I am a resident of B block, East Of Kailash. There is foul smell in the water which started from Sunday evening (14th May). This is causing a lot of inconvenience.
It has affected drinking, cleaning and all household work.This is 4th continuous day this is still happening.

We are buying packaged water for drinking.

I request your quick help in this so that we can get clean and healthy water.

Sir accidentally i lost my new water connection receipt ..what should i do? i have no idea...plzz help me...i realy need a help...I was paid 26000 on my new connection bill in may 2014 in saket...

    Actually, there is daily supply of water in day and evening, at 9am, 1:00 pm and 6:30pm, but no water reached at this area due to unauthorised more water connection and also low presser. In summer seasons it become very difficult to survive with water. Even we don't have water to drink and bath. We have to buy water bottles or have to go to other area for bringing water when...

    Last jan-16 month apply for new water connection. Djb are provide arn no.[protected] or kno.: [protected] generated to demand note at 4820 rs/-. Demand
    Note payment due date 17th march 17 it will pay 4820 rs/- 20th-feb-17. Djb suggested to a new meter purchase to be self. No any other guidelines. Iam waiting for
    Djb engineers my premises are no any water meter djb are send a water bill 86 day 69 unite at amt 1140 rs/-. My compliant are so simple no use of water generate
    A wrong bill. I am facing lots of problems. Already contact to compliant no 1916 no solution.

    So please suggest and solve my problem attached a bill copy.

    I have paid Bill from 23-december-2016 to 21-Feb-2017 a bill of 1025 vide cheque no 026274 from ICICI bank. I dis not pay after that.       The Block D area of West Patel Nagar is supplied water in gap of 2 days from last 2 weeks. Although rest of the area are provided with timely water, but some residents of Block D are not receiving water timely.

        As you know that as per government rule 20 thousand litre free per month.

        i have get the connection on June 2016 & my reading was Zero and now the reading is 00033063. how can you send the amount of Rs. 4535 to me.

        please rectify this as soon as possible. please correct my bill as Zero.

            I am one of the resident of Karampura which comes under the West area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past two days which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some Sewage water. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalized.
            We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

              Hi sir, my name is rihan i live in kanjhawala and my water tank office is karala. I going to this office 13may and continue going in days this karala office because i need 1 water tanker on 3000ltr.
              And i am going to daily karala office but not responding every staff my this complaint.. And staff releasing tanker of family members and friends & my tanker was not going to my home and area. Every staff is bad behavior and abusing with me and my friends. I hope you understand my request so please action this karala office staff.. Because he releasing on villege areas and not released tanker in colonies...                 I have registered a lot of complaint against fast meter reading .Ref No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] they came near by almost a month .they said bill Actual reading Basis. but meter reader person come form DJB he say your meter is very fast, it s loading is 6 times more than usual. what should i do. I[censored] not able to do some thing soon.i am registering a complaint against DJB carelessness and false checking, through consumer court.

                            No supply of water in kishangarh area on 5may 2017 in the evening.
                            Further, on 6 may also there will be no supply of water due to breake down of water pipe lines.. In every two month water pipelines get damage. When i asked to customer care, he said your house was closed thats time so it will pay the bill amount.
                            So plz sir kindly compensated my bill amount.

                                There is a family, who waste water at least 4 to 5 hours daily. After so many reminders they switch off the water motor. Sometimes, they go for shopping without switching off the button.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  I am writing the complaint in regards to the excessive water bill which I am receiving.
                                  I residence at "D- Block, Gali Nos 12, House No. 61, sawroop Vihaar, nathu pura Near Auto Stand Delhi - 110084". my K no is [protected]. The water connection is under the name of Anusuiya w/O sandeep Kumar. I installed a new water meter in Oct 2015 and paid the all the Dues i have receipt for this.
                                  From the last bill of 14-oct -2015 to 31-march -2017 annd total unit Consumption During This period Is only 00124( also attached Meter Image) I am getting excessive Water Bill. We are only 4 members in my family me any My spouce with Two Children.

                                    Since last 1month water supply to lodhi colony mcd area is very less. 3 buckets of 20 ltrs take 1 hr to fill & water comes at 3:30 in the morning. Flow is very thin like droplets. Two years back water supply was 2 hrs and twice a day but after aap govt. Took over it's reduced to morning hour only whereas lodi road complex which is just 100 mtrs away is getting water twice a day. Even ndmc area of lodhi colony is enjoying water twice a day with full pressure. Kindly help in resolving it.

                                      Excessive Water Bill
                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I am writing the complaint in regards to the excessive water bill which I am receiving.
                                      I reside at "F Block, Pocket 13 House No. 83, Sectot -15, Rohini, Near Vidhya Bhart Public School, Delhi - 110085". my K no is [protected]. The water connection is under the name of Smt Kailash Rani. I installed a new water meter in July 2016 and paid the all old bill on 11-Jul-2016 i have receipt for this.
                                      From the last bill of 28-Jan-2017 to 21-Feb-2017 I am getting excessive Water Bill. We are only 2 members in my family and one of them is on job in day time so how can is this possible that only 1 person used 57kl water in 24 days, the water bill is above 2500rs. it shows that there is a big blunder.
                                      When you inquired about the Last few reading and bills, you can check the status of meter readings & unit. According to the DJB Bill the unit table is as under :-

                                      In the table you can see the fluctuation of the unit if the 22 unit of 75 days & 10 units of 161 days & 15 units of 59 days so how it is possible that 57 units of 24 only. its clearly shows that the meter reader is taking wrong meter reading.
                                      And this time the meter reader has again taken a wrong reading according to Latest DJB Bill of 21-Feb-17 to 21-Apr-17 the unit is 15 for 59 days on 21-Feb-17 reading is 124 and 21-Apr-17 reading is 139 so unit is[protected] =15) but but when I checked my meter & click a photo today on 2-May-17 it was showing 139 till today. From 21-Apr-17 to 02-May-17 there is a 11 days gap and both of the days reading is 139 so it also shows that meter reader has taken wrong meter reading
                                      I am attaching the photo of my meter which is showing as 139 on 02-May-2017
                                      The meter reader are billing us at wrong meter read.. Please look into this and rectify it
