Dear authority,

This is to inform you in from of our apartment located at the given address, there is a dda land,

2 years back near by people use to throw there garbage bags in community dustbin which was just next to the dda land, however the community dustbin was shut down its operation and that lead the surrounding people to thrown there:
- garbage bags
- building scrap
- household scrap
Hence that lush green land of dda is now converted into a community garbage bin.
As there is no one to clean at all, the garbage is getting piled which is leading to relies toxic air pollutants (Hazardous gas's). Over and above now that monsoon has arrived we are facing huge issue of bad smell.

We have personally spoken to mcd requesting them to arrange clearing the area but they denied telling the land belongs to dd and they have to take care of it.

We have small kid & seniors citizens staying in our apartments with this problem they have started developed breathing problems.

I hereby request you to please help us by providing a immigrate solution in this matter and please connect us with local authority's from whom we can seek guidance and get the issue resolved.

Dear sir i am dda flat siraspur new dlhi 110042, these flats allocated from 2014, but till date children's park / children play area not developed hare we request you please do something for that about children part development.

This is a petition which has been pending since long with delhi govt but no action has ever been taken,

Its my humble request on behalf of citizens of delhi to you both, to look at government notified circle rates of delhi and rationalise it.

As a matter of fact the circle rates of most of the colonies are higher than the market prices. For e. G. New friend colony's circle rate is more than twice that of actual market rates because if has been termed as a rated colony. The people who have categorised colonies in various grade, when ever they did, perhaps had no access to market reality and information.

A colony like new friends colony can by no means be categorised in a category colony. The circle price for nfc as per government is rs. 7.74 lakhs per sq yard which is same as colonies like vasant vihar, golf link etc.

Besides the fact that irrational circle rates have not only killed all the transaction in such colonies but also government exchequer is suffering because people have indefinitely proposed their purchase and sale of real estate in such areas. (To verify you may get called upon drop in transactions of nfc through govt records).

Sir, i have one such flat in new friends colony. My flat is second floor flat. I want to sell the same for rs. 3.25 cr, but your circle rate is more than 5 cr. Thus, neither can i sell my floor nor can i do anything when i really need money. The buyers arguments against buying one in nfc are:

They will have to pay stamp duty at rs. 5 cr + valuations which is unrealistic.
Then it department will allege that you have paid over and above rs. 3.25 through cash. Which of course is not true.
The govt will demand seller to pay capital gain tax from circle rate i. E. On rs. 5 cr (Approx) where as in reality i may have received only 50% of the circle rate.
Thus, unrealistic circle rates have strangled the whole system and transaction to come to stand still. Sir, if government of delhi thinks price of flat is rs. 5 cr, then i would also want government to pay me that price and acquire it. And if govt (That is being run by such educated people) must do the right thing for its citizens.

Also, the policy makers must ponder on the fact that a flat on second floor with no lift can not command same price as flat on ground floor in the same area. Your current policy doesn't differentiates that a flat facing park will always command premium than one that does not.

Dda radhika appartment flat no65 second floor sector 14 dwarka delhi 75-water sepage
I have been facing major water sepage problem in my flat. This is due to above flat of 3rd floor water logging as the same is closed for years and owner is unknown. Also the roof and outside walls has water logging and sepage problem. Please check and help to resolve and repair.

There is no street lights working in our region and the area is remained in dark during night.
And due to the darkness, there are regular episodes of chain grabbing at night hours. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night.

I n. Somanathan have applied for freehold conversion on 12/05/2015, with request id 131946 and challan no.[protected], but till date we have not received the freehold papers with conveyance deed. As of now status shows

I have been contacting dda many times but no response from their side.

I have also registered complaint under dda samasya nidhan portal with reference id h26377 on 22/08/2019 but no response from their end also.

Please look into the matter and get us the solution at the earliest

It is to inform that most of the street lights of metro apartment are out of order. Because of which most of the area of metro apartment remained in dark during night. Resulting the cases of theft are increasing day by day.in view of the above, it is requested to direct the concerned engineer to take immediate action in this regard.

By means of this platform, i, hereby, request to take appropriate action to repair of internal roads of metro apartment, jahangir puri, delhi as the condition of these roads are dilapidated. Since a long time no repairing work has been done. An urgent action is required in this regard.

I (Nand kishore saxena) need help in getting the possession of above mentioned plot. I am at my age of 75 years and still the officers of dda wants me to make rounds of dda office on every alternate day. Due to this covid-19 and lockdown, i could not make a visit to office in last six months but also have not got any revert on my application for possession letter.
I have been chasing officers at dda office since last two years and also filing all the documents as an when demanded by me but still no revert and even i am not getting to know where is the gap, what else is required from me is their any document left out to fil in.. Kindly help me. At this age its not possible in current scenario to make visits and always appeal for my possession.
This is simple humiliating and harassing an old age person for not providing the possession even after submitting all details. This is the first time, i am filing a written complaint to dda and for your benefit, i am listing the details of my case:-
1. Received intimation regarding issuance of allotment-cum-demand letter under rohini residential scheme 1981, on 7th march 2017
2. Received a letter to pay the premium and scheduled amount on 19th february 2018.
3. We have made the full payment of rs. 5, 72, 934 to account number drhh0062781 on 30th march 2018 by rtgs from axis bank and today in august 2020 still waiting for my possession letter. How long it will take to issue possession letter, it is already three years gone since the date of issuance of allotment letter.
4. When i visited dda office after a week for the update then only the officers over there told me that i need to submit certain documents and then i have submitted all documents on 3rd april 2018 and got the receipt from mr. Rahul at the dda office.
5. Then after a week i visited office, i have been told that i need to get bio-metric done and then my bio-metric done on 24th august 2018.
 this shows without any visit i will never be able to get to know what all i need to do..in this online and computerised world, i always have to visit and then only get to know what is required for next step. It is frustrating all the time when at this age you have to follow for your own thing again and again.
6. Then after a month when i visited the office then i came to know that i have to submit my address proof with all requisite bills and that i did on 17th december 2018 and got the acknowledgement too by mr. Ravi.
7. I have been told that within three months i will get the letter but no response received and then i visited again dda office and again told to submit my address id proof as this time i had shifted my place from previous one.. So, again i have submitted requisite document on 6th september 2019 and got the receipt too by mr. Tarun.

So, from almost three years my application is being lingered on without any reason or if there is any reason i have not been told. I urge you to expedite the process in providing me possession letter or else at least let me know, what is pending from my end.

There is no out flow of the latrine water from the shaft meant for dda mig flat no.300+ all other flats in that particular building. The situation becomes worsens during the rainy seasons when the same dirty water is flowing out from shaft to adjoining area. Even it becomes difficult when occupants of the dda flats have to walk through the same area. It also poses the danger for the
Many disease. It is therefore requested that situation may kindly be examined at the earliest and rectify the reason of blockage.

I, Arun Jain, on behalf of RWA of Pkt-9, Sector - 24, Rohini, Delhi., request you to kindly improve condition of internal roads of our Pocket - 9.
Since last 7-8 years no internal roads of our residential society have been made. Lot of patholes have developed and no rain water lines are working. Water stand still in these broken roads giving way for mosquitoes to breed and in this rainy season inviting Dangue and other diseases. People can't find way to walk on these broken water filled roads. Situation is alarming and need immediate action.

Dear sir i am waiting from approx 2 months for my refund of ews flat which i have cancelled due to financial crisis, many time call is done on customer care but no response. My application number is 701918 on the name of mr ankit tiwari. Please look into the matter and resolve the concern of refund on priority.

The street light pole in between the lanes of society shri Hari and Sahyadri Apartment can fall any moment and is a big risk to anyone who passes by the lane. Request authorities to replace the pole as quickly and possible.

We d dwellers of JG-3 BLOCK VIKAS PURI NEW DELHI-110018 hereby want to lodge complaint against illegal construction over the actual allotted flats by DDA .

As DDA has alloted ground, first and second floor flats in BLOCK JG-3, VIKAS PURI NEW DELHI. But some flat owners have ILLEGALLY CONSTRUCTED OVER THE 2ND Floor and over constructed 3rd and 4 floors on it.

As the base of these flats is too weak but due to greedness these owners of the flats have illegally constructed, by this construction any mishappening can be done at any time.
Moreover some streets have also been encroached by illegal construction of baraamda or vehra i.e. 3 to 4 feets in the streets.

please look into this matter and do the needful .

The road connecting the crpf camp, mayur vihar, phase 3 and pocket c, dda wholesale paper market, delhi 110096 (Indira vihar road) is in a state o[censored]tter neglect and disrepair for the past several years now. The road gets completely flooded because of choked rain water drains and more than half of its width has been encroached upon by hawkers, stockists of stone dust and stone grit. The road has very large pot holes and is completely unmotorable causing great inconvenience and hardship to the motorists and general public.

This is to inform you again that shri prakash nath vigg-allottee of plot no.179 in sector 37 rohini measuring 60 mts under rohini residential scheme1981 had expired on 13.7.2019 at the age of 96 years at home after prolonged sickness. So any papers, documents, affidavits etc may have been signed in the state o[censored]nsound / unhealthy mind without the presence of qualified doctor for delegation of his property rights to any one may please be kept in abeyance till the compliance of court order for succession of his property rights to his benafide legal heirs. Several letters were sent to dda lsb rohini counter gf, d block vikas bhawan new delhi 110023 on 22.8.19, 28.8.19 & 9.9.2019 but no reply has been received so far. Reference no’s are : application no 188866, property priority no.17523, file no. F[protected]/2012/rhn. One more grievance was submitted vide dda office reference no. L27263 & the concerned officer was mr s. K. Sharma but there was no response. I am his son-kailash nath vigg (Dob 13.8.1947) aged 72 years my present address is m-129 greater kailash-2, new delhi-110048. I have also given my aadhar / pan cards to substantiate my relationship as eldest son of late shri prakash nath vigg. Sir its about dda market at a1 paschim vihar, n. Delhi-63.
The toilet block has leakage causing unhygenic and unusable conditions.
Sir there are shops on ground as well first floor and entire complex is dependant on the single toilet block. The leakage on top floor results in dumping of waste on person on head o[censored]ser at ground floor.
The outcome is both are not fit for use and becomes tough.

Sir i hope you understand the health hazards and look into matter on urgent basis.

My application number is 500220 on the name of ms khushboo. Please look into the matter and resolve the concern of refund on priority.

I have applied for dda housing scheme in 2019, they allotted me narela flat which was totally absurd option since it was costing 25 lakh. After that, i choose to surrender my application but authorities are fooling me since long time and it is approx 1 year now and i have not receive any refund.

Worst part is :

1) whenever i contact them they never give proper information.
2) they do not have any point of contact so that i can explain my issue.
3) i paid 2 lakhs and they are doing fraud to me by not returning it.
4) when i'm login it through their website it is showing access not allowed

I am totally dissatisfied and regretful after applying for dda schemes. They only know to take money and when it comes to return it, they pretend like an alien.

I request all those people who are reading this please help me to raise my concern.
