A large scale illegal constructions ongoing in the colony. Builders are taking 9 to 10 connection's separately but do not construct reservoir. Water shortage from 4 days, and 4 days in last week due to lockage of checkwall. No strict action is taken against the complaint until we have to go to djb office and after the opening the lockage no water is provided on time. We went to the djb officer he opened the lock and after 30min he stopped water again said that from some issues we stop the water flowage and the blockage isn't resolved till 4 days.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that we are facing acute water shortage in subject mentioned area. The water comes for couple of hours during the day and that too during very very odd hours. People have to wake up on those odd hours to get water.

Request you to pls have a look so as to resolve the issue.

On 30-june-2016 u sent a bill with meter status 671/ok. Whereas, on 26-sep-2017, the bill sent had mloc as the meter status and an average amount of rs. 2419 but the current reading is 730 units. According to delhi govt 700l water per day is free, so why are you not waivering the bill.

We have not received our water bill for few months and now all of a sudden we have received message online that our due amount is 5180. We are shocked now.
How come such a big amount has come all of a sudden though we have not received any paperwork bills.

This is my k. No.[protected]. My water bill ma meter lock show kiya hua hai jabki mera water meter running ma hai aur usma 283 reading bhi hai. Maine apne meter reader sa bill ka bara ma baat kari to wo khata hai clerical mistake hai next bill ma thik ho jayagi. Jab mera meter running ma hai to mera bill galat kyo bana hai. Is par aap action jarror kare. Taki mera actual bill ban jaya aur mujhe aaga sa purshani na ho saka....

Dear sir with reference to kno [protected] in the name of suraj mani nautiyal which was installed in 1989-90 i would like to put forth the sequence of events that the kno is domestic and was billed accordingly up to 2009 as domestic a category.in 2010 the category was suddenly changed to c-1 and in 2012 category 1a and there after category ii which we don't know from which date. This has been done without any information and justification....

The family on the top floor, keep their motor for groundwater on for a long time even after the tank get full. It happens 20 days in a month. Even after complaining to the owner daily, nothing fruitful. All the neighborhood is distressed to see this kind of wastage. Kindly look into the matter please....

No meter reading was taken.in 2016 our bill was 700-1200 for tow months. But now our consumption never go beyond request you to suitable action is to be taken against the irresponsible staff for harassing the consumers by issuing wrong bills.
Last bill was 2200
Current month sep bill is 3200 our usage was very low.

No meter reading was taken from 27 dec 2016 to 22 jul 2017 and the consumption for the whole period (204 days-74 units) billed in a single cycle (28 may-17 to 22 jul 17) for 55 days and charged rs.2554/-. Our consumption never go beyond 18 kl/pm. Request to issue a fresh bill for 204 days, instead of 55 days. Suitable action is to be taken against the irresponsible staff for harassing the consumers by issuing wrong bills.br...

The delhi jal board does not supplies any water tanker even after the booking is done. Its been 10 days i booked a tanker, my booking no. Is 3484 which was booked on 18th september 2017 but tanker is not yet provided. The workers say that we cannot send the tanker. I booked it last month too, but the same thing happened. As there is a shortage of water supply in village rangpuri i highly request to please take action as soon as possible....
