I'm the resident of a-94, gulab bagh, uttam nagar, delhi-59

The family on the top floor, keep their motor for groundwater on for a long time even after the tank get full. It happens 20 days in a month. Even after complaining to the owner daily, nothing fruitful. All the neighborhood is distressed to see this kind of wastage. Kindly look into the matter please.

    Sir,
    No meter reading was taken.in 2016 our bill was 700-1200 for tow months. But now our consumption never go beyond request you to suitable action is to be taken against the irresponsible staff for harassing the consumers by issuing wrong bills.
    Last bill was 2200
    Current month sep bill is 3200 our usage was very low.

      Sir,
      No meter reading was taken from 27 dec 2016 to 22 jul 2017 and the consumption for the whole period (204 days-74 units) billed in a single cycle (28 may-17 to 22 jul 17) for 55 days and charged rs.2554/-. Our consumption never go beyond 18 kl/pm. Request to issue a fresh bill for 204 days, instead of 55 days. Suitable action is to be taken against the irresponsible staff for harassing the consumers by issuing wrong bills.

      No meter reading was taken from 01 may 2017 to 25 aug 17 and the consumption for the periods is being entered their own and charged rs.945/- for two cycles. Now when they take actual reading the consumption will show high as now they showed average reading less. Secondly the subsidy is also not being given as they have entered the meter locked (Ml) and the system will not give any subsidy. Djb staff very well aware this fact and deliberately doing for harassing the consumers. I have time and again apprised the facts to djb. After long correspondence such problems were rectified during previous occasions and there was no problem for quite some time. Now till the mcd elections there was no problem. I think as soon as the elections are over the whole employees started playing games (May be the new political masters support the wrong doings). Now i request djb through this forum to take meter reading and issue fresh bill for the period from 01 may 17.

        Dear concerned

        I am the resident of school block, shakarpur, east delhi-110092. Yesterday (I. E. On 21st september, 2017) our area was being supplied with dirty and smelly water which was not at all suitable for even bathing, and nobody can even think about drinking it. We were drinking boiled ro water whole day, and, we assume that the water was totally coming from the sewage pipe line. Supply of such water is frequent in our area and we are helpless to consume it anyhow as we don't have any option or any other source of water supply. We really fear for our's family health as we all are prone to water born deceases.

        This matter is serious and kindly consider it on priority basis. The sewage pipelines are very old and suffering from wear and tear. Their immediate replacement is needed alongwith their further maintenance.

        In hope of an early action.

            The delhi jal board does not supplies any water tanker even after the booking is done. Its been 10 days i booked a tanker, my booking no. Is 3484 which was booked on 18th september 2017 but tanker is not yet provided. The workers say that we cannot send the tanker. I booked it last month too, but the same thing happened. As there is a shortage of water supply in village rangpuri i highly request to please take action as soon as possible. I regularly pay my water bills and expect water supply in return.

              I am resident of o block vani vihar, geeta enclave, uttam nagar-110059.

              We would like to raise the complaint that we are facing trouble in mcd water supply, as the quality of mcd water supply is not good.

              Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 4weeks which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. Secondly, we are getting mcd water supply in alternate days only due to this reason, there are so many problems happening.

              Please look into this matter and we will be appreciate if you could solve our problems on urgent basis.

                We in jagriti enclave are either receiving contempted water or non supply by djb.
                In march 17 several places digged by djb to find out the fault.
                Even after 6 month complaint is not resolved either side. Apart from this now the holes digged not filled today.

                Now we came to know to satisfy some persons they have diverted the pressure.

                  Sir, please refer to our water meter no. K. No. [protected] in the name of gurmeet singh (Kindly update my salute as its mr. Instead of mrs.). Further refer to my water bill no.[protected] dated 18.9.2017 for 2744.01. We are very surprised to see this high bill as you can check our records for last two year for every 60 days our appox bill is under 1200 and we paid it regularly. Hence we request you to look into the mater and check why it is so high even there is no outstanding and consumption of water is same as in past. Moreover in order to avoid disconnection, i have paid this excess bill of 2744.01 vide receipt no. Jhmp[protected] dated 21.09.2017. Hope to get the refund or adjustment for excess bill paid.                       When i had installed a water meter on my kno :[protected] by your officials long time back then why i am receiving average bill.

                      I have told/ made complaints of not coming water in my tap to your officials many times who came to check / taking meter reading. But no action has been taken in this regard.

                      I again requesting you to kindly wave off 100% of my water bill till date and look into the matter and do the needful.

                        Dear sir i am living at 9562/74 c gaushala baradari kishan ganj delhi 6. A person named mahesh chand want to plant an automatic injection molding for commercial use in residencial street which is not more than 4 feet width. Today he is drilling for submersible for the automatic injection molding machine and the ground water will suck for the machine. If the machine will installed the life of the other person will be like a hell.
                        With the submersible the ground water will suck on a high ratio.
                        You are kindly requested to help us on priority basis and disconnect that submersible with a huge panalty.

Because of water pipeline connection low level to high level as inside half street pipeline is on a high so whenever water supply is low then half of the street not getting water. Djb technician checked the meter in my presence and told it's working howwever i got reply to complain in djb complaint section as meter is doubtful and till date i have no information regarding my complaint.                                 We are resident of house no.132, ambedkar gali, sarai pipal thala, delhi-110033 facing acute problem of sewerage blockage and over flowing of dirty water and mud from the two sewers. We were requesting the authorities to replace the old sewer pipe lines for two sewers only since so many years. The subjected two sewers are located in the dead end of the closed street near house no. 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136. The residents are compelled to live in the dirty atmosphere and prone to the diseases.
                                Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to replace the narrow pipe line of the two sewers and also increase the level of last sewers to avoid back pressure of other sewers.

                                  My earlier complaints [protected] and 1694127 for inflated bill received for the period august 2015 to may 2017 (Bill no.[protected] is still to be answered by djb. We have already made payment of approx. Rs.28502 /- out of the total amount of approx. Rs.48107/-. Upon a written complaint to djb revenue officer mr. Ram nivas, meter testing was done and the djb has confirmed that meter is working fine. Meter is functioning ok is also confirmed by bill received for june 2017 which is rs.536/-. (Bill no.[protected]

                                  The above particulars obviously show that djb has not visited my premises to take the actual meter reading. I did not received any bill during aug 2015 to may 2017, rather i on my own made an advance payment of approx. Rs.6300/- in aug 2016. They have made some arbitary calculation and sent the bill for aug 2015 to may 2017 (Bill no.[protected].

                                  Djb needs to show me on what bast charged approx. Rs.2300/- per month for bill no.[protected] while it charges rs.536 for the bill no.[protected]. Djb needs to correct the remaining amount and send me the correct amount so that payment can be made as they have confirmed meter to be working fine and the same meter cannot generate meter reading which amounts to rs.2300/- per month and then next month comes back normal monthly figure of rs.536/-. Djb needs to ensure their staff visits the home to take correct reading and hence gives proper bill and not harass the cunsumer.

                                  Again to reiterate, we will not make further payyynt unless and until djb corrects the bill.

                                      Myself Prateek Kumar and I am a resident of 283/170, Maddi Waali Gali, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi-110018.

                                      I have a complaint regarding my water bill since last 3 to 4 months. I am receiving continuously wrong or excess bill for my Delhi Jal Board water connection (K.No. [protected]).
                                      As Usual again I have received the Bill no:[protected], for Period Charges (15-JUL-2017 to 8-SEPT-2017) with the amount of Rs.770 with unnecessary charges. The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked).
                                      In my previous bill (for 09-MAY to 15-JULY) the bill amount was Rs.761 and the meter status was also showing as MLOC (Meter Locked). It is really shocking to me as we are very much present at home all the time and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity. I have attached the screenshots of my bills.

                                        Inflated Bill: (SMS received on 18.7.2017 to pay Rs 2189/- ; No bill received followed by another sms dated 15.9.2017 informing that a notice has been issued to pay Rs 2939.64)

                                        I humbly submit that I & my family were staying in Gujrat due to my posting since Nov. 2015. I was being regularly sent inflated bills & the position was finally rectified in bill dated 16.8.2016 (Based on meter reading of 489 dt 9.8.2016) with a credit balance of Rs 2169.08, only after I escalated the issue to Delhi Govt. In this connection, please refer to your letter no. DJB/ZRO (WEST)-1/RTI/PGC/2016/7388 dt 17.8.2016, advising me of the rectification done.
                                        I came back to Delhi only by the end of June 2017, but finally occupied this house in the middle of July 2017. In the beginning of July 2017 some meter reader, Mr Satpal, came but at that time I couldn’t locate the keys of box in which meter is installed, as I was in the process of shifting to this place. The meter reader advised me to send the photo of the reading on whatsapp.

                                        Once I shifted to this place & managed to retrieve the keys, I sent the photo of latest meter reading (as on 17.7.2017) on 17.7.2017 itself. Meter reading was 501. Hence, there is a consumption of just 12 units between the Last Reading of 489 dated 9.8.2016 & present reading of 501 dated 17.7.2017. How can you exhaust a credit balance of Rs 2169.08 & raise a further bill of Rs 2939.64 when the consumption is only 12 units during this period?

                                        I fail to understand why DJB has not taken note of the latest reading provided by me & keeps on demanding adhoc amount without any basis.
                                        I once again request you to send your meter reader and raise a fresh bill based on actual basis. Further, why the DJB is only sending sms and not sending the actual bill?

                                        I hope that DJB will take the necessary steps to rectify the position & send me the correct bill urgently.
