I would like to bring it to notice of MCD that we, the natives of Radhey Shyam Park, Extn. (East Delhi) are getting dirty water with foul smell on a regular basis. Water tanks are filled in twice a day. The day time water supply is the most disastrous. It gives foul smell and there is much possibility to generating plenty of water borne diseases.

I guess there are some leakage in water supply pipes in this area. Please spend some time to rectify this problem, so that we may get clean water for our daily use.

    Dear Sir,
    I am staying at 44D/9, Kishan Garh, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

    The Sewerage Line has blocked from last 15 days & it appears to be fully chocked. I lodge complaints many times but the situation is same nobody comes to clean the sewer.

    So i am requesting you to please solve my problem as soon as possible

    I have been over-charged for Water Consumption in my Flat No. C-68 Sarita Vihar during[protected]. We are only two people living here. The Meter is there . It was put up by me, but in between someone from Jal Board changed it again & started charging me more than other years. This is not fair. V.Shukla

      I am a resident of e-block chittaranjan park.. From last 3 days we are not getting proper water supply in our area.. The customer customer care are unable to give any information about normal water supply... Have also talked with ph no 29219733... There also no satisfactory reply was given... Kindly look into the matter as without water the residents will suffer..

      We are the resident of e-block chittaranjan park.. From last 3 days we are not getting adequate water supply... Neither 1916 or 29297133.. Are giving satisfactory reply regarding normal supply of water... Kindly look into the matter urgently as without any water 1000 residents are going to suffer.. It is a humble request to rectify the matter urgently to end the sufferings..

      I am a resident of E-Block C.R.PARK...For last 3 days we are not getting supply of water...Delhi jal board no 1916, 29219733..are not giving sufficient reply regarding normal supply of water...where and whom to approach to resolve the matter..kindly suggest...we are going to suffer and already undergoing mental trauma..kindly resolve our matter on urgent basis.

        Dear sir,
        I am staying at sfs flat eb-167 maya enclave, harinagar new delhi.

        The rain water is getting accumulated in front of my house every year. The sewerage line has not been cleared for many years & it appears to be fully chocked.

        The clearing process has started few days back but i am told they are going to stop one house before my flat for unknown reason. They should clear it to whole length till the next manhole covering the frontage of two flats ie flat no.165 & 167. The next man hole is close to my flat no.167. It is not a very long distance away & should be done.

        I would request you to kindly look into this aspect urgently

          We the people of k block batla house no geting water supply since last one month as v complaint to the cncrn staff of our locality but no resolutin as yet some miscreants did some manipulation by loweirng the level of pipe line in connivence of jal board staff in adjacent block pls help us to get the water supply
          We have already in touch with the local cncrn staff but not getting any responce from any one of them

          From last 5 days there is no water supply in Sant Nagar B Block, Near apex school, earlier it was like water supply every alternate day but from last one month supply has been reduced or intentionally cut due to elections.
          kindly restore the water supply as it was working earlier.

            I was peeing by and saw that there is a huge wastage of water and revenue loss in the service lane in Nehru Place.

            There is a huge need to conserve water as everyone is aware that there is a huge shortage of water and people are dying because of it.

              Hi I am residents of 318 sector E, pocket 2 vasant kunj. My upstairs residents flat no 328 has water tank overflow since 10days also they waist huge amount of drinking water to there plants, washing there balcony on daily basis. My request kindly take immediately action as i hv complained already to society caretaker 20 times but no amendments till now. Its summer time where people suffering of shortage of water and this guy has no sense of it. Pl. Take immediately action as he is not listening to me or other people.

                My new kno is [protected], kindly ensure meter reading from delhi jal board meter, as my consumption is less then 2 buckets per day and give me current bill. Today i sent my man to the office of jal board and they gave me bill of rs.15041/- there was nobody to explain how is this huge amount, they only told my person to get meter change of our own. I'm highly unsatisfied with the pathetic approach of delhi jal board. Kindly give me a no of a responsible person with whom i can talk on phone,

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am resident of E- 248, GK- 2, New Delhi,
                    From past 4 weeks, we are not getting any water supply in our lane. We have given a lot of written complaints but there is no answer on the same.

                    The only answer we get is that the work is going on and we will get the water soon but you should understand that in this summer season how can we stay without water??

                    The seniors of gk- 2 was also involved into this issue but no actions has been taken by them.

                    We have been calling 3- 4 tankers everyday for our daily work.

                    Who will be paying for all these tankers and then after months we get bills to be paid for the water supply which did not get!!!

                    We need an urgent action to be taken against this issue as we cannot stay without water anymore and getting tankers everyday is very very expensive.

                    We would need your help in this regard.

                    Please revert.

                      I am resident of 684-B/9
                      Gali no. 8 (Dr. Pal wali gali) Ambedkar Nagar Extension, Haiderpur, New Delhi -110088. since for last two week, we didn't get water supply .and this problem is with not only me more than 50 house in our gali also facing a great problem without water, even we now have to purchase water and drink. We have already meet and discussed regarding the same from JE and few officer of DJB . but no action taken
                      so you are requested that kindly go into the matter and instruct the concern person for making availability of water immediately.
                      Note: There is no water supply in half of the our gali and there is water supply in other part of the gali. This problem has been occurred from more than 15days.

                        I m a residence of kailshpuri palam south west delhi.
                        Since 2 months water supply has been stoped from delhi jal board.. Everytime i have filed a complaint regarding my issue with water supply.. But no one addressing my issue into this matter... I live in a metro city without water... Great people who doesnt care of people...in my colony everyone facing this issue...                           I am a resident of A3/15, Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi. Ever since I have been residing here, in summers I used wait till 12 or 12:30am to fill water, because if wake up a 6 am no water supply sometimes get it but only for 2 or 3 minutes due to which our motors are also getting damage frequently. With this irregular supply of water we are suffering lot. The concerned authorities may please look into this matter and resolve...

                          I logged a complain on 19th april 2017 that water leakage in front of house number 100, gautam nagar, new delhi 110049 with complaint id number[protected], they told that water leakage problem will be attended as soon as possible and logged the complaint under urgent priority. But after 24 hours still water leaking and no one has attended the complaint.

                            I had lodged a complaint on 13/04/17 at 10.35 a.m regarding poor to no water supply in my residential area since 5 days at Greater Kailash III Masjid Moth but to my dismay the problem has not been resolved for more than a week since it started. I was told to contact J.E Mr Alok Kumar but in spite of his fair reaction to our call the problem persists.
                            Do I need to contact higher authority/councilor/mla to get the things done?They say a pipe got burst under a prospective construction but then what remains as our fault as a resident of this area is the poor measure implementation and execution by our less-responsible or under-competent system or organization.
                            I am astounded by how the lack of a basic amenity has not rung a bell in the ears of the authorities for more than a week now.

                            I was told that it got resolved when it was actually not. Then I redid the complaint & they gave me a new complaint no.[protected]. Now this again shows that it has been resolved while the problem continues endlessly. In deep agony, please help.

                              I live in K-26, Mahipalpur New Delhi-110037, three days ago date on 15/4/2017 Tow of my neighbors Mr Krishan and Lokesh were making hole in main road. Yesterday i have seen that they were still digging in main road without any permission for water connection . When i ask to them for showing any proof so they start to fight with my brother.

                              I request to Delhi Jal Board Director that please take a immediately legal action on...

                              No water supply in my area since 6/7 days. I have complained customer care visited DJB office and also tried calling Jhandewalan nr but no rectification of it. NOt sure how DJB can be so immature to not provide water in such a climate.
                              Even after so many chasers and complaints noone seems serious to take quick action on it and rectify.
                              One side government claims to give free water etc but in reality there is no water when people actually need it.

                                This is to complain about very poor, neglecting and corrupt behaviour of Indian government officials.This is to complain ( already sent many complaints but no response) that no one has come from last few years to take the water meter reading at the address A-59/159, Gulab Bagh, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, despite they have sent the bill without any water meter reading. This is the final alert to solve the problem or else I have to take other strict action.

                                  Complaints were lodged on 15th Nov.2016, 22nd March2017 and also today about the wrong billing as I am treated as a consumer of zero consumption of water and a perusal of past bills raised by DJB till 11th Nov.2016 were on this basis. Suddenly on 12th Nov.2016 a bill for Rs.4164/-bearing No.[protected] was raised and followed by other bills. No.[protected],[protected] dated 21st Jan, 2017 and 14th March 2017 respectively. For your information the premises under my possession is in a state of repairs and remains unoccupied for the last several years and accordingly I am treated as a consumer of zero consumption of water on the basis of my representation s made to the then ZAO, Old Rajinder Nagar, Karol Bagh in 2013. I am a very senior citizen staying with my daughter in Delhi Cantt. and am unable to personally meet the ZAO of Old Rajinder Nagar for the rectification of the bill.                                     This to inform you that bad condition water supply in mangol puri b block gali no 13 the supply is made in the morning 3 hours and evening 3 hours Besides the water is muddy and polluted.Many residents fall sick. There are complaints of jaundice and loose motions after drinking this water.
