I am shakti and residence of gali no.42, naiwala, karol bagh, new delhi 5 and i am facing water supply problem last two months and i have been made so many times complaint on customer care no.1916 but they didn't provide any resolution that's i am so worried and without water we can't live.
O please revolve the problem

    Dear concern head,

    I'm staying in olld rajinder nagar, here the water supply is very low.

    I know my complaint hardly affects you, as so many other requests are also pending, but need to put into your knowledge. So, kindly look after it.

    Also i, don't understamd that till what time we gonna suffer for such daily issues, such as electricity, water, education, cleaned area, medical facilites, much more.

    No, previous information about the cut off of water supply. Mcd, during time of elections were so active and now the same things. We are paying bills for it, so what is the matter?

    We have residence of Burari, Harit Vihar, B Block - 20 Feeta Road. Since 03rd April We have facing problem due to not supply of Water. 21st April Delhi Jal Board engineer are visit this site, they have not solve to this supply of water.
    Please take action of this matter for proper supply of water.

      To whomsoever it may concern,

      I am resident of Old Rajinder Nagar and for the past three days (29th April - 1st May) there is no water supply in our area. It was informed that water supply was cut off due to the cleaning of the water tank on 29th April. However, it surprising that it is taking so many days to resume the water supply especially in summers when water is more in demand.
      I would request you to take action immediately

      I along with thousands other households are facing the same problem. Please fix ASAP!
      It was initially said that the water cut would last for 48 hours. It's been 5 days now without any sight of respite. And there has been no communication whatsoever from the water board which is completely unacceptable. How long do you expect residents to live without water? And when will it be restored?
      From last three days in the evening no water supply at old Rajinder Nagar and today I.e.on 24 th May 2022 no water supply in morning till now I.e.6.56AM. .why water supply disrupt.Kindly restore water supply ASAP..

        There is absolutely no water supply in our area for last 2 days all taps & tanks are dry & no body is pickingany phone & the phone nos given on website says this no doesnot exist when dialed.
        Is there any one who can adhere to the plight of consumers or we have to face this problem till eternity.

Filed so many times complaints to the concerns but no solution get till date. Compaints no. [protected] take the necessary action to solve this.             We r from E-26, motia khan, double storey quaters near paharganj. There is no water from 2 days so we r face many problem. We r requested to you please send water tanker there. Many people which face many problems from two days atleast they come out from them for few time. Thanks a lot for it.

              Reference to my complaint number[protected], pl. note it is highly objectionable that despite of highlighting such contamination of the main supply, the representative visited just to see the sample of the water and went away saying his incompetence to resolve the above said problem because its late. He made his visit to the site at 4:30 pm and took the matter so lightly.

              I demand to look into the problem to resolve on priority.

                Respected sir, this is to informed you that for the last two years i am regularly complaint on phone that my bill is very high because in house my self and my wife is residing and both r central government servant. After retirement both we went to usa for three month from december 2016 to feb 2017 and in november 2016 whole month in bangalore. Sir it is requested that in-spite of we were not in my house and out of station i received bill for rs 9000/- and more than 8000/- respectively. Further it is informed i personally see the meter reading it is noticed that meter reader recording wrong reading regularly. On 26.03.2017 it was 1357 but in bill it is showing 1921 it means meter reader is not doing his job sincerely. It is requested that my bill may be revised from the initial date and refund me all the amount along with interest thereon. Without water consumption why i pay appx. Rs 400/- per day delhi govt is supplying free water 20 leter per day and they r charging approximately rs 400/- per day which is very serious.                   Sir i m resident of e block west vinod nager gali no 1 so i m my all gali members are facing problem from water supply from last one month and as per i register complaint against this on 1916 no of delhi jal board but from last two not get any response from concern department to solve this problem so i request to u all plz make appropriate solution regarding this problem of water supply

                    I would like to bring it to notice of MCD that we, the natives of Radhey Shyam Park, Extn. (East Delhi) are getting dirty water with foul smell on a regular basis. Water tanks are filled in twice a day. The day time water supply is the most disastrous. It gives foul smell and there is much possibility to generating plenty of water borne diseases.

                    I guess there are some leakage in water supply pipes in this area. Please spend some time to rectify this problem, so that we may get clean water for our daily use.

                      I am staying at 44D/9, Kishan Garh, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

                      The Sewerage Line has blocked from last 15 days & it appears to be fully chocked. I lodge complaints many times but the situation is same nobody comes to clean the sewer.

                      So i am requesting you to please solve my problem as soon as possible

The customer customer care are unable to give any information about normal water supply... Have also talked with ph no 29219733... There also no satisfactory reply was given... Are giving satisfactory reply regarding normal supply of water... Kindly look into the matter urgently as without any water 1000 residents are going to suffer..                         I am a resident of E-Block C.R.PARK...For last 3 days we are not getting supply of water...Delhi jal board no 1916, 29219733..are not giving sufficient reply regarding normal supply of water...where and whom to approach to resolve the matter..kindly suggest...we are going to suffer and already undergoing mental trauma..kindly resolve our matter on urgent basis.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am staying at sfs flat eb-167 maya enclave, harinagar new delhi.

                          The rain water is getting accumulated in front of my house every year. The sewerage line has not been cleared for many years & it appears to be fully chocked.

                          The clearing process has started few days back but i am told they are going to stop one house before my flat for unknown reason. They should clear it to whole length till the next manhole covering the frontage of two flats ie flat no.165 & 167. The next man hole is close to my flat no.167. It is not a very long distance away & should be done.

                          I would request you to kindly look into this aspect urgently

                            We the people of k block batla house no geting water supply since last one month as v complaint to the cncrn staff of our locality but no resolutin as yet some miscreants did some manipulation by loweirng the level of pipe line in connivence of jal board staff in adjacent block pls help us to get the water supply
                            We have already in touch with the local cncrn staff but not getting any responce from any one of them

                              There is a huge need to conserve water as everyone is aware that there is a huge shortage of water and people are dying because of it.

                                Hi I am residents of 318 sector E, pocket 2 vasant kunj. My upstairs residents flat no 328 has water tank overflow since 10days also they waist huge amount of drinking water to there plants, washing there balcony on daily basis. My request kindly take immediately action as i hv complained already to society caretaker 20 times but no amendments till now. Its summer time where people suffering of shortage of water and this guy has no sense of it. Pl. Take immediately action as he is not listening to me or other people.

                                  My new kno is [protected], kindly ensure meter reading from delhi jal board meter, as my consumption is less then 2 buckets per day and give me current bill. Today i sent my man to the office of jal board and they gave me bill of rs.15041/- there was nobody to explain how is this huge amount, they only told my person to get meter change of our own. I'm highly unsatisfied with the pathetic approach of delhi jal board. Kindly give me a no of a responsible person with whom i can talk on phone,

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am resident of E- 248, GK- 2, New Delhi,
                                      From past 4 weeks, we are not getting any water supply in our lane. We have given a lot of written complaints but there is no answer on the same.

                                      The only answer we get is that the work is going on and we will get the water soon but you should understand that in this summer season how can we stay without water??

                                      The seniors of gk- 2 was also involved into this issue but no actions has been taken by them.

                                      We have been calling 3- 4 tankers everyday for our daily work.

                                      Who will be paying for all these tankers and then after months we get bills to be paid for the water supply which did not get!!!

                                      We need an urgent action to be taken against this issue as we cannot stay without water anymore and getting tankers everyday is very very expensive.

                                      We would need your help in this regard.

                                        I am resident of 684-B/9
                                        Gali no. 8 (Dr. Pal wali gali) Ambedkar Nagar Extension, Haiderpur, New Delhi -110088. since for last two week, we didn't get water supply .and this problem is with not only me more than 50 house in our gali also facing a great problem without water, even we now have to purchase water and drink. We have already meet and discussed regarding the same from JE and few officer of DJB . but no action taken
                                        so you are requested that kindly go into the matter and instruct the concern person for making availability of water immediately.
                                        Note: There is no water supply in half of the our gali and there is water supply in other part of the gali. This problem has been occurred from more than 15days.
