This is really regretful to inform that we are getting cluttered and dirty and bad smell as well it seems like we are getting
Sewage water since last 15-20 days by the delhi jal board water supply. As you must be aware that this is the basic necessity so where do we go. Nobody is their who cares about health and safety issues of the consumer. Even i suffered from allergy due to usage of poor water. This really causes huge inconvenience i request you to kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

    Delhi jal board — regarding dirty and smelly water coming in our area kakrola old palam road
    We are facing this issur from past one year water is very smelly it seems gutter water.. We cant evn utilize tht water for plantation... No bidy can evn stand near by water when water is flowing... No cloth washing. Even my watervtank got smelled in to it

      This is regarding complaint no.[protected] in the name of om prakash goyal
      I have registered a complaint on 25 sep 2017 that the sewage in front of my house has been overflowing since many days. They assured me that my complaint has been resolved within 24 hours.
      Then again on 5th oct 2017 i have called them again and they asked me to wait again for next 24 hours. But till now no action has been taken.

        K NO.[protected] In the name oF VIKAS KHANNA has received the bill for 252 days which is not justified, i request you to please sent your executive to check it and raise the bills accordingly. in the month of Jan 2017 i received the bill amount 0.0 and after that i received the bill of rs.3625.00 ( May 2017 PAID)and than we received a billl of Rs.1264.00( July2017 Pro Data Base ) and than this bill of Rs.11921.00 (Sep 2017). i am not receiving the bills regularly on time and on calls i dont get an appropriate answer.

        kindly look into the matter and solve it asap. i have also placed an online complaint on 05.10.17 but not got any reply on it. .please solve the issue so can i do the payment.

          Dear all,

          Repeatedly wrong bills are sent to me. Bill no[protected] dt 23.7.17 was raised for 38 liters consumption for 57 days period from 4th may to 29th june instead of 60 days period. Similarly bill no[protected] dt. 15.9 17 was raised for 45 liter consumption for 66 days period from 29th june to 2nd sept 17. Kindly cancel both of these bills and and send correct bill for 60 days consumption period. Also, meter seems to be running fast since in the first bill from 6th may 2016 to 24th feb 17 i. E for 294 days period, consumption was only 158 units.

              My k no. Is [protected] in the name of ajeet kaur. Bill is being raised with e duly code mloc. I am unable to understand that three meters i. E. Meter for ground floor 1st floor and 2nd floor is installed on same place. Actual bill is being raised for grouind floor and 1st floor whereas bill for second floor is with mloc,
              Please check your record. If the meter is not working then who is responsible for changing or set it right. Is it not duty of delhi jal board to look into it.

                The water supply has not been used for more than a year after my parents' demise and yet a bill of rs. 14500/ app. Has been sent. Kindly look into the matter and rectify.

                My parents were earlier living here and absolutely regular with payments. After delhi government's orders, the charges for the past one year should have been zero per month.

                  A large scale illegal constructions ongoing in the colony. Builders are taking 9 to 10 connection's separately but do not construct reservoir. Presently at z24, z31 z 18, z59, z60 and other locations this mandatory norm is not followed. At z 22, z23 z37 z39, z40 where presently illegal constructions no ugr norm followed and officials of delhi jal boardare giving illegally connections and hence manipulation and corruption. Please take necessary actions and order vigilance enquiry.

                  Water is like sewer, black and very foul smell. Not even worth touching.

                  Water supply is from Delhi Jal Board.

                  Locality: DDA Flats (RPS), Mansarover Park, Shahdara, Delhi 110032

                  This problem is not new. This has become a practice now. Dirty water comes after every few days and leads to lots of diseases.

                  Many people have fallen ill in past few days because of contaminated water.

                  Root cause of the problem should be identified as to how the water gets contaminated.
                  Water is like sewer, black and very foul smell. Not even worth touching.

                  Water supply is from Delhi Jal Board.

                  i am Ram Dayal and i want to say that my water bill which show 190 units in just 22 days[protected] to[protected] and make the bill of Rs.4681 sir how it is possible its a residential building and our past consumption is also less about 12-18 units in 2 months. please sir solve my this issue of wrong billing

                    Water shortage from 4 days, and 4 days in last week due to lockage of checkwall. No strict action is taken against the complaint until we have to go to djb office and after the opening the lockage no water is provided on time. We went to the djb officer he opened the lock and after 30min he stopped water again said that from some issues we stop the water flowage and the blockage isn't resolved till 4 days.
                    If you don't estimate the matter we led to go to the cm.
                    I hope you will consider the matter and take proper actions to provide relief from this problem.

                        On 30-june-2016 u sent a bill with meter status 671/ok. Whereas, on 26-sep-2017, the bill sent had mloc as the meter status and an average amount of rs. 2419 but the current reading is 730 units. According to delhi govt 700l water per day is free, so why are you not waivering the bill.

                          Subject: complaint regarding dirty and smelly water coming in our area chauhan bangar, new seelampur, delhi-110053.

                          I applicant raza ahmed s/o habib ur rehman resident of h. No c-228/14 a, street no 10, chauhan bangar, near bilal masjid, new seelampur, delhi-110053. Dirty and smelly water is coming from many days in our area chauhan bangar and in other streets attach with it. This water cannot be used in any form. If somebody drinks that water unintentionally then his/her health may be spoil and may be died also. We people are extremely in trouble due to this problem. Dirty and smelly water is coming every time continously. When this problem started then i continously giving information to respective authorities about this problem. And i send a complaint regarding this to chief engineer of delhi jal board, superintendent engineer of delhi jal board, indian consumer forum, and chief minister of delhi on 29/08/2017, 5/09/2017. But i didn’t get any response and water problem is not corrected. Jal board officials do visits and only inquired about the problem, but no action they take about correcting the problem.
                          They only give assurance to us. And they don’t do anything about correcting problem. And our problem getting bitter and bitter instead of getting corrected. People are forced to drink underground (Boring water) and dirty water. We people are very much in trouble due to this problem. Any disease may be spread due to this drinking of dirty, smelly and underground water. If any disease would spread due to this then delhi jal board would be responsible for it. So we are compelled to do complaint. Kindly look after our problem and do correct it as soon as possible. I would be very grateful to you.

                            First of all please notice i am paying my water dues consistently on month to month basis but on nov.2016 i got a bill amount of 6262 although in a whole month i had paid my billing amount which is showing in your bill in paid month bill colum :-

                            Please take a note as i am a renter of this said connection since july 2014 and paid the water amount 1198 rs on 14.07.015 due to no water bill received on my address and after then the bill i have received is 0 rs, amount and in 2016 year as you see the detail also total 5 times i have received my bill and the same i have paid to delhi jal board consistently basis but i have surprised and shocked when on nov.2016 i have received a bill of amount 6226 and after the customer care inquiry i came to know that the bill reading is wrongly noted by the reading noted.
                            Now the question is - can a person take 5 times wrong bill and generate the same on the system else the authority person doing some wrong activity on my bill.
                            Some of logical fact based on your generated bill is as under :-

                            Surprisingly received a huge amount of bill which is 7111.

                            My humble request you to please see the case and provide the correct bill only if it is belong to past then please take a strict action against the meter reading person that how he took wrong bill detail and pass to authority because due to this i am liable to pay such a huge amount.
                            Request you to please cross check and provide me the justice.

                              Hi sir
                              We have not received our water bill for few months and now all of a sudden we have received message online that our due amount is 5180. We are shocked now.
                              How come such a big amount has come all of a sudden though we have not received any paperwork bills.

                              I am sure this bill is incorrect. Please check and let us know.

                                    This is my k. No.[protected]. My water bill ma meter lock show kiya hua hai jabki mera water meter running ma hai aur usma 283 reading bhi hai. Maine apne meter reader sa bill ka bara ma baat kari to wo khata hai clerical mistake hai next bill ma thik ho jayagi. Jab mera meter running ma hai to mera bill galat kyo bana hai. Is par aap action jarror kare. Taki mera actual bill ban jaya aur mujhe aaga sa purshani na ho saka. Mera pass reading ki photo bhi hai.

                                      Dear sir with reference to kno [protected] in the name of suraj mani nautiyal which was installed in 1989-90 i would like to put forth the sequence of events that the kno is domestic and was billed accordingly up to 2009 as domestic a category.in 2010 the category was suddenly changed to c-1 and in 2012 category 1a and there after category ii which we don't know from which date. This has been done without any information and justification. We were regularly paying the bill although we have several time visited the office that why our water bill is coming more. We were told that it is semi commercial. We made a written complaint that there is no commercial activity on the water connection and it is solely for domestic use. The department took a survey and confirmed it and changed the category.in the month of may 2017. We have written to the department to please re fund or adjust the extra billing billed and paid by us. We have not paid the bill for want of rectification for extra billing which was of the previous category, since few month. Instead of rectification department has issued a disconnection notice for which this complaint is being forwarded for your honour to issue directive to the concerned department to rectify the wrong billing an either refund the money or adjust in future bill and withdraw the disconnection notice immediately till the issue is sorted out. We expect that justice will be done to us and refund will be given for the wrong billing. Regards anita naudiyal
