I want to complaint regarding wasting of lot of water. when i m going to office daily i saw 7:15am morning at dwarka more new delhi, a grover sweet always lot of west water due to clean area he used a pipe and a motor then he clean the road and all are with pipe without using any other thing please do something this metter. if we are wasting the water this king what is the next future please take care of this matter and guide them and other to please don't wast the waters its a part of life of our family

My K No is [protected], I have recd water bill dated 10 Feb 2017, The meter reading shown on the bill is 2048 whereas the actual reading on the meter is 2068. I dont understand the reason for short reading

Please have the bill rectified. Also the should be retaken earliest..I hope the complaint will be addressed. If not rectified it will affect the bill of the next cycle

We want to lodged complaint regarding the Jalboard sewer line blocked main hole behind the exch.bldg.Laxmi ngr.due to this blockage internal sewer system of MTNL Tele Exch. building is being overflow due to this reason toilet drain water has been overflow from internal sewer system it may caused spred bed smell and may be some deasiss in the whole exch.bldg.So, therefore you are requested to arrange the open of MCDJalboard sewer line connection in the interest of public

Excess bill regarding: My 1st bill generate 23 Sep 2016 Amount was 3117 and 2nd bill generate 6 Jan 2017 Due date 23 - Jan 2017 amount was 4572 i m already complaint register on your customer care no is 1916 my 1st complaint request no was [protected] date 11 - 01-17 and 2nd complaint no is [protected] date 25-01-17. My problem is bill generate but no water supply coming my water meter reading is 11 units and show your bill generate amount 4572 Rupees So how can i pay this amount I am pay only 11 units for water meter reading according.
So please check my water meter and I will pay definitely according to meter reading. Your reply for message Disconnection notes for not paying due is payment date 8-02-17 so please solve my problem immedetely

Hi, We have property in guru nanak Nagar we bought it in 2012 from that day we don't live in that house it is empty & closed, however water bills is coming on monthly basis and on the name of old owner. Now it is 53000 without any usage moreover from last year their is no water meter as theives has theft motor along with meter. So this water bill is not justified hence this water bill should be null and void. Please advice.

I have observed that in DDA JANTA FLATS, Pocket-B, Sectir-16B, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 there are lots o[censored]nauthorized Taxi Stands who are washing his car by Delhi JAL Board. This is MISUSE of water.
While our society's RWA bearers lodged complaint against this but no action has been taken.
I would like to request you kindly do the needful on this matter.

I am one of the resident of vijay enclave/mahavir enclave which comes under the fabric extention area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from sewer watrr. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

I sunil dutt live at rzf-79, gali No 4, mahavir enclave part-1, Delhi-110045. I have a Delhi Jal Board water connection K No [protected]. I have received a bill no.[protected] dated 24/1/2017 Amount 1241/-(copy attached). But bill had made without Meter reading. My last bill date 18/10/2016 Meter Reading 00 Unit (bill attached). my new reading 38 total because i have new connection and this is our first bill .

We live in a PG, and are getting very bad stinky water in C32, Dayanand colony, Lajpat nagar. We complained the owner who told us that he already complained but the water department is taking no actions.Our daily use water is mixed with pure sewage smell and soap smells along with it .we are facing this problem from 2 weeks.
Our owner keeps our problems at bay by consoling us by saying may be some pipe is broken somewhere at the source over which he has no control. If this is the case then the water department responsible for our water supply better know that because of their unawareness, at least 10 girls in a PG in Lajpat Nagar are getting sick, stomach problems, fever.The other 10 girls are not so verbal about the uneasiness and disgust they feel by having to use smelly water everyday. I am taking the initiative to speak up for my pg( it's called sandeep pg btw)by writing a complaint in this site with hope as my fellow pg mates are also unaware and too naïve of the potential health and skin problems they might face like their other pg mates, who are speaking up now.
Even the RO water is stinking.
Even our food gets cooked in pg, so we are basically using this stinking water for drinking, eating, bathing and washing purposes. I am afraid least all o[censored]s are developing some pathogens inside our body, which is not affecting us right now but will in the future.
I don't know if anyone will take time to read this carefully but if someone is reading can can do something about it . I request you, "please help" . We are getting very bad stinky water in our home water is mixed with sewage we are facing this problem from almost an year 2016 .
We complained but no problem is solved the Delhi jail board people came and told us our internal pipe is broken . We spended 20000/ and changed the pipe still we get sewage water from the taps .
When ever it rains in Delhi we get sewage water in our taps for 3-4 days
It has become difficult to stay like this we live in Hauz khas which is considered to be a good area
We can't use thAt water for any thing
Our RO filter is got spoiled WE HAVE CHANGED IT TWICE . Please take some action against this case we r in too much problem .

My KNo.01701216 is and my monthly water average bill is huge, it is approximately 3000 bi monthly average since the new government has taken charge in Delhi . I tried numerous time 1916 complaint number but no one picked ever as it's always busy. I am service class can't pay such hefty amount on water every month . It's almost two year, I tried to complaint Vasant Kunj office but they also never entertain any complaint. I tried to contact Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia for long time even sent them message on Twitter but they never care to revert . If Delhiite have to pay such costs every month on water then how can we live here . Water meter is running very fast and no one bothered .

The water in the houses of our area is so smelly and dirty. This isn't something that is happening for the first time with us but has been recurrent since more than a year now. My family fell seriously ill and we were admitted in the hospital and suffered a really horrible version of typhoid. There is an urgent need to separate the pipelines of clean water and sewer. It's becoming impossible to survive. Our area is Tagore Park, near Model Town 1.

Sir, My flat No. 107-A, AC-II Block, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088 had been vacant and locked till 30th Nov. 2016 and is occupied since 1st Dec. 2016 only. Bill No.[protected] dt. 22 Dec. 2016 for Rjs. 2553 is shown as for the period 21 Oct. 2016 to 17 Dec. 2016 which is therefore frivilous without any meter reading by the meter reader. Meter is located in the common meter room of adjoining flat No. 107. It is, therefore, requested that bill may be made on the basis of actual reading from 1st December, 2016 onwards only and sent to me for payment. Secondly my mobile No. is shown as "[protected]" is also wrong. My Mob. No. is [protected] which may be corrected. Also there is error in spelling of my name. My name is Hira Lal Arora and not "Heera Lal Arora" which may also kindly be corrected. Thanks.

Sir, Bill No.[protected] dt. 22 Dec. 2016 for the period 21 Oct. 2016 to 17 Dec. 2016 for Rs. 2553 is absolutely frivilous without any reading as my flat No. 107-A, Block AC-II, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088 (New KNo. [protected]) was locked till 30th Nov. 2016 and is being used since 1st December, 2016 only. The meter readers have not taken any trouble of noting down actual consutmption from the meter loaced in the common meter room in the adjoining flat No. 107. It is, therefore, requested that my complaint may be taken seriously and verified and revised bill of actual reading may be sent to me.
