This is to bring to your notice that i had made a written complaint about the inflated water bill (For rs.6180/-), the letter was received by djb on[protected], for the above mentioned flat, which was closed for a year after my aunts death.
No action was taken then.
Again on[protected], i made another written complaint personally regarding the same i. E., after i received a bill for rs.9162/-. The letter was received on[protected]. It was mentioned on the bill that the meter was not working. Bill basis: provisional.
The meter reader mr. Rahul verma, signed on the bill on[protected] saying that the meter was working fine. I requested the official to amend the bill immediately. The official assured me that it would be done within a day or two.
Today is[protected] and i have received a sms saying that i have to pay rs.23, 000/- towards water bill.
The last payment i made was on[protected] against bill no[protected] for rs.1893/-. (For 2 months) as per their bill.
The house a lig flat with only one unmarried person living alone in the house at present, who is on tour most of the time, how do you explain a bill for rs. 23, 650 within a year (Un explainable).
Kindly help with the above.

From last 5 day we are getting dirty water in my house wz-46/a gali no 10 1st floor Krishnapuri tilak nagar..this water is like sever water and with very bad smell so kindly do the needful help for get it fixed Same water today also at 5:30 evening ..
