Hi I am submitting this complaint against Delhi Jal Board water support in our area. I am from Garhwali Colony, Mehrauli New Delhi 110030. Valve men are not doing their job properly. Every day they are supplying water in kishan garh area(bcz it's JAAT area) they threat them so valve men give supply everyday and main pipe line too but in garhwal colony they supply water once in week. Earlier the timing of supply was like after two days. But now it's increase to one week How people will survive.

    No supply and late timings of water supply is an ongoing problem in multani mohalla Ranibagh.. can somebody tell when this problem will be resolved.. this time I want a proper response to my mail Id. And want strict action to be taken.. Else my depression towards this issue will lead to cost of my life.. and I will blame Delhi jal board for it straight away.

    We are receiving extremely polluted water (water mixed with sewer) for the past one year. We have complained many times at the local Delhi Jal Board ofiice, but nothing has been done so far. We have fallen sick so many times, because of polluted water

      On 28th september 2015 received inflated bill of inr 5456/- as arrears. Fearing disconnection the bill was promptly paid.
      Since i fall in the free water consumption limit i paid an excess amount of inr 5052/-.
      From sept. 2015 till date my water bill reflects an amount of minus inr 5052/-.
      I receive sms'es from djb that stating "that no payment required against kno[protected]".
      I have already registered a complaint with mr. Sharma, mobile no. [protected] for a refund as well as written complaint with supporting documents with zro (Sw)-ii, vasant kunj, diary no.: 5203, dated 25th oct. 2017.
      I as a senior citizen, have made several visits personally to djb office, vasant kunj also called up mr. Sharma innumerable times. Till date i have not received a positive response leave alone a refund of my excess payment.
      On the contrary i have received negative response from mr. Sharma that "djb does not refund any excess amount paid".
      I humbly request you to look into the matter for expediting the excess amount paid by mistake at the earliest.

        Dear Sir/Mam,
        This time I want somebody to take it on serious notice why their is irregular supply of water in multani mohalla Ranibagh. Above all unwanted time supply at 4:30am in morning only that too not fixed.. whole night goes just to check the supply of water.. How some body can work in this situation. Can somebody sensible understand this..Despite of Complaint lot many times, only one thing told that their is proper supply.. why their is a problem only in this region.. Despite of giving intolerant answer to Delhi jal board and local officer interaction done various times..but no body is listening.. This is really pathetic.. Can some body listen to the Complaint seriously.. One of my family member has gone into depression because of this.my mother is senior citizen and her health is not good.due to water supply issues we are facing lot many problems.our life is completely disturbed. We can't even take proper sleep because of improper supply of water. And my mother health is going very low..I want a strict action to be taken..

          Sir we are two old people living in this house .My age is 70 and that of my mother is 93 years. Yesterday I received bill from your department which is on very higher side .It is highest in last 40 years .It is 3390.Sir can two old people consume water of this amount ? If you take average of last 12 months bill paid by us it is around 1000 rupees .So there is certainly some error .Please extend all possible help to two senior citizen .We are paying bills regularly so there are no previous dues in bill .Please help .Thank you

            Sir i want to say that now a days pipelines are provided in every village or town of delhi but in hiran kudna village we found a discrimination.As you know that in graveyard we dont need pipelines but still pipelines are provided there which is outside of our village but in camp side area at najafgarh road i m asking you to provide pipelines because there are many people who lives on that road on rent and they also need fresh water to drink.So i request you to kindly pay attention on thi matter and i hope you will take some action so that pipelines can also be provided in that area

              Sir I have received bill for Rs3390.This is highest in last 40 years .We are two old people living here .My age is 70 and that of my mother is 93.Sir can we consume water as mentioned in the bill ? There are no arrears as we pay regularly .My KNO is[protected].Kindly look in to the matter and oblige .As directed we will pay the bill in a day or two .But please look in to the matter and adjust the excess amount in future bill .Sir if you take even average of last one year of paid bills then it will be around Rs1000 .So certainly there is error .

                  I am recently move here, There is a daily wastage of water from his tank overflow I am seeing him from last 3 months they waste water daily . But today they cross the limits he is wating the water 02:00 am to 9 am its more than 7 hours and he is still wasting. (His tank is overflow backside of Main Gate), I am talking about this but they don't have to listen anybody.
                  Please kindly take some strict actions about them . Water is for everyone not only for him..

                          There is wastage of water being witnessed almost on alternate day basis. This is corner shop ie a Beauty Parlour in CSC Market, Akshardham Apartments, Pocket 3, Sector 19, Dwarka.Name of shop owner is Satish Kumar. This is seen earlier also but situation is same for last many months.He left his motor on while going home and every day his tank starts overflowing.

                              Meter reading (KNO:[protected]) as on 05.07.2018 was found to be 775, picture of which is attached herewith. As such the bills dated[protected] and[protected] with meter reading of 800 and 850 respectively has been prepared incorrectly.

                              This anomaly was brought to the notice of the competent person at your office on 05.07.2018 in person. It transpired that those bills was prepared erroneously and the concerned official asked for written application to regularize the position.

                              As such the application/complaint is submitted herewith in writing for doing the needful at your end.

Nothing has been done.The sewer pipe is old and need replacement with larger diameter .There is back flow of sewer in our driway.

                                    I am a resident of east delhi. As the supply of water is proper here, residents don't care about what is their actual need of water and every morning and evening they do switch on their motors and do not later switch off it after the water tank is full, thus resulting in wastage of hundreds of liters of drinking water everyday. I request you to take stringent action against such residents and impose a heavy penalty of rs. 500/- per day on receipt of such complaint from any person against such careless residents and non supply of water to the entire colony the next full day. As we all know about the scarcity of water and its value for the living things in this world, i request you to please take my complaint seriously and take a stern action against such residents.

                                      Respected sir/ maam

                                      I am resident of sector -23 gurgaon, haryana. Through this website i would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities on water wastage in my area.

                                      A lot of water is wasted in my area everyday due to overflowing water tanks in every next house. It is quite disturbing to look at overflowing water tank every morning and evening. We did inform our neighbours about it but i think my voice falls on deaf ears. Since water is such a precious resource, it should be used judiously. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and help to stop the wastage of water.
                                      A suggestion from my side is that everyone should fix automatic water motor or bell to turn off the water motor when it's full

                                        My djb meter k no :[protected] in the name of ms. Pritam kaur
                                        The meter was changed some time in march.
                                        After that the bills have gone up by 3-4 times.
                                        My bill for the period 20th april to 8th june 2018 is around 4699/-
                                        Other residents in my colony are also facing the same problem
                                        Repeated complaints to djb heed no response
