The position of water supply has been deteriorating with each passing day. The supply of water in our area is highly irregular and erratic. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 10 days which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. For the last so many months we are getting fail smelling, terribly dirty tasteless water and it keeps happening of and on. So many times i have rung up to edmc regarding the complaint in the beginning once or twice people came with tubes tested it but nothing happened, no they write down the complaint give number but nothing happens i am surprised...

We live in wazirpur village in this area we complain about this dirty drinking water which is black in clour and lack of smell before 3 weeks.
video also attached in this complain. and sometimes water is not coming properly and when water came it becomes very dirty which is unhealty for us.

Due to diversion 2400mm dia sewer line of Delhi Jal Board in to 1200mm dia PWD storm water drain near BJP office at DDU Marg heavy water logging observed under Minto bridge, near Kali Mandir at DDU Marg and infront of BJP office at DDU Marg. DJB is required to restore its 2400mm dia line immediately so that problem can be resolved. This may be treated as most urgent....

Our K.No.[protected], we are only 2 people at my flat, we have only 500 ltrs water tank. we are facing water problems at this area since about 8 months. 20 j kltrs are free in a month. I had paid Rs.250, the last bill received upto 05.10.2012. No person come to see meter reading but still showing online the arrear of Rs. 680.00 . I request you to kindly relief this amount or send us the details of arrear at the earliest....

There is no proper water supply for the last two months in Street No 1, Govindpuri Extension, Kalka Ji. The water supply has not been restored causing undue hardship to the residents of this area who are living on the street (residents living between 1775 /1 to 1775/6 ) as any water released is pumped by heavy motors installed by the residents who are living in front row depriving us of getting any water.

This is regarding Delhi Jal Board's two bills for meter under K. No.[protected] & K No.[protected]. I hv received these two bills with PMR/Status as STP for Rs.14913/- and Rs.16736/- respectively. All of the sudden receiving of bills from Delhi Jal Board for inflated figure and more over status is showing STP, how a person working in small private company to pay and on what basis DJB has raised the above bills.

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in front of RZH -624 Gali No.16, Palam colony Raj Nagar Part 2, Delhi-110077 .No any action taken by Delhi Jal Board on my complaint. So please disconnect the above noted connection and take the action against the J.E. and who allowed of this above noted unauthorized and illegal water connection.

Hi, This is correct KNO no, but from some days we are getting bill with other KNO with high amount ...already we inform DJB people but again and again they are sending bill with increase amount please remove this new KNO, we never apply for this ... As we have proper documents file and bills for KNO-[protected]

Hi I am submitting this complaint against Delhi Jal Board water support in our area. I am from Garhwali Colony, Mehrauli New Delhi 110030. Valve men are not doing their job properly. Every day they are supplying water in kishan garh area(bcz it's JAAT area) they threat them so valve men give supply everyday and main pipe line too but in garhwal colony they supply water once in week. Earlier the timing of supply was like after two days. But...

No supply and late timings of water supply is an ongoing problem in multani mohalla Ranibagh.. can somebody tell when this problem will be resolved.. this time I want a proper response to my mail Id. And want strict action to be taken.. Else my depression towards this issue will lead to cost of my life.. and I will blame Delhi jal board for it straight away....

On 28th september 2015 received inflated bill of inr 5456/- as arrears. Fearing disconnection the bill was promptly paid.
Since i fall in the free water consumption limit i paid an excess amount of inr 5052/-.
From sept. 2015 till date my water bill reflects an amount of minus inr 5052/-.
I receive sms'es from djb that stating "that no payment required against kno[protected]".
I have already registered a complaint...

Dear Sir/Mam,
This time I want somebody to take it on serious notice why their is irregular supply of water in multani mohalla Ranibagh. Above all unwanted time supply at 4:30am in morning only that too not fixed.. whole night goes just to check the supply of water.. How some body can work in this situation. Can somebody sensible understand this..Despite of Complaint lot many times, only one thing told that their is proper supply.....

Sir i want to say that now a days pipelines are provided in every village or town of delhi but in hiran kudna village we found a discrimination.As you know that in graveyard we dont need pipelines but still pipelines are provided there which is outside of our village but in camp side area at najafgarh road i m asking you to provide pipelines because there are many people who lives on that road on rent and they also need fresh water to drink.So...
