This is to inform you that we are the residents of d-1 to d-9 block, lalita block, shastri nagar delhi-110052.
The water supplied in our locality is of very bad quality and twice in every week the sewer waterms supplied; and causing serious health issues.
Inspired of our several requests, applications and complaints no appropriate action has been taken by the authorities.
We are facing serious health issues due to bad quality of water supply like jaundice, skin problems etc.
This is very shocking that sewage quality water comes in the area like lalita block, shastri nagar.
I request the concerned authorities to appropriate action as soon as possible.

This is inform you that we are residences in street no. 5, house no. 3107/26 to 3107/37 to suffering lot of problem about damaged of our water pipe line which is effected by sever pipelines and result we are getting waste drinking water every day and also not getting sufficient water last 4-5 years.

So i request your good self to look in to the matter at your earliest possible and safe our health from waste drinking water

I am a resident of we block, rama park road, mohan garden, new delhi -110059, backside of sanjeevani public school. For last couple of weeks, sewer line connected to our colony is complelty choaked and the matter has been brought into notice of the concerned departments as well. Due to the choaking of the sewers, drain water is overflowing on the reads and it has become very difficult to even walk around and causing a bad smell. We are also afraid a lot of epidemic can take place. So, we request you toask the concerned authorities to take action immediately.

This is to inform you that water quality in lajpat nagar 1 d block is very poor.

The quality of water has been deteriorating since past 7 months and now it is causing skin infections regularly to most of the residents.

Request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible as it is causing a lot of trouble.

It is really shocking that the delhi jal board is unable to provide good quality water at even a locality like lajpat nagar.

I am retired army officer and residing at b-39, block-b, moti nagar, new delhi-110015. Also i am running a govt. Registered nursing home at mentioned address. This is my 5th reminder for the depleted / broken sewage line behind my lane, as i had already stated that these lines are very old (Almost 50 years old) and broken sewage junction along with broken sewage pipes keep receding sewage water into soil, due to which i am facing constant seepage of sewage water into basement of my building for the last ten years. Every time i give my complaint, staff of djb comes and superficially cleans the sewage pipes, which is not the permanent solution for the problem. I request higher authority to start the process for changing old pipeline with new wider pipes for the sewage, as in last 50 years the population density had increased many fold.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.

Dear sir,
I just want to confirm that in delhi region borewell connection for water is valid for individuals. Because i have a doubt that in munirka dda area some individuals are using unauthorised coonection of borewell for water. You can check the connection of water at mr. Anil sachdeva, a-15-a, munirka dda flats.

Please take proper action against them.

First of all thank for giving water supply in our hastsal vihary area.

But we are facing big problems due to water supplied. The water supplied to us are mostly so dirty and badly smelled which no one can drink. We are facings the problem since last 2 months.

We are continuously complaining for poor quality of drinking water to delhi jal bord customer care. No positive action is taken so far. Due to dirty water it's causing health issues on daily basis. Sewer mix drinking water is coming & it's smells very bad. Why are we compelled for sewer water to drink.

Please resolve the issue of water supply.

My wife has been requesting for a tanker for the past 5 days as we have had no water.

The call centre gave a name of one joginder ji and he gave another name. Both do not pick up their phones and we have no clue as to whom to approach. It is festival time and without water we are feeling very frustrated. The other person whom we called disconnected his phone while talking.

Is any one listening.

Please refer my earlier complaint no.[protected] dated 23/02/17, which probably has been deleted from your site without taking any appropriate action. You are requested to kindly arrange to retrieve my grievance/complaint and send me your written reply per return. Also take to task the concerned person (S) who has deleted the same from site and is un-retrievable.

Otherwise i shall go to consumer forum / court to seek reply from the cm / dy cm / ceo revenue etc.

Treat this as most urgent and arrange to avoid sending me unwarranted bills for payment.

We our problem is not resolved even after so many complaints made by us on telephone. We are facing big problems due to water supplyed by djb. We are receiving only 2 or 3 days water supply in a week and the water supplied to us are mostly so dirty and badly smelled which no one can drink. We are facings the problwm since when we came on rent in d 151 d block avantik, sector 1 rohini, delhi-110085 (Since last 6 months) we are also paying mony for water to our home owner. Please resolve our problem very soon because water is life.

On our opposite there was tremendous supply.
We have severe shortage of water supply in our locality from last 2 days. Due to which we are unable to do all daily works. Please do the needful as soon as possible to rectify our problem of water supply in our locality. Thanking you, yours truly.

It is requested that the water supply of my block 25 trilokluri is in very bad condition. From last two week water supply coming with huge smelly and from last two days the water supply is totally closed due to unknown reasons.
Please solve immediately this problem now and help to all effective families.

Due to dirty water it's causing health issues on daily basis. Sewer mix drinking water is coming & it's smells very bad. Why are we compelled for sewer water to drink. Pls solve our problem as soon as possible it's really hard to drink dirty water.

Dear concern,

People are doing illigle boring in my neighhood. Actually they have done it. They bribed police for the illigle action. Now they are using this as there business.
Kindly stop this activity. Make them follow the rules and regulation.
Area is yamuna vihar west ghonda k block, street no. 3. Total 10 connections in gali.

I hope you will take necceary action.
I will not have to do much hard work to stop this illigle activity.

There is no water supply in mayur vihar phase 1. Even the water tankers coming to mayur vihar phase 1 are standing at a distance from houses. Residents are facing difficulty in bringing water from those tankers to their houses. I don't understand what the kejriwal government is doing in this regard. It seems mr kejriwal and his team are only concerned about elections and not about the welfare of delhi people. They have time for visiting foreign countries.in such a situation, they have no right to sit in government.

Hello, i have receive a bill of rs 13345 for the period nov 2016 - sept 2017 and sept 2017 - oct 2017 an amount of 14327. I live alone with my son here and its nearly impossible that we will be using that much of water. The bill is on the name vinod kumar sharma son of sandev ram sharma and the mr code : 408metro. Kindly check the authenticity of packed water supply in 20 litres in karol bag or any students area. Even water packaging date is not clear and without bill they are providing the water in area.
So make some hard rules for this that even after losing our amount we can get better water, pure and safe for drinking.
Kindly randamelly check the retailers shop for this.

Dear sir

I am owner of a1-b, 99b, first floor in krishna apartments, paschim vihar. The flat is locked since quite some time and the meter has been shown as mloc. Though i am shocked to see the meter reading as showing 152 units consumption in the last 6 months, when there is no water usage in the flat as the flat is locked. Hence this seems to be some neighborhood mischief or a serious error. Please correct the same.
