1 sewer of my locality is blocked for 2 months and overflowed. Water comes outside and stay in drains. It smells very badly and causes diseases to localities. I complaint many times but no action taken yet. Now monsoon also arrives due to which the sewer water that stay in drains comes on roads. I also complained online two times and to the department 3-4 times but all in vain. So look into this matter as we are tax payers and this problem is serious now.

When I said this is a serious problem for 2 months then why Jal Board officials are not looking in this matter immediately. Such officials should be suspended.

    I am a resident in south delhi. However my matter involve issue near ito metro station were a water pipe broke and it is like that for a whole day. I go there for work and i felt so bad about that lot of water being wasting and no action been taken for a whole long day.. Where action should have been taken within hours. Please take action immediately and solve the problem as it is hazardous to life too and the whole area is is filled up with water and is very difficult to walk from there as pavement is filled with water. Plz take action. I have seen the incident first at 8:30 a.m. on 3/07/2017 and then again at 6:30 p.m. on the same day when know action was taken at all. Plz do something to stop water flowing

        This is to inform you that in bill i have found many discrepancies which are given below :
        1. Name mentioned is wrong i. E shanda siwal against sharda siwal.
        2. Bill late recd. I. E. After due date of 16.06.2017.
        3. Bill basis - average instead of metered.
        4. Wrong meter reading i. E. As on 01.07.2017 meter reading is 767. And previous reading is 434. Therefore even if i calculate today's reading instead of metered reading as on 19.05.2017. My consumption calculated is 333. For 780 days (26 months) monthly consumption is 11.89 per month as on.01.07.2017. Then how u have mentioned 650 reading for 26 months.
        In this connection you are requested to please correct all the discrepancies and regenerate the fresh bill. As per running ok meter.

          I have a flat at a-6/294- a, paschim vihar, janata flat, which k. No. [protected] of delhi jal board, my flat is closed for last one and half years. No one living there. Now l open the flat and rented out when i saw the water bill i shoked to see that. My bill is coming above 12000
          How is it's possible when flat is closed and also it's a janata flat.
          Kindly check the same as early as possible.

            While I met the people of Sector 12, (Flats 1073 to 1160) RK Puram, New Delhi as President of RWA, one complaint was made by 70% of the allottees who are occupying ground floors that their sewer lines are frequently blocked. More so, when the Government is laying special emphasis on Swachh Bharat and cleanliness of the areas are being given prime importance, but Delhi Jal Board does not listen to complaints. Even when the complaints are attended, no permanent solution is found. Only temporary work is done, resulting into extreme problems to the occupants of the ground floors, who are the worst sufferers of sewer lines blockage. In the past, several times, it has been suggested that a drive to remove garbage from existing sewer lines may be launched by Delhi Jal Board. However, no such drive has ever been launched. I, on behalf of all the residents of the area, request concerned authorities to look into the problem and find out a solution at the earliest, to save the people from Malaria, Dengue and Chickengunea.             Though my complaint of blockage of sewer line has been attended after five days, but my main complaint of removal of garbage from sewer pipe lines in Sector 12, RK Puram (Flat No. 1073 to 1160) is yet to be resolved. Frequent blockages can be avoided by one simple mean i.e cleanliness of pipelines and removal of garbage from sewer lines at least twice a year. A good step would be to involve the RWAs of the area and obtaining their signatures to ensure proper implementation or at least the signature of the occupant, where the work is undertaken should be obtained.

              I am resident of b-49-50, mohan garden, uttam nagar, delhi-110059. I would like to draw your attention that in our street /colony, there is no water since 2013 and the jal board has sent the bill of rs2693/33 through sms on phone followed by disconnection notice through sms on[protected]. Whereas according to govt guideline there will be no water bill upto 20 gallon per month and we are getting no water. Delhi jal board contractor also installed new meter on 12/04/2017 and old meter is handed over to them. Photo of installation of meter receipt is enclosed. Please look into the mater and cancel the bill immediately

                I live in rohini sector 11, the house next to mine wastes a lot of water. Their tank usually overflows for many hours together. Today it has been flowing since 4am and at 10:56am it has still not stopped. The people do not seem to be concerned about such a heavy wastage of water. Please let me know what can be done about this since this is a regular feature.

                My parental house at Dilshad Garden is lying vacant for last 10 years after their death. However I continue to get the water bills. Tried to contact Jal board officials and office, on email, but there is no response form any one.

                  Request support in resolving our extreme water scarcity situation that we are facing. Me and my family stay in vishwa aptt. Civil lines. Delhi-110054, where bulk connection is been given by djb and now no individual connection is been given. However more than 95% of the residents in society already have taken personal connections earlier. Society doesn't open the common motor for water supply more than 10-15 minutes due to heavy electricity bills. Due to this me and other few residents don't get water at all and neither can get djb connections. We request you to allow me too to get djb connections as other residents have.

                      We the residents of houses no.[protected], mukherjee nagar are not having water supply for nearly a month now. We have contacted several officers of delhi jal board viz s/shri sanjeev, je (Tel [protected]), goel ae (Tel [protected]), singhal se ([protected]), harish chander ex. Engr, and even approached the office of the chief engineer, but all in vain so far. They seem to be unconcerned with the problem and have apathy towards the suffering of so many residents going without water for so long. Delhi jal board seems to have a tangle with igl for digging, but in their intra-departmental rivalry, we are made to suffer. We demand and request you to pressurise djb to restore the water supply. Thank you.

                        It has been more than 5 months now and the streets which were dug up by delhi jal board for pipeline work has not been repaired. Potholes are now very huge and very dangerous for cars, people, kids and unsafe for living.
                        Several complaints were done to local authorities and simply holes are being filled with debris temporarily.
                        With rains starting, situation had just gotten worse.
                        Impacted area details are mentioned below.

                        Please escalate this and assign someone to look into this with utmost attention.

                          Hi,
                          I live in m. S park (Shahdara) govt. Dispensary, and there the workers waste water for around 10 -13 hours daily. People have asked them to shut down the motor but they are not intrested in doing soo. Its been like this for years, i have tried to complain each and every forum, but no results.
                          They are not only wasting the precious water but also wasting the electricity and all it comes from our tax money.
                          Please take some action against it.

                            Your meter reader is not visiting our house since july 2016 and in between the meter has been changed and you are not updated the data in your record but you are generated the bill and at what criteria. Though the govt. Of delhi is announcing that we are providing free water up to 20kl. Please take necessary action on this and inform accordingly.

                                I rohit verma the resident of b-10/9 rana pratap bagh delhi -110007. My house is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some sewer line. Please help us in this matter as it is becoming a serious issue and already made some persons suffering from stomach infections. Need your personal intervention as only my house is not getting a clear water.

                                  I want to bring your attention regarding water wastage in out pocket akshrdham aptt pocket - 3 sector -1 9 dwarka. There some flats (Flat number 393) water continuously overflowing everyday since the water supply starts. So other people not getting proper water supply due to that and also there is great concern of outbreak off mosquito borne disease. So kindly look in this matter

                                        We regret to say that even after making regular complaints on 1916 we are unable to get water.
                                        Earlier water supply was available with low pressure it is available for 15 mts during mid night between 1am to 2 am but now that
                                        Is also missing.
                                        Now a days we go and get water in buckets by walking about 1 km even after staying in delhi, capital of india.
                                        We have even complained to je of our area but he is unable to resolve our water supply problem.
                                        Please help us to get regular water supply with required pressure.
