This is continuously third day that there is no water supply to my flat no. L98c saket new delhi 110017and some surrounding flats whereas other flats in the same block are receiving it properly. I regret to inform you that no corrective action has been taken up till now on my email to pro delhi jal board varunalaya, except that some representative visited the site to prepare a status report. I have personally visited your customer care centre at saket and met the j. E. Available there but in vain.
I request you once again to expedite it promptly as water is the basic lifeline and without it, you can well imagine how thing would go.

    There's a house j-221 saket, new delhi wherein the owner stays abroad and has africans as their tenants. There is also one more family at second floor. They are utterly careless and do not turn off the motor even after the tank is full and the water keeps flowing on and the whole back street is inundated with precious water. I also have reminded alot of times to them, but they do not heed. I even went to their house and lodged a protet and took the african mobile number to call him. But then after working for few days, he changed his mobile number. I also have photos to prove you their messs. Please take strict action against the culprits.

      This has reference to grievance id [protected] dated 21-7-18 and grievance id [protected] dated 24-7-18 registered on djb portal. The first grievance was cancelled by djb on the same day and second grievance was marked as completed within 2 hours without providing any solution.

      In my grievances i had mentioned the following:
      Please refer to bill dated 16 july 2018. The current meter reading mentioned in the bill, i. E. 597 kl, is completely wrong. Please rectify the bill immediately by mentioning the correct reading otherwise it will create a huge problem in the next bill as all the additional units will get charged in the highest slab.

      Main Sewer line behind house Nos. 2/2, 2/3, 2/4 and 2/5 on Baba Balak Nath Mandir Marg of Shanti Niketan Colony, New Delhi -110021 has been blocked for the last one week causing reverse flow of sewage into toilets from manhole chambers. Complaint has been lodged with Delhi Jal Board, which has not been attended to yet.

        Hello sir,

        This is to inform you that i am rajni (K. No. [protected]) resident of h. No. 921 sector 8, r. K. Puram, new delhi-110022. We have received a huge amount of bill from the last 3-4 months. Kindly visit our home to check the water bill or if required then change it also. Kindly take some necessary action in this regard as soon as possible.

          I am a resident of 15/75, ground floor only, old rajinder nagar, new delhi.
          I am having a water connection with kno :[protected]. My water meter was stolen last
          Year and after that i am getting unfair water bills. I live abroad for most of the time and
          Live her only a couple of days.

          Please register my complaint at the earliest og refund the undue charges as my bills
          Recently have been highly escalated and unjustified.

          I will be submitting my complaint to vigilance help line delhi jal board too.
          Kindly look into the matter seriously and correct our billing asap.
          Please send a written reply to my other address: c-1 a /119 b, janakpuri, new delhi.
          This application is to get the meter / waterbilling checked and to be reduced to nil.

            I have been using this connection from last one year and have been paying my bills on regular intervals. My last month bill got generated of rs. 2656.95 which is huge. This month also a bill of 1516.32 is generated. There is no sync to these continuous bills. I have always paid my bills on time.
            Kindly check the bills and my meter also as no one come to take the readings kindly check.

              Respected sir/madam, we carefully use water and consumption is very less and that too within the limits of 20000l per month as given free by delhi govt. Our actual consumption is far less from free limit but still we have been sent huge bill amount.

              I personally went to mukherjee nagar branch and lodge complaint but still we are getting higher bills.

              Problem is that person who comes to takes meter reading, he never intimate or rings as goes back without meter reading and they are sending the tentative bill s, please look into this matter serious.

              I am nitin garg, address f-16 jagat puri parwana road opp HDFC bank. There is a huge leakage in your main DJB water line. Due to this reason all the leaked water is coming to my basement regularly. Last year you have solve my save problem. Please repair this line as soon as possible as our building has to face problems.

                Hii,
                This is shabnam khan, address is -861a, old no. 3 s/f kh no-59/21/2 palam village, near swagat barat ghar, new dselhi 110045. I purchased 3rd floor last year and from starting i am asking him to give us noc of water connection. But till now i haven't receive it. But he has summer civil in ground floor. So he fill our tank from that. But now because of some personal gurge now he is not giving us water from summer civil. And if we are asking for noc of water connection he is giving excuses. Kindly look into this matter urgently.

                  Dear team,
                  I had complained last time for excess bill of rs.3000, which got adjusted after complain and finaly my bill got revised of rs.256.
                  But now this month again bill of more than 1000 is generated although neither anyone has come for reading nor contacted. I have been using it aince 2009 but have never consumed this much of water and bill more than of 300. Request your urgent attention and help for the same.

                    In connection with the above this is to inform you that delhi jal board replace my meter with new meter on[protected] vide new meter no 2017 a2304916 but that time my old meter reading is 232 on[protected]. From that time no one comes to take a reading for new meter
                    Kindly update my new meter in bill and it reading is 63 on 10/05/2018.

                      For the last 1 week contaminated and muddy water is supplied with fresh drinking water in D-II, 16/1, Andrews Ganj, New delhi-110049 and other flats also. several complaints were made. but till date problem is not resolved, pl. look into it otherwise serious illness will attack residents.we have lodged complaint in helpline no. 1916 on 20 july, it was informed that the problem will be resolved within 2 days, but it is now more than 2 days still muddy water in supplied..

                        We live in D-59 street no.11 West vinod nagar .We are rented here and we are getting very high amount of water Bill which is around more than 5000 for 4 month, even we are suppose to get 20kl free for every month then how we are getting this high amount of bill .
                        We are requesting you to please look in his matter urgently.How we will pay that amount of bill .

                          I am writing this grievance to bring to your kind notice one problem related to sewer lines. It should be noted that every few days sewer line starts overflowing throwing unlimited garbage and human wastes on the streets which makes living difficult and due to which breathing is also not possible. One thing also be noted that due to this problem we are not able to go outside also as streets are filled with sewer water being discharged on the streets. In this regard complaints have been made but no action has been taken for cleaning the sewer lines.

                            I am anu and i am resident in Pocket -4 EDS DDA mix housing complex new kondli, Mayaur Vihar -3 delhi 110096 . Sir from the last week (july week one 2018) their is no proper water supply water their is not timing to water supply.
                            Without any circular they stooped the water supply.

                            basic problem is this supply of water in another pocket is good. I had alredy complend on custmer care no . but till noe we have any any solution.

                              Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we found a bill dated 06-July 2018 amounting to Rs.1536/- (for the period from 14-May-18 to 06th July 2018 with 7KL consumption) due for payment on 23July 2018.

                              The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading is shocking to me as we have 4 persons always present...

And Delhi Jal board office regarding a sever chocked issue in J block 1400 street.From the last 2 months their is not a single action has been taken towards my complaint.Children can't play in the street or park because of gutter water logging in the street.Many people suffering from disease cause of this dirty water.According to my each & every complaint action has been taken according to Kuldeep (je of Delhi Jal board )But I want to bring you in notice that not a single person visit in our street to at least visit for my problem.Without any action they are closing my complaint with satisfaction.2 Residents has already well their house and shifted to another street in jahangir Puri only because of this issue.Many other planning for the same.Is their any way to solve this issue or I have to sell my house too.

                                One of the water supply pipeline seems to have broken which is causing a a large amount of water being wasted out of the pot hole on the roads since last 3 days.
                                Several calls have been made in the customer care no but there has been no action..

                                  We are not getting water supply in our building. Kindly look it and your favourable immediate action for solving our water problem will be highly appreciated. Our staff is in great trouble. We cannot afford tanker. We are getting bill on regular basis and paying it. Kindly tell us when you are going to solve our problem. We are unable to wash our hand. In 21 st century without water how can we live that too in industrial area.

                                    Delhi jal board from narela office employee came to my home at krishan vihar for measuring home area, he was used very dirty and insulting words when talk to my mother. So i want complaint his misbehaviour, i dont know his name but he was visited on my home on dated 20/07/2018 please take a seriously action agaist this complaint, why he was saying this

                                      Dear Sir, We KNO : [protected] have been utilising DJB services and paying bills regularly for last 19 yrs at the same location.
                                      our consumption has been around 13-15 KL per month for nearly last 2 decades.The average billing had been Rs 350-400 per month.

                                      Our last Bill is showing consumption of 37 kilo litres for last 2 months.
                                      This time BILLING is Rs 2464. which bemused us.

                                      There was no leakage or any visible problem in supply .
                                      Kindly audit and check everything and make suitable amendment / corrections.
