We submitt all charges and bills to start a new connection as on 20.02.2018, the meter is installed but there is no water supply. We complained on Nangloi complaint Number many times but there is no action against our complaint.They also gave their Supervisor and JE'S numbers but they didn't pick the call So, its an humble request plz start my water supply as soon as possible.

I am the resident of g block, radha krishna marg, karawal nagar, delhi - 110094.
From last 30 days, polluted water is supplied in our colony. The water is tasteless, dirty in smell and black in colour. This water are spoilling our health and we are facing a lot of difficulties from this.
We are unable to use this water in cooking and drinking also.

We expect that you understand our problem and try to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Total water scarce in shadipur (Nandlal, ration wali gali) since two days and no one knows when the problem will be resolved...
Pipes embedded under the subsurface are mixed up with sewer water and no one cares about this pathetic condition...
There is no space for small vehicles to move out in the street as well..
Timing of water is not for humans i. E 2:45am in the morning which disturbs your chronological cycle...

The habitants of a block, budh nagar, inder puri are suffering because of scarcity of water in their area for a very long time. Despite number of requests and reminders the water supply has not resumed. People are buying water for drinking and all the basic needs for past two months. The condition is very critical. Immediate intervention by your team in the matter would be highly appreciated.

Sir, from past 20 days the water supply in our colony is adverse. Water has a bad smell and taste. We r not able to use this water for cooking and drinking purpose.. Sir we face lot of difficulty and if this condition of water continues. This leads many health problems.. I hope u will understand and do the needfull and supply the clean water for use.

We are resident of new layal pur extension, located in krishna nagar, under jagatpuri police station. Delhi - 110051

We have been receiving sewer water mix supply from the last 6 days it is very difficult to survive with dirty water.

But no response has been taken as yet. My two small kids. Water is essential for every one. I have no financial position to buy the water. Please look into matter and take the appropriate action on urgent basis.

This might turn into falling of big trees of the park might cause accident. And resulting ceiling of all q pocket buildings (Q182, q184, q185 & q103) in which 150 people are residing.

I m complaining about a person who is using water plant unnecessary without using license and he is using 2 summer siver for water suppling n ppl sacrificing for the water bcoz they did not get a water in their summer siver. So they face a so many problms and he is putting his plant on a 2 floor... And he is using a salt water for suppling n using ro for refining the water m complaining about this so many times but no one can take a action on this... And the place wher the plant is located the adress is... G -80 gali no -10 rajapuri uttam nagar new delhi -110059 so, i m requesting u that u can take action as soon as possible. Hi,

I am resident of Bank colony Delhi 93 and there are lot of summer sewer is being used by people illegally.

They are even the main road for the boring.

Sir, i am resident in bc block east, house no. 143/a shalimar bagh, delhi 110088.
We need your immediate attention as we have been getting very dirty and smelling water for last few day, which has made our life miserable. This has really made our life hell and it would cause lot of problem for the people staying in this block like diarrhea, stomach pain and other diseases.
Also, this dirty water supply actually makes lot of water waste everyday which we all are concerned as no one cant use such dirty and smelling water.
Please do take immediate action on this serious problem

We are looking forward your attention in gali no 4, block - a, west sant nagar, near mutooth finance, burari, delhi-110084, in which water pipe line has been break down. For that reason people got dirty/ smelling drinking water. It would cause raise daria, stomach pain and other diseases.

All this is happing in prem nagar area under anand parbat police station. Mainly in gali no 19, 20, 21. I have complaint tothe higher authority and even complaint to your jhandewalan office but no result. Through this medium iwant you to pl look at the matter urgently and save the money/water going to the wrong hands. Hoping to do the best and at your earliest.

My new kno is [protected], my bill is been generated will any random dates 73 days, 85 days that too comes to less then 20000 leters per month.

For other people its a monthly billing.

What kind of billing is this, is this a systematic regularised government organization or its simply some kirana store whose sharing the bill.

Idealy my consumption of any given month is less then 20000 lt hence my bill should be zero.

Hence would request you to generate a new bill with a monthly calculation which should ideally of a nill value.

Hope a quick resolution.

For the last several months there is heavy water leakage from main pipe line of filtered water out side between agrasen apartments and shivalik apartments on drain. I use to go their on morning walk every day. The department has tried to stop the leakage by raping the damaged portion with some polythene and cycle tube but they could not succeed. The water leaking from pipe line directly drain out from existing drain.
