Respected sir/ madam,

This is to bring to your kind concern that i have applied already 2 times for getting the water connection from delhi jal board but it is getting cancel repeatedly. When i spoke to the concerns i. E. Preet vihar jal board they replied with a reason stating that i live in a flat which has a total of 11 flats and it's a rule that we cannot give connection for 11 flats.

Kindly note: 6 flats already have a water connection done and my flat is on 1st floor then why my connection is getting rejected. When spoken to customer care department of delhi jal board they stated that we don't have any such rule and the rule is that 10 flat owners can get the water connection done.

Requesting to kindly help in this case as it is getting very difficult to survive without water connection. Your help, in this case, will be highly appreciated.

Delhi jal board — always water flow ; mosquitoes problem & waste water

I want to draw your kind attention towards house number 75, bg-1, paschim vihar, delhi-63 & this name is ashok gupta. There place always delhi jal board water flow in the street & waste water. I complained him many time but they didn't take any responsibility.
Mosquitoes problems r also increasing..
So...

Plz cut this connection and stop the water flow. Save water save earth...

I am archana resident of baljeet nagar near red templ, nd - 08 from last 3 4 months here is no water supply. Most of the time the supply of water is very dirty and can't able to use. This situation is continuously remain same. We already file a complaint on delhi jal board in west patel nagar but no action was taken. The problem is remain same here and it's hard to survive in this environment.

I request you sir please take strict action on it.

I deposited the sum of rs.792 against your provisional bill no.[protected] dt. 23.11.2016 through ch. No.000067 of kotak mahindra bank. After finalization of disputed bill amount become 00.00. There for that amount i. E.792/-whose deposited against their provisional bill regularly in credit from 23.11.2016 to wide bill no[protected] dt.21.07.2017.
Therefore i humbly request you to please refund my excess amount by cash or cheque with interest very soon. (Late fee which you charge regularly on pending amount of bills)

July meter reading date is 14th july.

When i check on 23rd july meter reading is 1760, then why bill is generated.
Please look into this and correct. The bill amount should be zero.

Hi, i want to draw you attention on water theft by private tankers and building in rzh - 102, rajnagar part 2 gali no: 6 palam colony new delhi 110077. They are filled there under ground water tank through djb water supply and after that fill the water tanker and supply. They don't have authorized connection of djb. Three to four tanker are filled on daily basis to supply the water. Please look into this at earliest of this issue, so that we can save water.

We are requested to please resolve our problem as soon as possible so, that we can make our life hasslefree.

The djb has laid new piple lines due to the complaint about dirty water flow. After the laying of new lines, dirty water started flowing in the beginning and end in my pipeline which never happened before. The flow of dirty water has clogged my motor (Pump) and for 4 days 17-20 we didn't have water supply at all. It has clogged one side pipe line as well. It's going to cost me about rs.10000/- it's a carelesness and callousness of djb.

I have a connection of delhi jal board at my home c-101a, janakpuri, new delhi 110058. This house is vacant since october 2014, however since june 2016 i have been receiving bill wherein it is stated that the meter is faulty and that's why there is no change in the meter reading. I went to the department i janakpuri to get my bills corrected. I was told to present the proof (For example electricity bills since october 2014 to till date) that nobody is residing at the house in question since october 2014 along with an application.
I would want to bring to your notice that i now live in bangalore and it is very difficult for me to arrange such back-date documents.
Please resolve my issue art the earliest and correct the bill, so that i can make the payment and clear all the dues

Dear sir,

In janta jeevan camp, okhla phase - ii, near crown plaza, residence are facing serious problem of contaminated water supply from one month now and is becoming a very serious affair and is extremely hazardous for the community health. The water very dirty, mixed with sewage, smells of gutter. Dirty drinking water supply. Please do take an appropriate action as soon as possible.

I want to draw your kind attention that the water pipe line of the a-block mohan garden (Opp. To dk building), uttam nagar, najafgarh road, new delhi -110059
Is broken for the last two weeks and no action has been taken by the jal board.
On one has come to joint the line. The residents of a-block are facing great problem due to stoppage of water supply... Sir bina pani ke kuch bhi sambhav nhi h.. Ghar m bahut smell ho gayi h

So i request you to look after this problem at the earliest.

Water Meter readings shown in two DJB bills dated 18-Jul-2017 for house number C-142, Vivek Vihar, Phase 1, Delhi -110095 are wrongly mentioned.
1) For K. No.[protected] actual meter reading on 18-Jul-2017 is 01111 whereas it is shown in bill as 1091. i.e. actual consumption in 71 days is (1111 – 1066) 45 units and not 25 units. (Photo of meter reading taken on 18-Jul-2017 attached)

2) For K. No.[protected] actual meter reading on 18-Jul-2017 is 00846 whereas it is shown in bill as 849. i.e. actual consumption in 71 days is (846 – 809) 37 units and not 40 units. (Photo of meter reading taken on 18-Jul-2017 attached)
It can be seen that while reading for K. No.[protected] is less than actual and whereas for K. No.[protected] is higher than actual.
In fact no DJB employee took the meter readings on 17 or 18 Jul 2018 at my house. Bills dated 18-Jul-2017 appears to be based on assumed readings as is evident from photos attached.
Although these actual readings will not render any change in current bill amounts, but this will badly affect my next bill for K. No.[protected].
You are therefore requested to correct the bill and generate and issue me revised bill based on actual reading as given above with photograph.

We have received the bill no:[protected] dt: 17/jul/17 with the amount of rs 21516.00 with unnecessary charges, however till '30th june we have paid all the bills time to time. According to our old bill history this amount is much extended and can not be justified however we are in process to complaint in djb accordingly.

Kindly look into the matter seriously and suggest corrective masure to correct our bill asap.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a resident of west patel nagar and the water supplied here is very dirty and smelly. You cannot even stand near the water such is a level of smell. There are great chances of getting sick due to this dirty water. I am seeing this water from the past more than one month.
Kindly take prompt action as the life is getting harder day by day.

I am facing a huge problem in regards to the blocked sewers at least 8-10 times i have tried to lodge a complaint to the people who used to sit in our market but no one is ever available. I call on 1916 to lodge a complaint but he said that he will forward this complaint to the dg and we have to wait for action
On he can do it. The complaint number given is[protected]. I am facing so much problem an all the water in the gutters and not getting cleared and the water instead going out is coming back and flooding the place around.

So with a request that kindly look into the matter and kindly take action. Despite paying the bill regularly if still we do not get and help it really hurts.

As no one was listening to our complaint, i thought i will write to you and hope for some prompt action

Request you to get this checked, the flat was occupied by a single person, who was only using the apartment to sleep at night, he would be away for the whole day in office.

Presently the apartment has been vacant for the last two months.

The billing is enormously high and unexplainable.
