I m a resident of rz - 55 a hans park west sagarpur, we are facing a lot of problems since 25 one month water sever is stoped.

Sir, above mentioned details are given only to introduced you with the problems facing by the peoples having big family and old age parents living in sagarpur. Sir everybody are aware the road conditions of sagarpur, there are so many garbage on side the road, open sever, open holes where rain water get stored in rainy season but we are forced to live their in such conditions. Peoples are not even walk properly because of sand, holes, garbage spread on the roads in sagarpur. We are totally helpless and hopeless with the working of mcd in that area. Therefore i would like to look into the matter as soon as possible. Sewerage line in front of my house is got choked for last six month and i have made many complaints in this regards in your office. Your staff members came in and started choked water with the held of bamboo stick. But my problem still remains as the sewerage pipe in front of my house is fully got choked and it needs to be clean with help of machine. Sir i am in great trouble because of choked sewerage. Water overflow and stock my house front. Water come in street no body cross easily street... Please solve the problem at the earliest.

    I would like to bring to your kind attention that the residents of sarojini park, shastri nagar street number 9 east delhi are receiving sewer water instead of normal supply. We are facing this problem for the past few years. We logged many complaints but nothing worked out.
    Request you to look into the matter and fix the issue as soon as possible as the water is not at all usable.

      In sarai pipal thala near house no. 132, ambedkar gali sewers are over flowing. For the last several years we are requesting that the level of these sewers are very low and these sewers are at the dead end. So all the garbage of all the sewer line come at the dead end block the sewer and over flow in street.
      Kindly arrange to ractify the faulty line and also clean and stop the over flow.

        I am a resident of 560, pocket no i paschim puri new delhi 110063
        The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly after every raning but, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities.
        It is very shameful for the jal board sewage dept.
        So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

          Hi,

          We are facing billing issue with delhi jal board, last month i have checked no bill was generated by jal board and in the month of aug 18 jal board team has generated rs.4019.03 bill how this is possible while water supply in our block is very poor and no one are visiting from reading of meter from last 6 month.

          And we have many time connect to jal baord helpline number but it was going auto disconnect it is a really big concern.

          Requesting please correct the invoice which is generated month of aug 18.

            I have received a bill id:[protected] dated 16.07.2018 of rs. 2198/- against water consumption. Last bill was also same pattern and no one has come to take reading. There is too much difference between actual and bill reading. Although i am making payment and no arrears pending. You are requested to please depute your agent for taking actual reading in the presence of my family members and adjust ad-hoc payment from paid payments.

              With reference to above i advise as under :

              1. I am the resident of h. No.1/3997, ram nagar extension gali no.6 loni road shahdara delhi-110032.
              That a complaint has been registered in the roster by me on 12/08/2018 and i personally met the je of the concerned area which is situated in lig flats loni road shahdara delhi. I and other surrounding residents met the je repeatedly in this regard but all is in vain. We have been advised that sucking machine is required to clear the sewer blockage. No action in this regard has been taken so far resulting the garbage of sewer backing in the residents house premises. I want to know weather it is the duty of residents to provide sucking machine. It is the duty of the concerned je/ex. En. To provide the sucking machine to clear the sewer.
              Therefore it is humble request that action in this matter may please taken on priority basis and do the needful.

                The sivar in our street no. 9. D block, garhwali mohalla near mother dairy laxmi nagar delhi. 110092 has been chowk since last 5-6 days. The water is coming out in the street making difficult to pass out and spreading mosquito and other flying object. Pleas kindly immigate action in this issue its an request to you.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am a resident of B6/139, 1st Floor, ROHINI, Sector-3, OPP- MTNL building, Delhi-110085.
                  My Meter K-Number :[protected]
                  Name - SATNAM
                  The CMR status taken on 24/8/18 was 1158 which is totally wrong, which is been checked on 31/8/18 & it is showing 1044.
                  PMR status on 6/7/18 was : 1033.
                  So, Consumption is 10KL as on 31/8/18, whereas Wrong Consumption noted in bill as 125KL.
                  Kindly get the meter reading rechecked and correct the Bill.

                    I am a resident of Dayanand Colony, c block, Lajpat Nagar 4, Delhi-110024, for the past few weeks the water supply is giving very foul smelling and dirty water, it seems as it is aending sewage water. My family esp. my kids are falling sick again and again.. it is very dangerous to use this water as it is not hygienic at all. The water supplied in the early morning gets mixed with sewage. Please do something about it ASAP!

                    We the resident of Dayanand Colony are facing this problem for a long time and inspite of several complaints, no action has been taken in this regard.

                    Further, the water supply timing is also very irratic...please inform us the exact time of water supply.

                      We are getting regular bill without meter reading in my ca no. - [protected] and we have complaint against this but we have not get any solution yet and again we have received the new bill without meter reading.

                      Last month we have got the bill of rs 8400 which got increase to 12400 and it coming out without meter reading no body has come for the reading till date but continuously we are getting the bills.

                      Please look into it and send some one for meter reading and regenerate the correct bill.

                        This is in reference to above mentioned issue of water meter not working properly and. I would like to inform you that we have been informed by delhi jal board personnel who come for meter reading in our locality that our water meter is showing excess billing ad needs to be replaced. We request you to kindly arrange a visit for checking our water meter urgently. If required replace it, we are happy to bear required cost.

                              I am a senior citizen lady residing with my retired husband at
                              S-141, 3rd floor sunder block, shakarpur delhi-92. I was regularly paying my bills and our water meter is in running condition till date. But our area meter reader intentionally is not showing in bill register our meter reading and showing our meter as "stop meter" you may check that in our current bill no.[protected] dt 20-8-18 meter status is showing stop. Due to his negligence and act of harassment i am receiving huge amount of bill of rs. 5283/- as it is happening since few months. I am really depressed and in a bad tension. Its my humble request you to please look into this matter and do the needful. I also request you to please send somebody from your department to check whether our water meter is working or stop. Last meter reading was 1591 which i have took photo from my phone and that time also my meter was running.

                              I shall be very grateful to you if you may resolve and provide relief from me this depressed situation.

                                This is regarding garbage which is lying outside my house front door after delhi jal board employees cleaned sewer.. They have not get it picked up even after 1 month of cleaning of sewer, due to rain its coming inside our house and lots of insects are there due to this.

                                  I have been complaining again and again for no water supply in giri nagar jal board office, but nobody cares. My area je is also not responding over phone. After sending several mails to ceodelhi. [protected]@nic.in & [protected]@gmail.com nobody replying on that mail.

                                  I have also done complaints in 1916 toll free number but every time without solution they are closed the complaint.

                                  It's a request to you kindly see into this matter and take action on urgent basis. My 60 yrs mother is living alone and facing problems daily.

                                    My name is Yasmine and I am a resident of (Sadh nagar -2, st. No-24 palam colony delhi). There is a heavy shortage of water supply in my street due to no. of increased water connection in this area. Water supply is not upto requirement. And i have complained many times for same issue but no one came to check and make the status resolved without taking any action. I hope you will take necessary action against it.

                                      The sewer are closed since last fifteen days.
                                      From b/96/97/98 opposite sunday bazaar road thakur kirana store.
                                      Many complaints have been registered through phone.
                                      No one has addressed these complaints yet.

                                      As a citizen i kindly request you to pay attention to this area as soon as possible and make the sewer lines clean again.
                                      Otherwise many diseases will spread everywhere.

                                        The djb meter reader of our colony is black mailing our residents of huge bills and extorting money. He puts huge bills to the residents who doesn't pay him. I am one of his victims.in my family we have only four members but the water bill was rupees 5218 as per bill[protected] dated 26th aug, 2018 and rupees 5409 as per bill[protected] dated 22 june 2018
                                        Please redress the problem. And have action taken to the person in charge.

                                        This meter reader came today on with a plumber and was fiddling all the water meters while it was official holiday Sunday and Raksha Bandhan day 26th August.Please look into the matter immediatly..
