I am residing in dda flats at flat no. 31-a, ground floor siddhartha extension, pocket-c, new delhi-110014. It is a daily problem that the water pipe lines and sewer pipe lines of the toilets of flat no. 31-b, first floor, dda flat, are leaking resulting to water drops coming from top side, dampness, foul smell remains all time and unhygienic residential condition has became of my flat 31-a. The owner of flat no. 31-b, first floor is doing nothing to stop the water dropping down despite of sevaral requests. For this you have to visit the effected flat and directed to owner of 31-b, first floor for get repaired their damaged water/sewer pipe lines immediately to avoid collapse & further damamge of the building and any other casualty. Hoping you will look into the matter on priority.

I have surrendered the DDA flat on 8th of August. Still waiting for the refund.
Even in the cancelled / Refund status it is not showing any status. Can anyone share the contact details of DDA, how to contact them. They have shared a toll free number on website but that is not working.

Please let me know how to contact them.

Dear sir,

My name is swati suri. I applied for conversion of lease hold rights into freehold of my late father praveen suri flat no 656, sarvahit apartments, sector 17 pocket a, dwarka, new delhi 110078 vide file no m[protected]/nprs/dw on 03 july 2019 along with requisite fees of inr 53, 255, request id 166456/ challan/ application no[protected].

In last 2 years span of time, i have deposited inr 8 lakhs to dda (Pending principal amount + interest payable) as advised by dda accounts department.

I am shocked to know from dda vikas sadan office now that "as per dda vikas sadan records my file is not traceable in the record.

Since documents are lost at dda 's end its their duty to retrieve them.

Please help me as i am not aware whom should i contact for this.

As a responsible citizen i paid all my pending dues for this flat. I have already completed all formalities for transfer this property in my mother's name.

I applied for 2 dda flats under 'dda housing scheme 2019', and was allotted both the flats in narela. However my family did not liked the location and the cost of flats were also very high so i surrendered both the flats on '1-aug-2019'. Its been more than a month now, however i have not received refund of registration amount (4 lacks). None of the dda helpline is working and i also visited dda office in vikas sadan but no one is giving any proper reason/timeline. Seems like dda is eating interest amount by blocking public money.

It is been more than 2 months and 8 days that people are not getting kitchen tank water to drink. It is informed to rwa several times. But nothing done. Rwa said that water is not released from dda.

Please help. Please release the water. This is a complaint from all the people who are affected. Around 400-500 people not getting water with there families.

In DDA Community Centre, Road no. 44, Garg Plaza, Plot no. 25, 2nd Floor, Pitampura, Delhi-110085. In this premises, they have broken the supportive pillers of the floor & cover the gallary part to make a hall. Construction is running past 5 days & they throwing heavy Debris in front of other's shutter/door. Due to this very much dust are blowing.
We have told them many time. In the first day they hit the floor breakage with heavy hammer.

Dda housing scheme 2019 refund not received till date. App no 801734. I already submitted the cancellation on 30th july 2019 through online mode, and a successfully submitted email received on my email from DDA. Today is 11 September 2019 but still to get refund. All dda helpline nos are useless and are of no help at all. I have also contacted my associated transaction bank, but they said we cant do anything and can be resolved by dda only.

I applied under dda housing scheme 2019 vide application number:1002057 by the name of balaji parthasarathy (Pan no:aalpp1944k).

I am a successful allotte of narela mig.

I cancelled the allottment online which was accepted and acknowledged by dda vide email dated 1st august 2019, copy of email snapshot is attached.

Also attaching the screenshot of online cancellation data upload successfully for ready reference.

I have checked my bank account and found no refund has been credited till date in my yes bank account. This is the same bank which i gave at the time of applying for dda application.

I am in need of money urgently which i have taken on loan and paying interest on it because of the refund pending for a long time from dda.

Please expedite and confirm with details.

Illlegal construction and digging of submersible and encroachment and damaging our foundation in length of 30 feet at b2/82 janak puri and blockage of our living area because it this activity in night. I being senior citizen and heart patient and have to undergo treatment at icu at chanandevi hospital we as family are at risk of life and if rains start the already week foundation will give away and the built may collapse. Despite our complaint with police there is no resolution and the illegal construction is going on. If the complaint is not taken over we may move to court and bring to there notice.

I am Gyanti devi. I had applied in DDA housing scheme 2019 online and made payment through SBI bank. My name is neither appeared on first allotted list nor on wait-list. As per the official notification on DDA website, unsuccessful candidates were supposed to receive refund by[protected]. I have not received it till date that is[protected]. I tried to contact DDA helpline but didn't receive any satisfactory response.
Please help in me in getting the refund as soon as possible...

I was alloted a dda flat in narela after the lucky draw which happened on 23rd july 2019. Dda never sent me an email or messaged me regarding the draw result and never e-mailed the allotment letter for the flat.

I found it out online myself, after visiting the place in narela and inspecting the property i did not found it worthy spending my money. So i decided to surrender the flat on 12th august 2019 with all the procedures.

But till today no refund and they never pick up phone calls.

It's been a month that i have surrendered my flat in narela which came in the lottery of dda housing scheme 2019 (6th aug 2019, to be precise).
There is no information given on the website regarding the timeline of the refund. Also, whenever we call dda, they give a new deadline. They are eating away our interest on the money

Is dda running without a policy or framework? They should have timeline fixed for all the activities and same should be communicated to customers like us.

I had surrendered my allotted DDA flat almost 1 and 1/2 month ago and i also received a mail from DDA regarding successfull cancellation of my allotted DDA flat. But till now my registration fees yet not refunded by DDA.Whenevr i call DDA customer care they use to say that within 15 days your money will be refunded to my account. As on date they are saying that refund of money will start from 15 th of sep, 2019.In support of my above query i am attaching the mail received from DDA regarding cancellation of flat.

Today I was doing my morning walk at Sheesh Mahal Park of DDA at Shalimar Bagh, Delhi 110088. Many Gunda type persons were moving in the Park. They said that they are removing Cows from the Park, but they were bluntly using Lathis on Cows, which I advised them not to use. But they started shouting and misbehaving with me and other public persons. When I asked them about their department, they said that they are from DDA. When I asked them to provide I Card, they refused. Immediately I lodged a complaint with Police at 100 number.
They were also moving on bike in the car and polluting the Park. I asked the security person, why he has allowed them to enter with Motor Bike, he had no answer.
Though they pretended that they are the officers of DDA, but later on I came to know that they are the security agency person (Gaurav Enterprises).
My question to DDA is:
1. How have they allowed to use Motor Bike in the Park and polluting teh Park?
2. How can they use Lathis so bluntly on teh cows
3. How can they misbehave with general public
Requesting you to take immediate actions. I am also writing to LG on this matter.

Dda has accepted my cancellation request online related with dda housing scheme19 and i received a e-mail for same on 2nd august from dda confirming the same. My pan no is - abbph6375f and application no-904312. But till date didnot received refund, and icici bank customer care telling me to contact dda for same, or asking reference no from dda for refund of money.

I have received a system generated confirmation e-mail on 02 august, 2019 stating that "the application for refund has been submitted successfully to concerned department for further processing and registration amount will be refunded shortly to your bank account".

I have been allotted flat at narela. However, i am not interested due to location and size concern. I have cancelled flat online by providing detailed documents. Though, my candidature is still not reflecting under cancelled tab. I have received email that cancellation request has been received. However, i am unable to reach out to any dda concern person as call is not going through. Can you please suggest what is the further steps which i need to follow or any contact number whom i need to reach out to get the details.

Hi team, i submitted 2 surrender request (Me & wife) on 7th aug. It's been a month now and no sign of refund. I am expecting 4 lacs in my account as i filled the form online. Kindly convey this to dda to expedite the process and register a complaint. Sharing application form number in attachments.
