Dear sir i am waiting from approx 2 months for my refund of ews flat which i have cancelled due to financial crisis, many time call is done on customer care but no response i am getting from ews team. My application number is 500220 on the name of ms khushboo. Please look into the matter and resolve the concern of refund on priority.

I have applied for dda housing scheme in 2019, they allotted me narela flat which was totally absurd option since it was costing 25 lakh. After that, i choose to surrender my application but authorities are fooling me since long time and it is approx 1 year now and i have not receive any refund.

Worst part is :

1) whenever i contact them they never give proper information.
2) they do not have any point of contact so that i can explain my issue.
3) i paid 2 lakhs and they are doing fraud to me by not returning it.
4) when i'm login it through their website it is showing access not allowed

I am totally dissatisfied and regretful after applying for dda schemes. They only know to take money and when it comes to return it, they pretend like an alien.

I request all those people who are reading this please help me to raise my concern.

Sir,. I am residing in flat no 368 lig, dda flats, pocket no. 01, sector a10, deep apartment, narela, delhi-110040. Contaminated water supply is coming from last 4 days. Water smells like sewer water. Mean sewer water is mixing with supply water. Due to lockdown we are unable to lodge physically complaint in dda office. Please look into this matter and ask appreciate authority to do needful as early as possible. Thanks

Hi,

I am leving near radheshyam park (110052).

My neighbour are doing construction to his old home (Builder flat). They are known with his son's name... Shagun.

But he is not taking any saftey and pollution resistant precautions even at covid19 situation.

I can't stop them directly, due to my landlord's relationship with him and social reputation.

Please help me on this.

I am residing in lig flats of jahangirpuri and there is a flat besides my house which has not been alloted to any one. Some times back dda constructed it and now all its drainage passages are blocked although house is full of fecal waste. It is rotting and breading mosquitoes and flies. No one is helping us regarding the same kindly help us. As toilet water is ghushing into my flat also it is causing foul smell.

Their is a huge illegal construction on dda acquire land in maidan garhi, new delhi, khasra no -69.70, opposite govt school. On this property government have already done 4 times demolition. Now their is no control of local police and conserned authorities.
Now local builder continuously selling property
Request you please take stick action on this land.

I, anil kumar batra, purchased a lig flat number 310, second floor, pocket gh3, sector 28 rohini, from the original allottee praveen kumar, in 2012. Since the area is still lacking some of the basic facilities necessary of habitation, the flat is still unoccupied and vacant ever since its allotment. However a latest water bill for consumer category - residential/lig/vacant, amounting to rs. 14807/- bill dated - 15th jan 2020, has since been received from dda.

Since this flat is still unoccupied from the date of purchase, i was neither aware nor been informed about the installation of water connection, subsequent supply of water and water bills being issued. I came to know about all these when i visited the flat in jan’2020 to see the development in the locality and found that a water bill dated 15 jan’2020 (Issued by dda) hanging on front door of my flat. When i enquired about the charges in the bill, i found that a significant portion of charges relates to penalties for non-payment of charges.

Since i have not used even a single drop of water, i should not be charged for any amount on account of this. But if it is mandatory to pay service charge, then my present bill (As attached) need to be revised to service charge only (And all penalties in the latest bill should be waived off).

Severely bad condition of the nala road, dwarka. Instead of filling the potholes new speed breakers have been constructed which higher than usual ones. This is causing too much inconvenience and this road has never been fixed from the starting... This road begin from the dada deb hospital till the bhaskaracharya college and condition on both sides is ridiculous.

I am a lady customer when i go buy something from DDA market i am observing that a huge amount of waste material is dumped in DDA market. Local people also come there to buy item and pas urine on walls. Due to that every customer feel to much shame and unhygienic. Sometimes as a customer we are not able to go at that place due to this problem. My request is remove the dump and make a suitable toilet or place for urine pass

1. That my name is Meer and i am the local citizen of india since my birth.
2. That i am lives at JJ colony sector 24 rohini new delhi.
3. That in front of my house here is a DDA Sever lane, which is covered under boundries by DDA few years before.
4. That now this DDA lane has become a store of garbage, whereby many of chances of illness, flues, viral, and other related diseases.
5. That i have little childs in my home and in neibour, who plays in street.
6. That this is humble request to you please take necessary steps to move this problem out and clean this DDA lane from garbage.

I DEVI SINGH MEENA have applied an application in DDA Housing scheme for SC/ST DDA HOUSING SCHEME 2019.However, i have not successful applicant in this housing scheme . The draw of the same scheme is held as on 20.12.2019.But till date 08.01.2020, i have not received/REFUND my registration amount of Rs.2 lakh which i have submitted through ICICI bank online against application number 800330 for the HIG/MIG group.

I am 86 yrs. Old person, i have purchased a group housing flat in 1995. Agreement to sale in my name i. E. S. D. Sindhwani and gpa is in my wife name i. E. Sumitra devi. My wife has been died in 2017 due to cancer. I applied noc from management committee of my society, (Ccie, cottage enclave, paschim vihar n. D.) for leasehold to freehold. But they are not giving noc, they are saying your wife is not alive how can give noc. I consult with legal persons they are saying there is no problem, noc should be given in the name of person who is agreement to saler that's means in my name and submit a death certificate of wife in dda. Please clarify noc may be given in my name for leasehold to freehold. Sir, please help my i am trying noc for last 13 months. I am very grateful to you for early reply. I am working in nbe dwarka sec-9. Around 1 km distance between nbe to metro station but there is no street light on the road. I am scared to walk alone on the road in the evening. There are other girls that do not want to go alone in the evening or night.

There are most unwanted cases are happening in delhi.

Please dont wait for any unwanted incident to blaim you. Do something for girls.

I swati suri had submitted all documents pertaining to freehold of dda flat file no m 312/253/nprs/04/dw in july 2019.
All payments are already cleared from finance. I am following up with dda vikas sadan. As per my last visit. I am still waiting for my conveyance deed from dda.
I request you to please help me.

I am following up with dda and paid more than 8 lakh in last 2 years to clear all my dues. I need your urgent help as i am not aware whom should i contact and resolve this issue.

Dear concen, i have booked open space at dwarka vikas puri a block new delhi 110018, with this request id 909723. Yet did not refund booking amount.

Booking looged by sachin batra name of gulab bride prinka.
Dda office confirmed amount is released but mr sachin batra said amount is not credit.

Amount is 64000/- kindly check on priortiy basis, hopefully it will be resolved as on priority case.

From harish chandra gupta resident of flat no.656/gh13 paschim vihar new delhi. Delhi development authority has not converted my leasehold flat to freehold even after paying full conversion money.90 days have passed. They should have completed the process within 45 days. My application details are (1) request id[protected] applicatio form no.[protected] challan no.[protected] dtd.16/09/2019. I am old person of 74 years and cancer survivor and cannot visit dda again and again and cannot pay illegal demands. Kindly ask dda to resolve issue immediately as the same has been delayed inordinately. Thanking you.
