    Meter reading (KNO:[protected]) as on 05.07.2018 was found to be 775, picture of which is attached herewith. As such the bills dated[protected] and[protected] with meter reading of 800 and 850 respectively has been prepared incorrectly.

    This anomaly was brought to the notice of the competent person at your office on 05.07.2018 in person. It transpired that those bills was prepared erroneously and the concerned official asked for written application to regularize the position.

    As such the application/complaint is submitted herewith in writing for doing the needful at your end.
    Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Sewer behind A13 friends colony east remains blocked every month.Several complaints have been made including complaint reg.No:gnctd/e/2018/03416. Nothing has been done.The sewer pipe is old and need replacement with larger diameter .There is back flow of sewer in our driway.
    Kindly look into the matter.

      Myself Nandlal Sharma would like to inform you that i am resident of T-321/7-A 3rd floor baljeet nagar New Delhi 110008, my water meter has been stolen on 19 June 2018 at around 11:00 Am . It was installed on the ground floor as I resides in 3rd floor, My water connection no. is [protected].I have already lodge an online FIR to Delhi Police FIR No (SO No: 430/2014) dated 06/07/18.
      Kindly file my complaint so that i could installed a new water meter. and please send my complain no in my mob [protected]

        My bill no.[protected] after pay bill of march is 2054 rs. And again only one month bill 1 may 18 to 4 july 18 rs. 2201
        Without reading. First time bill i think 6 month bill rupees add on march billing but again see extra charge add on one month bill.. Also requested to go through the previous bills and make required adjustments as per actual meyer reading.. Not even ur thinking that uses of water highly. And pay extra money to add billing

          I am a resident of east delhi. As the supply of water is proper here, residents don't care about what is their actual need of water and every morning and evening they do switch on their motors and do not later switch off it after the water tank is full, thus resulting in wastage of hundreds of liters of drinking water everyday. I request you to take stringent action against such residents and impose a heavy penalty of rs. 500/- per day on receipt of such complaint from any person against such careless residents and non supply of water to the entire colony the next full day. As we all know about the scarcity of water and its value for the living things in this world, i request you to please take my complaint seriously and take a stern action against such residents.

            Respected sir/ maam

            I am resident of sector -23 gurgaon, haryana. Through this website i would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities on water wastage in my area.

            A lot of water is wasted in my area everyday due to overflowing water tanks in every next house. It is quite disturbing to look at overflowing water tank every morning and evening. We did inform our neighbours about it but i think my voice falls on deaf ears. Since water is such a precious resource, it should be used judiously. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and help to stop the wastage of water.
            A suggestion from my side is that everyone should fix automatic water motor or bell to turn off the water motor when it's full

            Please look at the matter as earliest as possible

              My djb meter k no :[protected] in the name of ms. Pritam kaur
              The meter was changed some time in march.
              After that the bills have gone up by 3-4 times.
              My bill for the period 20th april to 8th june 2018 is around 4699/-
              Other residents in my colony are also facing the same problem
              Repeated complaints to djb heed no response

                Sir,
                This is to inform you that sewer line is being laid in our area (H3 block of bengali colony mahavir enclave) by djb. I am facing some problem regarding the construction of manhole which is being constructed in front of my main door of my house without keeping a proper distance. The main sewer outlet of my house falls on other lane (West side) and so does my opposite building's sewer outlet. Hence there is no requirement of any manhole infront of my house. About this i had conveyed my problem to the concerned officials of djb and officials of our honourable mla yesterday. They visited the site yesterday and assured me that the manhole would be shifted but today i was informed by a labour that they have been instructed to construct the manhole infront of my house. Sir i have strong objection to this and hence would request you to look into this matter immediately and resolve this issue.

                    I have paid delhi jal board water bill on 16/11/2017 vide bill id[protected] K. No. [protected] having bill amount rs. 2953 by online through paytm. After that water bill id[protected] K. No. [protected] shown rs. 1396.88 as arrear that was wrong. There should not be arreared shown as previous bill i had already paid. I had complaint about that. Now recently bill id[protected] K.no. [protected]
                    shown bill amount rs.6513 with arrear. When I have already paid my previous bill so there is no question arise for arrears. This is very negligent & harassing act of DJB. Kindly necessary correction/rectification be made in this bill immediately otherwise I will take legal step for that.

                        I have received drinking water bill id:[protected], bill date: 22- june - 2018, for my house, for the period,[protected] to[protected], amounting to rs.554/- to be paid by[protected], which is totally wrong. This is to inform you that on 24-04 — 2018 i have received a sms from your office to pay rs.873/- when i approached our area meter reader prem singh and zro sh. Bhardwaj and made a complaint on phone, it was found wrong bill. Then i had received a sms on[protected], that i need not to pay any amount, because the bill raised in my name was totally wrong. Now again, i have received a wrong bill, its details mentioned as above. This is for your information that we are two persons residing in our house, myself & my wife, our water consumption has never gone more than 20000 ltrs. If check the record, i request you to kindly revise it while considering last consumption details. Being senior citizen i request you to save me from any harassment. Thanks.

                          This is to inform that there is an illegal water connection taken at b136 mansa ram opp. Mohan garden new delhi -110059. I have lodged telephonic complain vide complaint no. 2451. I have also taken so many follow ups in this regard. But there is no action taken yet. This house is disputed and under judicial process. So pls. Take necessary action.

                              My jal board meter is not working properly. On 24.6.18 the meter reading was 474 but on the very next day ie. On 25.6.18 it turned 1475 and immediately i contacted jal board employee mr. Shishpal mob no.[protected] and he told after inspecting that it is technical fault and within 48 hour it will be sought out departmental. On 28.6.18 i contacted mr. Shispal but he did not respons properly.
                              Therefore i am making this complaint to get change my meter immediately.

                                I (Satyam pandey) living in sunder block shakarpur 110092.
                                Complained two time regarding dirty water by call on 1916., but still we are getting proper sewer water in evening full time 6 to 9.
                                I have complain no too and that is [protected] and 2nd one is[protected].
                                If you people really not going to deal with it. I surely going to upper department with the people in colony and try my best to make an action against the responsible ones. So please dont force me to that.

                                  I am senior citizen, resident of 25/4, iiird floor, old rajinder nagar, new delhi for the last 20 years but since last 4 months we are not getting proper water supply and no water supply for the last 15 days (Getting water for 10 minutes in the morning). We are in depression due to water problem.
                                  We have been repeatedly complaining regarding no supply due to vey low pressure of water in the main pipe line of our lane.
                                  We request the concerned authorities to pls solve our problem and get the main pipe line checked / or slope adjustment or make arrangement to replace / connect the main pipe line to some other good pressure water supplying pipe line.

                                      This is to bring your kind attention to the irregular water supply to my home h. No.666/1, chirag delhi, south delhi, new delhi - 110017.

                                      We are not getting proprer water supply from past 1-2 months and if the water comes at time it is yellow and gutter smell comes from the water.

                                      Please look into this matter and do the needful as we are facing too much problems.
