We, r. N. Pal and manju pal are an elderly couple (Both senior citizens)-resident
Of dda gf flat no. Gh-9/285, paschim vihar, delhi-110087. Our k no. Is :
[protected] & category : cat i under nangloi water service :286/a-1.
Water consumption for an average of 2 month period for last 4 bills as under :
24/10/16 to 24/12/16 — 29kl : the adjoining table shows an average water
24/12/16 to 22/02/17 — 27kl : consumption of 30 kl for 60 days period.
22/02/17 to 20/04/17 — 31kl : current bill period :23/06/17 to 13/08/17 is
20/04/17 to 23/06/17 — 31 kl : only 50 days with consumption is 42kl.
In view of above, we request djb to make a new bill on the basis of past 8 months consumption for payment & also request nangloi water service to install anew tested water meter against payment at the earliest.

    Our k no. Is [protected]. During the month of april2017 we received a sms message from jal board dtsting that our water bill amount is rs. 4, 036/- and again during the month of june, 2017 we received sms form delhi jal board intimating our water bill amount rs.2090/- and we had paid both these bills but again during this month august, 2017 we received again a sms intimating bill amount rs.2544- which is quite high and inflated. We are a family of five members, it seems that the meter is faulty. Please get the meter checked and replace it with new one. Please note that we will not pay the bill till it is corrected.

      K no. [protected] - it it s to inform you that i am not receiving the bills regularly. Inspite of my complaints no regular bill is sent. Now i have been sen a bill of rs,.16, 953/- from 27.12.2016 to 27.07.2017. How can bill be for rs. 16, 953 for 7 months. I have paid my last bill on 31.08.2015 for rs.3092/89. The bill may please be corrected and i am sent the reasonable bill. I may be given reasonable time to pay it. Hence forth i may be delivered bill on regular basis may be monthly or bio monthly, so that it is no burden on common man.

      K No. [protected] - Please reply to the above complaint of inflated bill and get it rectified immediately, so that i can pay the reasonable sum. We are a family of three people and a bill of Rs.16, 953 is too high. Please send me the revised bill and hence on wards bill should come on regular basis. I am ready to pay any reasonable and justified sum. I am a law abiding citizen and would like to clear & pay my bill at the earliest.

        I would like to inform tha authority of delhi jal board that there is no water supply in area. As motioned above and I would also like to inform about less water supply in shahbad dairy f/ block there is no water supply in new line 13/8/2017 people are suffering a lot.

          I am a senior citizen and my wife also a senior citizen, We consume very little water. Till last month our bill Is to be very nominal. This month I have recd a bill for Rs.4, 331/- which Is very exorbitant and unreasonable. It seems no meter reading has been done and just average has been put Kindly verify and rectify and issue a correct bill so that I may be in a position to pay before due date.

          I hope necessary instruction may be issued to the concerned authorities in this regard.

            Sir
            For last one year I'm been harassing by the officials of djb office at 9 submachine nagar against the inflated water bills. My water consumption is less and meter is OK. The area incharge Lal Bahadur taking meter reading generally takes wrong reading due to which my bills are inflated. As such my consumption is low so there is hardly any water bill of my flat. I have submitted all proofs and documents and copy of my meter reading to subhash nagar office and talk to ravinder Kumar incharge, umesh and Lal Bahadur but none o[censored]s cooperating with us and still last 1, year they are harassing us and generating wrong bills and there but forcing us to pay off else disconnect our connection. Pl help sir. And request u to take my matter seriously.

              I had applied connection in April., 2017
              I had complained many times regarding no supply in jagatpur ext street no 24. And also submitted application regarding this in mukherji nagar to Action officer that is also attached with this mail. I had complained through IVR service and also lodged many grievances. But no resolution has been done.

                This is about sheesh mahal, negehban rwa bahadurgarh road near azad market.
                I would like to inform the authority of delhi jal board that there is no water supply in area as motioned above and i would also like to inform about less water supply in sheesh mahal. There is no water supply from 7/august /2017. People are suffering a lot
                Kindly please resolve the problem of less water supply.

                  2. We have received the following bills:-

                  Please explain as to how the bills were charged.

                    I am a resident of c blck lajpat nagar 1 & i hereby request u to take action against c blck house no.84 mr. Diwan. As these people have been wasting water by not switching of their motor in morning and evening. This is a everyday problem which makes chaos in street due to overflowing of water for 1hr continously
                    I am attaching a video in reference to this complaint. Please take strict action as these people have been wasting water recklessly.

                        I am one of the resident of south anarkali ext. Som bazar road gali no-9 near baldev park. We all are suffering from dirty and smelly water from many months. The water is so dirty that we cant even wash our clothes or bath. We registered many complaints but no action was took kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible so that we can live comfortably nd carry on our day to day household work.

                          At s-397, greater kailash – ii, there are three water meters installed (Kno. [protected], [protected] & [protected]) for three floors (Ground, first and second) respectively which are piped to one underground tank.

                          In this place there are 2 adults on the ground floor and one each on other two floors and there is very responsible and frugal usage of water.

                          The meter reader who visited recently mentioned the current reading status as ns (No status).

                          Whereas –

                          For k. No.[protected]:
                          I received djb bill dated 2 jul 2017 for rs. 10, 684/- for consumption of 349 units since the date of previous meter reading and the meter reader has given the status as ns (No status).

                          For k. No. [protected]:
                          Your accounts show zero balance and the meter status is shown as ok.

                          For k. No. [protected]:
                          The meter was changed in the name of ranganathan srinivasan seshadri, the present occupier and the bill was accordingly generated on 29 dec 2014.

                          Surprisingly the bill generated on 26 july 2017 is found to be in the name of previous occupier of the building and the meter status is shown as ns (No status) and yet charges of rs. 6499/- shown in the said bill is for the period from 1 jan 2010 to 26 jul 2017.

                          You are requested to send a person to check all the three meters again and rerecord meter readings.

                            I would like to register a complaint about the quality of water supply at hanuman chowk, patel nagar, delhi.

                            This has become a daily problem now, we are not able to use water for any purpose forget consumption. We have already registered complaint against this before and can see no action has been taken for the same.
                            If this issue persist forever, it will eventually cause health issues to residents of this colony.
                            I request you to please address this major concern.

                              We have a workshop on rama road. Our problem in that sewar is overflowing & coming into out workshop. This problem has been coming for last 1 month & issue is getting worse day by day. We have complaint multiple times to delhi jal board authority but havent got any response. This is impacting our day to day business & is making life difficult for us & our customers.

                                From last one month there is overflow of sewer. I have complaint so many times to mcd workers but we have not got the response from them. Our mla mr dinesh mohonia is very irresponsible person as he never picks the phone and when he picks the phone he always misbehaves with us. We want you to take quick action against this complaint. There is dirty smell of sewer water. He abuses to the people when people complaint about it. And he always says that this is not my work. When there were elections he always comes for campaining then after winning the elections he always comes and promises to work.

                                      There is dirty and smelly water supply in d block rohini sector-1 from last about three months. Because of drains made in streets are not having flow of dirty water, hence the same is mixing with clean water pipe line which is being supplying to the houses. Even after making repeated complaints no officer is taking it seriously due to unknown reasons, please look into the matter seriously and give instructions to the concern officers for proper supply of clean water in the houses of d - block sector-1 avantika rohini new delhi
