Sir, the water supply line is broken in dayanand park in kanhiya nagar tri nagar, back side of kanhiya nagar metro parking since last three day, so half of the park is full of water. Now is the season of dangue and chickanguia and this water logging is favorably for mosquito breeding, hence it can create a big health problems, please immediately take action to repair or replace the faulty water line - s k goel 91-[protected], 3416-a /1 kanhiya nagar tri nagar delhi

.It is intimated that DDA mkt shopkeepers of Hastsal DDA mkt facing Hastsal Village and opp DDA LIG flats have taken illegal water connections at their own and also installed heavy water motors for retrieving the water whenever water supply comes in the morning and evening with the results water supply is coming very low in the LIG flats No. 397 to 419 in about 24 flats. You are requested very humbly to depute your vigilance cell officials to raid immediately on the site so that they can check the illegal connections through PVC pipes going to their shops from the backside of their shops and in front of the aforesaid dda lig flats. Illegal connections and heavy water motors be removed from their premises so that lig residents may get sound water suply.

Afterr so many times visit at Jhandewalan, Paschim Vihar & Rajinder Nagar and meet with ZRO. I can not found any solution of my problem. I want to pay my water bill.

my son and dougher are suffering from stomuch pain deases due to jal board water supply.
I had complaint many time at ur local shastri nagar office but no one show any interst in this issue.
Kindly take neccesary action as soon as posible.I will be highly obliged to you.

My kno. Is [protected] my bill in arrear is rs 18100.82 from last 23 months, i tried catching up with the concerened employees and authority, but nothing sorted out.

Hope, you can understand the point of worry & disappointment.

I would request you to kindly calculate a lumpsum bill for me to pay according to the average monthly usage of the past one year or more.

Sub - contaminated water supply in
J&k block laxmi nagar area.

We, the residents, of j&k block, laxmi nagar area draw your kind attention that the delhi jai board/east zone has been supplying contaminated and filthy water through public taps in this locality for the last one month. It is worth mentioning that the water is contaminated with sewage water containing yellowish color with foul smell and suspended dirty particles. Thus, the water supply of this locality is considered not fit for drinking the water by the residents which is in contravention to safety guidelines of drinking water as formulated by quality council of india {qcl}
Moreover, it is fundamental right to access the drinking water for life and health of public by civic authorities.
The matter has been moved to the notice of delhi jal board by the residents from time to time but no any fruitful action seems to be taken by the concerned authorities.
We, the residents, humbly, request your good self to look into this issue on ‘top priority basis’ and remedial steps be taken to provide drinkable water urgently to the residents.

My water metres have not been physically read for months. Ad hoc and highly inflated bills are presented. I am a Senior Citizen living in my own house. My Family are all grown and reside in their own homes. My water bills have steadily risen over the months when there is no change in occupancy and circumstances. Kindly have the matter investigated.
From - Rs.1580 in April-June 2016 I am now being charged Rs Rs6969 for Sept-Oct 2016 and Rs12614/- for Dec 2016 to Feb 2017.
Water metres belong to the Jal Board.
If faulty, it is the responsibility of the Jal Board to replace.
Kindly see that justice is done.

Good afternoon.

Mein aapko ye batana chata hun ki mein vishu vihar-110059, near bindapur mein rahta hun.. Yahan par jal board waale raat to 11:30 pm par water supply karte hein jo ki bahut ganda hota hai.. Aam aadmi ye paani peekar bimaar pad rha hai... Kewal aadhe ghante ke liye paani dete hein... Hum log kaise survive karein wo bhi gande paani ke saath... Pahle ye log 9:00 pm par daily paani dete hein par 2 mahine se raat ko 11:30 pm baje paani dete hein jab ki logon ke sone ka time hota hai.. Wo bhi ganda paani... Mera aap logon se request hai hai ki ek baar inspection karein and aam janta se poochein ki kis tarah log bina paani ke pareshan hein.. And gande paani ki wajah se bimmar pad rahe hein.. Ye log kaafi compalints ke baad bhi kisi ki nahi sunte... Agar is samasya ka samadhaan jaldi nahi kiya gaya to hum vishu vihar-110059, new delhi ke log pm ko letter likhenge and rti file karnege ki kis tarah jal borad waale ganda water supply karte hein wo bhi kewal aadha ghanta and mid night mein.
Kam se kam 2 ghanta paani supply hona chahiye wo bhi saaf paani..
Kya jab koi gande paani ki wajah se mar jaayega tab action hoga???

Pls help and look into this matter.

I am one of the resident of Balbir Nagar Chowk which comes under the Shahdara area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES Yours Truly Mini Jain

i want to say that i am from badarpur border (South-Delhi), In that area at Gali no-4 the water supply is totally interrupted past 7 days, Not a single drop of water is supply
I also call to upper department but they do not take action, it's very hard to survive without water in those days of summer.
Also, there are some call coming from delhi jal board to me and they said the water supply interrupt that day(27/5/2017), but the water is interrupted past seven days

so Kindly please take action in under 24 hr

I am resident of D2 -140 Mahavir Enclave part1 street no. 05, last month sewar pipe line grounded in my street and we request your contractor that please under ground our street water pipe line which dogged by your contractor's worker. But after many request they left 15 water pipe line on road .
Due to open pipe there is chances of road accident, our children are also facing problem in street and it could lead children misshaping any time.
Therefore request to you please do needful as son as possible.

I am a times of india reporter am media person, and plan to do a story on this.. It is outrageous... I have been getting excessive bill from delhi jal board, despite the fact i dont live in delhi last 8 years.. And come on and off to my premises in greater kailash, s192, #rd floor gk1.
I am fed up.. On the suggestion of the jal sarkari man at jal board office gk, i got a new meter which would give 0 bill till certain units.. Which did not work anyway.
If i am not in delhi where is the water being consumed??

We have received sms regarding bill n: [protected] date : 25/may/2017 with the amount of rs. 7541/- with unecessary charges, however till feb we have paid all the bills time to time. I woulid line to inform you that no body come to my home for meter reading from long time and also not received bill. From last 2 years we have received 3 sms regarding bill payment.
Kindly look into the matter seriously and correct our bill asap.

i am from v.p.o malik pur new delhi 110073. i want to inform you that new pipe line of water imlanted in our village. But these pipe lines are not imlanted properly due to mis leading the of J.E. name seakher.
For ex:- The new water pipe line approved in map paper of delhi jal board near dispensary gali no. 2 pole no. 4C but this work not do physically.

Hi rented a house in D-6 Vasant Kunj and my KNo is [protected]. I got a refund of Rs.6300 from DJB for the bills paid between 02May2015 and 06Sep2016 in the water connection account.

Now I have vacated the flat but the landlord is not giving back this money to me. I will request DJB to kindly process the refund of the amount to my bank / credit card account through which I made the payment or let me know from where I can collect...

I am writing the mail again as issue was never settled as a fix. Till 8 days back we were getting water once in 3/4 days in night between 2 to 3 but now since more than a week it's completely stopped again. Can you please understand the situation as this is extreme summer and living day to day life without water is not at all possible.
I have tried calling customer care raised so many complaints spoke to JE / ZE / E all but no permanent fix for it.

Please resolve this issue immediately as it's really difficult to survive without water. I have no idea why and when these DJB people wake up and start reacting on queries promptly/.
