I have been visiting delhi jal board very often to get the billing corrected as per actual units consumed by me. The meter is running very accurately & has been checked by djb officials at the site. Photo image of the meter consumption was also filed & the concerned official assured that the bill shall be corrected without any delay. Please refer complaint no.[protected] dt 26.3.17, grievance registration no. Dodws/e/2017/00518 dt 11.5.17, complaint no.[protected] dt 20.3.17 & pwd complaint no id:83506. As senior citizen, i am tired of following up djb but the water bill has not been corrected in line with the actual water units consumed as per meter. My new kno is [protected]. Its been a week that regular tap water supply is coming very dirty with foul smell of sever. We have made telephone complaints but unfortunately no action has been taken.
It is very sad that the National capital is not having a basic amenities.

    I am the resident of rzh-384, palam colony, rajnagar part-2 gali no-4-5-6. The people of this area are facing chronic water supply problem day to day since 2012. Now people of delhi has got facility of water supply. Now we are the victim. We are unable to lead a good social life. We have contacted to mr. Rohit (Je) for this issue. He told pipes will be laid down and file is kept laying with mr s. K. Dahiya for approval. Please look into the matter and accelerate the work. Thanks.

      Description: everyday water supply is either muddy or clear with foul smell
      It is affecting health of the members of the society.

      As raising the issue, i hope the issue would be resolved as soon as possible
      We used to check the quality of water daily but in vein.

      We are getting mentally harassed, as every time the bill is paid, maintenance charge, sewage charge is paid but it looks like, water is not filtered/processed on smell but supplied as dirty only.

        My k n0. Is [protected]. I paid my bill of delhi jal board for rs. 802.87 on 16th march 2017. This payment was made on line by andhra bank debit card ending * 871.
        The transaction id is[protected], cp000067.
        Despite, making telephonic complaints a number of times, delhi jal board refuses to give credit. Though, the said amount is very much received by djb.
        Please resolve

          Respected sir,
          My k no. Is[protected] and the meter was installed on 5 aug 2016. The meter supplier is "crescent" water meter. The said meter is out of order since last two months. Inspiteof several complaint, they are not reporting to solve the complaint. My complain no. Is 2415 dated 11 jul 2017 which was recorded on mobile no. [protected].
          Therefore, you are requested look into the matter carefully and do the needful or cancel the license of the crescent water meter.

                  I, alok sarin & shakun sarin have purchased f-561 sarita vihar from mr. Anil ahuja et. Al.in 2015.

                  Accordingly, last regular water bill no.[protected] for rs. 2950 in the name of ahuja's was paid before 20 february 2015, the bill due date.

                  Thereafter, we applied for mutation in our name and mutation bill no.[protected] for rs. 2206 in the name of alok sarin & shakun sarin was paid on 24 february 2015 i. E. Before the bill due date.

                  The mutation is still not complete and we are not getting any bill in our name till date.

                  We checked the delhi jal board (Djb) website and even now the bill no.[protected] is shown in ahuja's name and water bill payment is pending.

                  We have visited djb office in sarita vihar but there is no satisfactory answer.

                  Please arrange to complete the mutation in our name and start sending paper bills for water consumption in our name as soon as possible. Also instruct us to submit if some documents are pending.

                    We have djb connection with key no.[protected] received a bill of rs.21289 for water consumption for feb.& march where as our normal consumption was about rs.[protected] for 2 months. We raised a complaint with reference no [protected] and an inspector visited the site. He could not find any thing abnormal. We were advised to get the meter tested.in the mean time we received another bill now for 4 months amounting to rs.62084. The amount for meter testing was paid and the engineer came to check the meter. They claim the meter is not faulty. But surprisingly the reading after the meter checking has been normalized. We have been following it up with djb to review this complaint and take an appropriate amount from us based on our normal consumption. We should not be penalised for some fault somewhere. We have visited there office several times but with no results. Now the supply in our area is very low but they are not taking the complaint as the bill is outstanding

                    We have visited DJB office at Saket, and the billing officer has informed that an engineer will visit the site but even after 5 days, no one has visited .Surprised to know that the meter will move even with the air flow irrespective of the fact that whether water supply is there or not.Are the consumers suppose to pay for such type of virtual consumption.
                    Its more than 20 days now but have not received any reply.

                          There is no water supply in 238, satya niketan.. Only in morning water is being supplied that too fullybmudd water and after using 2 buckets of water we are left with no water..
                          We are family of 4 living here and it's very difficult for us to live here without water.
                          We have to purchase bisleri everyday for our daily needs.
                          Water is a necessity and we are paying for it also then you should do something to resolve our issue.

                            I have received a bill amounting to rs more than 12, 000/- towards water despite the fact that i have not been residing in the flat wz 276c, inderpuri, new delhi12 for the last year but only connection having k no [protected] has been led to billing of such huge amount without any reading and on averaging basis which may not be applicable for non residing person and especially when 20k water is available free of cost in delhi.
                            I therefore request to take up the matter and resolve the issue of inflated bill so as to make me enable to pay the reasonable amount

                                We, r. N. Pal and manju pal are an elderly couple (Both senior citizens)-resident
                                Of dda gf flat no. Gh-9/285, paschim vihar, delhi-110087. Our k no. Is :
                                [protected] & category : cat i under nangloi water service :286/a-1.
                                Water consumption for an average of 2 month period for last 4 bills as under :
                                24/10/16 to 24/12/16 — 29kl : the adjoining table shows an average water
                                24/12/16 to 22/02/17 — 27kl : consumption of 30 kl for 60 days period.
                                22/02/17 to 20/04/17 — 31kl : current bill period :23/06/17 to 13/08/17 is
                                20/04/17 to 23/06/17 — 31 kl : only 50 days with consumption is 42kl.
                                In view of above, we request djb to make a new bill on the basis of past 8 months consumption for payment & also request nangloi water service to install anew tested water meter against payment at the earliest.

                                  Our k no. Is [protected]. During the month of april2017 we received a sms message from jal board dtsting that our water bill amount is rs. 4, 036/- and again during the month of june, 2017 we received sms form delhi jal board intimating our water bill amount rs.2090/- and we had paid both these bills but again during this month august, 2017 we received again a sms intimating bill amount rs.2544- which is quite high and inflated. We are a family of five members, it seems that the meter is faulty. Please get the meter checked and replace it with new one. Please note that we will not pay the bill till it is corrected.

                                    K no. [protected] - it it s to inform you that i am not receiving the bills regularly. Inspite of my complaints no regular bill is sent. Now i have been sen a bill of rs,.16, 953/- from 27.12.2016 to 27.07.2017. How can bill be for rs. 16, 953 for 7 months. I have paid my last bill on 31.08.2015 for rs.3092/89. The bill may please be corrected and i am sent the reasonable bill. I may be given reasonable time to pay it. Hence forth i may be delivered bill on regular basis may be monthly or bio monthly, so that it is no burden on common man.

We are a family of three people and a bill of Rs.16, 953 is too high. Please send me the revised bill and hence on wards bill should come on regular basis. I am ready to pay any reasonable and justified sum. I am a law abiding citizen and would like to clear & pay my bill at the earliest.

                                        I am a senior citizen and my wife also a senior citizen, We consume very little water. Till last month our bill Is to be very nominal. This month I have recd a bill for Rs.4, 331/- which Is very exorbitant and unreasonable. It seems no meter reading has been done and just average has been put Kindly verify and rectify and issue a correct bill so that I may be in a position to pay before due date.

                                        I hope necessary instruction may be issued to the concerned authorities in this regard.
