There is no water supply in mayur vihar phase 1. Even the water tankers coming to mayur vihar phase 1 are standing at a distance from houses. Residents are facing difficulty in bringing water from those tankers to their houses. I don't understand what the kejriwal government is doing in this regard. It seems mr kejriwal and his team are only concerned about elections and not about the welfare of delhi people. They have time for visiting foreign countries.in such a situation, they have no right to sit in government.

I just shifted to mayur vihar phase 1 and m facing alot of water problem here as there is no water supply since last week.. i dont understand how delhi govt works.. they should think how can people of that area survive without water.. and the water supply is also contaminated.. plz take an action asap.. we are really suffering becoz of it

    Hello, i have receive a bill of rs 13345 for the period nov 2016 - sept 2017 and sept 2017 - oct 2017 an amount of 14327. I live alone with my son here and its nearly impossible that we will be using that much of water. The bill is on the name vinod kumar sharma son of sandev ram sharma and the mr code : 408metro.       Dear sir,
      Kindly check the authenticity of packed water supply in 20 litres in karol bag or any students area. Even water packaging date is not clear and without bill they are providing the water in area.
      So make some hard rules for this that even after losing our amount we can get better water, pure and safe for drinking.
      Kindly randamelly check the retailers shop for this.

        This is almost 14 months over & continuously complaining for poor quality of drinking water. No positive action is taken so far. Due to dirty water it's causing health issues on daily basis. Sewer mix drinking water is coming & it's smells very bad. Why are we compelled for sewer water to drink.

          Dear sir

          I am owner of a1-b, 99b, first floor in krishna apartments, paschim vihar. The flat is locked since quite some time and the meter has been shown as mloc. Though i am shocked to see the meter reading as showing 152 units consumption in the last 6 months, when there is no water usage in the flat as the flat is locked. Hence this seems to be some neighborhood mischief or a serious error. Please correct the same.

            I am a resident of 10 block west patel nagar, new delhi. I am sorry and shocked to see the loss of civilization in area block 10 & 11 as there is a road construction happening outside new site 11 which has given a reason to whole block site 11 & 10 to put illegal connections in water pipe line which is transfer to main lines hence being termed as 24 hours water supply line.
            The construction is happening since 09.10.2017 and continues..

            I request je and police official to form a raid team and do a strict inspection whereby this kind of activity be stopped. Surprisingly the water connection is being drawn through mcd own plumber who are charging from 5000 to 11000 to give a connection which intern is illegal.

              Respected sir/mam

              I am one of the resident of kabir nagar which comes under the shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past some months, which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from street drain. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue...

              We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say we live in delhi...

                Dear sir

                I have complaint again & again but no action or no any reaction by delhi jal
                Board.

                Water supply of in g-37 to g-72 karam pura new delhi -15 ward no -100 two days in week with dirty water.

                We have submit the complaint letter to shiv charan goyal (Mla), he said line checking tender approved but but delhi jal board have no fund rs. Eight lakh.

                Please resolve the issue of water supply and fund give to delhi jal board.

                Attach 20 person singnature complaint letter.

                  We are getting the supply of water in our school named govt. Girls sr. Sec. School rani garden delhi-31 (School id :[protected] containing bad smell and contamination which flows through your sever line to our overhead tank. Sometimes we receive a flow of black water to overhead tank in the morning and evening. The same water is being used by our school children an d staff members. You are requested to please look into the matter and take necessary action immediately so that we may not suffer from serious diseases due to cause of contaminated water.

                    This is really regretful to inform that we are getting cluttered and dirty and bad smell as well it seems like we are getting
                    Sewage water since last 15-20 days by the delhi jal board water supply. As you must be aware that this is the basic necessity so where do we go. Nobody is their who cares about health and safety issues of the consumer. Even i suffered from allergy due to usage of poor water. This really causes huge inconvenience i request you to kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

                      Delhi jal board — regarding dirty and smelly water coming in our area kakrola old palam road
                      We are facing this issur from past one year water is very smelly it seems gutter water.. We cant evn utilize tht water for plantation... No bidy can evn stand near by water when water is flowing... No cloth washing. Even my watervtank got smelled in to it

                        I have registered a complaint on 25 sep 2017 that the sewage in front of my house has been overflowing since many days. They assured me that my complaint has been resolved within 24 hours.
                        Then again on 5th oct 2017 i have called them again and they asked me to wait again for next 24 hours. But till now no action has been taken.

                          K NO.[protected] In the name oF VIKAS KHANNA has received the bill for 252 days which is not justified, i request you to please sent your executive to check it and raise the bills accordingly. in the month of Jan 2017 i received the bill amount 0.0 and after that i received the bill of rs.3625.00 ( May 2017 PAID)and than we received a billl of Rs.1264.00( July2017 Pro Data Base ) and than this bill of Rs.11921.00 (Sep 2017). i am not receiving the bills regularly on time and on calls i dont get an appropriate answer.

                          kindly look into the matter and solve it asap. i have also placed an online complaint on 05.10.17 but not got any reply on it. .please solve the issue so can i do the payment.

                            Dear all,

                            Repeatedly wrong bills are sent to me. Bill no[protected] dt 23.7.17 was raised for 38 liters consumption for 57 days period from 4th may to 29th june instead of 60 days period. Similarly bill no[protected] dt. 15.9 17 was raised for 45 liter consumption for 66 days period from 29th june to 2nd sept 17. Kindly cancel both of these bills and and send correct bill for 60 days consumption period. Also, meter seems to be running fast since in the first bill from 6th may 2016 to 24th feb 17 i. E for 294 days period, consumption was only 158 units.

                                My k no. Is [protected] in the name of ajeet kaur. Bill is being raised with e duly code mloc. I am unable to understand that three meters i. E. Meter for ground floor 1st floor and 2nd floor is installed on same place. Actual bill is being raised for grouind floor and 1st floor whereas bill for second floor is with mloc,
                                Please check your record. If the meter is not working then who is responsible for changing or set it right. Is it not duty of delhi jal board to look into it.

                                  The water supply has not been used for more than a year after my parents' demise and yet a bill of rs. 14500/ app. Has been sent. Kindly look into the matter and rectify.

                                  My parents were earlier living here and absolutely regular with payments. After delhi government's orders, the charges for the past one year should have been zero per month.

                                    A large scale illegal constructions ongoing in the colony. Builders are taking 9 to 10 connection's separately but do not construct reservoir. Presently at z24, z31 z 18, z59, z60 and other locations this mandatory norm is not followed. At z 22, z23 z37 z39, z40 where presently illegal constructions no ugr norm followed and officials of delhi jal boardare giving illegally connections and hence manipulation and corruption. Please take necessary actions and order vigilance enquiry.

                                    Water is like sewer, black and very foul smell. Not even worth touching.

                                    Water supply is from Delhi Jal Board.

                                    Locality: DDA Flats (RPS), Mansarover Park, Shahdara, Delhi 110032

                                    This problem is not new. This has become a practice now. Dirty water comes after every few days and leads to lots of diseases.

                                    Many people have fallen ill in past few days because of contaminated water.

                                    Root cause of the problem should be identified as to how the water gets contaminated.
                                    Water is like sewer, black and very foul smell. Not even worth touching.

                                    Water supply is from Delhi Jal Board.

                                    i am Ram Dayal and i want to say that my water bill which show 190 units in just 22 days[protected] to[protected] and make the bill of Rs.4681 sir how it is possible its a residential building and our past consumption is also less about 12-18 units in 2 months. please sir solve my this issue of wrong billing

                                      Water shortage from 4 days, and 4 days in last week due to lockage of checkwall. No strict action is taken against the complaint until we have to go to djb office and after the opening the lockage no water is provided on time. We went to the djb officer he opened the lock and after 30min he stopped water again said that from some issues we stop the water flowage and the blockage isn't resolved till 4 days.
                                      If you don't estimate the matter we led to go to the cm.
                                      I hope you will consider the matter and take proper actions to provide relief from this problem.
