    We the residents of houses no.[protected], mukherjee nagar are not having water supply for nearly a month now. We have contacted several officers of delhi jal board viz s/shri sanjeev, je (Tel [protected]), goel ae (Tel [protected]), singhal se ([protected]), harish chander ex. Engr, and even approached the office of the chief engineer, but all in vain so far. They seem to be unconcerned with the problem and have apathy towards the suffering of so many residents going without water for so long. Delhi jal board seems to have a tangle with igl for digging, but in their intra-departmental rivalry, we are made to suffer. We demand and request you to pressurise djb to restore the water supply. Thank you.

    I have received excess bill of Rs.5477/-, I have not used a lot of water. I am mostly out of station due to Indian Navy duty. I want to exact bill meter reading. Pl make a arrangement of meter reading for current bill.

      Respected sir/ma'am,

      It has been more than 5 months now and the streets which were dug up by delhi jal board for pipeline work has not been repaired. Potholes are now very huge and very dangerous for cars, people, kids and unsafe for living.
      Several complaints were done to local authorities and simply holes are being filled with debris temporarily.
      With rains starting, situation had just gotten worse.
      Impacted area details are mentioned below.

      Please escalate this and assign someone to look into this with utmost attention.

        Hi,
        I live in m. S park (Shahdara) govt. Dispensary, and there the workers waste water for around 10 -13 hours daily. People have asked them to shut down the motor but they are not intrested in doing soo. Its been like this for years, i have tried to complain each and every forum, but no results.
        They are not only wasting the precious water but also wasting the electricity and all it comes from our tax money.
        Please take some action against it.

          Your meter reader is not visiting our house since july 2016 and in between the meter has been changed and you are not updated the data in your record but you are generated the bill and at what criteria. Though the govt. Of delhi is announcing that we are providing free water up to 20kl. Please take necessary action on this and inform accordingly.

              I rohit verma the resident of b-10/9 rana pratap bagh delhi -110007. My house is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some sewer line. Please help us in this matter as it is becoming a serious issue and already made some persons suffering from stomach infections. Need your personal intervention as only my house is not getting a clear water.

                I want to bring your attention regarding water wastage in out pocket akshrdham aptt pocket - 3 sector -1 9 dwarka. There some flats (Flat number 393) water continuously overflowing everyday since the water supply starts. So other people not getting proper water supply due to that and also there is great concern of outbreak off mosquito borne disease. So kindly look in this matter

                In my locality BHAGWATI GARDEN NEAR DWARKA MOD METRO STATION
                tomorrow approx 10:00 or 10:30 pm i fill my water tank and in the morning i use that water to clean my mouth i feel that the water smell dirty even i can`t use it to clean my mouth and my cloth also. Water is very dirty smelly like DRAIN WATER. please do something hurry hurry hurry plz

                  Sir my kno [protected] and my address is rz-239a d-block raj nagar-ii palam new delhi 110077, but as in your record it is rz-39a b-block. Raj nagar-ii palam new delhi. I have given all the document supporting my address in your office with application two month before but till now my address has not changed. Due to this no body has came to my house for meter reading and i am not able to submit my water bill. Please sir look into this matter so i can pay my bill on time. Thanks.                       We regret to say that even after making regular complaints on 1916 we are unable to get water.
                      Earlier water supply was available with low pressure it is available for 15 mts during mid night between 1am to 2 am but now that
                      Is also missing.
                      Now a days we go and get water in buckets by walking about 1 km even after staying in delhi, capital of india.
                      We have even complained to je of our area but he is unable to resolve our water supply problem.
                      Please help us to get regular water supply with required pressure.

                        We are facing a big challenge due to the open severe in front of our home 60f kamla nagar. Water is out of that.

                        We had already complaint for the same at roshanara garden to kapil bindra, after that given a call to juniour enginner rakesh however no action has been taken. 02 months have already been passed.

                        We are looking to resolve the issue at earliest.

                              This is kanti pandey, my present address is d-411, gali no-4, swaroop nagar, delhi-42. My consumption o[censored]nits are very low and comes under subsidy category. The current meter reading is 132 units which is consumed in last 12 months. Bill raised to us for rs 1456 / for the period of 22 jan - 2017 to 31 may-2017 and current reading shown in bill 156 units with out taken reading physically by delhi jal board officials which is not correct reading. The actual reading is only 132 units and actual consumption is only 22 units in last 4 months (22/1/17 to 31/5/17). No people of djb has came for read the meter reading. The k no of meter is - [protected] and bill no[protected]. Kindly pay attention towards it and resolve my issue to rectify the bill as per actual consumption 22 units in period of 22/1/17 to 31/5/17.

                                Sirs since january 2017 i have been receiving very high water bills and i was compelled to pay rs.1 lakh (Debited from my yesbank a/c on 7.2.17) i have sent numerous complaints to djb and even phoned zro south ii giri nagar n delhi but nothing has been done.
                                I have again received bill for rs.68, 565/- due dt 15.6.17.

                                Request you to kindly send someone to check the water meter as the reading is faulty as previous years bills have never been so high.

                                If nothing is done before due date i will be compelled to take stern action with consumer forum & other bodies to seek grievance redressal.

                                I trust you will look into the matter urgently so that actual and proper reading is noted. And send me a correct bill for payment.

                                  This is my sixth time i am writing the same complain again. My meter number is [protected] and this meter is absolutely fine and its shows the reading perfectly. But what is the use of it, if no one comes and take the correct reading from it. Sorry to say that i was suggested to replace the meter and give an application to the djb office. So that they can send the original bill according to the consumption but my question is if i do the same there is any guaranty that my problems will be solve? And secondly why i should do that? Where as my meter doesn't having any problem. Therefore is it not a harassment for a customer? So please do the right and just with me.

                                      This is in relation to my consumer no. [protected]. I have been recently issued a bill for rs 2301 which relates to two cycles. The house in which this meter is located was locked for 3 months from 5 feb to 1 may 2017 and there was no usage of water. Otherwise also there are only two members living in this house and usage can not exceed the free limit provided by delhi govt. However being a respected member of this society, i have no hesitation in paying my dues to the govt but not for un used and unjustified cause.

                                      This matter was also brought to the knowledge of meter reader but it seems he was disinterested to listen to my request. I am prepared to produce the proof of my house having been locked for 3 months and there was no usage of djb water during this period.

                                      I shall be grateful if clear study is made of my usage of water and it will be my duty to pay all my dues.
