Dear jal board team,
We want to keep in your notice that water leaked out of water supply pipes located within q pocket park. The water leaks badly. This might turn into falling of big trees of the park might cause accident. And resulting ceiling of all q pocket buildings (Q182, q184, q185 & q103) in which 150 people are residing.

We pocket q residents request you to please address this issue immediately and resolve this issue.

I m complaining about a person who is using water plant unnecessary without using license and he is using 2 summer siver for water suppling n ppl sacrificing for the water bcoz they did not get a water in their summer siver. So they face a so many problms and he is putting his plant on a 2 floor... And he is using a salt water for suppling n using ro for refining the water m complaining about this so many times but no one can take a action on this... And the place wher the plant is located the adress is... G -80 gali no -10 rajapuri uttam nagar new delhi -110059 so, i m requesting u that u can take action as soon as possible. I hope u are taking my request very srsly... Thank you!!!

Sewer line in Gali No-1, Pradhan marg, Noirankari colony, is blocked since day before yesterday, water is coming back to kitchen and wash room, complaint registered yesterday to 1916, Compliant number[protected],

Hi,

I am resident of Bank colony Delhi 93 and there are lot of summer sewer is being used by people illegally.

They are even the main road for the boring.

Sir, i am resident in bc block east, house no. 143/a shalimar bagh, delhi 110088.
We need your immediate attention as we have been getting very dirty and smelling water for last few day, which has made our life miserable. This has really made our life hell and it would cause lot of problem for the people staying in this block like diarrhea, stomach pain and other diseases.
Also, this dirty water supply actually makes lot of water waste everyday which we all are concerned as no one cant use such dirty and smelling water.
Please do take immediate action on this serious problem

I have not reading any of the 6 months or any other reading of the bill, or he has no money in the 6 months of the bill or any other bill without reading it.

We are looking forward your attention in gali no 4, block - a, west sant nagar, near mutooth finance, burari, delhi-110084, in which water pipe line has been break down. For that reason people got dirty/ smelling drinking water. It would cause raise daria, stomach pain and other diseases.

This is just to inform you that their are so many illegal water connection and people are in liberty to take water connection by bribing your local je/ze what ever you call ed. All this is happing in prem nagar area under anand parbat police station. Mainly in gali no 19, 20, 21. I have complaint tothe higher authority and even complaint to your jhandewalan office but no result. Through this medium iwant you to pl look at the matter urgently and save the money/water going to the wrong hands. Hoping to do the best and at your earliest.

My new kno is [protected], my bill is been generated will any random dates 73 days, 85 days that too comes to less then 20000 leters per month.

For other people its a monthly billing.

What kind of billing is this, is this a systematic regularised government organization or its simply some kirana store whose sharing the bill.

Idealy my consumption of any given month is less then 20000 lt hence my bill should be zero.

Hence would request you to generate a new bill with a monthly calculation which should ideally of a nill value.

Hope a quick resolution.

Sir. My neighbour lives on rent and waste more than 1000 litre water daily. Many residents have warned the family but they dont listen to anyone. Delhi is already facing water crisis. For the last several months there is heavy water leakage from main pipe line of filtered water out side between agrasen apartments and shivalik apartments on drain. I use to go their on morning walk every day. The department has tried to stop the leakage by raping the damaged portion with some polythene and cycle tube but they could not succeed. The water leaking from pipe line directly drain out from existing drain.

We have been using temporary pipeline for water supply because djb has not provided installation of water connection from past 4 months.

As there is civil digging work carried out at our locality for other consumer.

Request you to allow us to install permanent pipeline, the cost of pipes will be borne by us, its just your consent is required to include our installation along with current on going digging civil work.

I am a resident of sector E pocket 2 Vasant Kunj. A number of water tanks in the colony (number 46, as well as other tanks on the same terrace, for houses in the same building) are without ball corks. As a result their inlets pull in huge amounts of communal water, leading to artificial scarcity for others. They also overflow HUGELY, leading to continuous wastage of water. The overflowing water also settles on the terrace and on the road, which poses a threat of the spread of diseases like dengue. Please address this issue as soon as possible!

Several times i have send complaint letter to the delhi jal board office,
They acknowledged the same but still we don't receive bills till date.

I, the resident of residence no 522, type-ii, sector-1, rk puram would like to inform you that there is some blockage in pipelines behind our building which creates too smell and we are not in position to stay there because of the same. We have already been approached delhi jal bd but no body came to see at the place and what is the worst situation going on. At first we lodged complaint in cpwd, they said to contact delhi jal board. This happened since 3/ 4 day ago. If this situation is constantly going on for 3/ 4 day in this season then the place will be the heaven of mosquito and more insects. Hence i request you to do needful to relie[censored]s from this burden.

We are staying in amar colony lajpat nagar... And their is a continuous problem of irregular timings of water.. It always comes late at night sometime 2 am sometime 3 am sometime 4... We spend whole night waking up to check water...

Bhuran pana khera kalan, sanjay rana's house. Their water tank doesn't have any system to stop water from overflowing. Every time the fresh water supply comes for whatever time period, water from their tank overflows and goes waste onto the streets.
And there are many such houses with water tanks overflowing while fresh water supply comes in this village.
Kindly see to the issue that people have proper system for the water tanks and there is no wastage.

Just beside my office situated in bhera enclave lsc market paschim vihar new delhi-110087.Their is a heavy over flow of sewere that causes smell of toilet and other things.Customers coming in my office are not satisfied. Please take that seriously and take the appropriate action.

Subject - applied for new connection but after 3 months process will not completed

In the service, djb (Saket) official and the concerned office of delhi government requested for the new connection date-11/4/2018. I submitted all important documents.
I only received arn - number[protected] for status tracking.
Djb said again after few days, we send sms for new connection bill/charge.

But till date i have not received any msg.
I went several times to djb saket office, they said repeatedly we send msm with in 2 days, 3days or 1week.

Almost three months passed, process goes very slowly, my problem not taken seriously till date.

I requested please take some necessary action regarded this problem as soon as possible.
