Respected sir/madam

I am one of the resident of patpar ganj which comes under the mayur vihar area. Our resident is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past three week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

There is no water supply in our building as well as some more buildings... We get water one day and that is at ridiculous time that is after 2:30 am n then not receiving 4-5 days... Then one day we receive n then again 10 days no water supply... Daily we awake whole night... On d hope that water will come
The line man is saying there is blockage in d severe... But if there is a blockage... How it will come once in a while

We are getting filthy water in our taps since last 10 days.

The water is completely contaminated and contains particles which is not safe for use in any purpose. Without clean water, no household task is completed.

We are suffering a lot due to this.

Kindly resolve on urgent basis.

Reference to the new k no: [protected], it is to inform you that i have received a delhi jal board water consumption bill of rs. 3, 509 dated 03-sep-2017. The consumption for the period 23-may-2017 to 25-july-2017 i. E. 63 days is 27 units only. Earlier the bill dated 29-jan-2017 to 20 feb 2017 had also reflected lower consumption (1 units for 22 days). Both the above latest consumption are very much on the higher side as can be seen from the previous consumption history where our maximum consumption had been 87 units for 177 days (29jan 17 to 25 july 2017). You are kindly requested to issue the this bill based on the average consumption...

SUBJECT: Complaint regarding dirty and smelly water coming in our area chauhan bangar, new seelampur, Delhi-110053.

I applicant Raza Ahmed s/o Habib ur Rehman resident of H.NO C-228/14 A, Street no 10, Chauhan bangar, Near Bilal masjid, New Seelampur, Delhi-110053. Dirty and smelly water is coming from many days in our area chauhan bangar and in other streets attach to it. This water cannot be used in any form. If somebody drinks that water unintentionally then his/her health may be spoil and may be died also. People are extremely in trouble due to this problem. Dirty and smelly water is coming every time continously. When this problem started then I continously giving information to respective authorities about this problem. But I didn’t get any response and water problem is not corrected. Jal board officials do visits and only inquired about the problem, but no action they take about correcting the problem. They only give assurance to us. And they don’t do anything about correcting problem. And our problem getting bitter and bitter instead of getting corrected. People are forced to drink underground (boring water) and dirty water. If any disease would spread due to this then DELHI JAL BOARD would be responsible for it. So we are compelled to do complaint. Kindly look after our problem and do correct it. I would be very grateful to you.

This complaint is regarding illegal water connections and theivery of water in delhi's aaya nagar. Nearby to arjangarh metro station.in gali no 2 there is a whole society stealing water. Every single house has 3 to 4 thousand litres water tanker. For example:- there is one apartment at the end of the gali which has 4 to 5 thousand litres tanker and one underground tanker of approximately 3000 litres. The water pump keeps on running the whole day. What this means is:-

5 x 1000=5000 litres/day + 3000 litres (In underground tanker)
Total=8000 litres (Approx.)
One month=8000 x 30= 2, 40, 000 litres in a month from one house.
Just imagine how much of the water goes unaccounted for.

This is a serious issue. Other areas of aaya nagar faces immense scarcity of water due to these incidents, the responsible authorities ignore to take action maybe due to politcal (Vote bank) reason. Please take some stringent action as soon as possible.

My name is tilak raj resident of 315 mig flat, prasad nagar, new delhi and having my kno is[protected], zone wz2 mr no 122 area a-6/rajendra nagar.
I had got the name of previous owner ie shri r. V. P. Raman mutated to my name ie tilak raj and the water bills started coming in my name also,, but after few months the water bills are reflecting again the name of previous owner.
Hence, i would request the concerned authorities of delhi jal board to correct their records and indicate henceforth, my name in the water bills instead of the previous owner.. The wrong name in the water bills is causing a great confusion and with the result, water bills don't reach me.

Dear sir,

I'm a resident of e-455, mahavir enclave-3. New delhi.

There is a rented house e-453 near to my house. Litres of litres of water overflows everyday in the morning 5 am and huge amount of water is getting wasted everyday. I had already complaint against him earlier also.

This water is creating lots of mosquitoes and inviting the deadly dengue and malaria mosquitoes to breed here.

Please look into this matter at the earliest.

There is no water supply in the regular pipe lines of hastsal vihar uttam nagar especially in the c block of hastsal viihar. We are suffering with a cronic shortage of water and every family of c block is spending a huge amount of money to purchase drinking water. Please do the suitable arrangements of water supply in this block and increase the pressure of the supplied water.

Sir i just want to let u know that in our area uttam nagar bal udhyan road new delhi the water coming in our area is so bad we cannot even smell that water the smell is so stinky and we are facing this problem from 2 weeks and no one came to see our problem we are facing a lot of difficulties due to this we cannot even use that for drinking and for food i just want u do something in regard to this matter thank you

Sewer of our street has been blocking for the last 15 days and there is no action from local authority in spite of several complaints. There is 1-2 feet of dirty water which residents have to walk through. The place has been the breeding place of mosquitoes and there is a great risk of spreading disease like dengue, chikungunya, ...
Expect corporation to take immediate action and unblock/clean the sewer.

I am a resident of sector -19 pkt -3 dwarka. From the past 2 months the water supply has been taken a bad shape. The timings are not followed and even if the water comes it comes for 20 minutes and it is dirty and not fit for drinking. I would request you to take further action regarding the same as the residents are facing a lot of problems.

In our gali, some people have been taken illegal water supply connections without water meter which are illegal (Unauthorised) that it is known well you.
The motors are connected with the water supply line. Those people are filling water with help of motors. But motorless person can not be fill water.
I request you, please, take necessory action who are doing illegal work.
I hope that action take as soon as possible so that give the correct punishment for their illegal actions and not do illegal action in future.

Respected sir, we are residence at be 15b ground floor near janta park hari nagar new delhi. Worst condition due to extra water falling from peoples water tank due to this many cases like malaria and dengue are arising. Many complaints i had made to mcd saintary inspector but no action they has been taken by the department till yet. This is my humble request to pls look into this matter... My daughter 2 times did dengue in a year i m so thankful i[censored] did any action.

The reading on the meter as on 01 sep 2017 is 2457. The latest bill of rs. 514 for 32kl for the period 30 jun 2017 ro 28 aug 2017 showing reading from 2537/ok to mloc is not understood. No physical reading of the meter was taken on 30 jun 2017 as i was abroad to usa and question of showing the reading as 2537/ok is not at all justified. The last reading which was taken was on 31 dec 2016 and it was 2439. After this no reading was taken as i remained abroad. My present reading is 2458, which means there is consumption of 18 kl of water from 31 dec 2016 to 01 sep 2017. Hence no bill becomes due as the consumption per month is less than 20 kl. Hence the bill issued may be cancelled and record corrected. You may depute meter reader to physically check the reading.

This is to bring to your kind attention that i am a resident of a1 block, prashant vihar, sector-14, rohini, new delhi.
Here, we are facing trouble in mcd water supply, as the quality of mcd water supply is not good.
Water is dirty with bad smell. Even after filtering it through water filter it cannot be used.

Please check it out at the earliest.

My name is domestic water connection kno. [protected] registered under name of mohid asraf. Address 9838, gali zamir wali nawab ganj, azad market. Delhi 110006. The said meter is up and running normally for several years. I just received an sms for a bill of 118 rs. When i downloaded the water bill from djb web site i was surprised to see that the meter reading has been remarked as mloc (Meter locked). Where as my water meter is never locked and we are always available. On previous occasions also i personally shown the meter to meter reader and assisted him for the reading. But today not body came and no meter reading was taken. Now i have received this bill. Kindly take a note and arrange to take the correct reading and issue a fresh bill accordingly.

We have received the bill no:[protected] dt: 24/aug/17 with the amount of rs 2741.00 with unecessary charges, however till nov'16 we have paid all the bills time to time. After nov'16 my bill amount was 0 rs under delhi govt rebate scheme. My last to last bill was generated rs. 2205 and i couldn't receive my bill on mobile or by hardcopy this bill is totaly wrong because if you see my average consumption of water last 6 months or 1 year it is average and my last bill also generated (Rs. 500 around) this amount is also under rebate consumption from delhi govt.

Kindly look into the matter seriously and correct our bill asap.

We have already mark the copy of complaint to vigilance office of govt. Of india for the same case

We, the residents, of rwa hari nagar ashram, area draw your kind attention that the delhi jai board has been supplying contaminated and filthy water through public taps in this locality for the last two-three months. It is worth mentioning that the water is contaminated with sewage water containing yellowish color with foul smell and suspended dirty particles. Thus, the water supply of this locality is considered not fit for drinking the water by the residents which is in contravention to safety guidelines of drinking water as formulated by quality council of india {qcl}
Moreover, it is fundamental right to access the drinking water for life and health of public by civic authorities.
The matter has been moved to the notice of delhi jal board by the residents from time to time but no any fruitful action seems to be taken by the concerned authorities.
We, the residents, humbly, request your good self to look into this issue on ‘top priority basis’ and remedial steps be taken to provide drinkable water urgently to the residents.

We, the residents, of l - block, lajpat nagar-2, area draw your kind attention that the sewage of l-block lajpat nager -2, is completely blocked in this locality for the last one month. It is worth mentioning that the sewer water is coming back into ground floors and basements of the area and the water is contaminated with sewage water containing yellowish color with foul smell and suspended dirty particles, which is very dangerous for the health of kids and elders persons.

The matter has been moved to the notice of delhi jal board by the residents from time to time but no any fruitful action seems to be taken by the concerned authorities.
We, the residents, humbly, request your good self to look into this issue on ‘top priority basis’ and remedial steps be taken to clear all sewage of our area urgently to the residents.
