I am a resident of B6/139, 1st Floor, ROHINI, Sector-3, OPP- MTNL building, Delhi-110085.

Name - SATNAM
The CMR status taken on 24/8/18 was 1158 which is totally wrong, which is been checked on 31/8/18 & it is showing 1044.
PMR status on 6/7/18 was : 1033.
So, Consumption is 10KL as on 31/8/18, whereas Wrong Consumption noted in bill as 125KL.
Kindly get the meter reading rechecked and correct the Bill.
Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We the resident of Dayanand Colony are facing this problem for a long time and inspite of several complaints, no action has been taken in this regard.
Further, the water supply timing is also very irratic...please inform us the exact time of water supply.
