We have received the bill no:[protected] dt: 17/jul/17 with the amount of rs 21516.00 with unnecessary charges, however till '30th june we have paid all the bills time to time. According to our old bill history this amount is much extended and can not be justified however we are in process to complaint in djb accordingly.

Kindly look into the matter seriously and suggest corrective masure to correct our bill asap.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a resident of west patel nagar and the water supplied here is very dirty and smelly. You cannot even stand near the water such is a level of smell. There are great chances of getting sick due to this dirty water. I am seeing this water from the past more than one month.
    Kindly take prompt action as the life is getting harder day by day.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a resident o[censored]TTRANCHAL ENCLAVE, KAMALPUR, BURARI and the water supplied here is very dirty and smelly. You cannot even stand near the water such is a level of smell. There are great chances of getting sick due to this dirty water. I am seeing this water from the past more than one month and from last two days no supply of water.

      Sir, i am sanjeev sood from c-81, kirti nagar, new delhi.

      I am facing a huge problem in regards to the blocked sewers at least 8-10 times i have tried to lodge a complaint to the people who used to sit in our market but no one is ever available. I call on 1916 to lodge a complaint but he said that he will forward this complaint to the dg and we have to wait for action
      On he can do it. The complaint number given is[protected]. I am facing so much problem an all the water in the gutters and not getting cleared and the water instead going out is coming back and flooding the place around.

      So with a request that kindly look into the matter and kindly take action. Despite paying the bill regularly if still we do not get and help it really hurts.

      As no one was listening to our complaint, i thought i will write to you and hope for some prompt action

        Total bill is rs 57, 277/-

        Request you to get this checked, the flat was occupied by a single person, who was only using the apartment to sleep at night, he would be away for the whole day in office.

        Presently the apartment has been vacant for the last two months.

        The billing is enormously high and unexplainable.

          I want to draw your kind attention towards house number f-170, gali no.-06, shastri park, seelampur, delhi-53 & this landlord name is nasrudin. There place always delhi jal board water flow in the street & waste water but this building people those not take a water connection. So plz cut this connection and stop the water flow. Save water save earth.

            Its immense untolerable problem incontinuty of water supply about a week
            Individuals have to wake even in night time its nothing ahead the morning problem for job going people and school school going child and lots of more household problem.
            I think this problem is arising, first time in colony and from little mistakes in root of water supply.

                  We received above both bills for rs.13433/- & rs.20183 respectively. I do not understand how you make the bill as in this house only two families live:- on ground floor 2 senior citizens live & on first floor one couple & 2 children below 14 years. How can we consume 20000 liters per connection with in one month. I think meter is running very fast or out of order. You can verify the same & waive of the said demand.

                    Dear sir, our neighbor d-23 ac pipe is leaked and they are not ready to repair it water is store in gali and become a mosquitoes breeding centre resulting in serious health hazar and d-23 daljeet singh have been discharging sweage openly to the conservancy lane which as accumulated to big pool and and has become a mosquitoes breeding centre resulting in serious health hazard.                         Sir/madam i was handed a water bill of rs 13500 for a duration of 3 months.
                        According to the bill we had consumed 200 units in last 18 months, and then we have consumed 400 uniits in last three months only, which is just impossible.
                        Please help us on this matter, as we are only students and cannot pay such a huge amount.
                        Please sir consider this issue as soon as possible.

                          Hi sir/madam,

                          This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality h. No.108, sarpach ka bara, near lakhi public school, mandawali, delhi-110092. This water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

                          I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

                          1 week after raising my concern here, the water supply has gradually increased and nowadays, we getting good quality of water. I am really thankful to you all for your support and help.

                              I am not receiving DJB water in my water meter installed at H.No.84, Ist Floor, Khizra Bad, Near New Friends Colony, New Delhi-25 for 15 days, in this connection I have made many complaint to DJB office at Sarita Vihar, New Delhi & also at your Ph. No. 1916 vide complaint No. 0819 dt. 5.7.2017

                              On my above complaint.No.0819, today the 7.7.2017 3-4 DJB workers came to me, they demanded Bribe of Rs. Rs.5000/- from me to resolve my this complaint, otherwise they will report the deptt. that water is coming in the area thus this comp. will be treated as resolved,

                              I refused to pay 5000/- bribe to them and they returned back with unresolved complaint.

                              In view of above this is a clear case corruption and harassment.

                              So, in view of above kindly take necessary action to resolve my complaint at your end, otherwise I will pursue the case in Delhi High Court.

                                  this is to inform the respected officers that we are the citizen of flat no.219 golden jublee apartment rohini sector 11 delhi 110085.
                                  There has been a confusion regarding the bill for past 5 months.
                                  First they were showing meter lock from march to may.
                                  Secondly on its own the meter started working from june as you can see in photos below.
                                  Please send any officials from the delhi jal board to check the meters to clear the confusions.

                                    My complaint is regarding the incorrect billing category since last two years Delhi Jal Board is charging me on my connection K No. [protected]. I had opened a small dental clinic in my residential basement for my wife in Oct 2014 and we have three more floors in the premises which we use as our residence. We were forced to shut down the dental clinic due to humidity and water seepage in the basement within 3 months. Delhi jal board with any intimation and show cause notice had changed our billing category of residential to commercial. It has been 2 years I have been complaining about the same to there department and no action has been taken. Moreover they send in their corrupt staff for inspection who demand hefty amounts to resolve the same. i have also written to the Joint Director and many officials but all went in vain. kindly help me resolve this issue.

                                    I hereby inform your kind office that neither the ZRO had visited my residence and the property in question personally nor any inspector from the MNWS Dept to resolve the problem of incorrect billing category.

                                    I had spoken to the ZRO Mr. Farooque personally over the phone where he was reluctant in resolving this issue of incorrect category billing. Mr. Farooque says as you have shut down the dental clinic long ago in the basement of the premises, The dental chair should be disposed off first to change the category. It is not very simple to dispose of the dental chair as it is worth Rs. 4 lakhs and i cannot just throw away the chair just to satisfy the ZRO's assumption. And when I had requested the ZRO to provide me with the action taken report he had no answer to it.

                                    I further request you to kindly arrange a visit by sending your best officer so that this issue can be resolved or else I would be left with no option but to approach the Delhi High Court for appropriate remedy along with the RWA letter of confirmation that there is no commercial activity going on on the subject premises which is already provided to MNWS office in the year 2015.

                                    I hope this email would be the last communication to the present issue and the same will be resolved at the earliest.

                                    I further request you to kindly arrange a visit by sending your best officer so that this issue can be resolved or else I would be left with no option but to approach the Delhi High Court for appropriate remedy along with the RWA letter of confirmation that there is no commercial activity going on on the subject premises which is already provided to MNWS office in the year 2015.

                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Lalit Valecha (Advocate) R/o G-13/3 Malviya Nagar New Delhi - 110017 bearing Water Connection K No. [protected] on the name of Sh. Varand Mal (my late grand father).

                                    We had been facing problem since three year with the water connection bills issued by Delhi Jal Board.
                                    We had also tried to contact with the authorized personnel at the Delhi Jal Board Office situated at R.K. Puram New Delhi regarding the same.
                                    They have changed our category of billing from residential to commercial without any show cause notice which I have complained to the MNWS several times.

                                    I had established a dental clinic for my wife in the year 2015 in our basement but due to the seapage and termite problem I had to shut down the clinic within 3 months. Now I had been requesting the MNWS to change my category of billing since past three years and they everytime send an inspection for site visit who says that the dental chair is still lying there and we cannot change it.

                                    Kindly understand that I can even park my car in the basement that doesn't mean I am running a repair workshop over there.

                                    I feel that the inspector is influenced and compromised and trying to grasp money from us.

                                    I request you to kindly send your best man for the inspection of the site and get our category changed.

                                        I am staying at E-12, nanhey park uttam nagar, delhi-110059.

                                        Water is not coming daily to nanhey park. It is coming on alternative days and that is contaminated(with stinky smell) It looks like sewage water is mixed with clean and clear water. Kindly resolve the complaint and provide clean and clear water daily or on alternative days so that people can stay with no complaints.

                                        It is difficult situation for old people, ladies, children(all category of people)
