battery goes to 0% the few days later the battery not charge. I take many steps such as format the tablet, and reboot it but no solution found. And the back cover is also opening automatically seems tablet battery is swelled. I'm facing this problem since last 22 days but at last i complaint tablet to datawind customer care center but no well response that i recevice. And my tablet model is ubislate7dc*. I order a 7sc tab with keybosrd and internet free for one year and my order no is idccfehle_1 i got today only tab no keyboard and that tab also not getting on iam not satisgied ur product kindly cancel my order and replase my smount other wise i will a vomplaint against ur product whatvu peplecshown in the tv is proud

The product which was sent to us, it was completely damaged, we have sent that product to the given address on the box. Please check that and send new product or give me my money.
