Dear sir, our neighbor d-23 ac pipe is leaked and they are not ready to repair it water is store in gali and become a mosquitoes breeding centre resulting in serious health hazar and d-23 daljeet singh have been discharging sweage openly to the conservancy lane which as accumulated to big pool and and has become a mosquitoes breeding centre resulting in serious health hazard. Our complaint to ward councillor has fallen to deaf ears. Now our families have fallen sick with dengue fever. My complaint no is[protected] which i have logged with jal board

For the past few days water of sewage quality is coming due to which people in my area are effecting badly with water borne diseases .Kindly solve this problem at the top priority.

      Sir/madam i was handed a water bill of rs 13500 for a duration of 3 months.
      According to the bill we had consumed 200 units in last 18 months, and then we have consumed 400 uniits in last three months only, which is just impossible.
      Please help us on this matter, as we are only students and cannot pay such a huge amount.
      Please sir consider this issue as soon as possible.

        Hi sir/madam,

        This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality h. No.108, sarpach ka bara, near lakhi public school, mandawali, delhi-110092. This water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

        I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

        1 week after raising my concern here, the water supply has gradually increased and nowadays, we getting good quality of water. I am really thankful to you all for your support and help.

This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health.             Sir,
            I am not receiving DJB water in my water meter installed at H.No.84, Ist Floor, Khizra Bad, Near New Friends Colony, New Delhi-25 for 15 days, in this connection I have made many complaint to DJB office at Sarita Vihar, New Delhi & also at your Ph. No. 1916 vide complaint No. 0819 dt. 5.7.2017

            On my above complaint.No.0819, today the 7.7.2017 3-4 DJB workers came to me, they demanded Bribe of Rs. Rs.5000/- from me to resolve my this complaint, otherwise they will report the deptt. that water is coming in the area thus this comp. will be treated as resolved,

            I refused to pay 5000/- bribe to them and they returned back with unresolved complaint.

            In view of above this is a clear case corruption and harassment.

            So, in view of above kindly take necessary action to resolve my complaint at your end, otherwise I will pursue the case in Delhi High Court.

              In this connection, at present the reading is 391 as on 7.7.2017.

              It is requested to please take reading first then generate the bill.

                this is to inform the respected officers that we are the citizen of flat no.219 golden jublee apartment rohini sector 11 delhi 110085.
                There has been a confusion regarding the bill for past 5 months.
                First they were showing meter lock from march to may.
                Secondly on its own the meter started working from june as you can see in photos below.
                Please send any officials from the delhi jal board to check the meters to clear the confusions.
                Please take the actions as quick as possible.

                  My complaint is regarding the incorrect billing category since last two years Delhi Jal Board is charging me on my connection K No. [protected]. I had opened a small dental clinic in my residential basement for my wife in Oct 2014 and we have three more floors in the premises which we use as our residence. We were forced to shut down the dental clinic due to humidity and water seepage in the basement within 3 months. Delhi jal board with any intimation and show cause notice had changed our billing category of residential to commercial. It has been 2 years I have been complaining about the same to there department and no action has been taken. Moreover they send in their corrupt staff for inspection who demand hefty amounts to resolve the same. i have also written to the Joint Director and many officials but all went in vain. kindly help me resolve this issue.

It is not very simple to dispose of the dental chair as it is worth Rs. 4 lakhs and i cannot just throw away the chair just to satisfy the ZRO's assumption. And when I had requested the ZRO to provide me with the action taken report he had no answer to it.

                  I further request you to kindly arrange a visit by sending your best officer so that this issue can be resolved or else I would be left with no option but to approach the Delhi High Court for appropriate remedy along with the RWA letter of confirmation that there is no commercial activity going on on the subject premises which is already provided to MNWS office in the year 2015.

                  I hope this email would be the last communication to the present issue and the same will be resolved at the earliest.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Lalit Valecha (Advocate) R/o G-13/3 Malviya Nagar New Delhi - 110017 bearing Water Connection K No. [protected] on the name of Sh. Varand Mal (my late grand father).

                  We had been facing problem since three year with the water connection bills issued by Delhi Jal Board.
                  We had also tried to contact with the authorized personnel at the Delhi Jal Board Office situated at R.K. Puram New Delhi regarding the same.
                  They have changed our category of billing from residential to commercial without any show cause notice which I have complained to the MNWS several times.

                  I had established a dental clinic for my wife in the year 2015 in our basement but due to the seapage and termite problem I had to shut down the clinic within 3 months. Now I had been requesting the MNWS to change my category of billing since past three years and they everytime send an inspection for site visit who says that the dental chair is still lying there and we cannot change it.

                  Kindly understand that I can even park my car in the basement that doesn't mean I am running a repair workshop over there.

                  I feel that the inspector is influenced and compromised and trying to grasp money from us.

                  I request you to kindly send your best man for the inspection of the site and get our category changed.

                      I am staying at E-12, nanhey park uttam nagar, delhi-110059.

                      Water is not coming daily to nanhey park. It is coming on alternative days and that is contaminated(with stinky smell) It looks like sewage water is mixed with clean and clear water. Kindly resolve the complaint and provide clean and clear water daily or on alternative days so that people can stay with no complaints.

                      It is difficult situation for old people, ladies, children(all category of people)

                        1 sewer of my locality is blocked for 2 months and overflowed. Water comes outside and stay in drains. It smells very badly and causes diseases to localities. I complaint many times but no action taken yet. Now monsoon also arrives due to which the sewer water that stay in drains comes on roads. I also complained online two times and to the department 3-4 times but all in vain. So look into this matter as we are tax payers and this problem is serious now.

                          I am a resident in south delhi. However my matter involve issue near ito metro station were a water pipe broke and it is like that for a whole day. I go there for work and i felt so bad about that lot of water being wasting and no action been taken for a whole long day.. Where action should have been taken within hours. Please take action immediately and solve the problem as it is hazardous to life too and the whole area is is filled up with water and is very difficult to walk from there as pavement is filled with water. Plz take action. I have seen the incident first at 8:30 a.m. on 3/07/2017 and then again at 6:30 p.m. on the same day when know action was taken at all. Plz do something to stop water flowing

                              This is to inform you that in bill i have found many discrepancies which are given below :
                              1. Name mentioned is wrong i. E shanda siwal against sharda siwal.
                              2. Bill late recd. I. E. After due date of 16.06.2017.
                              3. Bill basis - average instead of metered.
                              4. Wrong meter reading i. E. As on 01.07.2017 meter reading is 767. And previous reading is 434. Therefore even if i calculate today's reading instead of metered reading as on 19.05.2017. My consumption calculated is 333. For 780 days (26 months) monthly consumption is 11.89 per month as on.01.07.2017. Then how u have mentioned 650 reading for 26 months.
                              In this connection you are requested to please correct all the discrepancies and regenerate the fresh bill. As per running ok meter.

                              The water quality is such poor like a open sewer, is flowing outside from water tap in Mahendra park Rani bagh, it's a request to Delhi jal board that kindly look into the matter and fix it as soon as possible u can, before it makes severe effects on anyones life

                                I have a flat at a-6/294- a, paschim vihar, janata flat, which k. No. [protected] of delhi jal board, my flat is closed for last one and half years. No one living there. Now l open the flat and rented out when i saw the water bill i shoked to see that. My bill is coming above 12000
                                How is it's possible when flat is closed and also it's a janata flat.
                                Kindly check the same as early as possible.

                                  While I met the people of Sector 12, (Flats 1073 to 1160) RK Puram, New Delhi as President of RWA, one complaint was made by 70% of the allottees who are occupying ground floors that their sewer lines are frequently blocked. More so, when the Government is laying special emphasis on Swachh Bharat and cleanliness of the areas are being given prime importance, but Delhi Jal Board does not listen to complaints. Even when the complaints are attended, no permanent solution is found. Only temporary work is done, resulting into extreme problems to the occupants of the ground floors, who are the worst sufferers of sewer lines blockage. In the past, several times, it has been suggested that a drive to remove garbage from existing sewer lines may be launched by Delhi Jal Board. However, no such drive has ever been launched. I, on behalf of all the residents of the area, request concerned authorities to look into the problem and find out a solution at the earliest, to save the people from Malaria, Dengue and Chickengunea.                                   Though my complaint of blockage of sewer line has been attended after five days, but my main complaint of removal of garbage from sewer pipe lines in Sector 12, RK Puram (Flat No. 1073 to 1160) is yet to be resolved. Frequent blockages can be avoided by one simple mean i.e cleanliness of pipelines and removal of garbage from sewer lines at least twice a year. A good step would be to involve the RWAs of the area and obtaining their signatures to ensure proper implementation or at least the signature of the occupant, where the work is undertaken should be obtained.

                                    I am resident of b-49-50, mohan garden, uttam nagar, delhi-110059. I would like to draw your attention that in our street /colony, there is no water since 2013 and the jal board has sent the bill of rs2693/33 through sms on phone followed by disconnection notice through sms on[protected]. Whereas according to govt guideline there will be no water bill upto 20 gallon per month and we are getting no water. Delhi jal board contractor also installed new meter on 12/04/2017 and old meter is handed over to them. Photo of installation of meter receipt is enclosed. Please look into the mater and cancel the bill immediately

                                      I live in rohini sector 11, the house next to mine wastes a lot of water. Their tank usually overflows for many hours together. Today it has been flowing since 4am and at 10:56am it has still not stopped. The people do not seem to be concerned about such a heavy wastage of water. Please let me know what can be done about this since this is a regular feature.

                                        Request support in resolving our extreme water scarcity situation that we are facing. Me and my family stay in vishwa aptt. Civil lines. Delhi-110054, where bulk connection is been given by djb and now no individual connection is been given. However more than 95% of the residents in society already have taken personal connections earlier. Society doesn't open the common motor for water supply more than 10-15 minutes due to heavy electricity bills. Due to this me and other few residents don't get water at all and neither can get djb connections. We request you to allow me too to get djb connections as other residents have.
